Palestinians in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin have taken to the streets to protest against the Israeli army raid on Nur Shams that has killed at least 14 people, reports the Wafa news agency.
The demonstrators marched through the streets of Jenin and the neighbouring Jenin refugee camp denouncing the ongoing Israeli massacres of Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip, Wafa said.
They also called on the international community to urgently intervene to protect the Palestinian people.

The U.N. said last month that 1,100 Palestinians had been displaced by settler violence in the last year, an unprecedented figure. Over just the last few days, around 200 to 300 Palestinians have been displaced in Wadi Seeq and other areas, the consortium said — often by settlers who are armed. “They’re leaving now because they feel completely unprotected. They’re so scared of those settlers who have come in and threatened them,” said Allegra Pacheco, who heads the consortium. Most of the attacks come from settler outposts established without government authorization but protected by the Israeli army. Over 500,000 Jewish settlers live in nearly 150 settlements across the West Bank, which is home to some 2.5 million Palestinians. The international community overwhelmingly views settlements as illegal and a major obstacle to peace. Israel captured the West Bank, along with Gaza and east Jerusalem, in the 1967 war. The Palestinians want the territories for their future state.
...
Wadi Seeq is the sixth Bedouin village to have pulled up stakes in the last year in response to an uptick in settler attacks. Many more are in danger of being completely displaced, according to the West Bank Protection Consortium, a coalition of aid groups and donor countries, including the European Union, that support Palestinian communities.
...
On Friday, a video showed a settler with an assault rifle walking into the village of Al-Tuwani in the southern West Bank and shooting a Palestinian point blank. Two days earlier, settlers shot dead three Palestinians in the village of Qusra, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus. On Thursday, settlers attacked their funeral, killing another two men, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry. Video footage showed the settlers swerving their cars into the funeral procession before stopping and opening fire.

Netanyahu said that even The Hague can't stop them, despite constant blaring evidence of war crimes, and although I'm not surprised fellow settler-colonizer states support the IOF, it is beyond jarring nevertheless.

Palestinian educators have previously told Middle East Eye that Israeli authorities were aiming to eliminate its curriculum in favour of the Israeli version, in an attempt to erode Palestinian identity and "distort" history.
Academic content Israel has sought to censor, they said, includes the logo of the Palestinian Authority, the Palestinian flag, lessons that discuss the Palestinian struggle against occupation, the right of return and prisoners, settlements, the immigration of settlers to Palestine, military checkpoints, the intifada, displaced villages, and considering Zionism a racist political movement.

ZIONIST SETTLERS CONTINUE ATTACKS ON PALESTINIANS WHILE ISEAELI OCCUPATION FORCES BURN DOWN A HOUSE WITH TEAR GAS
Israeli colonial settlers continued with their nightly attacks on Palestinian towns and villages across the occupied West Bank of Palestine on Wednesday and into the night.
In one example, Israeli colonial settlers burned the vehicle of a Palestinian family in the Al-Lubban area on Wednesday night, south of Nablus, while another, similar attack by settlers occured in Al-Mughayir, east of Ramallah.
In another violation, Zionist extremist settlers seized the tents of Bedouin residents in the Arab Mlihat community, in the Al-Ma'rajat area, to the northwest of Jericho, while also grazing sheep on Bedouin lands at gunpoint.
According to the General Supervisor for the Al-Baidar organization, which works to protect the rights of the Bedouin community in the occupied Palestinian territories, by the name of Hassan Mlihat, told Palestinian news outlet, WAFA News, that Israeli colonial settlers, backed by personnel belonging to the so-called Israeli "Civil Administration," which raided the Arab Milhat community; gathering and confiscating equipment for three Bedouin tents owned by local Bedouin resident, Musa Suleiman Mlihat, who also told WAFA that he witnessed at least one colonist grazing sheep among the local homes while wielding a gun.
In another Zionist attack, armed Israeli colonial settlers raided an archeological site known as Tal Ma'in, located to the east of Yatta, south of Hebron, in the southern occupied West Bank.
According to local reports, several colonists from the illegal colonial settlement of the Avigal colony, located on stolen and occupied Palestinian lands to the east of Yatta, raided the archeological site of Tal Ma'in to perform Talmudic rituals as an act of provocation, all while under the protection of the Israeli occupation army.
In yet another Zionist assault, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched several tear gas canisters at Palestinian homes in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank, resulting in the break out of a fire in one of the Palestinian homes.
According to local sources who spoke with a WAFA News reporter, several Israeli occupation military vehicles stormed the village of Beita in the evening, after which, Zionist soldiers began to fire bullets, stun grenades and tear gas canisters in the direction of Palestinian residences, one of which caused a fire to break out and burn part of a house.
The sources said local civil defense crews responded to a call about the fire, rushing to the scene where they managed to get the fire under control.

The US Department of State has said that it will impose visa restrictions on Israeli settlers involved in undermining peace, security or stability in the occupied West Bank.
Secretary of State Antony Blinken announced the move on Tuesday, one day after the State Department said that Israel has not taken sufficient steps to address settler attacks that have driven many Palestinians off their land.
“Today, the State Department is implementing a new visa restriction policy targeting individuals believed to have been involved in undermining peace, security or stability in the West Bank, including through committing acts of violence or taking other actions that unduly restrict civilians’ access to essential services and basic necessities,” Blinken said.
While Palestinian attacks on Israeli settlers and soldiers in the West Bank typically meet harsh reprisals by Israeli forces, accountability for attacks by Israeli settlers on Palestinians, which often take place under the gaze of Israeli soldiers, is exceedingly rare.
Palestinians have described settler violence as one part of a larger Israeli effort to force them from their land.
In 2018, Israel passed a controversial bill known as the nation-state law that, among other things, called Jewish settlement efforts a “national value” that the state would “encourage and promote”.

The IOF are terrorists and war criminals -void of humanity. Yet another tragedy, and people still turn away from this disproportionate amount of violence Palestinian people have been and are facing. I'm beyond deeply disturbed, this is just heartbreaking.
