General Review:

Just wow. I did in fact spend like all day reading this and I do not regret it and even though it’s not done… this is literally a 5/5 read. Firstly the way that my baby Tay writes is so phenomenal and the depictions of the relationships and the amount of emotions and thought they she puts throughout the story makes everything so worth it. I really felt so attached to the characters and the overall story like i didn’t care how long the chapters were because i was so interested in the world she build and the CHARACTERS. Like it just keeps getting better and better; the amount of drama and messy that kept me on my toes every chapter. I cannot wait for the next chapter. The amount of stuff that went down in this fic and the route it’s going down idek how she got the life depicted in the first chapter because it’s shit happening every second like whew. I literally got so emotional reading this especially the more recent chapters because my heart hurtssss for reader so bad and it’s just so much strain on her and idgaf that’s my girl! I support women’s wrongs and she got a lot of them but that’s my baby like omg!

Now let’s delve in to my reactions ofc 🙈

CHAPTER 1: okay so obsessed with the fact that reader has a daughter firstly. The way you describe reader’s relationship and the dynamic she has with Armin and even the shift to his pov was very seamless and perfectoooo. The way you got in his head and i feel immersed inside of his thoughts about her and i just thought it was really well written and so beautifully executed. “Being with you but not truly being with you was like having an itch that begged to be scratched.” Like that line right there? It burneddd me and make me feel for him and overall i got invested. Can I add that Armin working in a bakery was very on par with his character lol? Like i love it. Your description of anything is very addicting as well let me add, im a sucker for details so i loved it. I was cheesing DOWN during their moments and when he took her to their childhood hangout place and the hold “date” bit came up and the “but even so, the implication of romance with him felt as natural as breathing.” Likeeee omg i was blushing. “I was always planning on leaving, but…not without you.” Oh that moved me like bad. I’m a sucker for childhood friends to lovers and hearing them reminiscing and just wanting to move out of where they are to make a lifeee was so good. “Since when was he ever so lucky? Since when did fate decide to show him a little bit of pity and mercy? WHOO LOOK AT ME as I am finally getting around to making this post hahaha It’s been very sorely late when I had this in the draft since a week after New Year

So... to start with, very belated but Happy New Year! 

How have your 2018 started so far? XD;; Mine.... ehhh... as I had mentioned in the last post, it hasn’t been that great.

Still, that doesn’t stop me from sharing some happiness XD well but better than never!

Here are some pics of some hauls I’ve got so far >w< there’s more but I’ve picked these few. 

The GraffArt Christmas tumbler is very small XD I’ve been using a lot to drink tea mostly haha. The GraffArt illust paper that covers the bottle is removable, just gotta twist open the inner bottle to take it out. 

Fresh up and ready for 2018, I got the 2018 wall calendar off CDJapan on a pretty last minute pre-order. I really like this style more than the 2017 one because this time, most of the illustrations are from the best Animage and PASH ones. And FINALLY, a Chuya that falls on a June. My only problem is only that it’s horizontal so was a bit hard to find space for it to hang on my wall ;w;; 

The 2018 desktop calendar came together with my AGF2017 hauls from a personal proxy (bless herrrr). She got me the file and badge sets for BSD Mayoi Halloween along with the calendar. Initially, I wanted only the badge and file set but then I couldn’t resist when I saw the revealed illustrations for each pages of the month for the 2018 desktop calendar so it was also a pretty last minute addition. So thankful, she got them all for me. 

Autumn (or was it Moon Rabbit? I can’t remember) festival Marui Branch! BECAUSE. LIKE I SAID, I couldn’t resist XD! A lot of my friends joked how his expression is really weird, and even I have to half admit it kinda is but hey I still love him. He looks... well, XD; sometimes... you know... the things you do for love.... 

But to be honest it look more to me like he was uh, looking or trying to look flirtatious. Ohohohooo

Welp that’s about it for now! 

I will be posting a bit more, although I cannot promise too much frequency as well as I am starting my Bachelors this year and it’s going to be pretty hectic starting then. Still, will try to keep updated! 

Am I still going to offer splits and selling merch? Yep. I have some things with me that I still want and need to sell, I just haven’t got around to really set up sale posts for them and offering splits just yet. I also need to secure some preorders first before I officially open splits. 

Thank you to every one of my buyers who had been so kind and patient with me. I know some of you for a very long time, about almost a year I think? Again, I cannot thank you enough. 

I will try my best to be more efficient with my merch selling ;w;; Even though I may not be able to have too much ample time but I’ll still try my best. So, if you’d like to, please do look forward to any future splits and merch that I still have with me to sell! 

Other than that, of course, as this is still my personal blog, I’ll post time to time about what’s going on with my life >w< XD it’ll probably get very interesting with a spice of suffering. 

It’s going to be near the end of January, but I hope you all have a great start of the year!

1 the good fan portrayals! look..yeah ok there was some stuff that was weird, we weren’t supposed to see them as like..the Ideal. but the whole thing of like…family that cares about you and that you care about and saving the world? they did understand that part of the appeal at least, they were just wrong about their target audience. The majority was sad teens, but…I think…I think they had the right vague Idea. It wasn’t AS unsympathetic as I thought.

2. the bad whatever the FUCK they were doing with Becky. Like…oh wow. Some of the convention stuff was clearly made to be mocking. Actually a lot of it. I’m honestly surprised at ANY good. Jesus that was cringe for like 80%. Like I’m glad in the end it…tried, but OUCH it was…Listen I get it wasn’t your target demo but you still have fans guys for FUCK’S SAKE

3. the reactions listen…Sam’s lil “ah yeah this is kinda funny in places, we can make this work, I can hide it” vs Dean’s “WHAT THE FUCK WHAT THE FUCK WHAT THE”…like idk Sam at least feels like someone who has let himself be weird and nerdy, Dean hasn’t, so he knows the vibe. Also I feel like Dean hates himself and his life a lot more than Sam does, regardless of how much they pretend it’s the other way. Like it reads as everything Dean wanted not to be, or was told not to be, and like…yeah ok there’s a metaphor in there. Whereas Sam the Protagonist is just kinda more chill. Also that one scene at the end was unironically funny(no chuck abort was very good)

4. the meta/self congratulatory ok as far as meta: they did take advantage of the fact that we the audience know shit the characters don’t to like…actually find the colt! like that was a very good use of meta! using the lady as the matron was also good use of meta! and yeah it’s self congratulatory(nerdy underdog niceguy writer gets the girl that’s a fan of his work)(hey if chuck’s a stand in that’s really fucked up guys) but that scene with Chuck was actually cool, and yknow…he’s not that bad right now. I know he will be, but he’s just kinda fun and funny

5. actually really good set up and payoff this episode like the shot glasses, the lady, the “they all think it’s a joke” hell even the fucking colt and bela and crowley. I just thought it was neat

6 hbo supernatural. Ok so…every single thing that was a bit Lighthearted ended up dark and vice versa. I think that they’re straddling this line a lil bit here, because they clearly wanna tell darker stories, but the CW is forcing them to stay peppy and they’re…not fantastic at integrating it. Like changing channels has two COMPLETELY separate vibes. I think that actually the curious case did it better, but both are good. Once again, the straining against circumstances that makes this fucking show so compelling, even if it’s not good
