so I ordered groceries online again because I'm still not feeling well enough to go wander about in a huge supermarket since my closest grocery store closed down, and I was feeling really shitty and lazy about it too, but then the groceries arrived and whoever had compiled my order had added two extra bananas (I didn't order any bananas although I wanted to, because the website said they were out of stock), and they had even left a cute message on the bag 😭

I also ordered one (1) cauliflower and received an extra one, which I was extremely happy about as well, I fucking love cauliflower, I'm snacking on some as we speak 💗_💗 (there's a bit of a cauliflower crisis in Finland atm because apparently the whole entire harvest ripened at the same time so now there's lots of perfect-quality cauliflower threatening to rot in the fields/stores because there's so much of it 😭 so I assume that's why I got an extra one of that too)

Sometimes I wish Jimin stop being so secretive on cam and basically a wallflower. Idk how they are even navigating through their relationship when both are on opposite ends of attitude and lifestyles, like is that even possible ? Won't both parties get sick of each other soon? ... or maybe like you said JK is the freedom Jimin is craving for and Jimin is the leash JK very much needed 🤷‍♀️

Alright people, I'm gonna do another long ramble, thank you @snzfeels for the requested lil guy~ (part one-c/huuya ~and~ part two-g/ojo) ~From This Ask Game~

🤧: What does their sneeze sound like? (Description, spelling, or both!)

He's a default stifler. And while they can be small, like "hngt-! inght-!" more often then not, they come out a bit harsh, something more like "ah'gNZXT-! hd'kNDT-! en'dXGT-!" especially once he's been at it for awhile.

But if he actually let them out (rare) or they start escaping (more common) they come out more harsh, less rapid, and desperately itchy. Something along the lines of "hh'RZSHhah-! arRSHhuuh-! hk'yrrZShhhoo-!"

Though if he just lets them out from the start, and it's not a super intense fit, he can get a bit softer ones, but you'll hardly ever see them as most of the time he stifles until they burst. Softer ones would go a bit more like "hk'rsshhhoo-! yieshhh'oo-! ahkihhshh'huu-!"

😩: Do they tend to sneeze just once or twice, or multiple times? Do they have fits frequently or rarely? Does how many times they sneeze depend on the cause?

He feels like such a lil rapid fitter boy, though I think if he gets a natural sneeze, and he lets it out, it'll stop at one or two. However yet again, that's incredibly rare, as he prefers to stifle them, whiiich leads to rapid lil multiples.

Fits are pretty frequent for him if he's exposed to an allergen or sensitivity, though I think when he's sick, it's less 'fits' and more little sessions of multiples that lasts all day. Maybe kinda one long drawn out fit. And yes, it definitely depends on the cause, and how (pointlessly) he tries to keep stifling for.

😭: When they’re sick, do they try to downplay their symptoms, or do they treat every little cold like the plague? Do they whine a lot, or do they complain quietly or even just in their head?

The complete opposite to his one and only, not a word of complaint will drop from his lips. Sure, he's happy to complain about how annoying Gojo is being, but any signs of weakness are to be hidden and overcome. Not shared and whined about.

Though, I do think in his own head he'll tend to start complaining, and then spiral a little because he's upset at himself for complaining when 'I should be strong enough to deal with this'. Only time you'll get actual complaints is when it's a really bad sickness, he gets a migraine from it, and Gojo takes him somewhere private. (He only feels safe enough to complain when it's with someone he trusts, soooo Gojo bc I'm a satosugu freak, aha~)

💦: How wet are their sneezes? Do they spray barely at all, or are you gonna need an umbrella? Do they try to cover at all, or just let it go? Do they sniffle a lot when they’re sick or allergies are bugging them?

When it's his stifles or normal, pretty dry. Like he'll cover still, because he's polite, but there's not a desperate need for it. However, once he's been stifling for awhile, if they start to break free, there's a fair bit of misting.

He's the type to need to sniffle, but try everything in his power not to. He'd prefer to just grab a tissue and wipe his nose when no one is looking. But if he can't find the safety to do that, and he does sniffle, it almost always leads to a sneeze.

😳: Are they embarrassed by their sneezes, or do they just not really care? Do they apologize after sneezing? Do they say “sorry!” or “excuse me!” or anything like that? If they’re embarrassed about it, why?

Embarrassed, poor guy <3. He'll always follow it with some sort of 'excuse me' or apology, unless Gojo's been annoying him, and they're alone. That might be the only time he'll void the polite responses. (That, or when he's in the middle of a fit so bad he can't~ </3)

Part of the embarrassment comes from how violent he feels they are, bursting in multiples, harsh sound, ones that just feel so unrestrained. But another big part is the lack of control, and how it makes him feel weak. Far too human. Far too vulnerable.

📝: Quick! Come up with a scenario for them! It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, just something you think would be cute or something you’d like to see with them!

Smoke sensitive Geto has been on my mind lately, though it's been done before. Sooooo, I'll try to come up with something a bit new..? This is loosely based off an experience that a friend of mine told me about, tho no snz in that.

Suguru Geto was not a religious man. Hard to be when you've seen the worst humanity, and creation itself, has to offer. Even harder when you feel like you are one of those things.

So when he found himself standing in front of a Catholic church, rare enough across Japan, he wasn't quite sure what to expect. He certainly didn't expect his hand to reach for the door, or for it to open so easily at his touch. Part of him presumed it would burn to the touch.

Though, from the second he took his first breath of incense heavy air, he realized maybe burning wasn't so far off. The first few sneezes were rapid, breathy, and left him coughing into his sleeve. No one around him seemed to notice, in fact the church was quite empty. Aside from the smoke consuming every inch of the building.

BLAH BLAH- Geto finds himself trying to suppress the fits, he can't, he can't get a clean breath, he stumbles back out of the church, into the fresh air, but the smoke lingers on his clothes and in his hair. Some angsty stuff about this being a sign, 'God has refused him', he's allergic to the pureness, etc etc etc.

OPTIONAL ADD ON (that I love the idea of bc... my beloveds~): He gets back home, just to find Gojo waiting outside his door. The lingering air of incense almost makes him sneeze, and he winces when he sees the damage it's causing to Geto's sinuses and eyes. So Gojo gets him changed and showered, flinching at the let out fits he hears from behind the bathroom door, and then sits with him, stroking his hair and laying a washcloth over his eyes. Something something God may have refused him, but maybe the universe sent him Satoru instead.

I once again am putting a lil "this was so long why" at the end hahaha~ Hopefully this is enjoyable, and thank you for requesting it!! (and I'll once again put it out there that I'd absolutely love to write this, and... well I just might~)

Hey, y'all! It's that time of the month again~~ Time for a monthly update!! 

I want to start this off with checking in on you guys. How's everyone doing? The year just started but it just feels like time is moving so fast already. I hope that this year will be much kinder to us all than it has been 🙏🏿🙏🏿 last year really tried to knock my dome top off, but I'm still here, so thats something. Let's all do our best, and kick or at least bruise the universes ass!

Clerical Updates

I have some changes that I'm planning for the Itch.io page, guys 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿First thing first, I want to change the game's title screen. I had initially made it in Canva with the aid of a friend from work, but as I continue to work through the game, I feel like there could be a much more fitting image. However, your girl isn't a graphic designer, so I want to commission someone to make a header or some shit.

Then I want to add a game starting page into the actual demo. I’ve looked at some examples from other IF writers who have made one, but I think my code is wrong (as it usually is), so I’m pacing back and forth trying to figure out exactly how and what I’m doing wrong. stay tuned for the shenanigans, cause I bet its something super simple 🙃🙃

I've been slowing down in writing. I typically write in my Google docs app on my phone, it's easier than opening my laptop, but the app has been having hella issues. I think it's because of the document size, so it's been significantly slowing down my writing time. I've been looking into alternative apps, so if anyone has recommendations, let me know. 

Game Progress

So far, I have three big scenes left to write in Alex’s route.

Convergent: not to be confused with divergence

Once I've written those scenes out, the rest will be smooth sailing. I just have ends to tie up and scenes to flesh out before I can finally push it into editing. I might do some of the fleshing out during editing to make it easier on myself (and to give myself a break), but I am just trying to go with the flow.

Once I push the game into editing, I'll take a break before I start on Mark's route. I'm still dealing with fatigue from Miss Rona despite having the same progress I had before I got sick but it just feels... weird. Like your girl is trapped in a slumber or something and I can't get out, but now I'm being anecdotal.

Back onto topic.

I want to talk about Mark's route for a moment. Because it truly is the bane of my existence, and I'm DREADING having to write it. I have three possible ways of how I want to deal with it:

Write the damn thing out, and stop bitching. Not ideal

Don't write it and be great 😤😤😤 most ideal

Release Alex's route once done with editing and worry about Mark at a later date. also not ideal cause then I have to come back to it! 🥴🤧😭

So, the last option is something I'm looking at real disrespectfully. Partially because I'm probably going to have to rewrite some of the subplots because when I plotted the outline for the entire episode, I had a precise idea of what was to occur. But Alex's route completely shifted from what was supposed to be there into something that I don't even recognize. Which isn't a bad thing, just… an inconvenience 🥴🥴

Therefore a lot of things that were supposed to happen just didn't. Which, again, isn't a bad thing. It just means that I need to reign the plot in again. I could finesse a lot of the content to make it flow, BUT that will take me some time.

So, in short... I still don't know what I'm gonna do!! 😭😭 but I probably will end up writing Mark's route cause I don't want to end up shorting you guys on content just cause I'm feeling lazy.

This episode has a LOT of variety in it. Like, I'm not even bullshitting. I'm aiming to make it so that you guys can replay it as often as you desire and still find new things you would have missed. (To make up for the fact that episode 2 probably won't be released until next year if we're being honest 🥴🥴)

The interlude isn't even something I'm thinking about at the moment. Partially because I'm trying to push through Episode 1, get done with Alex's Route and start on Mark's. A portion of it will still be in the update, but I'm debating if its going to be even smaller than what I intended it to be. Possibly? But again, I'm not so much of a planner as much as I am a 'go with the flow'er.

I'm hoping to drop pieces of the interlude this year until it's whole, instead of just writing the entire thing, cause I swear I'm not doing this shit again, lol 🤣🤣. Either way, I will keep you guys updated if anything changes.

still sick but alive, unfortunately 🤧

#last morning when i got up i wasn't at all sure i'd live to see the release of deadzone lol #since then i've been able to walk and stand up somewhat normally without wanting to cry and/or die #last night i slept more than the two previous nights combined. which still isn't that much but at least i did sleep #i did also wake up so completely drenched in my own sweat (from mild fever going down after i had taken a painkiller for a headache)- #-that i had to get up and dry myself with a towel 😂 #and there was a huge wet spot (of sweat) on my bed where i had lied 🙂 #i have lost three fourths of my vocal range so i can't e.g. laugh #(not that i've had a whole lot to giggle about these past few days 💀) #i'm bummed out i can't do preparations for my new job #i definitely should've started earlier but i would've had plenty of time this week had i not caught the cold at the stupid festival 🤧 #i did not plan this! besides i'm not gonna start working weeks ahead for a job i'm not even getting paid for yet #for the same reason no one can expect me to work while sick for a job i haven't gotten a single penny from #hell even if i WAS paid no one could expecte me to work while sick #so i shouldn't feel guilty for wanting to work on my fic instead of the course plans #which btw i already sort of have because my predecessors gave me practically ALL the material i might need #so all i reallly need to do is change the dates of the course plans and bob's your uncle #but i'd like to also study the material a bit before teaching it so that i'll at least seem like i know what i'm talking about 💀 #mom said on the phone that i've managed situations like this before so i will manage this too and she's right i guess but 😭😭😭 #but yeah i guess this is some sort of developement from last year when i had the 'rona- #-and felt awful about ordering food/groceries in because ''i don't want to be a bother'' 😂

-Albania (Bota ime - Viola Gjyzeli): Love the harmonies! It really sounds like an esc Albanian song huh. Very epic and such.

-Armenia (Do it my way - Yan Girls): OH LOVE THE VIBES FOR THIS ONE!!! GIRLBAND GOODNESS !!! Also I love they still sing in Armenian even if there's bits of English there :) I am sure it has a sick choreography but alass i'm hearing them on spotify

-Estonia (Hoiame Kokku - ARHANNA): ooooh this one sounds so powerful!!! Love the chorus with the two voices! It's definitely a serious topic, sounds like it has a strong message

-France (Cœur - Zoé Clauzure): I am sadly not inmune to french singing. It just sounds too good I have no option but to stan 😔. Oh that little 'ay ay ay' in the chorus is so familiar to me but I couldn't tell you why. The high notes !!!!

Gonna make this two posts because it's... it's gonna be so long. Part One: C/huuya~

🤧: What does their sneeze sound like? (Description, spelling, or both!)

Something little but fiesty, like him <3 Sooo, kinda vocal, you definitely can hear his voice in it, and if you know him well enough, you'll be able to tell from another room that it was him. Somethin' like "hh'ayshhhuh-! ak'yiezzshoo-! kih'tiezshhiew-!" BUT, if it's a bad itch, or allergy, and he's not managing to stifle, it'll sometimes dip into rapid, and that's more like "ashh- yieshh- ayyshhh'oo-! arshhh- krshhh- kashhh'oo-!" but those are more rare for him. He also stifles or half-stifles quite often. "engxt-! nkKxt-! hk'enXTiew-! nkXGT'shiew-! hd'tshhiew-!"

😩: Do they tend to sneeze just once or twice, or multiple times? Do they have fits frequently or rarely? Does how many times they sneeze depend on the cause?

If it's just a natural, no cause, maybe he'll get one/two. But most of the time it's caused by a smell, allergy, sickness, or wine <3. And in all of those cases, he'll be lucky to get less then five. However, in his defense, they're usually a bit spread out, not super rapid. (unless it's a really bad tickle~)

😭: When they’re sick, do they try to downplay their symptoms, or do they treat every little cold like the plague? Do they whine a lot, or do they complain quietly or even just in their head?

Somehow both?? He's definitely a "I'm fine, leave me alone" type of person, denial till the very end, he's ALWAYS okay and will work through anything. But at the same time, if he's feverish enough, or with people he feels safe with, if he's vulnerable, he'll be the type to complain. Sneeze, whine, gasp, repeat. But this is very rare for him, you can count the amount of time's it's happened on one hand. He's also the type to complain but about others, not his own symptoms. So if he has a headache, any noise or bright light or annoyance (Dazai <3) is suddenly 10 times more annoying, and worth complaining over. But if it gets into genuine complaining territory, not playful asshole banter, he immediately stops.

💦: How wet are their sneezes? Do they spray barely at all, or are you gonna need an umbrella? Do they try to cover at all, or just let it go? Do they sniffle a lot when they’re sick or allergies are bugging them?

Not really wet, though because he'll have longer fits, and tends to get congested from them, there will definitely be a light mist by the end. He also covers, absolutely, with his gloves, or hat, or an arm, unless he's too feverish, or specifically trying to annoy someone. Also he does sniffle, like a lot, despite trying to blow his nose to make it stop. It happens anyways, whether from irritation, congestion, or just instinct/habit. He annoys himself with it at times <3

😳: Are they embarrassed by their sneezes, or do they just not really care? Do they apologize after sneezing? Do they say “sorry!” or “excuse me!” or anything like that? If they’re embarrassed about it, why?

Embarrassed. He doesn't like any show of weakness, and honestly... the humanity aspect wrapped up in it makes him a bit uncomfortable at times. He likes feeling human, but it brings up complicated thoughts he doesn't want to address. He won't apologize, though if he's not really thinking about it, (or if he's with people he trusts/respects) an 'scuse me' will slip out here and there. Pluuuus, his sneezes are rather distinct, with the 'iew' sounds especially, and how much of his voice is in them, so he tends to feel quite embarrassed by their volume. (especially compared to some of his co-workers with MUCH more 'Mafia Appropriate' sneezes.)

📝: Quick! Come up with a scenario for them! It doesn’t have to be anything fancy, just something you think would be cute or something you’d like to see with them!

Thanks to you, 'wine snz Chuuya' has been LIVING in my mind, but honestly feverish Chuuya always lives there too, so let's see if I can combine them into something awful~ (feat. Soukoku bc... well... I just can't take how much I love them~)

Dazai arrives at the Mafia HQ, fully intending on tormenting his dear Chibi. I mean, it's been nearly a week since his last torment session, he's going into withdrawl.

He expected a bit of resistance, maybe a challenge, some banter, possibly even a punch. What he didn't expect was to find Chuuya nearly passed out at his desk, empty bottle on the floor, glass precariously tilted in his hand.

He rouses at the footsteps, gazing up at Dazai with eyes clouded by alcohol and... something else. He manages a deeply slurred "H'llo thr D- Dazz... Dahhhzai!" Followed by a barely covered rapid fit.

Well, definitely drunk. Though judging by the congestion soaking through the corners of his words, pretty sick too. This can't be good. With a moment of kindness he'd never admit to later, Dazai takes it upon himself to bring Chuuya home.

Upon touching him, he expects the normal feeling of powers being stripped. The heat however, comes as an unwelcome surprise.

BLAH BLAH he takes Chuuya home, Chuuya drunk snz the whole time, Chuuya too fevered to take care of himself so Dazai has to help him, clingy drunk/feverish Chuuya grabs his arm and won't let go, so Dazai has to lay on the couch with Chibi on his chest, and then some vulnerability stuff happens, including Chuuya admitting that he was drinking to try and cope with the nightmares that come with the fever dreams </3

THAT WAS WAYYYY TOO LONG- I'm so sorry <333 but also thank you for the ask!!! I love my guys 😭😭 NOW ONTO PART TWO! (and also uh... I very well may write that fic bc I've been wanting to write some more Soukoku angst lately, but I make no promises for how fast I'd do it haha~)
