♇ as it comes to people interacting with them, people might give them the burden of having to fix them.

♇ they can get into episodes where they have a lot of blockages when it comes to expressing their sensuality or creativity. enigmas are the type of people to live in their head than executing their ideas.

when it is not blocked you'll find them to be people with very artistic and original.

♇ though, enigmas come in many forms, even though they are people who can love very deeply, they're also very closed off women. watching interviews of them, most of them have reminded me of manic pixie girls.

♇ they're women who are very strong with their opinions, and since they're strong about their thoughts they can be very poetic. they're woman who can easily express their feelings so people can understand where they are coming from.

♇ when enigmas are really in love with someone or just take a liking too much for a person, they can become very agreeable people, they sometimes become a walking mat or you could say people-pleaser.

♇ after watching tons of interviews many of them do have a raspiness to their voice, could sometimes be because of weed. or just smoking in general.

♇ as it comes to their aesthetic, i have observed many of them like neutral colours and are into self-care. the type to have many skin products.

♇ scent/senses is very important for them and they tend to be very hygienic people.

♇ out of all the feminine archetypes, enigma archetypes are the ones who have the most diverse personalities, makes sense to the title of their archetype, not knowing who or what they specifically are.

♇ are women who are direct with what they want, especially when it does come to romance, confident enigmas know what they want and they get it. they could have many romances but not marry, plus, if they're famous they're likely tired with the attention they get.

♇ are sexually fluid people and love to express their sensuality within their art. many of them love memories and will always be grateful with what they have been taught in the past.

♇ moreover, when i was watching interviews of them, many of them had voices i did not expect them to have. if not careful can get pressured easily and hastily anxious. the type to want to make others feel included. they like to heal, very spiritual people, and as i have said that they remind me of manic pixies, the more i did my research on them, the more i realised they're very fairy-like.

♇ they're people who are interested in research and like to embrace their powerful feminine side. the type to indulge in witch-craft; some enigmas can be very insecure about their face, can be interested in cosmetic surgery, [even though all of them are gorgeous]. + also noticed many of them have very curvy bodies.

♇ can appear as two-faced or fake because they want to set a certain reputation of themselves. don't like drama or would walk away from the mess they made. they do like to be left alone and due to this people might consider them as boring, but they just have a wall in front of their real personality.

♇ as they are people who like to ground themselves, they are people who are long to temper, or try not to be easily tempered.

fashion wise, they are people who know their colours really well. are likely going to wear gold jewellery.

♇ and can sometimes come off as very bimbo-like because of their lack of care for things. they are people who are very open about their past, and majority of the time, young enigmas were forced into the spotlight. [asia monet ray + kourtney kardashian].

♇ they are great entertainers and can be favoured in what they do. what makes them more likeable is their sunny appearance. some of them display themselves as delicate. on the other hand, people might find them to be weird.

♇ sometimes enigmas can come off as childlike and a lot of them have chubby-cheeks.

♇ enigmas i put above are fka twigs, krotchy, frida kahlo, greta garbo, kourtney kardashian and nicole kidman.

♇ understanding the enigma archetype, is that it shows that they are women who are usually deeply underestimated when it comes to their intelligence, spiritual women who are on a hermit path of understanding themselves and others.

♇ and to make the enigma archetype easier to comprehend i gathered characters from different tv shows or films that come under the archetype.

⟶ harry potter franchise - luna lovegood, embodies the shy and kept to themselves side of the enigmas, [as i said they are a very fluid and diverse archetype], as enigmas, luna is perceived to be someone who is strange but doesnt allow it to make her feel insecure. she helps other people and is kind, embraces her quirkiness.

⟶ from american horror story [coven] - misty day, the stereotypical spiritual enigma who cares for nature and the earth. has a special connection with animals and with life itself, very caring and eccentric, and as a healthy enigma, she doesnt allow people's views of her to bring her down.

⟶ avatar the way of water - kiri, when i was thinking of fictional characters who are the enigma, kiri was the first character that appeared in my head. she is connected with the earth, creative and connects herself to a higher source of power, [even though she is already connected to eywa from what i believe]. is connected to life and death.

⟶ from friends - phoebe buffay, embodies the childlike nature of the enigma, the nature where people perceive them to be "ditzy". when she is around the people she likes, she can come off as very chatty.

⟶ naruto franchise - hinata hyuga/uzumaki, embodies the shy nature of the enigma. the enigma that loves with their all, can have creative blockages and people underestimate who she is and her power. hinata is aware of how the world poorly treats people as she did belong to clan that didnt really care for their people. [ex. neji]. sometimes expresses the mysterious side an enigma can be.

⟶ from the original franchise - freya mikaelson, is the witch of her family and is very connected to nature, chiefly because of the time she was born. she is someone who likes to ground herself and is one of the siblings who thinks things out the most, will do anything for the sake of love and family. strong opinions and holds a strong bond of life and death, like misty day.

⟶ the last of us - dina woodward, likes to be connected to a higher source, shows when she gives ellie the evil eye bracelet, embodies the expressive side of the enigma and is likely open to "open-relationships" chiefly due to her bond with jesse and ellie. she is direct with what she wants, does like her peace.

⟶ from the haunting of hill house - nell crain, some people overlook her connection to a higher source of power; to see how you are going to die since you were young is pretty psychic. had spiritual phases and like many enigma characters is very connected with death, had tried to ground herself but wasnt able, especially becuase of her therapist. does keep a big part of herself but she normally did that because she didnt want to burden her siblings.

⟶ winx club - flora, represents the kind, nature-loving and mysterious side of the enigma, especially with the vibrant colours she wears, it might not really appear that there's this secrecy and mystery to flora's character but ever since i've watched the show when i was young, i've always noted an essence of puzzle and unsolved problem when it comes to her. like she's there but not at the same time.

⟶ from euphoria - cassie howard, you might wonder how cassie belongs to the enigma archetype and the girl embodies everything that an underdeveloped enigma is. is willing to drop everything for her lover, look past the red-flags and become what their lovers wants them to be. cassie is a big lover girl, and likes to make her lovers feel seen and heard, especially for what she did to nate, telling him she can be whatever he wants her to be.

♇ as i have done my research, i gathered that a lot of enigmas are are likely going to have capricorn, leo and pisces in their big three; in order of how much they appeared.

♇ they are also going to have leo, capricorn and taurus appear in their dominant signs; in order of how much they appeared.

♇ the planets jupiter, sun and pluto appeared in their dominant planets the most; in order of how much they appeared.

♇ the element that appeared the most was earth, second was fire and third was water.

♇ lastly, when it comes to the modality, what appeared the most was fixed and the second modality was mutable.

ooooo okay okay, so i wrote a dragonrider au for naruto a while back and i never posted it so here's sakura's section from that!! under the cut >

Sakura receives her very own dragon egg at the age of twenty-two. She is a clanless, nameless thing. Haruno was a civilian family, only Sakura stood out among them.

Only the Chosen Clans received dragon eggs. The Akimichi, the Yamanaka, the Sarutobi, the Nara, the Hyuga, to name a few. Even her own teacher, Lady Tsunade, had once been a dragon rider, soaring above all in the skies on her beloved dragon before she was struck down in the Second War. She had been the last Senju to ever ride a dragon, her brother’s egg had gone cold and Nawaki died soon after.

That can happen, too. An egg goes cold in the cradle, or perhaps years after being gifted. An egg could show such promise, only to die in the womb, never to hatch in the hands of its rider, uncrowned and without a dragon.

But when Sakura holds the egg, she could feel its warmth beneath her fingertips, feel the movements of the tiny hatchling within, just waiting to break the pale-pink shell and emerge, new, and explore the world. She is delighted.

“Do you like it?” Naruto asks her after passing her the egg, staring intently upon her face.

Sakura looks up, tears in her eyes and hugs the egg to her chest. “Yes! Yes, Naruto—thank you so much—but... why?”

“It’s my wedding gift to you,” he says, “Karin told me, in Old Uzushio a man would present his prospective spouse with an egg—an offering either to the person or their future child. It’s a gift to you. Don’t worry about rejecting me, you can keep it even if you won’t wanna get married.”

Sakura looks down at the egg in her arms and back up at Naruto. Sweet, silly Naruto. She did love him. She loved both him and Sasuke—were she the blood of Old Uzushio, she would take them both to husband. “Naruto... you...”

“You would have to share me,” he says, “I plan on marrying two people, in the tradition of my clan. You and Sasuke.”

Like the First Hokage, Uzumaki Mito and Uchiha Madara.

Naruto would have two brides, her and Sasuke. She would have two husbands, Naruto and Sasuke. Sasuke would have two spouses, her and Naruto. This she would accept, enthusiastically. “Yes!” She nods, “I will be your Mito.”

Her pale-pink egg will hatch into the pale dragon Aiko, a tiny pink thing with cherry red upon the tips of her claws and feet, feathering across the thin membrane of her wings. The eddymasters swear to her that in a matter of months she would be able to take the creature up into the sky with her upon its back for the first time.

Ino used to offer her rides upon Cosmos, and she had always declined, fearful of the giant speckled beast; but upon laying eyes upon Aiko, she feels none of that. She feels only kinship.

just thinking about how. aiko is just. such a genuinely good & kindhearted person. like. even for his time, like, in his main verse, where the era of warring states had stopped relatively recently & a lot of people discouraged that kindhearted nature but he. genuinely didn't care. he may have compassion fatigue at times & he's by no means perfect & sometimes, as a genin, he'd be almost too merciful if there's unnecessary bloodshed outside of missions ofc, but hikaku & toka encouraged him to be kindhearted in a world full of people that tell him that you're supposed to Always Suppress Your Emotions. he's seen firsthand what that's led to. it's the entire reason why he decided to become a medical nin. after accidentally killing his own brother akio in his main verse in a training session (back then training wasn't as supervised as it is today) & seeing how many people suffered unnecessarily in times of war & how he himself was a victim of abuse by his classmates to the point of being assaulted by one of them (with said classmate being a hyuga & the hyuga clan's influence was very prominent, that's why he didn't speak up until years later when he was standing over his corpse while he bled to death in war & he did nothing to save him, only hushed him with a finger over his lips), that's the whole reason behind his purpose. he wasn't considered "uchiha enough" by the clan because he didn't have the sharingan like his older sister momoka because he failed to inherit it, but he's a skilled illusionist like his mother. he may be soft & kind & sweet but he isn't naive & that doesn't mean he can't snap at people & genuinely get angry at & hate other people bc he's still human ykno.

Excerpt From Start of Something

So I was watching Legends of Korra...  basically Akari is the slighsly more sadistic, Naruto version of the avatar. Just a self indulgent fic, because I was in desperate need of Neji.

Something covered my mouth, and a hand wrapped itself around my neck. “Got you alone, girly. Say, you don’t look like ‘Aiko’, but you’re a lot prettier!” I recognized the voice as the sleazy man from the reception counter.

The rag was clearly drenched in a drug and I held my breath. My eyes flashed silver and the man was blown backwards into the wall. “W-what the-?!” I stalked over to the creep, murderous intent radiating from me.

“You picked the wrong woman to mess with, but I promise you, I’ll be the last!” With slow, trance like movements the air began to leave his lungs and circle around his head. 

I hummed along to the broken melody of his strained screams until they gradually cut off into harsh gasps and soundless screams. He threw his hands out, as if begging for help. 

“You should be thanking me. Since you don’t know what to do with your life, I’m taking it!” I announced, nonchalant. Just as he seemed to give up struggling, the door slammed open but I kept moving, determined to sap the life from him.

“Akari!” I spared Neji a second lasting glance as he burst through the door. “Neji, he tried to drug me while I was meditating.” Neji, who was well aware of my tactics, just stood, watching angrily.

“Are you alright?” I nodded. “Just a bit woozy. He caught me by surprise.” The sleaze bag collapsed, giving up his last breath. I relinquished my hold over the air and turned around.

Neji briskly walked over to me before yanking me into his chest. I conceded into the hug, wobbling a bit as my adrenaline rush ended, letting the drug take hold. “You have bruises on your neck...” He ran a single finger over them, his frown dangerous. 

“I’m okay, I promise.” He shook his head, refusing to back down. “Please don’t meditate when you're alone.” I scowled weakly. “I’m not helpless, Hyuga.” He pulled away, still holding me by my shoulders.

“I never said you were. However, you are at your most vulnerable. That was an average guy, but imagine if he had been a shinobi with a kana instead of a gag.” I looked away, knowing he was right.

He hugged me again, tighter. “Kami, don’t scare me like that, Akari,” He muttered. I let loose a small smile and hugged him back. “I won’t. Promise.” It was quiet for a moment as we calmed each other down.

“You know we have to get rid of his body right?”

Brief Description:

Aiko has long, dark brown hair and wears it in a twin tail style. She has blue eyes.

She is the youngest child of Chihiro Osaka and Neji Hyuga, as well as their only daughter. Inheriting the Osaka Clan's shapeshifting abilities, she has been recognized as Chihiro's heiress, and a future head of the Osaka Clan. Despite her natural abilities and talents, she feels a sense of pressure to do well for both her sake and the sakes of her parents.

Aiko enjoys reading, especially non-fiction books. She has such a hunger for knowledge, and enjoys sharing her little fun facts with others (even when they are not necessarily wanted). Lately she has been reading anatomy texts, and is considering studying medical ninjutsu in the future. She is not afraid to speak her mind, and can be a bit too honest at times. But she always means well, and is quite a happy-go-lucky girl.

Like her brother and cousins, she has also studied Gentle Fist, even though she does not wield the Byakugan.

If a Hyuuga looked at a Youkai, what would they see? If they looked at Aiko and Junko, would they see that the girls aren't human? Or would they just see what appears to be civilian chakra coils?

That is a very good question that I hadn’t considered before. Let’s consider this.

As far as I’m aware Hyuga can’t see natural chakra in it’s raw form, which youkai tend to be very heavy on rather than the processed stuff that’s filtered through humans. Purely spiritual youkai like ghosts and the like would be completely invisible to them. Youkai with physical beings might look very strange, because they have highly developed chakra coils, more developed than any human can manage in a single lifetime given their average lifespan of centuries, but completely invisible chakra. 

Junko and Aiko are baby youkai, not even close to their half-centennial, so yes, they might have chakra coils that look close to civilian. The Hyuga can definitely see the biological changes though. That and the invisible chakra would certainly tip them off that something is very weird.
