I said I'd vectorize the side characters angel forms too (barring Raphael, Mephistopheles, and Thirteen), so I finished those up. I'm particularly a fan of Barbatos's and Solomon's.

I also have demon forms sketched for Simeon, Luke, and Solomon for funsies. Might vectorize those one day too, but then I'd be forced to show how over the top I made Simeon's for no real reason.

Devs try not to ruin Obey Me(challange impossible)

From no more lessons, daily chats and apparently chats from the cards to no more birthday events for the characters??? And half of this shit was not even communicated with us. They told us they will keep the game alive but it doesn't look like that...

I understand why not making new birthday events to some extent. Rerunning them became too hard so it was better to end it now, but they went about it in the worst way possible.

They should have made birthday events for the chatacters that only had like two(such as Asmo, Diavolo and Solomon and so in). It's not fair that Asmo didn't get a prince SSR like the rest of his brothers. It's also not fair that the side characters(aside from Simeon) didn't get this kind of SSR and new birthday URs. I understand putting a stop to birthday events, but they should have finished what they started

And what's worse is that the devs didn't tell us. We had to find out on our own and send emails to send to confirm it. They should have made a post about it, not hide it from us. Doesn't help that they put the birthday UR in a nightmare...at a pity of 200. Everyone knew they were greedy but this is quite disgusting, even for them.

I hope they won't shut down the og Obey Me when they see how many people stopped playing it for good reasons. There are 4 season worth of content and a lot of events and cards in lonely devil...

i'm a little worried with the change in events in nightbringer that the obey me writers are just simply going to canonize the nightbringer timelines and abandon the og one, y'know? it already seems like that's what their plan is with some plot points... like the overarching story is to get back home but with the way that every new event is now set in nightbringer's timeline it gives me pause. are we deadass just going to abandon the brothers in that other timeline and live in the past?? how will that affect the future?? i have so many questions

OK. So. I've mentioned the idea that Barbatos might be fae before but my mind just kinda ran with it tonight??

In the NB trailer, we see Barbatos approach a human child and whilst it's very heavily implied throughout the narrative that this is Solomon, I DON'T THINK IT IS.

I think it's his dad?

Idk what kind of transaction would've gone down between em but a classic fae trope is the exchange of one's first born.

This might explain why Solomon was born with such crazy power, and it would also be another reason why his parents tried to conceal him. The "Lifting Curses" DG was based on Sleeping Beauty in which her parents lock her away to avoid a curse??

I remember Barb saying that Solomon summoned him for the first time despite knowing that it could kill him and I always assumed this was because it would take a lot of power to do so but what if it wasn't? What if it's because Solomon knew that Barb had a claim on him?

I know not everything lines up but tbf the games contradict themselves all the time soooo...
