Today, in this theory, I will explain what the Secret of V. Nusjuro, who may be a Diamond Dog and his role in the story.

🔍 To answer this question, we'll go through 3 main points.

Did you know that in Hindu mythology, Venus was associated with the Diamond stone?

In the same mythology, Saturn is associated with Blue Sapphire, which is Oda's reference in the story!

Is V. Nus associated with the Diamond stone?

This would be no surprise as Mr. 1 told Zoro: "Are you going to cut through a Diamond next?" Will Zoro cut through Venus' Diamond next?

Cutting through a Diamond seems to be a difficult task. as Mihawk himself struggled to cut through Diamond Jozu.

2. Venus is a Dog demon The Five Elders are inspired from Chinese mythology - Saturn (ox) = ox demon (Ushi-oni) - Jupiter (sheep) = Shepherd Ju Peter - Mars (fowl) = bird/fowl - Mercury (pig) = boar - Venus is associated with a dog

The Five Elders also seem to be inspired from Japanese Folklore. Each Gorosei matches a Yokai (Japanese Demon). - Saturn (ox) = Ushi-oni - Jupiter (sheep) = Nuppeppo - Mars (fowl) = Itsumade - Mercury (pig) = Baku - Venus could therefore be a Dog Yokai

🌟 Mythical Zoan Showcase 🌟

It’s time for another Mythical Zoan Showcase! This time, we have the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami. It has the power to transform the user into an Okuchi no Makami, an ancient wolf deity from Japanese mythology, and was eaten by Yamato.

The Okuchi no Makami (sometimes just called “Makami”) is the deification of the now-extinct Japanese gray wolf. It was once worshipped in Japan as a guardian of humans that understood human language and protected humans from misfortune, fire and theft, their crops from despoilment by animals, etc.

Yamato possessing this fruit's power may be a reference to a particular mythological tale about the legendary Japanese prince of the Yamato dynasty, Yamato Takeru. The story tells of a white wolf whom said prince encountered in a moment of despair, after having gone astray in the mountains. Said wolf guided the prince out the mountains' deep forests and thereby saved his life. In appreciation, the prince supposedly had many shrines constructed in dedication to the wolf god of the mountains.

The Makami may be a relatively obscure deity today, but it’s still wonderful that we get a chance to learn more about it!

mmm. fic about yamato i think, taking place pretty soon after he eats the devil fruit (inu inu no mi, model: okuchi-no-makami, which is said to be the guardian deity of wano but also takes away yamato’s ability to swim as devil fruits do and thereby takes away most possibility of escaping from his father.) i think that zoan devil fruit transformations can be a little involuntary and hard to control upon first receiving them? yamato spends a lot of time in wolf form hiding from kaidou and stealing food (and the damn form still has the shackles chaining him here) and its a little rough. in the end it only makes his resolve to leave stronger. (in my heart this takes place after yamato meets ace :] he'll meet him out there eventually, even if he can't swim. he will.)

I decided I’d be moving some of my void century ocs to this blog under the OC section. Void century meaning these ocs are from the Void Century period within one piece. (If you’re familiar of Galapagos of somftchilds, she’s technically a void century oc too that nami writes). I think it’d be easier for me and I’ll actually write them with all my ocs on the same blog. Here’s some info about the ones I plan to write if you’re interested! (I’ll be doing proper bios for them) Warning this is long because my Void OCs have the most lore/details made up about them.

King Janus - The final ruler of the fallen Great Kingdom. A young king with great aspirations turned sour under the weight of the World. A previous user of the Soru Soru no Mi, as a child Janus wished to use his command of the soul to spread eternal life to the people of his kingdom. He cared about them above all else. He eventually awakened his Soru Soru no Mi to even greater affect, although without getting any closer to his goal. Upon finding a strange owl-girl named Pitsy, he found he could take unlimited soul from her for a strange reason. When it was found she was an exiled princess of the Germa Kingdom, this would spark tensions between Germa’s king and himself. Eventually, he was unable to achieve his goal and was driven insane by his immense power and the war with the Alliance. He would become to be known as the ‘Monster Lord’ for the souls he siphoned from other civilizations to create fearsome homies to deploy in the war. He would die in battle via over exertion of his power and his body would no longer be able to handle it.

Monkey D. Embla - The progenitor of today’s Monkey D’s. A previous user of the Shiro Shiro no Mi, she had a penchant for travelling and helping people displaced by wars. She cared not to get involved with political matters, but she could never say no to helping someone in need. Her existence is the bane of Loki (zahraalgernon).

Melly - An odd Lunarian that is ostracized by her tribe. Born with albinism, her wings sport a heavenly white color as opposed to the black that is trademark of their tribe. User of the Hito Hito no Mi Model: Seraph, she was at odds with her warmongering father and wished to usher in peace and understanding between the Lunarians and other tribes. This ultimately failed since her father continued to antagonize all other Non-Lunarians and the Allianced pushed the tribe out of their ancestral home atop the Red Line. Kind, soft-spoken, and soft with children, not often did she get violent. When she did, usually in fights against her father, she was capable of terrible destruction and others pinned the moniker of ‘The High Seraph’ on her.

Vinsmoke Ellis - The second child and first daughter of ruling Germa King Vinsmoke Sinclair. A previous user of the Wara Wara no Mi. Quiet and apathetic to the world around her, she looked up to her father the most. Even being as young as a child, she enjoyed educing pain on others with the straw dolls she created. If you talked anything bad about Sinclair, you may expect to lose more than an arm from her. She would eventually be killed by Janus in cold blood.

Kozuki Sakuya - The first daughter of the ruling Shogun of Wano in this era. User of a mysterious origami fruit called the Gami Gami no Mi. A fierce swordswoman who wanted the best for Wano above all else. She was well-liked, and some may think she was more fitting to be the next Shogun even if Wano law forbade it. Asexual, she would be disinterested in continuing the biological Kozuki line anyway. Maybe too serious most of the time.

Iori (He’s my newest one) - An odd boy from Ringo within Wano. Training to be a swordsmith, he became the unexpected object of fury and reverence after he stole a most important treasure from the Kozuki Family vaults - the Inu Inu no MI Model: Okuchi no Makami. The flowing legendary white dog was believed to be the Guardian God of the country and would appear in times of need. Iori, however, wasn’t exactly the personality of a guardian god. While he claims to the angered Kozukis that he did it sensing great danger to the country, in reality he only did so to get closer with animals and wished to be able to speak to and understand them. Threatened with execution, he knew he would need to have the people on his side, and constructed a great image of himself. The common people would see his good deeds and fully recognize them as their guardian deity, and he would stress to keep up appearances so he wouldn’t end up dead. He is genuinely nice. and when he isn’t being a public figure, is actually quite shy and sheepish when talking to other people. Is most enthusiastic to talk to and be around animals instead. May or may not be the reason tigers in the modern day walk around with swords since he thought it was a great idea to arm the wild animal population.

Akhirnya Luffy kembali ke Onigashima bersama Momonosuke dewasa! Akankah Momonosuke terlibat? Kalau iya, kita bakal menyaksikan pertarungan antara dua ekor naga raksasa!

Yuk simak ulasan lengkapnya dalam pembahasan One Piece 1025 berikut ini!

1. Momonosuke masih takut ketinggian!

Melanjutkan dari bab sebelumnya, One Piece 1025 memperlihatkan bahwa memang kekuatan Shinobu tidak sedikitpun mengubah mental Momonosuke.

Terbukti, Momonosuke yang tubuhnya bertambah besar ini masih takut ketinggian sampai-sampai untuk mengangkat kepala pun ia tak berani!

Shinobu dan anggota kelompok Hati hanya memperhatikan keduanya, jadi sudah jelas yang kembali ke Onigashima hanya Luffy dan Momonosuke. Apakah ini berarti peran Shinobu sudah selesai?

Bisa jadi tidak. Melihat Onigashima sudah semakin mendekati Ibukota, Shinobu mungkin akan bergerak untuk memberi peringatan pada orang-orang supaya mereka mengungsi!

2. Yamato perlihatkan kekuatan es yang dahsyat!

Pertarungan Yamato lawan Kaido di One Piece 1025 perlihatkan kekuatan Yamato yang bisa cukup mengimbangi Kaido!

Kalau kalian perhatikan, di bagian awal kemunculan mereka di bab ini Kaido tampak meneteskan darah sementara Yamato berhasil melindungi tubuhnya dengan lapisan es yang ia namai Kagamiyama!

Dari sini sudah semakin jelas, Buah Iblis Inu Inu, model: Okuchi no Makami ini jenis Mythical Zoan yang berikan Yamato kekuatan untuk mengendalikan elemen es.

Selain itu, setiap serangan Kaido dan Yamato tampak dilapisi oleh Haoshoku Haki. Yamato baru dikonfirmasi sebagai pengguna Haoshoku dan menariknya, ia tampak bisa melapisi serangannya dengan Haki tersebut.

Berhubung Kaido mengatakan hanya segelintir orang kuat yang bisa menggunakan teknik ini, setidaknya Yamato bisa dikatakan petarung yang kekuatannya cukup dekat dengan Luffy, bukan?

Namun, Yamato beranggapan kalau Luffy yang akan menjatuhkan Kaido. Ini berarti, kemungkinan Yamato yakin bahwa Luffy lebih kuat dari dirinya!

3. Ketiga Samurai dari bab sebelumnya sudah mati?

One Piece 1025 semakin menekankan kalau pada dasarnya, Kaido sama sekali tidak mengampuni Yamato.

Bahkan, siapapun yang membantu Yamato baik itu pihak kawan ataupun lawan bakal dihabisi oleh Kaido.

Bisa dilihat, salah satu anak buah Kaido dihukum mati karena sudah memberikannya selimut dan makanan.

Selain itu, saat Yamato mengatakan bahwa ia pernah punya teman, Kaido mengira maksud Yamato adalah ketiga Samurai yang kita lihat di kilas balik pada One Piece 1024 meski sebenarnya Yamato membicarakan soal Ace.

Kaido kemudian menambahkan bahwa siapapun yang berbaik hati pada Yamato sudah mati. Ini berarti, ketiga Samurai itu juga sudah terbunuh, bukan?

Jadi, bagaimana Yamato kecil bisa bertahan hidup hingga saat ini?

Satu-satunya yang mungkin membuat Yamato tidak dibunuh mungkin hanyalah fakta bahwa ia sudah terlanjur memakan Buah Iblis yang berharga, yaitu Inu Inu no Mi, model: Okuchi no Makami.

Gara-gara itu, Kaido mungkin tidak jadi menghabisi Yamato dan berupaya menjadikan Yamato sebagai Shogun!

4. Yamato dan Kaido, bagian dari ras "Oni"?

Meski sudah dari lama diteorikan, bab ini semakin menegaskan keberadaan ras tersendiri bernama "Oni" yang anggotanya adalah Kaido, Yamato, serta mungkin Page One dan Ulti.'

Jauh sebelum ini di pembahasan One Piece 1018, penulis menyebutkan kemungkinan adanya ras manusia bertanduk setelah melihat tanduk Page One menempel ke kepalanya.

Vivre Card Databook menyebutkan kalau Kaido mengadopsi Page One dan Ulti sepeninggal orang tuanya yang juga bajak laut. Mungkinkah Kaido melakukannya karena mereka berasal dari ras yang sama?

Sama seperti tanduk Page One, tanduk Yamato juga terlihat menempel ke dahinya setelah Yamato berubah ke mode Hybrid Zoan.

Kaido di bab ini juga menyebutkan bahwa Yamato adalah putri Oni dan seorang putri Oni tak boleh berteman akrab dengan manusia. Menurut Kaido, seharusnya Yamato menundukkan semua orang dengan kekuatannya.

Jadi apakah ras manusia bertanduk ini adalah ras "Oni"?

Selain itu, dari percakapan Kaido dengan Yamato ada kemungkinan ciri khas ras ini adalah kekuatan fisiknya yang luar biasa. Jadi bisa saja, ras Kaido ini adalah ras dengan fisik terkuat di dunia One Piece.

Jika ras Oni betulan ras terkuat di dunia One Piece, sebagai "Oni" terkuat bukan hal yang aneh kalau Kaido dipanggil "Makhluk Terkuat", bukan?

5. Momonosuke, sang naga kedua!

Kehadiran Momonosuke di Onigashima ini bisa dibilang cukup menarik. Dengan cara yang unik dan masuk akal, Oda berhasil membuat semua pihak di Onigashima tahu kalau ada pengguna kekuatan naga lain selain Kaido.

Tentu saja, ini juga bisa membuat CP-0 menyadari keberadaan Momonosuke di Onigashima.

Ingat, CP-0 tahu betul kalau Vegapunk sempat menciptakan Buah Iblis sintetis dengan meneliti Buah Iblis Kaido. Jadi, kemunculan Momonosuke dalam wujud naga di hadapan mereka seharusnya bakal menjadi bahasan penting di masa depan.

Akan menarik melihat CP-0 memberitakan ke Angkatan Laut bahwa pengguna Buah Iblis naga sintetis adalah rekan Luffy!

6. Duo ular VS naga terbang!

Akhirnya Luffy sampai di atap kubah Onigashima!

Luffy dan Yamato kemudian tanpa sengaja bersama-sama melancarkan serangan berlapis Haoshoku Haki yang berhasil menghantam mundur Kaido.

Menariknya, Luffy menggunakan wujud Snakeman dan Yamato menggunakan jurus bernama Shinsoku - Hakujaku yang artinya "Langkah Dewa - Terjangan Ular Putih".

Keduanya bersama-sama mengeluarkan jurus yang bertemakan ular!

Oda seakan memberikan pertanda bahwa ini saatnya bagi ular kecil untuk menggigit jatuh naga raksasa!

7. "Aku adalah Kozuki Momonosuke!"

One Piece 1025 bisa dibilang sebagai pijakan awal bagi perkembangan karakter Momonosuke.

Kalau kalian perhatikan, begitu Luffy memanggil nama Kaido, Momonosuke langsung mengabaikan ketakutannya dan membuka mata meski saat itu mereka masih berada di ketinggian.

Momonosuke seketika itu terjun dan menyerbu tanah, mengalahkan rasa takutnya dan dengan bangga mengucap impiannya bersama Luffy.

Luffy akan menjadi Raja Bajak Laut, dan Momonosuke akan menjadi Shogun di Wano!

Kalau melihat adegan terakhir ini, hampir bisa dipastikan Oda memang mengadaptasi dongeng Momotaro dengan Momonosuke sendiri sebagai Momotaro, Luffy sebagai monyet, dan Yamato sebagai anjing.

Kalau begitu, siapa yang akan berperan sebagai burung untuk membantu mereka melawan sang iblis bernama Kaido?
