kinda want for season 4 for jj to be happy for at least a moment and relish in the fact that he has kiara and she loves him. he always saw himself as too little and not good enough for kiara which is why he never made a move and would push her to others so idk i want him to be strike with the fact he has someone to rely on. waking up in the morning and seeing kiara there and just have that moment to breathe.

when i was asking for name suggestions @yumeoarakawa suggested the name "kie" and i was like THAT GOES HARD and kie kinda sounds 消える (kieru, meaning to vanish or disappear) but i didnt want to make it too obvious that was the word i thought of so i went for kieryuu instead !!! but i also just call him kie for funsies . his last name means daises cuz hes a stupid idiot twink

AS FOR KIE'S PERSONALITY!! at first he comes off as timid and shy and low self esteem and all that but if you say anything more than "its nice to meet you my name is x whats your name ok cool thanks bye" he immediately unfurls himself to be the most stuck up horrible piece of shit you could ever meet. bro seems to only care about being "cute" and thinks that everything bad he says or does can be justified by his cuteness and talent . if asked why he doesnt just act as sweet as he does on stage so people like him more he'd probably respond with some shit like "that's way too much effort for someone as cute as me, y'know..? plus, whatever people think doesn't matter as long as i'm being good for the camera.."

Persian: Are you a high or low maintenance couple? Who has the most rigorous grooming routine? Do you help each other?

We balance out to become mid-maintenance (Descole is super high-maintenance and I'm super low-maintenance HDNFNF). And yeah, Des has the more rigorous grooming routine, even minusing out all the work that goes into a disguise. He is a ✨classy man✨ and he will groom as such. Meanwhile, most days I just roll out of bed and I'm ready ENNFKS.

Sphynx: Who prefers wearing sweaters the most? Neither, both? Do either of you knit? Would you ever wear matching sweaters?

ME, I love wearing sweaters :]. I don't think Des minds wearing them, but he'd do it if there's actually a reason to. My mom taught me how to knit once, but it's so long that I don't remember, and I don't think Des has touched a needle besides maybe to emergency sew up a shirt. I bet I could get him to wear matching sweaters with me >:)

Sorry this took me a minute to respond! But I get it anon. Believe me, I do. It feels like a big joke at this point that the steamiest love scenes on this show have been between Sarah and Topper of all people 💀

I’ve always been fairly confident that we’ll get something a little spicier for Jiara in s4. But I do think it’ll be more along the lines of what we’ve seen so far. Kissing, lying down, fade to black... That’s what I’m expecting anyway. Tbh I would be happy with just about anything that implies they’re sleeping together, but I completely understand why the expectations are so high to see something with a little more… ahem, heat.

Everyone working on the show is aware of Jiara’s popularity. They know we want to see it. And if they were willing to dedicate that screen time to Kie and Pope (a relationship they had decided was over pretty much before it even began) then I'm optimistic that we're going to get something a lot better for Jiara in s4.

And don't forget after the time jump the pogues are all adults in canon. So maybe pushing the envelope a tiny bit with these characters is more of an option now.

thank you for the ask kie <3 1. who is/are your comfort character(s)? this is tough because there's several books and shows that i come back to but then sometimes authors do things that making loving the characters harder. so i'll say peeta from the hunger games (the books more so than the movies) and gilmore girls as a show.

33. the last adventure you’ve been on? i love to just get out of the house and go for a drive, so i do that kind of a lot. especially on weekends. but i'd say the last adventure was probably when a friend and i drove 2.5/3 hours each way last minute to go see a oneus concert last month.

43. what’s your take on spicy foods? i really want to like spicy foods, but i just end up being kind of a baby about it lol. i do the best with something that combines sweet and spicy because it doesn't make me wanna cry as much. (i'm a baby).

Could be! There are so many variations I think could work and be in character depending on what happened. I think JJ'd be the most pissed off if he thought Kie was just ditching them for the Kooks. But he'd be the first to come around if he knew how bad it was for her. Maybe he just wants them all back together so badly he's the one to jump to fix it all. It's weird because we got Pope's angst about it, but I don't think we saw JB's and presumably he'd be the one more hurt with his dad's disappearance. Again, I think a lot of different takes could fit depending on the circumstances. I imagine JJ being the most reactive/have the most feelings about it (whatever those feelings are - upset, hurt, accepting, forgiving), but I think that's just my brainrot lmao.

I would DIE to see more on screen or just even hear more about what went down! It's just another one of those OBX plots that we get to wonder if they'll ever address or not 🤡
