Aly & AJ - "Insomniatic"

It is incredible to me how well this album aged, and how enjoyable it is even as an adult. It's a Disney album, but it's ambitious and energetic and experimental, and overall, FUN. The lyrics are diary-entry, but thoughtful and an insane improvement over Aly & AJ's efforts on their first album. Nostalgia boosts this album for me, but I still wholly recommend it.

Hob headcanons part II

We all know hob built the new inn (and lives in the apartment above)

He’s made a habit of hanging out there in his free time and lends a hand to the waitstaff if they need it

He used to bartend when the inn first opened but had to ‘leave’ after a decade or so

It’s a known secret among his students that he owns this bar but really only his ta’s and grad students go there (he gives them a discount if he sees them) the undergrads still think it’s weird to see teachers out of class

hob takes up cooking because the only guaranteed way he’ll be able to eat his favorite foods in the future is if he makes them himself

immortality does not mean eternal youth nor superhuman healing abilities. If hob gets injured it takes him the normal amount of time to recover but any fatal injuries do instantly heal but only the bare minimum to keep him alive (ie. If he took bullet to the heart his body would heal the heart and keep the blood pumping but wouldn’t heal the gaping wound in his chest) hob can also scar and has quite a collection

Hob does age but only kind of. His eye sight starts to get a little blurry and his hair grays just a bit but then will revert back. He’s mostly got the cycle locked down and uses it to stay in one place longer

after hob and dream start seeing each other more than once a century, Matthew and hob become besties (much to dreams annoyance)

Hob likes to watch Matthew eat weird food that ravens really should not be eating

Matthew brings hob take out and yes sometimes patrons of the new inn see a big ass bird carrying a bag of chinese food

She later got her answer in the form of Stylus, where she then used the last of the angels' essence to resurrect, reconstruct, and give him his powers. All of it. This resulted in a.) Stylus being very powerful in ways that sometimes rivals god [something even he doesn't understand how to fully tap into yet] b.) The significant end to all of angelhood in heaven, as she does not have the power to create more angels/beings of 'pure' Heavenly power [ex her being able to bring Sona into heavenly power of godhood but only as a demon] b.5.) Stylus maintaining an essence and energy that is essentially extinct

b.5.5.) Continued on from the last post's tags I think sometimes he sits back in his office chair and stares at the ceiling and grapples with the fact that he's the last angel left. There will never be another being in heaven created of pure energy like his again. Not to mention dealing with the fact that he was remade not off just their banishments but some deaths too

I know it's like a typical quirky response but genuinely I am very bad at sleeping a full night (or day, for me, because I work overnights) and I've always had that problem!! I sleep in short bursts!!

I'll take the fic and stuff though that sounds very comforting thank you
