actually, I changed my mind. I would love for SNW to allow McCoy and Spock to meet and become interested in each other without Kirk’s presence, so people would stop saying that they only get along because of Kirk. It’s obviously not the case, but because TOS won’t change anyone’s mind anymore, SNW needs to step up LOL

OH
NOW THAT I HAVE A TUMBLR ACCOUNT AND I KNOW HOW TO USE IT I FINALLY HAVE A PLATFORM WHERE I CAN TALK ABOUT MY WILDEST FEAVER DREAM
Consider the following: Megamind as a Broadway musical. Take what they did with Shrek and make it objectively better. Can you not just vividly picture that in your head??
I refuse to believe I'm the only one who's came up with this. I refuse to believe this idea has never crossed anyone's mind before. No one can tell me that this wouldn't be absolutely fantastic.
I've been manifesting this in my head on and off for a year and a half
IF TIKTOK CAN MAKE RATATOUILLE THE MUSICAL I CAN MAKE ONE TOO DAMNIT

these were going to be tags for my previous post but actually they can their own post. As I occasionally do I’ve been thinking about how Widdershins could be a tv show. If we stick to live action I think there are 2 ways I’d go about it.
Option A - hour long episodes with like 10 eps a season, sticking pretty closely to the actual comic. S1 is books 1-6, S2 is curtain call, S3 is the post-cc books. Some opportunity to expand upon what’s in the books.
Option B - 40 minute episodes, 24 eps a seaosn. Make it more of a ‘monster of the week’ style adventure show where each episode follows one group doing an adventure like Harry & Sid on a bounty hunting trip or Mal, Wolfe & Ben catching a particular buggerup etc. The stories of the books become more like arcs spread across several episodes with a climax ep rather than like one ep per books. So like, Voss shows up in one ep but it’s 2 eps later before he actually causes trouble.
This would mean quite a lot of mixing it up from the comics to make it fit this format but it would also mean lots of new content and opportunity to expand the world and have a lot more character moments. It would end up being quite different in some ways but I think that would be cool to see in this imaginary adaption rather than a direct copy of the books :) <- thinking about imaginary tv show

when ghost tries to pick you up early on into your relationship, you resisted with a frown and told him you were too heavy for him
the next day, he sends you a gym video of him doing hip-thrusts using over three times your bodyweight. he says he’s practising for tonight

You know what game would kinda fuckin rule? An F-Zero Beat 'Em Up game. River City Girls and the new TMNT games proved that there is still interest in that Genre, and more modern gamers know F-Zero from Captain Falcon being in Smash Bros.
Add in some classic F-Zero style Vehicle Levels, and badabing badaboom, you got a hit game for old and new fans of the franchise. And if it does well, maybe F-Zero will get a revival of some kind.
