The weird animal researcher's abandoned castle ruins aren't the same location as the creepy snowy castle mentioned in the first poll, but I am glad we get to go to some sort of old castle regardless >:3 (assuming he can actually make it there). This one is actually cooler, since old ruins are always more fun than upkept structures anyway. Navigating the decaying property might be an issue though lol

haven’t been on much bc my dog has been sick :( between seizures and an infected tooth we’ve been having a Time trying to get everything fixed (this started around the holidays so our vet has been very booked up…we have been like 3-4 times in the past 4-5 weeks OTL does not help it’s like an hour drive there, so that’s been exhausting) now his new seizure meds are making him sick (was hoping it was like, just an adjustment period thing but he’s been sick for a week and having concerning symptoms…) if I’m not on a ton or slow to replying to messages it’s bc I’m working as much overtime as my job will give me bc Vet Expensive and mentally drained obvi 😞

It's really wild after sitting on the ending for some time, at least for me. I feel the most satisfying/ending that makes sense for John is him getting dealt with/disappeared by the C*A.

Like we know the C*A, at least for public record, put Aldridge as not guilty in the alleyway in '63 due to what the Senator says to John in the conference segment of Stones Unturned. John had to have been punished for that, as he tried to kill an officer (I still need to make a post surrounding this), one they really hold up at that. Then, we know he uses C*A resources to help Lincoln with whatever he is doing. That is a massive no no as if that comes out it could be bad for the company because everyone know C*A aren't """"suppose""" to deal within the country (we all know they still fucking do). And then, John's like big meltdown, the Post Credit Scene. I don't even have to explain that one. Talking about believing in America's fight as past tense, seemingly very upset with the actions he has done, using his connections again to make this come together, and of course trying to kill the people that ruined his idea of America/killing the man he thought that could make it better.

While I feel it would be easy for them to make the case John went """"crazy"""" and isn't to be taken seriously, and while that's true. He still has power and is planning to do something with it as he declares. Him being arrested is boring, but the company he put 15+ years into punishing him is poetic karma for all that he has done as a whole while working in the company. It kinda only makes sense they'd be the ones to truly screw John over.

And disappearing him kinda just makes sense. Not to mention, it's clear they tried their very best to wipe all information on John's general life out. And apparently, all Maguire could find was that one Princeton newspaper. Though I don't think Maguire is all that good at what he does, we are to assume there isn't much trail of John left. And it makes sense he's still in their paperwork as that's mostly for what they see, and at the end of the day, it's just one of their officers' name.

'adult who likes things for children“ isnt really something you Want #to be known as because this makes you look stupid to folks who do not have or understand the childish stuff #which is pretty understandable. i do look silly taking cartoon dogs seriously and being converned over toy rabbits feelings and whatnot #im not so oblivous as to pretend that i dont lol #i just wish i could enjoy these things and still be taken seriously! im not angry at people for deciding they wont or deciding they dont #like me or deciding im some sort of strange freak who will never grow up. its valid when you consider the everything else about me. #just wish it didnt have to mean that any and all footholds i have in adult spaces werent null and void you know #itd be nice if the two things could coexist. #im really only rambling in the tags like this because having this childish blog as my main ends with me being blocked a Lot #which again! im not mad about! people can choose to interact with who they like and form whatever opinions they want #im just a little sad is all. i have plenty of (mature even!) interests outside of things like stickers or stuffed animals but i cant really #interact with these things here without somebody inevitably looking my way and going oh. another immature person. goodbye #or just assuming that im a child trying to wiggle my way into adult spaces by claiming i am one. according to 1 ask i recieved a while back #i dont know. this really isnt much of a complaint is it.
