ugh I'm having more crashes in ME2, but this time on horizon, and it happens right when I open the door to talk to declan

but this time, my crashes require me to restart my damn PC because I'm unable to close the game otherwise. I'm basically stuck on ME2's screen no matter what. audio still plays, but the game is frozen.

I've already tried removing different mod combos that affect horizon, and that didn't help, but I know for sure it works in vanilla, so now I'm about to go through the arduous task of disabling mods one by one until I find the cause. and having to restart my computer in the process.
