At the beginning of Odo Odo Oddity, three kids open a book and find themselves transported to an alternate fantasy dimension. Two of them, Funifuni and Hoyoyo, are kidnapped, while the remaining one, Gikugiku, straps balloons to his back and takes to the skies to rescue them.

The objective is to build a relationship with another playable character or love interest.
2 players can compete for the affections of a particular character or try to get the other player to fall in love with them.
If one player picks a character, the second player can try to force either the love interest or the first player to go on a date with them instead.
Gender doesn't matter, far as I know.

Console Fighting Games of 2002 - Kamen Rider Ryuki
Kamen Rider Ryuki is a fighting game based on the tv show of the same name and is a part of the Tokusatsu genre, same as the previously covered Ultraman games.
Kamen Rider Ryuki was an exclusive release to Japan for the PlayStation and released on the 28th of November 2002. the Kamen Rider IP has been long associated with video games with the first game using this IP releasing in 1984 all the way through to the 2020 release from PS4 and Nintendo Switch, Kamen Rider Memory of Heroez.
