Hiii! Im a big fan of your drawings! I have one (strange) question (I suppose this would be a headcanon question) and I would love to know what do you think about it. Here is my question:

How you do you think Bege met Vito and Gotti?

Ahh thank you very much!! Inspiring another person is a big deal, that’s an honor to do so. I draw if I can right now, because school.

And that’s a tricky question! Because we don’t see Gotti and Vito during Beges initial introduction at Sabaody with the rest of the super novas. His crew looks a little different too. As this was before the time-skip, and I think Oda hadn’t fleshed out the character much.

I want to think they’ve been with him since before the time skip, because Vito is clearly Bege’s first mate and Gotti a notable officer in his crew and gang. Maybe Bege gathered them from his time in the West Blue when he was first rising to the rank of a Boss. I’ve always felt Bege appreciates and favors competence very much, so maybe these two skilled individuals caught his attention.

What really is fun to me, is that Vito is a very different person than his boss. Even more so if he was around long before the time skip, as Bege was an extremely unpleasant person. Vito seems like a decent guy, and much more empathetic to others. He’s a total fanboy of the Germa comics, even to owning a costume of Sora’s robot. This guy is Beges right hand man and consigliere. I like to think Bege wanted the opinion of someone who thought differently than himself, because having only his own advice to follow seemed pointless. I also like to think part of Beges ship design came from an impromptu moment of Vito wishing to customize the ship similar to Soras robot. Transforming tank treads and a big laser cannon! ( Bege agreed to thank treads, finding it surprisingly brilliant, but no laser. Clashed with his aesthetic too much. )

Gotti I’m unsure about the most only because I wish Oda fleshed him out a bit more. We did get some good Gotti story with the Fire Tanks side story - he was very gallant in the rescuing of Lola! If Beges crew had to be represented by chess pieces, Gotti would be a knight. Gottis loyalty seems unwavering, unable to tolerate any insults against his boss or the crew. I wonder how Bege earned that loyalty.

Chibiiiii. I love Chibi, and we have some great conversations OOC. She's definitely someone i can randomly message, and i love that. Plus, she's willing to join in AU shenanigans with me, so that's always fun. I'm gonna wanna rope her into a ton of AUs in the future oops.

I love rping with her, especially her Leo, obviously. Some of my fave threads are definitely with her version of him. And 100% I love her Ritsu too- especially Cheshire Cat Ritsu - but every character I've been interacting with has been fun too. I'm especially curious about her Wonderland Nazunyan as i love him already and think he could definitely add some interest... Gottis is as awesome as her name, haha. I love Gottis, though, and again, we've had some great OOC convos. If I can bring up books with someone, it's ALWAYS a good time. Plus, we've both been rping for a long ass time so though she is still older, there's some solidarity there XD.

She's someone else with a lot of characters, and though I obviously love Leo best - I'm sorry I'm biased XD - I do enjoy writing with her other characters too. Whether it's fighting with Eichi or the odd friendship with Yuuta, it's great. But i do also have to shout out that some of her headcanons are very good so i will continue to send anons harrassing her characters about things when asked but i'm also excited to see how her changes to Leo affect his relationship with Izumi. SaNami in other couples~ Post Hub

This post will hold links to all the posts about the hints or interpretation of Sanji x Nami in other established (or semi-established) couples in One Piece, HOWEVER, I need to make a couple of things clear before any misunderstandings happen. The link to this post will be posted on all the others on the list.

1. I DO NOT DO HEADCANONS, THESE ARE JUST THOUGHTS AND ASSUMPTIONS. I do not move forward with the story believing in my own assumptions. These thoughts are just for fun and if they turn out to be true by chance then great!

2. Oda avoided the question about romance in the strawhats. As a One Piece fan, I can not agree more with him because OP is not about that, but what I believe he meant is not that “no couples will form in the strawhats” but rather “There will be no major plot-line concerning romance” kinda thing. The reason for that is the sheer amount of romantic implications between Sanji and Nami are off the charts.

3. I am well aware that all characters serve a purpose and they are not just solely created to push SaNami forward. But you can also make the case that he creates such characters to convey emotions, his view on love and romance and the deep layers of thought a character can have behind him.

While reading One Piece again and again I started to notice something. It was as if elements of Sanji and Nami are implemented into other characters who are usually couples.

There will not be direct romance between Sanji and Nami (during the story) because simply if that would happen during the story it would take away “Sanji the Cook” and “Nami the Navigator” of the Straw Hats, and that is something Oda will never do.

First, we do not know if all the strawhats will survive by the end of the series. Or if they will disband after finding the One Piece.

Second, sadly I strongly feel that One Piece might end with no couples at all.

BUT, if by chance, Oda decides at least one couple AT LEAST ONE will form? It will be Sanji and Nami. I dont know how it will be handled but it will be great.

Basically in a nutshell, I think Oda is giving us sanji x nami, but not really...

He would have this nonchalant attitude towards you, but he does care for you, his mate, as he does with everything that he considers to be his.

Despite his caring for you, I can definitely see him having a more rough and dark side.

He would most likely love to dominate over you, both in body and mind.

Seeing you in his handcuffs, especially the ones he used for enemies, is a definite turn on for him.

He will be more into taking his mate out for a romantic evening. A nice dinner, a nice stroll at night, and then come home to a candle lit room.

If you love cuddling after sex, then he is your go-to guy. The sweetest cuddler you could ever ask for.

Giotto:

He will try to act like gentlemen around you, but his male instincts will get the better of him.

Giotto will try to treat you the utmost care that he can muster

However, Giotto will still demonstrate a slight rough side towards you.

Whenever he feels particularly in the mood, he will start to seduce you in little sultry ways. A hand running up your arm. Some sweet whispers against your neck.

During sex, he will treat and take you a gentle way at first, but he will escalate in speed and roughness.

Kinky play will be included during foreplay, and he will definitely want to hear your options or ideas. He is always open to suggestions ;)

I can see Giotto being interested in some office sex too. He would want you to feel the thrill of almost being caught.

Last movie I saw: Star Wars The Last Jedi, it is good, only problem is that it's very long, but good overall. I'm saddened this is Carrie Fisher's last performance, but she was good and I love it. I love they address there needs to be changes made on how it's just not good and evil binary issues, there's more moral grey to it and I'm here for that (and for other Star Wars fans' tears who can't handle it)

You know what for the heck of it and because I’m very curious what are your headcanons you have for Bege, Chiffon, Pez and the rest of the fire tanker crew. If your interested in sharing that is?

Welcome back!

And as for my head canons….whew you might want to strap in because I have quite a few. I’ll try to list what I can think of at the moment.

( I’ll put a read more because this might be long )

Bege:

- Grew up ultimately orphaned in the crime ridden West Blue. Left the home for boys he was at when he was a young age after punching a nun teacher and joined gangs and lived off the street.

- While his childhood certainly wasn’t pleasant, it’s not the reason why even as a young boy, Bege was a trouble child. Most likely had CD- symptoms including aggressive behavior, delinquent behavior, deceitful behavior, destructive behavior and lack of empathy. This also accounts for the whole cutting off animals heads thing he use to do.

- Was a natural during his time in the mob. He quickly excelled in the ranks and got closer to the bosses. There he saw the finer lives and decorum the bosses could afford, along with their reach of influence in the West Blue underworld. This made him break off into his own family, and the rest is history from there.

- When he first met Chiffon it was love at first sight. Despite the fact that he would have said that such a thing was completely and utter bullshit. It was a very confusing time for him, as he didn’t expect to have any feelings for the woman Big Mom would have chosen for him to marry - Bege rarely had any feelings for anything or anyone else at all. Part of Beges attraction to Chiffon is her strength and that she challenges him on his own nature.

- While after the 2 yrs of marrying Chiffon and having Pez has managed to teach him empathy 101, he is very self aware he is not a good person. This causes him occasional internal conflict as he honestly feels he doesn’t deserve a woman as kind as Chiffon. Part of his not denying his poor moral standing is he is a very ‘what you see is what you get’ kind of person concerning himself. He won’t hide or feel ashamed for what he is or what he’s done.

- While he has improved, Bege still has mental disorders that border on psychopathic and sociopathic behavior. ( both tend to be umbrellaed terms ) These disorders are life long, often stem from CD and don’t just go away. He tries to keep himself in check and when he can’t, his crew and family help him ground himself again.

- Bege reads to Pez every night before he sleeps. Bege gave up harder swears ( fuck, bitch ect. ) to clean up his example of speaking for Pez. Despite Pez being far too young, he tries to teach him about chess.

- Other tidbits- Bege dose not like being touched by others unless he knows them very well. He is very particular on certain matters of presentability, order and cleanliness. He isn’t so good at talking about more personal matters. Bad at feelings lol. Absolutely hates being bored.

Chiffon:

- When she first met Bege she was off put about him being older and shorter than her. She had also heard the rumors Big Mom was giving her away to a cold blooded, violent man and feared for her own life.

- She fell for Bege because in the end, he treated her with the love and care she had never received from her own family ( besides Lola ) in her life. Despite being royalty, she was only treated as such by Bege and his men.

- Chiffon was initially more quiet and timid until she married Bege and began to spend more time among him and his crew. It allowed her to really become herself.

- In their relationship, it is surely Chiffon who takes the lead. However on certain circumstances, Bege and Chiffon have a silent agreement that it is best for Bege to step in and take command. She often gets her way and Bege is happy to give it to her. ( this also stems to their -AHEM- more intimate relationship )

- Found Bege’s devil fruit to be one of the more unique types she’s seen. She can tell the small differences from when Bege is manifested inside his castle rather than using his real body outside. She once touched the purple smoke-like stuff he uses to manifest and it felt similar to the fog that comes out from dry ice machines.

- The strongest metal in the world could bend around the patience she has for her husband.

- Chiffon selects the books for Bege to read to Pez. She makes sure they’re appropriate for a child Pez age

- She is the head chef of the Fire Tank kitchen

Vito:

- Was chosen as Bege’s advisor due to his genuinely less cold demeanor and way of thinking. Bege wanted someone who would give him an opinion different than his own on matters

- Has suggested anger management techniques and grounding techniques to his captain

- He designed the Fire Tank logo with the fused T and F that he has tattooed on himself. He is very proud of it.

- paints his nails ( as they are black in the manga and the anime is a coward for not following suit )

- is the one of the better chess players in the crew and Bege is trying to teach him to be a better opponent at the game

Gotti and the Fire Tank Crew:

- They take being uncles to young Pez very seriously. Pez is loved by them all.

- The crew sometimes spy or over hear Bege and Chiffon flirting or being sweet to one another. It’s more like soap opera entertainment for them, plus they like to know their Boss is still very much in love with the Ma’dam. They think she’s good for him.

- Loyal to a fault. Particularly after Bege started treating them well, they certainly love him more than fear him now. ( Still fear him tho lol )

( that’s all I can think of for now. )
