Favorite thing about them: I’m weak for rivals to lovers and also I love the very extroverted akko compared to Diana who keeps all of her emotions in a box where they will almost assuredly never leave

Least favorite thing about them: Diana being like oh absolutely not about akko for majority of the series and then turning right around and being like oh actually I like her a lot. I both thought it took way too long for her to warm up to akko but also it was very sudden when she did. I suppose that’s more of a writing thing tho

Favorite line: y’all remember in the original 2013 movie when Akkos like how do you know this is the shiny rod? And Diana panics and threatens to drop her??? Top comedy moments of all time I bet akko went out of her way to bother Diana after that

random headcanon: Diana absolutely abuses her teachers pet status to get into places and she uses that as hangout spaces for her and Akko. Also akko forgets her jackets and hoodies every now and then and sometimes won’t even realize until she sees Diana wearing them. Diana does not offer them back until Akko notices they’re missing

Unpopular opinion: this is prob my most unpopular opinion ever but I actually am not a really big diakko fan. I can def see why they’re a thing but it’s just not quite my cup of tea

Favorite thing about them: oh well aside from literally everything and they are So easy to project onto best friends to lovers is one of my fave things in the world and I also love best friends to enemies to lovers but also they have such a complicated past where despite everything they still love each other and nothing will change that and they also have this sort of trust and comfortability even when they’re at odds with each other and also they still want a future with each other in it and croix is very aware of her mistakes and considering she promised practically the impossibly she’s willing to do anything to fix it

Least favorite thing about them: god I just wish more people were regularly talking about them

Favorite line: the “come back soon… I’ll be waiting line” has me out of my mind every time I hear it oh my god but honestly the entire last episode. Sobbing and crying facedown in the floor bc I just Can’t Take It

random headcanon: chariots interest in astronomy was passive when they were younger so croix never learned much. Now she’s making a point to learn every single constellation and star she can see from Luna Nova for Chariot and anytime Chariot says something might be useful to see things better Croix is immediately setting up plans to make it a reality. Regardless of if Chariot can fly or not Croix will take her flying to anywhere to go stargazing. Her excuse is that it’s warmer that way. Chariot has them go see stars Croix probably wouldn’t know

Favorite thing about them: she’s so sweet,, she lives to make other people happier. She’s also incredibly forgiving which is super impressive. Shoutout to her wall decor tho she’s really set in her interests and I love that so much. How many other women have a framed picture of Galileo on their walls? Also she’s not a push over either she was so ready to throw down with Croix at any given moment

Least favorite thing about them: I would not change a thing about her she’s perfect

Favorite line: the entire scene where she’s covering for akko in orange submariner. Blub blub blub? Akko?? You flushed one of your professors down the drain?? All of them are so good they’re actually my favorite lines of the whole show. I rewatch that episode often because of her lines during that scene

brOTP: Chariot and Nelson. I think they’d be very good friends

random headcanon: she was both disappointed and incredibly relieved when the crater she made on the moon wasn’t named after her. She very much was checking up on what became of that and when she saw the name she was not a fan. She’d rather have had some other crater named after her that she didn’t cause massively but it still irritates her even a little now

Favorite thing about them: I will refrain from writing a full length book but I have a very specific type in women and she straight up embodies my type in women. She’s absolutely brilliant and she thought out her plans so well, she’s cold she’s calculating, but she does have a line she won’t cross even if she’s not aware, and she still cares about Chariot even though to her she took everything from her and not only does she still care she still loves her. Also she really did invent some really cool things

Least favorite thing about them: she definitely almost only eats ramen. My girl needs to find some fruits and vegetables

Favorite line: anything she’s ever said. So true bestie I love you. I will say any of her lines where she’s taunting Chariot??? God they’re so good. Those are scenes that I will absolutely rewatch several times in a row if I’m like hmm I don’t think I was paying enough attention to that

brOTP: I think it’d be hilarious if she was good friends with Pisces. Moral philosophy professor and Croix. Not in a sense of try and fix croix challenge I just think that seeing them be friends would be funny because u know that’s definitely a topic that comes up from time to time but neither of them would enjoy it. random headcanon: her most commonly used roombas do have names. Also her form of breaks is video games. She’s definitely a gamer and she built herself a fantastic pc because she insists on only ever being on the highest settings for everything. She ported doom to a roomba just out of doing so. Also when she’s working and there’s a lot of lag going on she has to check what’s open bc chances are she left a game open

Unpopular opinion: I really don’t think she stays in jail for long. Like I’ve written many many dissertations on this before I know but like she really didn’t leave a ton of evidence for things pointing to her so I think she could get out of the more serious charges. I also think she’s got a decent bit of money from her different inventions so I think she could very much pay her way out of a bit of jail time as well

FICTIONAL CHARACTER ASK: THE THREE LITTLE PIGS

Favorite thing about them: I love the theme of their story, wich is about the complications of sibling relationships. They fight, it looks like they will be separated forever, but than they reunite and live happily ever after together as the best of friends.

Least favorite thing about them: When i was a kid, the first  versions of the story i knew portrayed the two first pig siblings, that build the houses of wood and straw respectivelly to be more fast, as musicians, and transmited (if intentionally or not is up for debate) the unfortunate idea that artist = lazy vagabond. It basically suffers the same problem as the original version of The Ant and the Cicada, where it says that ‘only the ones who sufferably work hardilly from sun to sun deserve to be reward, and if you enjoy having fun with art you are a slaker that deserves to starve, getting cold and be eaten by the wild beasts”. Fortunally, some modern versions are correcting that, focusing on the fact that its  the siblings lack of union and cooperation wich is a problem, not the fact some of them enjoy music and playing.

Three things i have in common with them:

Can relate to sibling conflict.

I enjoy music.

Wild beasts like wolves scare me.

Three things i don’t have in common with them:

I am female.

Again, i not live in the woods.

I never had to build a house, and hopefully never will to.

Random Headcanon: If they are able of thinking about building houses, so it means their situations as anthropomorfic animals is closer to Bojack Horseman, Mickey Mouse and Friends and the Muppets: they are more meant as humans with a pig appearance, personality and diet, instead of actual animals per se. 

Unpopular Opinion: For me the tale works better if portrays the Three Little Pigs as orphans, or as their mother Sow giving an approache of Hansel and Gretel and Hop o my Thumb’s parents and actually abandoning them to die in the woods because she has no food at home, because the original version where she just sends them out hoping they will be fine and independent while still being described as a wise and loving mother sounds too screwed up: those are children pigs, lady, they should be given to adoption, not going out to seek fortune and building houses to live alone.

artemy :)

My otp for them: It’s Artemy/Daniil. There’s not even a competition. 

My brotp for them: I love Artemy and Rubin together and I think their dynamic is super interesting and has some really cool development that one could even elaborate on post canon. I mean... I love Artemy with all of the Apple basket gang members. But this one is specifically interesting to me.

Any other ships: Artemy/Lara can be really cute and interesting at the same time. 

Their best friend: Since I already talked about Rubin, I will mention Sahba here. I love their interactions and both of them have a lot of respect for each other while still sharing what they think. It’s really nice.

My favorite nickname for them: Cub ^^ If we’re talking strictly nicknames. Though I also really love the different interpretations for Artemy in the kin and how nuanced and detailed they are. I think my favorite there is esegher (though emshen would be another obvious choice). I think Sahba uses it in one of her voicelines and I love how the position of warden and leadership is also assigned to a term of "father”. (Since she connects the term with the others “yargachin” and “emshen” we can guess it’s referring to a status and not actual familiar connection). I think the usage of it here really makes a nuanced statement about the view on family, hierarchy and the kin in a really clever way.

My favorite AU of them: I don’t know, I really associate the canon (specifically of P2) with him. Even moreso than post diurnal and I love canon-compliant stuff that focuses on him specifically. I think it’s my fascination with how the gameplay affects the story and how easy it is to integrate in Artemy’s introspection.

My favorite outfit they wear: I love depictions of him with the blue sweater a lot. Firstly because it’s a nice lore detail but it also seems very comfortable and I think it fits him. I just want him to wear something warm and cozy.

Defining color: Emerald, which roughly stands for protection, endurance and managing to get through bad times. Gold as the secondary color, which is about love, trust and self-sacrifice. (Yes I am using Turgor/The Void colors. Yes I am doing it because I have no idea about actual color theory!)

Would I date them: Hm... I mean... I don’t know if it would work out. Like... I mean, he would be an absolutely great boyfriend. But I don’t think I would be his type and I don’t know if I could work with this amount of stubbornness and clever humor. Too anxious for a proper rebuttal wich would make communication difficult. Also I’m horrible with kids. So, I would fucking love to but I also think there’s better options for both of us.

First impression: Seems like this person is in a lot of trouble. Poor guy! (Also for context, my first impression was the Hbomberguy video)

Current impression: What a good guy and nuanced character!! Also what a sassmaster I love his voice as a main character so much! Please give this guy some bread and a nice place to sleep, he deserves it! Dad of the year!

I absolutelly love ships with contrast.

Yeah, i don't do that much here but why not ramble a bit about something i love?

Basically, i love ships with contrast. I love when a couple has different or even opposite people falling for one another, i guess that love came from me getting sick of the usual dense guy/girl ending with shy and/or awkward guy/girl who can't express their feeling for dense guy/girl, that trope repeated itself so many times that got me sick of it.

Of course there are ships like that that i still enjoy like naruhina or lancaster, although they aren't as good for me like other ships with more contrast are.

For example, my hero academia. We have izuku who's the dense guy who can't see that ochaco is in love with him, they are pretty cute together but for some reason i don't really like the ship, my OTP for MHA is actually kacchako:

Bakugou is my second favorite character (right after all might) and despite him being an jerk most of the time, his character grows with the time, and for some reason, i really like his explosive personality.

Uraraka on the other hand isn't nearly as explosive as bakugou, she's way more calm and collected, but she still has guts and isn't afraid to go on field and kick some asses. She's kind and sweet, and doesn't seem to have problems to demonstrate affection (except for deku of course)

I like to imagine those two being a couple, uraraka seeing through his usual angry scowl while bakugou suports her in his own...unique way. Its obvious that uraraka will end up with deku, it doesn't take much thought to realize that, but still, personally for me, i would love to see kacchako becoming cannon.

Another example of ship with contrast is from the anime bleach, and this one is my absolute favorite OTP of all animes and series i've ever saw.

Again, we have the dense protagonist ichigo and the shy/quirky girl orihime, those two already ended together canonicaly but i still don't really like the ship, my favorite pairing for ichigo will always be rukia, while my favorite pairing for orihime will always be ulquiorra.

Ulquiorra is a melancholic man that doesn't seem to have any emotions, his expression all the time is the same cold one and he doesn't have much of a drive to himself besides following his master's orders. He sees everything in the most logical sense possible and to him, if can't see something then it doesn't exist, he doesn't understand what is a soul, a heart or any kind of emotion whatsoever.

Orihime on the other hand is a human girl who's almost always livelly, she always tries to see the bright of the situation and doesn't let anything waver her mood, she's a passionate girl driven by her heart and that is kinder than anyone else.

What i love the most about this ship is that ulquiorra and orihime are absolute oposites, yet they complement eachother perfectly. Orihime at the end managed to make ulquiorra develop even if the slightest interest for humans, she showed him that the soul and the heart she have are real, he can't see it, but its there.

Ulquiorra is the embodiment of death, empty, emotionless and without a drive of his own, Orihime is the total oposite, she's the embodiment of life, she's filled with all kinds of emotions and is driven by the love she feels for her friends, imagining how orihime could show ulquiorra an whole new world and help him get in contact with his lost heart and fill the hole on his chest, in my opinion, would be totally amazing.

There are other ships like these that i really like, if you count only in RWBY i already have:

And a few others, and thats just in RWBY. There are other stories with ships like these that i also really love, not to mention the stories involving OC's wich i write a lot about.

Basically thats all i had to say, i love these ships because i love to see characters that contrast with eachother falling in love despite being almost totally oposite people.

So my original plan for tonight was to rewatch Knives Out, but since the movie theather near my house hates me its only showing two movies, a sequel to a comedy ive never seen and the stars wars. And since my friend refused to watch the comedy i actually watched ros and wow is it something.

Seriously ive seen so many posts complaining about this movie, from so many people, i thought i knew what to expect but i was not ready.

I was expecting to be annoyed and bored, wich i was at times, but i was not expecting it to be this funny

So since i’m trying to post more in my little space in the sinking ship that is tumblr i wanted to share the things that made me actually laugh out loud in rise of skywalker:

- not only they bring palpatine back in the opening crawl but the way it happens is just... amazing. Palpatine apparently just sends everyone a voice mail being like “i lived bitch” and promising revenge... like thats it, no more explanation needed.

- Snoke clones, they actually had snoke clones. we were so close to having the snoke clone army in the throne-like seat... we could’ve had it all.

- c3po going along in the adventure, i mean after the snoke clones cameo i was ready for the true otp c3prey to finally became canon.

- the little alien girl that just needs to know rey’s last name.was she filling a form or something?

- that part where the movie expects me to care in any way about c3p0 losing his memory, seriously i don’t care... please stop with the dramatic speech i don’t.... no really it could actually kill him and i stil.... oh my god why is the music acting like this is something.

- Did the makers of c3p0 made it so he would use his evil eyes and voice when translating sith, or did the little rat man decide it would look cool?

- the scene 3 hours later(why is this movie so long) where r2d2 brings the golden-waste-of-time’s memory back making everything in that previous scene even more pointless (why was c3p0 in this but rose had to stary behind again?)

- Poe is straight. Did you guys know that Poe is straight? Here is  a female human he had sexual intercourse with. Because he likes woman. BECAUSE HE IS STRAIGHT!!!!!.... Anyway here is Poe hugging Finn like his life depends on it.

- “They sold you to keep you safe.”

-”THEY SOLD YOU TO KEEP YOU SAFE!!”(I don’t know if that is the actual line, i watched it dubbed but seriously WTF)

- “She is not on Jakku so don’t even bother looking there. No really bro, i know we were there with her, and then we left without her... but she’s not there. Would i lie to you? Jakku is the last place i would hide my daughter on, so don’t ever look for her there.”(I’m 100% certain this is the actual line)

- PALPATINE FUCKS. HE HAS FUCKED BEFORE AND SHALL FUCK AGAIN.(who was the mother by the way?, who was the unsung hero that climbed this everest) 

- Palpatine doesn’t know about the jedi love connection. His puppet knew, his puppet who he controled even claimed to have created the connection, but Palpatine didnt know. Is this because he is an old, old man? Is his mind just not what it used to be? did he just kinda forgot about the iron fleet?

- Rey blowing up Chewie...sorry

- Hux being the spy. the pettiness...mood.

- Hux just dying like a background character, so we can focus on the real secondary villain... general old guy.(Is he from the old movies?was jj expectin me to recognize that guy?i can’t even remember his name and i’m pretty sure they say it a lot, but my brain just stopped listening after general) 

-The random former stormtroopers that just... show up and then we all pretend to have a connection with this lady for the last five hours of movie.(Why is it so long?)

 But really the idea of other stormtroopers being inspired by Finn to break out of the first order would have been a cool story to actually explore, instead of just “we all just magically good cause force, rip to all brainwashed stormtroopers but we are different.” 

- Leia just dies because.... she knew they had run out of deleted scenes with her i guess.

- Alien Lupita explaining Leia has to die cause... she needs all her power to... do stuff. important stuff.

- JJ’s friends that get more screentime than Rose.(not really funny but...)

- Glados Palpatine. Eveytime he appeared on screen i would start laughing, to the point my friend got mad at me. Am i the only one who can see this? Why is he Glados? Whatever the reason this made me laugh the most, i literally got out of the theather singing still alive.

- Kinda heartwarming that palpatine’s plan was to build a evil empire for his grandaughter. He really loved her T.T

- it took a while for me to realize, because it was so dark. but rey and palpatine were surrounded by evil bleaches filled with evil minions rooting for palpatine, and i thought that was really wholesome, to show they were all there cheering him on.

- every sith is inside palpatine... hehe

- “If you give in to your anger and kill me you’re evil. if i force you to kill me you are also evil.”

- Palpatine can possess people who kill him i guess?

- every jedi is inside Rey... hehe

- Also since he voldemorted himself to death, did palpatine possess himself?

- Leia’s body just disappears because.... reasons. I guess alien Lupita knows why but she’s not even gonna bother explaining this one, cause it’s so obvious.

- The gay scene... i’m gonna be honest, i teared up when the slug and jj’s friend hugged, this is the representation we need.(but really i almost missed the kiss, and i’m certain i never saw those women before, and im also sure they got thanosed the moment the camera left them)

-POE IS A STRAIGHT MAN WHO LOVES KISSING WOM... oh my god is that finn?

- The last scene, I actually liked that she ended up in Tatooine. Bringin everything full circle by showing Rey in the same planet baby Yoda and his cool mercenary dad once visited was a great way to end the trilogy.

- Rey, her two ghost parents, and a robot that i guess she stole from Poe. truly the happiest ending.

- Why is everyone so obsessed with last names? I bet that old woman was a tax collector.”Oh you’re a Skywalker? your relatives left the planet withou paying their light bill, it’s you debt now loser.” and luke just awkwardly fades away while rey stares at him.

Honestly there were parts of the movie i genuinely enjoyed: the han solo scene, pretty much every Ben solo scene, pretty much every trio scene(the whole thing with poe wanting to know what finn was going to say makes it seem like he is jealous of rey and i hate that it goes nowhere) and i actually love the part where rey puts her lightsaber behind her, and ben taking it from behind his. 

But overall the Snoke clone army would have been a better plot. I mean no one in this movie even told Rey she looks pretty with her head cut open.

Also fuck JJ for what he did to Rose, seriously if you didn’t watch the last jedi you wouldn’t even know her name.Fuck him and this cowardly movie for doing this to Kelly Marie Tran.

Do you practice any sport? No. Actually, sport implies some level of competition, otherwise is just phisical activity... and I am not a competitive person (and I even found out that I am not very keen of competitive people). Being so, no sports.

Favourite OTP ever? Being an aspirant writter (on hold), it is obvious that the best OTP ever is one that I must create. Otherwise, I will keep on writing about XVI and XVII centuries hermitages.

What’s your favourite food? A personal recipe for a vegan francesinha. For those who don't know, a francesinha ("frenchie", in a literal translation) is one of the many local derivatives of croque-monsieur. The francesinha is a dish from northern Portugal (more specifically, from the Porto region) and is, roughly speaking, a croque-monsieur with a special spice, that simply turns a sandwich into something really, really, really amazing. My secret vegan recipe makes the traditional Francesinha rise to another level... and with no animal cruelty involved. That's the best of both worlds.

Do you like Christmas?  Yeah, I kind dig it... but I am not the greatest fan of Christmas. I am not going to say I hate it, but it doesn't speed my pulse. Truth to be told, in my apartment, there is not a single Christmas decoration - and the same applies to my new place.

Do you celebrate Christmas? Yes, but with very little enthusiasm. And I find Christmas food quite repulsing, truth to be told. But, hey, It's always a good occasion to visit my family - the part of my family that matters (the ones that I really consider to be my family). But there is something bittersweet about Christmas - memories from my childhood, from times, places and people that won't return... from a certain inocence that is long gone.

Do you like to have a big birthday party or prefer to have a quiet day by yourself? I do not celebrate my birthday. Actually, I don´t celebrate birthdays at all - they are far to sinister for me to apreciate them.

About agent R because we need more of him in this fandom

Offscreen- Todd: bleeding Farah: having nervous breakedown Amanda: screeching street: burning So, you might rememeber this CIA and mystery squad living happily together at Ridgely AU that we russian side of dghda put together some time ago. Remeber? No? There is like three fics in russian already about this somewhere in the world. Doesn’t matter. Well, for a sake of good storytelling we invented this one character, agent R., he’s the one who fill out all reports about what’s happening with main characters there. It’s funny, because suddenly he got his own storyline and asked Dirk for a coffee. And he said ‘yes’. And now we have our totally imaginary OTP with this agent without actual name but a heart. You might have seen something about it around here anyway, so finally decided I need to write about him, just because everyone here need to appreciate him too. (Technically I just put together bits of our conversation with @princessparadoxical so you know it’s a good stuff)

‘One guy from SWAT team is a bit shy with Dirk because he nearly broke his hand in the past (it’s not stoping him from outplaying him in cards though. Poker is poker). ‘Just ask him out, Greg!’ everyone tells him. But Greg is still too shy to do anything, for now.’ That’s him! Only he’s not Greg, just R., because secrecy and all this stuff. So Dirk is like 'Whatever, I used to codenames’ and just calls him Richard, Reginald, Ronald - everytime it’s different. R. is quite fine with that. They go for a coffee together (well, ice cream for Dirk). And it’s nice, really nice. And, of course, a bit bizzare. Later they would have some more bizarre dates like this. Dirk can’t work out whether the universe wants him to get laid. Or whether the universe wants him to remain forever alone. It swings wildly between the two and it’s confusing. On multiple levels ;) Fortunately, R. knows Dirk (by reading CIA files on him and in person) good enough to be able to patiently deal with all this. More or less. Dirk is fine with this knowing him firstly from dry CIA reports by the way, so long as R is honest about it and not trying to be too intrusive. I mean, he knows that the CIA have a file on him. The only issue would be if Dirk thought that people were all reading his file and trying to treat him like some project after all this time. But it’s not happening now. So, most of the time Dirk is quite chill about it. Or he act like he’s chill until something really uncomfortable slips in when they talk. It’s like with his psychic powers. He really appretiate chances when he can be as normal with other people as possible, or at least, he can pretend for awhile. So R is very careful. And also he’s the nervous one (at first), because he was so shy to even ask Dirk for coffee and was pretty sure it won’t work. Because he’s realistic - Dirk and CIA had a bad past. While Dirk is surprisingly open, just… well, just amazed at this sudden and happy turn of events. And what fascinates R. in Dirk, I think - he’s so out of ordinary in every possible way and this is beautiful. 'Weird’ beautiful, but R deals with weird every day and it’s kinda boring for him in a way, it’s his job. But Dirk is so endearing in his weirdness that it’s feells fresh and new every time he see him. Of course he falls for it easily. Dirk’s kind of weirdness is exactly the kind of weirdness that R finds most charming. Because Dirk’s not being weird for the sake of being weird. No part of it is an act. It’s completely and utterly genuine and of course R’s going to respond with affection. It has nothing to do with this Will of the Universe and Leaf in a Stream of Creation businesses (R strongly reject idea that something might have power over someones privet life. But, as it was said, he’s usually patient and quiet about this matter). It’s about Dirk being unique as a person. Anyway, here is some things we know about R so far: - huge nerd (likes books, cat memes and extra sweet coffee) but always play it cool (takes his job VERY seriously) - actually very self conscious and nervous (maybe as much as Farah), just very good at hiding it - have a dark gold hair and most impressive jawline - don’t like when people fooling around (but have agents G and U as his buddies, and they like two biggest gossip girls at school. Except they are two grown sarcastic man who sleep with each other and love being sassy with everyone. They keep sleeping part hush but everyone just know. They act like shits when R is near but they just teasing him and he rolls with it) - sometimes think about how CIA affected Dirk’s past too much, sometimes even more than Dirk (who just realy want to leave it all behind and make this relationship as nice and natural as it possible) - just constantly amazed by Dirk in general - honestly think Todd is fine fella, only sometimes annoying and whinie as shit. Also they lowkey gealous of each other but in a smug friendly way - there was this joke that Friedkin slept with almost every CIA agent at some point (“What? They all so awesome!”). Sometimes I think that R might be one of them and it keeps me awake at night. I think it’s keep Dirk awake too. - he’s from some some old artistic circus family (he can play several music instruments well, he can ride unicycle like a pro. He managed to get an actual elephant at Valentine's day just to impress Dirk??). But he's so shy of it, because they are so eccentric and he is trying to be Serious Agent. - tiny bit mind reading (it's runs in the family, something genetic). He actually uses this at work (it's CIA devision wich deals with supernatural, of course they have telepatic surveillance). It's not so great, he can only catch some bits of people's internal monologues and predict theirs actions for a few moments into the future, that's all. It's often become a subject of quarreling with Dirk (R thinks his 'hunches' is something genetic too, Dirk's just have been brainwashed with Rigginses propaganda in his childhood. R just don't have a nerve to say his feelings on that matter more openly, because, yeah, it might hurt Dirk too much) - we fancast Jamie Parker for obvious reasons Also a list of nice things to consider: - Dirk sending R ridiculous cat memes while he’s on duty, making him giggle and blowing his cover. - R is the first in line who will crush you if you touch Dirk (he and Farah. They kind of buddies now) - CIA team and mystery squad team are having a secret competition on whos gonna make them kiss first. They leave it to themselves after R put a sign with colourful 'Eff off!’ (Dirk’s writing) in front of one of hidden cameras at R’s place - R. teaching Dirk how to dance. Because Dirk can’t dance even simple three steps waltz as much as he can’t properly drive a car. So R. is forced to put Dirk (without shoes but still in his socks) on his feet and move him around carefully while firmly holding him by a waist. And Dirk definitely wouldn’t be able to dance at first, the boy is like 70% leg but doesn’t know what to do with them. Bonus: R dipping Dirk and Dirk getting adorably flustered. He’s got Dirk dipped and he’s strong enough to hold him there for a second and.. :) - IMAGINE DIRK BORROWING DIFFERENT PEOPLE’S CLOTHES AND EVERYONE IS IN A TIZZY He borrows R’s clothes and R almost proposes then and there. He borrows Todd’s clothes and R sulks around the apartment all day. He borrows Friedkin’s clothes in an absolute emergency and both R and Todd are jealous and horrified. And Dirk is not stupid, he knows that his borrowing is making people nervous, so he don’t say that sometimes it’s not even that big emergency, sometimes he’s just like how other people smell. (Dirk stealing other people’s clothes when he’s sad or lonely or stressed. R and Todd are a lot less jealous when they find this out). Also imagine it’s the middle of winter and Dirk’s wearing TWO jumpers. So R and Todd are like… are you wearing… both of our jumpers…? Dirk’s like yes, I love both of you and I love both of your jumpers so this made perfect sense. - that one Valentine’s Day Special Episode! So basically all that day Dirk works as Ridgely’s one and only kissogram (he says it’s for a case but no one believe him). He’s just send kisses for everyone - all of CIA (ten kisses for R. obviously), most of mystery squad, Estevez, Ken and Bart (he do this quickly and then just run), Friedkin (on a cheek), even one of the Rowdy (with his eyes firmly shut), suspected in kidnapping, victim of kidnapping, pizza delivery guy… Todd looks more and more confused. And, for no one surprise, a bit jealous. At the end of a day Dirk finally kisses him rather passionately, twice. Because 'Best friends get best kisses!’. And Todd’s definitely not put his hands on Dirk’s waist when a second one happens. (Well, one of the kisses is from R. whos just being cheeky. He and Todd give each other middle fingers from opposite sides of a room with smug faces afterwards). All is well. The most fun thing - Dirk acting like he’s most oblivious man in the history of the world. 'Ahh, of course!! We should all date together, all three of us! You are my closest friends, this is only logical!’. R and Todd: NO…'friends’?? and R is like: Brozman, you must talk to him about what word 'friend’ means. Todd: Dude, I’m TRYING While Dirk is just - :) There is more for it, but that’s enough for now.

“Are you sure you’ve got everything? Clothes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash…” Your dad asked.

“Yes, dad. I’ve got everything I need. I’ll be fine.” You answered.

“We know, we just cant believe that in a few minutes, our baby will be gone.” Your mom sniffed.

“I’m not a baby anymore, I’m old enough to take care of myself, mom. Plus, I’ll come and visit you, ok? You guys will be fine.” You said.

“Alright honey. It’s just gonna be so quiet when you leave.” Your dad said.

“You guys have each other to keep you company, and I’m gonna be back for Christmas and stuff.” You explained.

It was time.

You got into your car, and put the keys in the ignition.

“Bye y'all! See you soon!” You yelled from your car.

“Bye!” Called your parents, with tears in their eyes.

You drove off to your college campus, with a bittersweet feeling in your heart.

You got to campus, and made your way to the dorms.

You found and moved in to your college dorm, excited about all the new possibilities that awaited you. You unpacked everything you had, and waited to meet your new roommate.

You were decorating the space you would get to call your room for the next few years, and suddenly you heard the door open and close.

You went to see who it was, and were taken by surprise.

The man had black hair, brown eyes, and a smile that put the sun to shame. You knew instantly that the two of you would get alon nicely.

“Hi! I’m Lin! Nice to meet you!” He said, shaking your hand.

You decided to go the more formal route. “Y/N. Pleasure to make your acquaintance.”

“Well, look who studied their vocabulary!” Lin joked.

“My intellect is a matter of utmost importance to me,” You said, making ot obvious that you were using your smarts to playfully show off, “But I’m not one of those snobby prep kids or anything. I was just messing with you.” You laughed.

“Hm… a girl with a sense of humor… I like it! We’re gonna be friends, Y/N, I can tell.” He laughed.

A few months had passed, and it turns out that Lin had been right. You two had become inseparable. You always studied together, went to the same parties, and you were right by his side when In The Heights became a huge success. Anyone who saw just one of you was worried about where the other was. It had also become a joke that you two were the OTP of the friend group.

What no one knew was that you actually did like Lin. And he returned the feelings.

Lin liked you so much, and he wanted to ask you to be his date to the Tonys. He knew he couldn’t come up with a plan on his own: he needed someone who could help him and tell him what to do.

Lin went over to his friend’s dorm, and knocked, hoping he was there.

“Daveed? You there?” He asked.

Daveed opened the door and hugged Lin, then let him inside.

Lin began to explain the situation, and Daveed’s eyes grew very wide. “Lin? This is great and all, but Ant owes me a twenty now.”

“Why does he-” Lin started.

“We made a bet on weather or not you would confess your love for Y/N to her or one of us. Ant betted that it would take you at least five months.” Daveed explained.

“Anyways, here’s what you do. Don’t do anything too extravagant, she’ll catch on right away. What you want to do is take her by surprise. Just pick a day and be super nice to her, then bam! Out of nowhere, you ask her. She’ll be in such a good mood she’ll have to say yes!” He said.

“Hmm… that seems like a good idea! Thanks Daveed!” Lin smiled.

“Anytime.” He responded.

About a week had passed, and it was time for Lin to execute Daveed’s plan.

It seemed like Lin was doing everything in his power to make you feel special. He had even made you a breakfast in bed, complete with all your favorite foods. You felt like something was up, and you couldn’t quite put your finger on what it was. You decided that the best way to figure out was to outright ask him.

“Lin?” You asked.

“Yes?” He answered.

“Is everything ok?”

“Yeah, why?” He responded.

“I don’t know, you’ve just been acting… weird today. You’ve been super nice. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, I just feel like something’s up.” You explained.

“Oh, well… I just wanted to ask you something, and I’m kinda nervous. You know the Tony’s are coming up, right?” Lin asked.

“Yeah, and In The Heights is nominated for awards.” You answered.

“Exactly, and because it’s nominated, that means I have to attend the Tony’s, wich means I need….. a…… date.” He explained.

You caught on, and were super excited to go with him.

“Yes Lin, I’ll go with you!” You cheered.

Later that week, you began to think. What Lin had just asked you to be a platonic date? Did he like you the way you liked him? What if it was a date-date and you embarrassed yourself in front of him?

You went to visit Pippa, because she was good at these kinds of things. You told her what was on your mind, and she assured you that Lin definitely wanted you to go with him as his date-date, not a platonic one.

You thanked her, and went home to make some food.

The day of the Tony’s arrived, and you were super nervous. You talked to Lin, because you knew that he would help you feel better.

“Hey, Y/N. I think I know what will help.” He said nervously.

“What?”

“Maybe…. you could go to the Tony’s…. as my girlfriend?” He asked quietly.

You kissed him, and nothing else in the world mattered.

“Does that answer your question?” You laughed.

You got to the building, and before you went in, Lin made one comment.

“Look out, cause we’re gonna bring the house down as the newest power couple.”

You two laughed and went inside, ready to have an awesome night.
