Getting absolutly buttfuck baked with the bakusquad

☆ GN!READER ☆

!! WARNINGS; mentions of drugs and alcohol !!

☆ KATSUKI BAKUGO;

At first, Katsuki couldn't be bothered to sink down to you and the rest of your friends level's. He thought doing drugs was fucking stupid.

But knowing you and your friends, you weren't just going to let him miss out on all the fun.

"What, y'too scared Kacchan~!" Denki teases. It took quite the effort to finally get him to at least try it.

Sero had been the one to bring the bong, since he was the stonner of the group. And since he was experienced, he tried to teach Katsuki how to do it but...but he wouldn't have it.

"SHUT UP YOU MORON! I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!"

He obviously didn't, especially since after lighting it he inhailed half of the smoke inside.

After getting hit with that shit, he had completely forgotten his will to live. This was a completely different Katsuki Bakugo then the one you knew.

As he sat on the couch, zonning out into the abyss Kirishima approched him. The other weed virgin of the group.

"DUDE! ARE YOU OKAY?!" He shouted, shaking Katsuki's body. Kirishima was also hessitant to try, but him and Katsuki both pretty much had the same weakness.

After a few more minutes he eventually fell asleep on the couch.

☆ EIJIRO KIRISHIMA;

Similar to Bakugo, he wasn't sure about smoking for the first time. But unlike Katsuki, he was just scared. Poor guy.

You all knew that if he really didn't want to, you'd back off but after all your convincing he finally gave in.

"YEAHH! YOUR THE MAN!" Denki shouted, Kirishima going in for the puff. But him being inexperienced...he didn't know how to light that shit.

"Thats the side you light...not the side you inhail from." Sero said, holding back tears of laughter. Once Kirishima finally got the hang of it, he took a pretty big hit and immiditally started coughing.

Thats when...Sero brought out the edibles! Kirishima obviously not enjoying himself, immidiatlly melted at the sight of beautifully baked chocolate browniesーstuffed with grass.

After taking a bite, he realised weed just was not for him.

"Who made these?!ーthey're disgusting!" Kirishima whined, spiting out the brownie.

But it didn't take long before Kirishima finally got high. First he was confused, not knowing what the side effects we're, but once he realised he immiditally started laying down.

You Sero and Denki laughed at him as he fell asleep beside Katsuki, who was long gone at this point. You three took pictures, waiting for the moment to show them both.

Since they we're so far goneーthat's when Denki brought out the sharpies. Denki and Sero drew on their faces as you sat back and watched taking small hits.

☆ DENKI KAMINARI;

Denki had gotten stoned with Sero before, since they we're weed buddies but not like this.

The three of you we're doing a who can inhail the most challage while Katsuki and Kirishima slept on the couch.

Denki was first, as he put his mouth up to the circular opening taking a deep breath as he inahiled almost half of what was inside. You and Sero we're quite shocked he managed to inhail so much.

At that point, he had obviously won. But since he inahiled so much he got baked out of his mind.

Denki is the one who usually gets high the fastest, and not to mention he still lacks tolerance...so he naturally gets the most stoned.

When Denki is high...its best to watch him causiously from, afar. This is because when he's on drugs he gets the same side effects that he does after using his quirk. And not only thatーhis quirk kinda goes crazy on whoever is near him.

It's definatly worth watching though, he stumbles around the house doing the most random crap as he murmers shit to himself.

Take your eye's of off him for one second and he's probably passed out somewhere. And in the most non-convenient places too.

He'll walk around completely brain fried and decide that passing out in someones closet is a good idea. Or even in the bathtub.

"Heyーwhere'd Denki go?! I swear I only took my eyes off of him for one minute!" Sero asks franticlly, looking around.

"Who knows...wanna hit?" You reply.

☆ HANTA SERO;

Out of everyone in the group, Sero is the most experienced like I said. But not only that, he also gets the most snacky.

After a few hits hes diging through the pantry without a care in the world.

He'll order an entire pizza for himself and then eat an entire bag of chips, wheither it be your house or his. But he does get pretty stupid too, as if his regular iq isn't low enough.

"Who ordered pizza?" He'll ask.

Not to mention, when he's high everything becomes funny to him. You'll be trying your best to be serious and he'll probably just stand there laughing at you like a moron.

But you have to be honest, you can't stay mad at him forver. Eventually you too will be laughing with him.

Sero being a complete show off, also knows how to do tricks. He'll inhail and shoot out smoke rings awaiting your applause.

But...after hoarding all the food to himself, he'll start hoarding the bong too. It's as if he's not even aware he's high.

Because of this...Sero will probably be the one to green out. But even after throwing up he'll just keep hitting it.

For the sake of his stomach you grab the bong from him waiting for him to fall asleep with everyone else but he just ends up taking shots instead.

You both know he's trying his best to fight his sleepy demons but he can't fight forever, which leads him to pass out at the kitchen counter beside a bottle of booze.

☆ EXTRA;

Once everyone has passed out, your the last one standing. Because your so nice, you make sure everyone is tucked in comfortably for when they wake up. Denki who was on the floor, is now moved to one of the upstairs bedrooms. Sero, passed out on the kicten counter, is moved to the couch. You pop out the leg rests and put a blanket over him as you then tend to Katsuki and Kirishima. As comfortable as they look nuzzled up together, you pop out the leg rests on that side of the couch as wellーgentlly placing a blankets over them.

The Crow Road and Muriel in Season Three?

The Crow Road by Iain Banks is featured in season 2 several times. It’s part of Jim’s reorganization, we actually see the first page. Later Crowley gives it to Muriel, and we see Muriel reading it when she talks to the Metatron.

It’s about Prentice, whose uncle has disappeared, and how he uses the papers his uncle left behind to solve the mystery of his disappearance. People have suggested that this means that in S3 we will be looking for God, who seems to be missing in the present of S2.

Muriel is reading the book. Muriel has already helped them solve the mystery of what happened to Jim using her access to heavenly records. The Metatron has called her the ‘dim’ one, and has gone out of his way to make sure that she does not return to heaven. He knows the knowledge she possesses of heavenly records is valuable. Leaving her in charge of the bookshop wasn’t an afterthought, and calling her dim was a shrewdly chosen tactic to, hopefully, cause others to dismiss her.

I think Muriel is going to play a key part in finding out what has happened to God in S3.

Can I get a Wahoo for archivists and librarians?

An aside about trying to get the book:

I haven’t read The Crow Road yet, because it was virtually impossible to buy. I started trying the first week in August and have only just received a copy now, after having 3 orders get cancelled. The edition that is in the series is now listed on eBay for $50 and up. Barnes & Noble told me the book was out of print. We probably have at least 2 1/2 years before S3 comes out, I expect a lot of fans will be interested in reading it.

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY could we please get an ebook of it? Iain Banks’ estate is leaving money on the table. I think if they did a kickstarter they could at least raise enough money for an ebook, (speaking out of my arse here), unless there are weird rights issues. (Maybe there is an ebook already, just not available in the states?) I found a pdf online before I found a different edition on eBay, but I’d much prefer to support the author’s estate if there were a legitimate way to do that.

ETA Apparently there is an ebook available, but Am*zon isn’t selling it in the states. I don’t know if I can buy it at .co.uk, or if I did if I could read it on my kindle. Has anybody tried this?

I honestly think Dungeon Meshi mangaka missed an opportunity to have elderly and disabled orcs visible among Zon's group, and doubling down on that in the Encyclopedia of only talking about women and children.

"Those that can't fight" was vague enough.

It was early on and I assume the author was still struggling to break out of tropes.

Edit: wait there seems to have been one being treated by an orc woman in the manga, or assisting her with chores. Weird the encyclopedia doesn’t mention.

Why R U (Korea) Eps 1 & 2 Stray Thoughts

I truly do not know why we are getting a Korean adaptation of Why R U, but I suppose the Saifah and Zon story will be completed this time.

Episode 1

WTF this is the second blind-and-you-miss-it Domundi cameo. Hello, Max and Nat??

Episode 1: Polar opposites

I appreciate a show introducing two characters who don’t get along, and then immediately showing us why they don’t get along.

Beefing on sight with someone, and then holding onto it forever, is so real.

This is so petty. I love it.

It’s interesting that the original Thai show released around the same time as The Shipper. I wonder if we’ll be doing some exploration of the external judgment of male interactions.

I appreciate the respect this adaptation is showing in that some of the sequences mirror the Thai version.

This is making me want to watch A Man Who Defies the World of BL again.

Episode 2

This girl is keeping her fic on a flash drive in this day and age???

Fellas, is it gay to doodle about your hated rival?

I don’t remember their schooling mattering as much last time, but I like that they’re in acting classes.

Okay, I’m enjoying the way they’re acting out the fantasy sequences.

They really called this man an NPC when they’re all relying on his help. Thus begins my villain arc.

I feel like one of these classmates is also one of the interns in Jun & Jun right now.

So have Sunwoo and Yungyeon been mutually crushing this whole time? Why date his friend then?

I really like how this water-giving sequence didn’t carry a sexual or romantic aura.

I’m still not sure why we’re doing a Korean adaptation of this, but this didn’t suck!

Hey something weird happened to me right now! While I was napping (I decided to just nap and use lullaby method for the void I am trying to get into the void from 2months now) but today was different! I was in a mood like wtf it’s been 2months & I here reading other people’s void story today I’ll make my own & in a sleeping position started affirming “I am void” & to keep my mind awake I made a fake story playing in the back of my head then at one point of time I was in blacked pitch blacked zon wasn’t hearing anything & then a got this unreal feeling or floating & falling at the same time & I panicked & thought to myself this is the time to affirm for my void list(I have made a list of things that I am manifesting) I said “I have everything mentioned in my void list” & then I opened my eyes (only thing I missed was say that now I am out of the void state) but I didn’t manifest anything!

Please guide me now! NOW I FEEL I NEED REAL GUIDANCE FROM YOU!

You were so close!!! When you feel like you're falling, you're supposed to wait till you kind of just stop falling and feel nothing anymore. That's when you're in the void. But you were seriously so close and I know you'll enter it next time!

oh small health update I had an ulcer on my cornea and that's why my one eye was so dramatically worse than the other (oopsies) (also don't google this it's bad to look at)

have finished my antibiotics schedule so im in the wait-and-see stage to figure out if it'll work or if we have to do more to it. and it still doesn't solve the issues with the other eye. or the issues in the eye that has it from before it had it. BUT at least it's a small mystery answered and hopefully I'll be able to like . see out of that side at all soon . so ive got that going for me!

disability support paperwork is still in progress (ive done all of the parts I have to do, it's just waiting for the slow churn of government services) but if you want to be niceys you can still tip me on kofi, and if you are financially better off and want to be niceys I also have an am*zon wishlist for accessibility stuff bc hoo boy . expenny

Carneline had known Clover Hill’s old town hall was in bad shape from the bid documents. On her walkthrough with Rio a few weeks ago, even more suspicions had been raised. But now, the disintegrating chunk of limestone that had fallen off the cornice and into her hand confirmed it: she was going to be spending a lot more time in Clover Hill than she had initially planned. “Jesus Christ.”

“I’ve never seen limestone this bad,” Bruno murmured. Oceanic’s chief masonry superintendent carefully set the piece of stone down on the scaffold. “This whole cornice is going to have to be checked.”

Checking the structural integrity of a city block’s worth of limestone was definitely not covered in their contract. Carneline chewed on the inside corner of her mouth as she ran a hand across the sugaring stone and watched millennia-old sand crumble into her palm. “Is this the only bad news?”

“Oh no,” Bruno said in a voice far too cheery for her liking as he pushed to his feet. “This mortar is definitely hot.”

Asbestos remediation was also definitely not in their contract.

She cast a desperate glance along the joints. “Are you sure?”

“Yup.” He pointed to an area where the mortar was exposed. “Look close. You can see the fibers.”

Carneline looked and, sure enough, there were the telltale threads amongst the cement, lime, and sand. Fuck. “Does Rio know?”

Bruno shook his head.

She snapped a couple of photos on her phone and turned for the scaffold stair. “Are xe still documenting in the lobby?”

“I think so.”

“Good. I’ll send xem up.”

The metal stairs squeaked as Carneline made her way down them, eyeing the brick and stone of the Romanesque Revival building with far more suspicion than before. The facade clearly hadn’t been washed in two decades. The window sills were covered in black atmospheric discoloration, and the blue-green haze of cupric staining streaked down major crevices. On the brick and stone walls, there were long stretches of jointing completely devoid of mortar and one of the brackets was missing entirely.

She stopped two decks down and took a moment to admire the town. This was Oceanic’s first project this far south. They mostly stuck to projects in Baymill, but her dad had wanted to expand into other markets, so here she was forty feet in the air above a town she could see the other side of from the scaffold. The five-story town hall towered over most of the rest of the buildings, but fit in perfectly amongst the clusters of various historic structures downtown. Its renovation was long overdue, but Carneline hoped Clover Hill would find it worth it in the end.

From her perch, she could see the expanse of the park, with its quaint little gazebo and beautifully kept grounds. A bit farther she spied the currently unlit marquee of an old movie theater and a neon sign belonging to local diner. It was a beautiful town, and as much as she could lean on the scaffold railing and look out over the little town covered in the fresh leaves of spring for hours, she had a job to do.

She tore herself away from the view and continued down the scaffold to the lobby. The first time she’d seen it, Carneline had been struck almost speechless by the beauty of its wrought iron doors, scagliola-clad pilasters, and massive crystal chandelier. Now it barely registered. She hurried through the plywood-covered lobby until she found her assistant project manager sprawled indelicately across the floor.

Rio was an acquired taste Carneline wasn’t quite sure she had acquired yet; mildly competent, incredibly anxious, and graced with the aggravating tendency to lose the plot at the slightest provocation. Still, xe tried, which was more than Carneline could say of half of Oceanic’s field staff.

“Good morning, Rio.”

Rio startled, and practically levitated off the floor in a cloud of dust almost definitely from the plaster demo. Xe was absolutely covered in the stuff, and Rio hurriedly stuffed xemself back into xyr gloves and sheepishly brushed down xyr front. “Good—good morning, Carneline. I—I didn’t know you were on site.”

“I was walking the cornice with Bruno.”

“Oh.”

“How is it going down here?”

Xe grimaced and gestured at the ground. “It’s—uh. The stone’s really cracked.”

Bits of torn painter’s tape crawled across the marble below them like blown blue cherry blossom petals. Carneline crouched, and Rio angled the beam of xyr flashlight so she could see the spidery lines coursing through. Great. “These are going to shatter the second Bruno tries to take them out.”

“That’s what he said, too.”

Another expensive change order for the growing pile, I suppose. She stood, dreading the prospect of the unending raft of paperwork in her future. “I’ll speak with the NCK team. Have you been up to the cornice yet?”

Rio shook xyr head.

“When you are done down here, I need you to go up and document everything before we touch it. Do you have your profile gauges with you?”

“They’re in my car.”

“Good. Bruno will be up there for a little bit. Find…” She hedged, thinking of the worn-down status of the cornice. “Find the least broken stone and take a profile.”

Xe nodded. “Okay.”

“And wear an N95. The mortar is hot and everything up there is crumbling.”

Rio’s dark eyes got comically wide behind xyr safety glasses. “Oh shit.”

Her sentiments exactly. “Do you have any questions?” Xe shook xyr head again. “Alright. Call me if something comes up.”

“Will do!”

Carneline left Rio to xyr marble documentation and slipped out the west entrance to find the jobsite trailer. When she pulled the door open, she found Josie bent over the conference table—which was really just four folding tables pushed together in the center of the room—studying the reference drawings.

“Good morning,” she greeted as the door snapped shut behind her.

“Good morning,” Josie replied as she turned the page of the drawings. “Headed out? Help yourself to some coffee before you leave.”

Carneline startled at the kind, but unexpected offer. “Oh. Thank you.”

“To-go cups are on top of the fridge.”

“I actually don’t drink hot coffee,” she replied sheepishly.

“Don’t drink hot coffee?” Josie asked, looking up from her drawings with a grin that Carneline had discovered seemed permanently glued to her face. “Don’t tell me…you’re like Baylee and only drink cold brew.”

Carneline gave an awkward little laugh, not liking the familiarity with which Josie talked to her about her sister. People always did that, acted like they knew her because they knew her sister or father. Another one of the ‘perks’ of a family business. “Guilty as charged.”

“Well, I’m one step ahead of you. There’s cold brew in the fridge.”

The offer was tempting. Carneline considered for a moment, but finally decided against it. If she got caught in traffic, which was likely considering the time, she would definitely have to stop and pee. “Not today. I have to drive back to Baymill after this, but thank you.”

“Any time.”

Josie finally straightened up fully and leaned casually on the white plastic folding table, hooking her thumbs into her jeans. She was an unreasonably attractive figure, taller than Carneline, with kind brown eyes and a sharp fade that put every short-haired worker on the site to shame. In some universe she might have been Carneline’s type—if Josie hadn’t worked for the general contractor paying them to fix Clover Hill’s historic town hall.

Carneline hedged. “I…actually wanted to talk to you about something.”

Josie’s voice remained impressively neutral. “Oh?”

“Yes…” She pulled her phone out of her pocket. “We have some problems.”

“Define ‘problems.’”

“That depends, do you want the least expensive issue or most expensive issue first?”

“Least expensive.” Josie flashed a luminous smile. “Warm me up.”

Carneline pulled up the photos she had taken of the floor and passed her phone over for her to see. “The marble in the foyer is full of cracks. It’s going to shatter when we try to take it out.”

“Architects were ridiculous to think we could salvage the whole floor,” Josie said with a disbelieving scoff. “A-hundred-and-twenty-year-old marble doesn’t come up like that.”

“No, it does not,” Carneline confirmed.

Josie handed her phone back, her face suddenly all business. The shift was jarring, to say the least. “How much is this going to cost?”

“I can’t say for certain, but it will be a decent amount.”

Josie sighed. “Great. You submitted replacement marble, right?”

“A few weeks ago.”

Josie ran a hand through her hair. “Submit an RFI and we’ll see what the architects have to say.”

“Was planning to.”

“Thanks.” She took a sip from a nearby thermos. “What’s the bigger, badder bill?”

Carneline gave Josie a significant look. “Have you been up to the cornice?”

“Recently?”

“Yes.”

“I walked it at the beginning,” she replied with a frown. “Is there something wrong with it?”

If only. “The mortar’s full of asbestos and the stone is crumbling. A piece fell off in my hand.”

Josie inhaled in shock. “Oh fuck.”

“I don’t want anyone from my crew touching it until the town knows.”

“Understandable. Do you think it’s going to need to be replaced?”

Carneline glanced around the trailer to make sure they were alone. “Off the record, I think you might want to figure out where Clover Hill has a million dollars stashed for a rainy day.”

“It’s that bad?”

“The building is a hundred and twenty years old,” she said with a shrug. “I’m surprised it lasted this long.”

Josie’s face went grim. “Got it. Thanks for the heads up.”

“Not a problem.” She hesitated, not sure if Josie could handle a third thing on her plate. “There is…one more thing?”

“If there’s a massive structural issue that means we need to evacuate the building, please turn around and leave now,” Josie joked weakly. “Let me die in the collapsed building in peaceful ignorance.”

Carneline gave a dismissive snort. “Nothing so drastic.”

Josie brightened considerably. “Great! What’s up?”

“You need to have someone go into the main hall and put down sweeping compound. Rio’s rolling around on the floor in there looking like the Ghost of Christmas Past. To say nothing of the silica hazard.”

Josie was already grabbing her hard hat off the table. “I’ll do it myself.”

“Thanks. I’ll see you in a few weeks.”

“See you then!” Josie trotted off out the door, Carneline close behind her.

She checked her watch: three-o’clock. Plenty of time to make it back to the city without hitting traffic. She pulled her hard hat off the second she hit the parking lot, shaking her curly red hair out so she could tie it back up once in the car. She’d get out of town, update her dad on the way home, then spend a quiet night with her plants before she had to go to bed.

Her phone rang. The song barely got four notes in before she picked up. “You’re psychic. I was just about to call you.”

“Are you done at Clover Hill?” Warren Triana asked gruffly.

“About to head home now, just have to throw my stuff in the ba—” She stopped dead a few paces from her trunk, eyes taking in the noticeable sink to her right rear bumper. “Fuck.”

Her father’s business tone instantly switched to fatherly concern. “What? What is it?”

She scowled and threw her hard hat in the back a tad more aggressively than was necessary. “It’s nothing,” she sighed. “I just have a flat.”

I gotta see some Secret Saturdays content from you because I haven't even though about that show until I read your bio there. I used to looooove that show, I was obsessed with cryptids and paranormal pseudoscience and all that fun stuff, and when the Secret Saturdays first aired I was so pumped! Please tell me you have something to say about that showw? Do you miss it? Did you make and killer OCs for it like you do everything?!

I loved this show sooooooooooo much, it made me look stupid. I think it was like 2008 when the show started and I had never heard of a cryptid until I watched that show. The whole Science Family protecting monster creature dudes and even adopting them screams found family, you know I'm drawn to that like a moth to a flame. Plus, I loved how Zak and Fisk we just sweet little dudes that were brothers and got into trouble, like I loved them, They're my fave character out of the whole cast. Komodo and Zon are cool, don't get me wrong, but my boys are my boys, I'm sorry, I don't make the rule. (I totally make the rules)

But I will not let y'all catch me slippin on Doc and Drew, the were couples goals. They're still couples goals. I love how they have their little disagreements and their banter and witty flirting and still be badass like crimefighters??? Because shiiiit, they're like canonically badass, like black belts and ray guns and hand-to-hand combat, hello??? I loved that. AND THEY SPAR TOGETHER?!?! BABE, SAY LESS. (also Doc is so fine, I know, Gilly has a type, boo boo booooo-)

I realy liked when they interduce Doyle, too. Like woah, wtf okay, Zak's Mom Trauma Hour, she lost her parents in the Himalayas and then was separated from her baby brother in a blizzard- wooooooah, didn't expect that but it made me feel so hard for Drew. He ultimately became such a cool and sweet Uncle to Zak through, so everything worked out in the end.

And Argost. My man V.V. Argost was such a campy villian, I adored him. His theatrical vibes, his hamminess, his autistic ass stance. And his gay little spiderman henchman, too. Yeah he might have tried to groom a child (yeeesh) but he was funny as shit about it, and he ended up being a yeti???!?! Okay, jumpscare, but that was dope! I loved it!

I don't know why they had to kill off Van Rook though, but his voice was super annoying, so I'm glad he died. :)

I would love to see a reeboot or spinoff or something, like I wanna write a fic about Zak growing out of his old friend group and slowly wedging himself into a new one over Visit of the Week fics. Maybe go into some stuff regarding Zak's relationship with his family, how the family copes with him not being around as often, new school, new life, no cryptid powers, maybe new differnet powers. Fuck it, I'll throw in a warewolf if it makes things interesting. I just really like these characters and this universe, and It'd be cool to see it expand and change.

Also Ben 10 and the Secret Saturdays canonically share the same universe, and I never even knew there was a crossover episode.

I'm still enjoying WHY R U? Korean remake, even though it's really different from the Thai original. I think it's super interesting to see what they think the core of the characters and the most important story beats are, on top of reworking specifically-Thai things into what will work for Korean viewers - which was the biggest question mark to me, previously, but they just reworked the Thai freshie hazing, for example.

However, I'm not sure the film angle works for this plot. I know it's more a narrative device and I think it does work for SaifahZon/Ji Oh x Lee Won (granted I haven't seen the SaifahZon Story), even though they've abandoned Zon's writing. But I don't see what it adds to the other couple, TutorFighter already had enough going on with Tutor's jobs, Fighter's dad, and Hwahwa (oh how I miss the cuteness and sass of Hwa! Sorry, Do Yeon, you're lovely in your own right but Hwa's The Moment, I don't make the rules).

I'm still waiting to see if they've truly and completely taken the bite and fire out of Tutor/Seon Woo but it sure looks like it. This couple is pretty far removed from the original, in general - they lack the tension that is so crucial for TutorFighter as well as Fighter's coming to terms with his attraction to Tutor (Zee did so so well). Also I don't see the animosity lol

And I don't know if it's because people in K-dramas are always too well-dressed or what but it feels like we've kinda lost the class difference angle. Yes, we see Seon Woo working several jobs, talking about loans, and see the inside of his fridge, but it's not really hitting, if that makes sense? Tutor and Hwa are close friends despite their differences but there's no hint of that for Seon Woo and Do Yeon, for example. Maybe commentary on class, wealth and social status is just more inherently tied to Thai media?

Oh, and can someone who watches more K-dramas tell me if the amount of dubbing happening in this show is normal and to be expected?? I'm so used to the way Thai series are shot, where even if the sound they recorded sucks they'll rarely ever ADR it, that the amount of smooth studio-quality speaking lines throws me off every god damn time.

I guess my take right now is Interesting but too surface-level (can't believe I'm implying the og had depth lol I may misremember stuff but I do remember some of the more ridiculous beats)

i never thought i could repress so much! But also remember things that made me love this show very much. But also now that i watched it again with different eyes *yeah i stole them from my neighbors JK jk* i saw so much that i missed by my first watch were i was just rushing through to get to the other shows i wanted to watch. (zon being a aco disaster, everyone else being disasters, fighter being a kinda babygirl..but only around tutor kekek etc..)

Origin of Rusty Rose

Let me just say that this is literally my first fanfic, so just so you know, I don't know how to write well so... yeah, it sucks, but enjoy it anyway~

Oh, and I don't speak English, so I used the translator, so if there are any mistakes, SORRY!

Oh, and there's a little angst too.

"RUSTY! GET OUT OF IT- ARGH!"

So, summing up everything that happened, Rusty Rose, somehow, managed to leave the pirate world and returned to New Yoke, and meanwhile, Sonic managed to recover the fragments of the paradox through the dimensions, meeting more and more versions of his friends, whether they're good or evil (*cough* and getting spanked *cough*), and now, there's only one fragment missing, which is in New Yoke City, so he can make everything go back to normal.

That is, if Rusty and the Chaos Council let it.

Now, at this moment, the New Yoke resistance is fighting the Chaos Council and trying to save Nine, who is the only one who knows where the shard is, while Sonic is fighting Rusty and trying to find a way to bring her to the side. them, and for now, he's taking a beating.

"Give us the fragments now if you know what's good for you, otherwise I'll have to eliminate you."

Don't you remember anything from your childhood before this?!" When Sonic said that, Rusty suddenly stopped attacking and crashed. "...Rusty? A-are you alright...?"

"...I remember...I remember NeverLake." Rusty said, as a memory flashed through his mind, and Sonic froze. "I remember reading my tarot cards, where it said that something bad was going to happen to me, but I was destined to find someone who would save me." Sonic remembered this story, when the two met, and Amy said that they were destined to meet, but if that happened, why was she robotic? He didn't know her? Or worse, if he knew her...

Didn't he save her?

*Rusty’s Flashback*

Rosy had just finished reading her letters, which said that she was destined to find someone who would save her from something that was going to happen and would also be the love of her life, when suddenly the sky darkened, and above her, was Little Planet, but when she got a closer look, Little Planet had a chain holding it back, and with it, it couldn't get back into its orbit, so she would definitely investigate who put it on it, and also try to find its knightly meaning.

With that, she climbed up the chains and got there, only to find robot after robot in Palmtree Panic. This was nothing like the stories people told her about it. People said that Palmtree Panic was beautiful, with lots of flowers and animals and a lot of other things, but she just found these robots.

She was paralyzed upon finding this, only to see that a robot was heading towards her and, with her hammer, she dodged and destroyed the robot, which dropped a seed and a beautiful flower grew in its place.

When she was admiring the flower, she heard screams, and turning around, she saw that the robots were about to attack the animals, but she was faster and also managed to destroy them, thus saving those little animals, who were very grateful for the way , jumping and flying around her, making her a little shy, but happy that they were now safe, when she got back to her mind why she was there, and with her hammer, she went back to looking for her knight meaning, taking advantage and destroying robots and saving animals.

She went through the entire Palmtree and didn't find anyone, so she prevailed to go to the next zone, which also looked like a pinball zone. Collision Chaos was in the same situation as Palmtree Panic, with lots of robots, no flowers and the animals hiding from these robots.

With no time to waste, she returned to her quest, but before she could, a robot suddenly came and picked her up. She tried to free herself from the robot's grasp, but he was too strong.

She was terrified at that moment and tried to call for help, hoping her brave knight would come and save her, but no, no one was coming, but the robot's grip got stronger, and she ended up passing out due to lack of air.

When she woke up, she was in a whole new place, like a laboratory, and she was handcuffed to a table, unable to move.

She tried to free herself, but the handcuffs on the table were too strong. Then a door opened, and she immediately looked at it, hoping someone had finally gone to save her, only to find the Chaos Council (which she didn't know the name of at the time, but I'm too lazy to write it down now).

"Well, well, well... look what we found... a little hedgehog, walking alone through our territory and destroying our robots, what fun."

"Who...w-who are you...?" Rosy said, terrified.

"No one you need to know for now, but guys, since she's destroyed several of our robots, what do we do with her?" Eggman said.

"*Baby noises*"

"Great idea Babble, let's robotize it" Said Dr. Deep.

doctor Don't then pressed some buttons on his tablet and a gun started to descend from the ceiling, heading towards Rosy. Now Rosy was more than scared, she was horrified! She wants whoever her rider is to come save her now.

"N-no! wait! You can't-"

"We can do anything, dear... what is she again, a mouse? Oh, whatever." Said Dr. Done-it.

"W-WAIT!" Rosy couldn't even finish her sentence when the weapon's laser hit her. Moments later, all you could hear was screams and more screams from the girl.

*End of flashback*

"After that, I woke up like this." Rusty said, finishing the story.

Sonic was horrified! He didn't appear, like in Nine's story, but the difference is that Nine managed to defend himself later, but with Rusty, as he didn't know her...

He didn't save her...

She ended up being robotized because of it...

"Rusty... I'm so sorry... I should have come along and saved you... But look, you remember saving the animals, right? You have to have a good heart, you just need to find it again. So please join our group... We need you... I need you... Please..." Said Sonic, who was almost in tears.

Rusty, still expressionless, just stared at him, when she suddenly felt something... something new, or something she hadn't felt in a long time...

She felt…compassion.

And looking around, seeing hes world, with people fighting or fleeing from robots in order to survive...

"...What did I do...?" Said Rusty, dropping to her knees. "I turned into what I was most afraid of...a heartless person...a robot...a villain."

Sonic, seeing what was happening, became more hopeful that she could go back to being good, without being controlled by someone, being good or not, he smiled and started walking towards her.

"Rosy... you may have turned into that, but you can change again, you can do what's right, not being controlled by anyone, doing things for yourself and no one else, helping people... please..." Rusty then looked at him, and he saw her eyes changing, the left one having the white pupil turning black again and its brightness returning, while the right one became the exact color of her left one, a beautiful jade green.

"...Do you think I can go back to being... who I was? That hedgehog full of hope... and happy?"

"But of course! Come on! You can become Rosy again! Even though you're in a robotic body, you can do whatever you want! Without being commanded by anyone! Be free again!" The twinkle in Rusty's eyes intensified, and she, for the first time in years, began to hope again, and seeing this, Sonic smiled even wider.

"Yes... Yes! I can!" Rusty smiled.

"Rusty, why did you stop attacking him?! Did he surrender?!" Eggman said.

Looking to where the Chaos Council was standing, Rusty spoke: "My name isn't Rusty... My name... IS ROSY!" And attacked them.

Sonic, now felt very happy and relieved, now that Rust- I mean Rosy, was now on their side, and, now with her on the resistance's side, they might have a better chance of being able to defeat the Chaos Council, find Nine and get everything back to normal.

And when everything goes back to normal, he's definitely going to spend more time with his Amy.
