I feel like my hc that Tsukasa likes mitarashi dango was the best.

He canonly loves food and just putting stuff in his mouth whether it’s edible or not.

Like, I imagine if you just give him one stick of mitarashi, he will be so so happy and eat it in one go ( And probably take more than one from you ).

I don’t think I’ve ever said this before, but Mitsuba definitely gives Tsukasa, stuff. It could be anything. He likes doing that because Tsukasa is always happy when he does. He can also go outside of the school, so he just goes shopping for sweet Tsu unintended.

Food and snacks is one of the things he gives to Tsukasa, he just comes to him one day and asks whatever his favorite snack/food/drink, and goes to get it.

A minute after saying he likes mitarashi, Mitsu comes and brings a whole box of it from who knows where.

Mitsu tried the dango, he didn’t like it much because it was salty. But, he pretended to like it anyways ( He did give the rest to Tsukasa though ( Tsukasa ate all of them ) ).

Tsukasa also likes bubble milk tea, and Mitsuba went to get that. He tried it, and gagged on the tapioca pearls, not choke, he literally spit them out.

Tsukasa just drank Mitsuba’s drink.

Haven't done one of these in a while! My favorite panels in no particular order.

I just love how in the drama and morbidity of it all, Hanako's trait of unconsciously? constantly? touching Yashiro has remained consistent. And Nene's blase attitude about it (and the blood, like wow this girl has become desensitized and that's another worrisome conversation for later). No wonder she feels as if they haven't really changed at all despite her confessing her feelings, since after all they've been like this since the beginning! There's just something sweet about Hanako wiping blood off of her cheek with his sleeve as a parallel to when he wiped away her tears back then.

AidaIro does it again! This is such a gorgeous, ethereal, and unsettling drawing. Speaking off this whole arc, this brings to mind the Mokke of the Dead arc. I had this theory that there was something about Nene that allowed her to purify things (as opposed to exorcising them), so who knows! Maybe (once again) salt water she touches could work against Natsuhiko's blood? And the current flower zombie plague? I thought that special trait of hers had something to do with being a kannagi, but now that I recall, even Teru seemed surprised during the Mokke of the Dead chapter. If this special trait of hers had something to do with being the kannagi, then Teru would have expected it. So maybe it has something to do with her now being a (half-) mermaid? Or perhaps there's something more to Nene's past we're not privy to yet.

And finally, last and actually my most favorite! Oh wow, Hanako's most definitely traumatized. Now we know how he would have reacted if the akanene kiss succeeded. And actually this is the worst duo to find him in his (arguably) most vulnerable and saddened stated to date. But I don't care! I am so excited for the potential of this trio like you wouldn't believe! There's isn't even the enemy of my enemy is my friend here since all three of them hate each other's guts haha.

Speaking of, I always wondered why Akane persisted with the 'Honorable' despite hating Hanako, but then again this is the guy who still consistently calls Teru 'Student Council President' and Kou as 'Minamoto kouhai' so despite how outwardly he will be blunt with those he dislikes, he still keeps to the formalities.

And Aoi not being at the auditorium is most certainly a Checkhov's gunman type of situation. You'd normally think that meant that she was frozen yet I don't think that's the case. I can understand why Akane would be free from the time freeze, but not Teru, when even Kou was frozen. It's possible that Teru's bracelet allows him a measure of protection, so if that's the case then Aoi's probably unaffected too. But if that's the case wouldn't Akane's first priority be her?

Who knows? Considering the bonding they did on the train, maybe Aoi makes Hanako's case for him and this gets Akane and Teru to back off. In a reverse situation from the No. 6 arc, it would be the four of them off to rescue Nene.

As an aside, I seriously love hakujoudai. They look so worried about Hanako! Seriously, part of me still think that the hakujoudai (Hanako's and Tsukasa's) are actually the spirits of their parents still watching over them.

Hey Lunar Fairy, asking honestly, how long do you think JSHK will last? Because after this chapter my mind is becoming convinced that JSHK will end this year. I would like your opinion about it

I've been thinking about this for a while, I realized that this will depend exclusively on the main objective of the story.

Is the goal to show the story of the twins or what will happen when all the seals are removed?

What if it's something else?

Furthermore, although the story is linear, it is not continuous. In other words, sometimes she changes the focus. Like the Confession Tree arc for example, it had nothing to do with the yorishiros, just like the mermaid arc.

Small things that complement the story. Another thing we must take into consideration is the success of the manga, the more success, the more sales, if there are more sales, it is possible that the company will ask to extend the story.

So in short, if it's about the story of the twins, I think we're close, although I think Aidairo will postpone it a lot, if it's about the consequences of removing all the seals, it's also close.

We also have to consider how long she will develop the final arc. I mean, the arc for number six was very long, Hanako spent a year without appearing in the manga during that arc.

We have no way of knowing because we don't have a guide to know what the true end goal is. We don't even know Nene's story yet, we don't know anything about her, nor about the NatSaku duo, we don't even know how Mitsuba linked up with Tsukasa.

There are many unanswered questions still.

So I think we're halfway there, neither much nor little, right in the middle, and everything will depend on how the arcs are developed. Long like number six, or very short like number one.

Tsukasa and the Darkness supernatural

( Just a bunch of questions about the Darkness honestly )

I’ve been wanting to make a post about the relationship between Tsukasa and the supernatural inside of him.

I feel like it’s the typical ‘monster’ and ‘human’ dynamic duo, where the human grows fond of the monster quickly, and the monster warms up to them just as easily, and now they’re friends and the monster would never have them be hurt. They care about each other.

I wonder what is the entity’s purpose, what’s its goals or intentions from the start? What is it like? It’s personality? If it has one, because.. It’s not at all human or supernatural, because it’s no good for any human or supernatural..

Was giving the ball back, it being friendly? Or, with the intents of luring Tsukasa in? And successfully doing so?

Did it want to do something with Tsukasa? Did it plan for them to meet? Who knows..

But, despite it being completely mysterious, Tsukasa is sociable with it.

Does Tsukasa have a good sense of danger at all? Would any kid really not be suspicious of a dark matter being under their house?

It’s crunching, does it have teeth? The frog is completely gone after one bite?

How can it summon a book just like that, how did it even know what type of book Tsukasa wanted?

And it copies what Tsukasa says like it may not know human language originally. Almost like a parrot??

I wonder what the entities voice would even sound like. Would it just sound low and dark? Or maybe, a bit hushed and airy?

It’s obvious Tsukasa does grow fond of the entity really easily. Because he’s a gullible child and all. But, Tsukasa never really lost that type of casualty with any supernatural he meets.

Now it can perform full sentences?

What’s at the bottom of that hole anyways? What kind of supernatural form does it take

Whenever I imagine what type of form it would have, I only imagine just a shadowy figure of Tsukasa. They are coexisting in the same body, anyway. I wonder how that works? Are they just the same person, or are they different beings in one body?

“Let’s go back together.” So friendly.

The supernatural doesn’t even say anything. I don’t think it even suspected Tsukasa knew how to get out of the Red House.

Going back to this, I wonder if Tsukasa is saying ‘they’ll’ as the entity doesn’t have a supposed gender, or, if it’s more than one being? A bunch of different things in one?

The Darkness gets mad, so it does have emotions? Maybe not humane, but, emotions nonetheless?

I don’t know, this is just a bunch of sh** I tried to piece together.

But, I still have many questions about, whatever the supernatural may be.

I hope Aida shows us soon, maybe we’ll be to see what the Darkness looks like in the next arc/chapter, when the Clock Keepers are going to go back and time and deal with it.

I just like the idea of Tsukasa and the Darkness being casual friends, close friends? His only known, expressive friend??

Because Tsukasa probably does still communicate with the being.

He still stays in his childhood room sometimes, and that big hole is still there, so he possibly still speaks to the Darkness entity.

Anyway, summary, we should talk about Tsukasa and Darkness brotp more.

extended jshk idol au doodles i’m working on with @/iroteki on twitter!

in simpler words, the au is about hanako being.. an idol, basically. his rivals are teru and akane [who are separate idols at the time], and he’s friends with aoi and sakura [who are idols together]

eventually, he has to join a competition where he competes against other idols- he does fine on his own at first, but then it gets a lot more difficult because he has to go against duos.

he asks yashiro to be an idol with him [his best friend who he likes] and yashiro’s like “errm errr err u wanna be.. an idol w me....” and then she realizes its just to compete and she’s kinda sad but she agrees

they win the competition, the final round being against teru + akane [they were a duo by then] and end up together WOOHOO [while akane ends up with a broken arm]

we don’t have much so far! it’s still a work in progress
