Have always wanted to sketch a meal from IKEA, but never had a chance ‘cos for years I only go to the mega store with my family, and that usually meant no time to sketch.

This late afternoon I had to wait to pick up my car from the salon near the Alexandra Rd, so I took a short walk to IKEA, ordered this combo and got down to work.

What I was doing drew many curious looks especially from kids, who stopped to peer over my shoulder, and also the 2 friendly cleaning staff (I was sitting just next to the tray return station).

Felt very satisfied after I was done, with both the sketch and the food. 🥰😋

Glad to have had my me time and meditation for the day. 🙏🏼😌

Švedske "IKEA" ćuftice Potreban materijal: ćufte 650g mlevenog mešanog mesa (junetina i svinjetina) 50g prezli vezica seckanog peršuna 1/4 kašičice mešavine začina Allspice 1/4 kašičice muskatnog oraščeta 1 kašičica belog luka u granulama 1/8 kašičice belog bibera 100g seckanog crnog luka so po ukusu 1 jaje potrebno je još 1 kašika maslinovog ulja 40g maslaca 3 kašike brašna 500ml goveđe supe od kocke 250ml mlečne pavlake za kuvanje 1 kašika vorčester sosa 1 kašičica dižonskog senfa so i crni biber po ukusu Priprema: U posudu staviti mleveno meso, prezle, seckani luk i peršun, jaje i začine. Posoliti po ukusu i sve dobro izgnječiti rukama, kako bi se svi sastojci sjedinili u kompaktnu masu. U šerpi zagrejati ulje. Vlažnim rukama formirati loptice (odprilike izađe oko 30 komada). Ćuftice pržiti uz povremeno okretanje na zagrejanoj masnoći dok lepo ne porumene. Ispržene ih izvaditi u posudu i držati na toplom mestu. Na istoj masnoći gde su se pržile ćuftice, dodati maslac, pa kada se rastopi, dodati brašno i uz stalno mešanje žicom za mućenje sjediniti da ne bude grudvica, dodati supu i pavlaku za kuvanje, kao i vorčestir sos i senf. Sve lepo sjediniti. Na kraju dodati so i biber po ukusu. Sve lepo zakuvati dok se ne zgusne, pa vratiti ćuftice, lagano promešati i ostaviti minut-dva, pa skloniti sa vatre i poslužiti.
