Dream Girls Band Party. i have started shipping it because i misread Rimi (another character from hit mobile game BanG! Dream Girls band Party) as Rinko and thought "hm, I wonder if those two had any interactions in the game"

for your information, they did, and by they did I mean at the time they had only interacted once through an even in which Himari had a 4star card (the previous highest amount of stars a card in BanG! Dream Girls Band Party could have at the time, which was God's year of two thousand and eighteen or nineteen) and Rinko had either a 3star or a 2star

i thought their dynamic was interesting enough to think about their relationship and as I at the time was pretty into the "rarepair" BanG Dream Girls Band Party community (rarepair meaning ships that were not as mainstream as lets say, Lisa Imai x Yukina Minato) my thoughts about them quickly steered into the romantic territory

as for the three features of their dynamic, here you go

it's the typical pink extrovert x black, gloomy introvert dynamic. an oldie but always a goodie

Himari is often shipped with the more masculine characters (like Tomoe Udagawa, with whom she is close friends with and have claimed would be willing to date was she not a girl, as well as Kaoru Seta, who is considered the Prince of her High School) so I thought it would be a funny and clever subversion if Himari had a crush on a more feminine girl

it's actually hilarious how many things and people they have in common??? they're both the fashionistas of their groups (though that's not true and was only implemented later for Himari but those are Moca thoughts, not Himari thoughts) and they're both close with Lisa, Tomoe amd Ako. like, geniuenly, whg did it take them so long to become friends in canon

I don’t often read Poppin’ Party stories outside of ongoing events, but they sound like they could be pretty sweet together! The mix of having a more straight-forward Arisa and a soft Rimi would be a pretty interesting combination. I recall reading a story where they end up having a bit of conflict but it was pretty nice to see that they still cared for each other even when they were scared to face each other for a while. Their image colors are some of my favorite colors too and with their cute sense of styles, I think they’d look nice together!

Misaki x Kaoru

I haven’t read all of the Hello, Happy stories, but from what I’ve seen, they have a pretty nice dynamic~ Sure, Kaoru can be pretty silly but she has a big heart too! I loved the moments where she would console Misaki when the latter is feeling down. It’s a pretty sweet ship, but with Hello, Happy being the band that it is, I tend to find myself laughing at their general antics more than thinking of them romantically. They helped Kanon impersonate someone, they get into shenanigans while helping local citizens, they laugh together, and cry together. It’s quite beautiful but also hilarious! (The duality of Kaoru being a sweetheart and helping people through rough times but also not understanding the concept of a mascot costume is really something!)

My updated shipping chart after being in the Bandori game for so long. I know, it's a mess.

As far as OTP ships, YukiKasu is still my OTP but KasuRan, MisaKoko and AyaChisa joins in the ranks. Seriously when will we get our YukiKasu kitty cafe event Craftegg plz.

Other notable ships that I love include the ever famous SayoTsugu. Not to mention KasuSaaya and, get this, KasuLisa. To this day I am probably the sole person to write a KasuLisa fanfic.

My impartialness towards KaoChisa still remains, though this time because I ship Kaoru with Rimirin. I just see Rimi as being that ascended fangirl and being in a relationship with Kaoru. Like a Bandori version of Cinderella. Seriously, people need to give this ship (and poor Rimi) some love.

Sorry Arisa, but I do indeed ship Kasumi with other girls more than I ship her with you tbh. At least KasuAri has some neat fanfics.

Also I'm going to make an eventual post about KasuRan since that ship kinda came out of the blue and I have a bit of a crazy story to tell.
