note: I've heard that Lilith's horns were just part of her crown and not actually attached, but for this fic, let's pretend they're real

CW: Mention of her horns growing and how painful it was, but nothing major

Summary: Having just been cast out of Heaven, the couple only has each other for comfort. When Lilith discovers that she can pull her favorite sound out of her husband, she jumps at the chance to do so.

Her head was still tender from the sudden growth of horns. She remembered how painful it had been for them to break the skin and grow out of her skull. How Lucifer had held her the entire time, comforting her through it.

And she'd often try to return that feeling to him. She'd started with words, and soft touching, usually just holding his hand or cupping his cheeks. At first she was worried she wasn't doing it right, or that she couldn't give back the same feeling he had given her, but after seeing the lovestruck look in his eye, she figured she was doing okay.

She had a hard time fixing her hair without wincing in pain. Luckily, Lucifer would often do it for her, always careful to avoid touching her horns.

Still new to existence, Lilith was still figuring out what love was, but she had come to realize that when Lucifer was gentle with her, that must have been what it felt like.

Not long after they fell together, Lucifer had created a home for them to live in. It was small for now, but Lucifer loved to go on and on about the future, promising her a big castle to rule in. Speaking of the Devil, he was sat on the floor behind her, trying to brush out his wings, which was rather hard to do by himself, since it was usually a social activity, done by other angels.

Lilith carefully ran her fingers through her hair that her husband had just brushed for her that morning. She turned away from the window and approached him, wordlessly taking the brush from him as she sat down. She didn't say anything, but she didn't have to. Lucifer understood what she meant was, 'Here darling, I've got you.'

Lilith had never brushed an angel's wings before. She tilted her head a little and decided to just start at the base, close to where they connected to his back. As the bristles pushed through the soft downy feathers and brushed against the skin underneath, Lucifer jumped, flapping his wings out of reflex, accidentally hitting his wife in the process. Immediately, he folded in all six wings and spun around, gently cupping her face to see if he had hurt her.

"Lilly?"

"I'm alright."

She watched as her angel visibly relaxed, his wings unfolding a little and resting on the floor. "I'm sorry, dear, it was just a reflex. I should have warned you, my wings are really ticklish- My brothers used to have to hold them down so I didn't hit Michael while he preened them."

His already-red cheeks flushed as he said this, and he would have continued to ramble if he hadn't caught the confusion on Lilith's face. "What's ticklish?" She asked.

Lucifer's cheeks seemed to get ever redder. "Well, it's... How do I explain it? Give me your hand, lovely." As she did, he gently traced his fingers up her forearm, looking for any sort of reaction. When she just watched his hand and tilted her head, he wondered if she maybe wasn't ticklish.

"Is it supposed to... buzz?" She asked. Lucifer nodded. "Yes, that's ticklish. However it seems you're not very ticklish here.. Maybe we can test that out later, but for me, it's like that buzzing feeling but.. well a lot more intense."

"Where else does it work?" She asked. Lucifer normally wouldn't have told anyone, but how could he say no to that face? The way she looked at him with so much excitement and love.

"It makes you laugh," she said, "It's a reflex." Lucifer couldn't help but be a little surprised that she learned that so quickly. He nodded. "Yeah." Lilith picked him up and placed him in her lap with a smile (one that flustered the hell out of the angel) and seemed to look him over.

He sighed, blushing. "A-Anywhere, really, just be gehe- gehehehentle!" He started giggling, slapping his hands over his face to 'hide' as she started to trace over his tummy. Her first time exploring this and she somehow already found one of his worse spots.

As Lilith continued to trace circles around his belly, she noticed he had started to softly kick his legs out against the floor, giggling up a storm behind his hands. Curiously, she took ahold of one of his legs and started to squeeze his thigh, getting a loud squeal out of him. "AHA! Lihihilly, plehehease!"

"Does this make you happy?" She asked randomly, gently skittering at the back of his knee. Lucifer blushed hard at this question "Whahahat?" He asked, his giggles getting squeakier. She stopped tickling him and cupped his face, leaning in close.

"Does this make you happy?" She repeated. "When I tickle you, do you like it?"

He felt his whole face go red as he burst into soft, flustered giggles, turning his head so his face was buried into one of her hands. "You cahahan't juhust ahahask thahat!"

Seeing her husband suddenly so shy and giggly got her chuckling as well as she took his hands, leaning their foreheads together. She may have been the more serious of the two, but she loved silly moments like this with her goofy little angel. "Whyhy not?"

"Becahause it's- well it's silly." Lucifer answered, looking away. Lilith gently cupped his cheek and guided his head back to look at her. "You're silly, answering this question should be easy for you."

The king leaned his head into her hand. "...Yes, it does make me happy, especially when it's you." He held his hand over hers and turned his head to kiss her palm. The gesture was so simple, but still got Lilith blushing. She rarely ever got shy or flustered, it just wasn't like her.

She saw Lucifer open his mouth to comment on it, probably to tease her, but she got him first, gently squeezing his hips. He wheezed and bucked, tossing his head back in angelic laughter.

"Lihihihilly! Wahahahahait! Hahahaha!"

He tried to curl up and protect himself, but never pushed her away. Even when she squished up and down his thighs, he couldn't push her away. Instead, he just laid there and cackled.

Lilith smiled and scribbled up his ribs until she gently dug into his underarms, getting him to squeal and arch his back. He clamped his arms down over her hands and giggled frantically, and she just loved it. His laugh was her favorite song.

She was definitely going to do this more often.

Summary: One of Amity's training sessions with Lilith gets a bit playful.

Warnings: none! This is a tickle fic, so if you don't like that, scroll away!

Amity and Lilith were training together outside. This wasn't an uncommon occurrence, for the two had formed a bond after the very first session. Amity was inside of a white circle in the dirt, Lilith a few feet away. Today's topic was self defense.

"I  know you're probably familiar with the subject, maybe had training on it. However, self-defense is one of the most important lessons to be taught, and you can never practice enough. Now, I'm going to send some spells your way. Nothing bad, just something to make you regret being hit. Your goal is to not move from your circle. There's five rounds."

Amity braced herself, readying for the spells that would be sent flying her way. "Ready, set, begin!" An onslaught of blue orb-like spells flew at her, whizzing by her head as she ducked out of the way. She cast her own, a purple abomination-ball soaring at Lilith. She easily doged it.

"Nice job. Time for round 2." Opaque blue bolts zoomed towards Amity, coming in from all sides. She had doged most, but one had hit her forearm. It hadn't hurt, but the area had begun to feel weird.

"Ah, that's too bad. Regret time." A fuzzy feeling crept onto her arm, slowing turning into something else. She tried to hide her smile, failing once it reached her elbows. A confused Glace at her teacher answered her questions.

"Like my new spells? Each one is a different form, but they all have the same outcome. I figured you could use some laughter, and it would be a great way to practice agility and strength. It'll fade, just not until we're done." Casting was harder now, her focus mostly on the tingly sensations spreading throughout her arm. She managed to summon a goopy fist, sending it at her teacher. Her aim was terrible.

The next round was ground waves. Floods of blue light spilled across the dirt. Amity formed a platform above them, looking down at the dodged magic. "Clever. I can cast two spells, though." Before she could react, a blue streak shot out. She tried blocking, but it hit her square in the chest. Her pedestal melted, knocking her out of the circle.

The feeling exploded on her torso, running up to her armpits, down to her belly, her shoulder blades, everywhere. All her walls crumbled, and loud cackles spewed into the air. She fell to the ground, hugging her midsection. "NAHAHAHAHO! IHIHIHIT- AHAHAHAHAHA!"

Lilith shook her head, laughing a little at her student. "Three rounds left. You can do it, Amity!" The witch in question was writhing in ticklish agony, the fuzzy feeling overwhelming her senses. Her brain was mush. "NOHOHO I CAHAHAHAN'T!"

Lilith downgraded the intensity of her next spell, aiming for Amity's ears. Due to an unexpected thrash, she missed. "Okay then, round 4." Amity, who could barely take the current tickles, couldn't imagine handling more.

A blue spike shot straight at the girl's ear, hitting its target flawlessly. It didn't add much, but the extra feeling was enough to push her to the absolute limit. "LIHIHILIHIHITH! HAHAHAHAHA!"

Lilith saw Amity was at her limit, majorly dialing down her last spell's strength. "Quick, round 5!" A small ball of light flew over to the young witch, landing on her foot. It sent her over the edge. "NAHAHAHAHA! STAHAHAHAHAP! AHAHAHAHA!"

Lilith snapped her fingers, and all the tickling immediately stopped. Amity curled in on herself, giggling like a maniac. "Nice work today. You didn't win, but you definitely learned about the importance of defense. Plus, I had fun watching you fight. It was quite cute."

Amity's signature tomatoe face blush was thriving, her entire face blood red. "That wahas ahahawful." Amity hid her face, saying goodbye to Lilith for the day. While she wouldn't admit it, the session was fun for her as well.

Amity leaned back on a desk while Lilith bandaged her arm. "I still don't get how this happened. Weren't you being careful?" Lilith glanced up at Amity in concern.

Amity simply just shrugged. "I was looking around, and I cut myself on a rock. It isn't that big of a deal." Lilith rolled her eyes, "You could've been hurt worse. You're lucky this is all that happened."

Amity scoffed, "Im an adult, I can take care of myself." Her tone had a bit of sass in it. "You're only 19, Amity. While you may be an adult, you're still young. And with the way you act, you may as well be a teenager again!"

Amity just rolled her eyes, muttering something under her breath, "You dont have to be so overdramatic over a cut."

Lilith sighed, repeating her point, "This could've been worse than a cut. What if you had actually fallen? I know I'm the one sending you on these searches, but you still need to be careful."

Amity just rolled her eyes, "I am careful!" Lilith gave Amity a blank look. "Then why am I bandaging you?" Amity was silent for a second before huffing again and looking away.

"From now on, I want you to be extra careful. I can't have you getting hurt again." Lilith spoke firmly, but Amity scoffed. "You're not my mom.." Her tone was sassy, but Lilith smirked.

She didn't look at Amity, instead speaking calmly with a rather smug look on her face, "All those times you've called me mom says otherwise."

She felt Amity tense, and she could picture the girls red face. Amity pulled her arm away from Lilith, "T-Those were accidents!"

Lilith leaned on her desk, raising an eyebrow, "Were they now?" Amity glared at Lilith, her face still red before rolling her eyes, "Whatever. I don't have to listen to you." She looked down.

Lilith sighed, "Fine then, I guess I'll have to make you listen." Amity blinked, confused, but when she turned to question Lilith, her heart dropped when she saw that smirk on the older womans face.

She gave a nervous chuckle, "O-Oh? Is that.. so?" She backed away a little, only for Lilith to follow.

Lilith followed her until Amity was practically cornered in the office, "Why so nervous? Where's all that bad girl sass from earlier?" Lilith smirked as she spoke teasingly, chuckling as Amitys face went red.

"O-Oh! I- um.." Amity squeaked a bit as Lilith wiggled her fingers, hovering them over Amitys side. Even though she wasn't touching Amity yet, the young adult was already breaking into a giggle fit from anticipation.

"Why so giggly? I haven't even touched you yet! But I will now." Lilith hovered her fingers a little longer before finally squeezing Amitys sides, scribbling up and down and smiling as Amity burst into loud giggles.

Amity squirmed a little but didnt make any real attempt to escape. Lilith dug her fingers into Amitys ribs while using her other hand to squeeze Amitys belly, earning tiny snorts out of her.

Eventually, Lilith reached up to poke and scribble around Amitys ears, earning more snorts out of her. "I forgot how much you enjoy this stuff."

Amitys face was red from embarrassment, and because of how much she was giggling, "IhI doHont ehenjoy it!" Amity squirmed but still didn't try to escape.

"Well you arent trying to get away." Lilith chuckled as Amitys face grew slightly redder, but she didnt respond.

Lilith spoke calmly yet teasingly, stopping her tickly attack for a second, "You probably think I'm going to stop at your ears. But you were my former student, so I know where your real most ticklish spot is."

A smirk fell on Liliths face as Amitys eyes widened a bit. But the girl huffed, "Yeah, right. M-My ears are my most ticklish spot."

Lilith shrugged, "Ah, so, that must mean you dont mind if I do this?" Before Amity could react, she broke into a squeal as Lilith shot her hands into Amitys armpits, scribbling her fingers around and getting loud giggles and snorts out of Amity.

"BAHAHA- LIHIHILITH!" Amity squirmed more, giggling and kicking her legs happily. "Are you going to listen to me?" Lilith smiled as she raised an eyebrow.

Amity nodded quickly, still a giggly mess, "YEHEHES-! I WIHILL!" And with that, Lilith stop her attack, gently rubbing Amitys sides.

"Good. Im glad you'll be more careful." Lilith pulled away, letting Amity catch her breath. After Amity calmed down, she smiled and hugged Lilith tightly.

"Thanks, mom." Lilith blinked, figuring it was another accident. But the look on Amitys face was genuine, and it made Lilith smile.

She hugged Amitys back, patting her head.

"No problem, sweetie."

Lucifer was stressing over Lilith once again, He slowly put down his Duck and sighed on the table of the room, He then got up and left outside..Nobody was in the castle at the moment since they were on patrol, Lucifer then sat down on his throne..Fidgeting with his Duck. A few minutes later he heard a knock at his door, He sighed and spoke. “Come in..” He said Raspy, Then soon after a Radio noise was heard as a familiar face was seen, The Radio demon..Lucifer hissed at the sight of seeing him. “What do you want Alastor?.” Lucifer said, staring at him with his white eyes..Alastor made a chuckle as his hands were behind his back. “Oh!, nothing much..I just came to check up on you..after that little incident we had!” Alastor said smugly, Lucifer winced at the thought of it. “Yeah..you guys really fucked me up y’know..” Lucifer said, Taking his hat off and rubbing his face. Alastor noticed this. “What seems to be troubling you my dark lord?” Alastor said, leaning on his microphone..He sighed as he spawned a churro, and took a bite out of it. “It’s just love stuff, nothing really important..I just wish things were how they used to be.” Lucifer said..munching on the churro, Alastor didn’t say anything but his hands went behind his back again as he slowly walked to his throne. “Ah, yes..love can be very troublesome for people..even for you..” Alastor said his eyes narrowing a bit as he watched Lucifer finish his churro. “Yeah..I guess..” Lucifer said, He was still in a bad mood, but Alastor had a splendid idea. “Why my dark lord, how about I give you some comfort tips in your room where it’s easier?” Alastor suggested, Lucifer didn’t really think much of it so he shrugged. “Sure, Come on.” Lucifer said, then both walking to his room and shutting the door, Lucifer sat on his bed as he watched Alastor look around, Alastor couldn’t help but chuckle seeing so many duck things around. “My my, for a king you sure have an Odd interest~ but I cannot complain.” Lucifer frowned and looked away. “It’s an absolutely amazing interest!” Alastor rolls his eyes, but he saw Lucifer was still upset so he slowly walked over to him and sat on his bed as well. “I just don’t get why..Love is so complicated..I mean I love Charlie to death but..we barely keep in touch and I don’t really know what to do.” Alastor still had his grin on his face, But as Lucifer was rambling, This gave Alastor enough time to catch him off guard..So as the Radio demon shifted to his shadow form and his hands slowly krept to his belly, and Then it started to tickle there gently but quickly. “And I don’t even know ho——EHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE-!!” Lucifer squealed, as he felt the hands tickle his belly he tried to pry him off but he couldn’t move. “EHEHEHEHEHEHEHEK!! ALASTOR QUIHIHIHIT IT!!” Alastor shook his head no. “I’m sorry, but I’m tired of hearing you ramble..” Alastor said, as some Tentacles wrapped around Lucifer..As the started to tickle his armpits as well. “ALAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHASTOR!!!-“ Lucifer howled louder as he kept being tickled. “PLEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEEHASE!!” Alastor being merciful for once..stopped but didn’t let him go, Lucifer was panting a bit. “C..Come on Alastor..I’ll promise to not ramble anymore..” Lucifer said, sounding like an upset puppy..Alastor thought a bit. “Hmm..No” Alastor said, which made Lucifer’s eyes widen as Alastor started to wiggle his fingers.

Alastors clawed hands started to tickle all over Lucifer’s sides, making the King squeal in his grasp. “ALAHAHAHAHAAHAHASTOR!!, QUIHIHIHIHIT IHIHIHIT-!!” Lucifer howled, He was squirming a lot which made Alastor a bit impressed by his reaction..As he kept tickling and then.. FLOOF!! Lucifer’s wings came out as they were large, They knocked Alastor away on accident. After Lucifer figured out..Lucifer laughed nervously as Alastor was on the ground..His face became dark as his eyes turned to clocks..He was pissed. “L..Look..Alastor..it was an accident, so no need to get mad at me y’know..?” Lucifer said, But then..Two Black tentacles grabbed Lucifer by his waist and threw him on the ground..Lucifer struggled on the floor as he watched as Alastor was walking towards him..slowly. “Ah, my dark lord..I must teach you on why people fear me..” After he said that, Green hands appeared from the ground..They were wiggling their fingers at Lucifer’s wings..which made his eyes widen. “W-WAIT..You don’t really have to do this y’know?..it was an accident..” Alastor ignored his Words, as then the hands made contact with his red and white wings and started to wiggle all over them, The feeling of his entice feathers being scribbled upon absolutely made Lucifer Squeal. “NAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA-!!, PLEHEHEHEEHEHEHEHEHEASE!! STOHOHOHOHOP!!” Lucifer begged, but it was on deaf ears, He arched his back a bit as his wings were being tickled, He had a pink flush on his face from the tickling as he was laughing loud to the point his tail was wagging as well. “ALASTOR PLEHEHEHEAHAHASE!!, GEHEHHEHEHET THEM OFF!!” Alastor made a Chuckle. “I’m not sure if I should, after all..this is your punishment for knocking me over, unless you want more?” Alastor said, watching Lucifer laugh on the ground..He then got to his Stomach and started to tickle there with his long claws. “ALAHAHAHAHASTOR!!, YOULL PAHAHAHAHY FOR THIHIHIEHEHEHEEHE!!” Lucifer squealed, He was sweating all over as his feathers were fluffing around all around the Room, It overwhelmed Alastor a bit.. but he didn’t mind. “Smile for me dark lord~ as it might be your last~” Alastor teased as he continued to tickle Lucifer, he was pretty skilled at it..trying to find the right spot to tickle, He squeezed Lucifer’s stomach a bit. “YOHOHOHOHOHOURE GONNA KIHIHIHIHILL MEHEHEHEHEHEHEAHAHAHAHAHAHHA-!!” He yelled louder, Alastor got a bit kind and decided to stop, the hands disappeared..and He got up from Lucifer, He was panting on the ground as he was tired..Sooner than later, Lucifer was fast asleep on the ground, Alastor sighed as He made Lucifer float and laid him on his bed..which of course had duck pillows. “Sleep well, I will make sure no one will hurt Charlie..” He said, He then turned into his shadow and disappeared into thin air..Lucifer was sound asleep on the bed.

So I was just normal about Lucifer until I found out he’s voiced by Jeremy Jordan himself, now I’ve joined the simp club

Misquotes his threats into innuendos just like in the battle (lowkey does it to make them laugh more)

SUCH a goofy ass ler, he wants to make sure you know he’s about to getcha! Chases you with wiggling fingers & calling out your name as he hunts you down, saying it’ll be worse if you keep hiding (don’t fall for it)

Is overjoyed when he finds out anyone’s ticklish now you know where Charlie gets it from & simply must test it out!

Definitely laughs along with his lee because he’s having just as much fun, but his laugh is more of the sadistic cackle side of things

He’s a kicker! Not on the sense that he’s thrashing around super hard trying to get away, but more like he can’t cope any other way & his legs kick out as fast as they can

When he’s flustered he blushes from around the red dots on his cheeks so it looks like they’re spreading

If his arms are free he will focus more on hiding his face than stopping the ler

His worst spots are his wings, armpits, tummy, hooves, & tail, but I’m tellin’ ya, he’s a walking tickle spot

His cheeks are ticklish! If you poke the red circles repeatedly, he’ll be a giggly mess!

Lilith used to wreck him all the time back when they were a happy family

So Alastor found out he’s ticklish sometime before he left & tested the full extent of his new knowledge then & there, so he’s on edge in the hotel because he just KNOWS Alastor will try to pull something to embarrass him!

Look this guy def has some ler in him, when he said he "I missed that smile??" ugh, now imagine him saying that as he tickles Charlie to get her to giggle cuz she seemed sad. He absoloutly uses his short hieght to his advantage, hes the perfect height to grab charlie around the middle and squeeze her sides. Him and her have a lot of father-daughter stuff to catch up on ofc, and that includes making his daughter smile.

Ofc, however, Charlie had to get her ticklishness from somewhere, and u bet she got it from him. The only people he really lets tickle him are lilith and Charlie, and now just Charlie, but i could see him warming up to some of her friends. And yeah the guy has wings that are def for tickling abilites however his wings are also very ticklish, one of his worst spots actually. When Charlie was little he would let her run her fingers through them and it always tickled so badly but he'd always fight to stay still cuz she always looked so happy.

Well I have a few headcanons for them! I don't have an WIPs with them at the moment tho!

Eda is the bigger ler of the two, loves to start tickle fights, and usually wins!

Lilith started a few tickle fights when they were kids, and almost none after she cursed Eda. It took a long time after Lilith left the coven for her to start another one.

They both gang up on the kids though lmao.

Lilith is precise and tactical in her tickle attacks, and with Eda she knows every spot to attack to make her lose it. Though she still loses the most during tickle fights.

Lilith is super ticklish compared to Eda, worst spots being her ribs, belly, knees, neck, and feet.

Eda's worst spots are her neck, ears, knees, and back (especially in between her shoulder blades).

Eda does get another tickle spot that Lilith exploits a lot, and that's her wings when Eda goes harpy mode.

Lilith gets kinda emotional the first time Eda pulls her into a tickle fight, cause she never thought she'd be able to do this again.

Okay okay hear me out??? Like I had a dream a couple nights ago. Of course I had a tickle dream and of course it was about Owl House I'm on a hyperfixation run atm lmao. So here's how it went. Darius, Eda, Lilith, Raine and Eberwolf are all chilling together, kids hanging out someplace else. Lilith, Eda, Raine and Darius start reminiscing bout their school days, crushes, school life, pranks, etc, etc. And somehow they landed on Darius' high and mighty attitude. They joke around bout how he's still that snotty kid now and he feigns annoyance. Suddenly Eber speaks up like "Yeah and I know how to knock him down a notch~" They all look at Eber puzzled. It takes a moment but Darius catches on to what they mean and his face immediately bursts into flames. He stutters out curses and threats to his friend as the others watch on completely oblivious. Eda is the first to speak and she's like "Alright I'll bite. What is it?" Eber smiles wide and says "Oh he's super ticklish! It always works!" Darius groans as the others burst into laughter. Raine's like "Ah yeah I knew that! I remember in school when Alador would tickle you all the time!" Lilith chuckles along "Are you still that sensitive now though?" Darius gruffs and shakes his head "Of course I'm not! I'm not a child you f-FOOLS!" He squeals as Eda grabs his foot. "Wanna put that to the test buddy?" She wiggles her fingers menacingly and he jolts towards her but Raine grabs his arms. "Ah ah ah! I wanna see this~" Eda and Lilith start to tickle him and he does his best to hold out. He's still chuckling and giggling but they can tell he's holding back. Suddenly Eber jumps over like "I can break him" then they go straight to his bad spot! The backs of his knee~ Poor dude loses it! Can barely talk with how loud he's laughing and begging and the others are just floored by how ticklish that ONE spot is! The rest of the dream is just them continuing to tickle the living daylights outta him until I woke up lol

Havent written in a while so this'll might just be a short comfort fic

King couldn't sleep. He trembled in his bed, the Collector fast asleep beside him, muttering words with a happy smile. His thoughts whirled with Luz. He remembered that look on her face when he shot them through the portal.

He had started regretting that decision a while ago. What if he blasted them too hard, and they got hurt? What if something had gone wrong, like the portal collapsing?

King sat up, giving a glance at the sleeping Collector before quietly sneaking out the room. He walked through The Archives, his paws taking him to where all the coven heads were.

He stared at them before slipping through the broken part of the gate. He walked and found the little camp Eda and Lilith had been staying. Lilith was fast asleep, clinging to a pillow with Hooty's face on it. He knew she missed the weird house demon. Maybe he could convince the Collector to do something with him.

Eda was awake, sitting by the fire and staring into it with an empty gaze. But as she looked up, her face softened, and she gave a smile, "Hey kiddo, why are you awake?"

King was quiet, walking up and climbing into her lap. Eda frowned a bit. If King had snuck here in the night, she knew something had to be wrong.

Eda sighed and kissed his horns, "You could get in trouble for being here, King." The Collector didn't like when King wandered off without him.

King shook his head, "I don't care." He spoke quietly. He gave his mom a teary glance, clinging to her shirt. Eda seemed to instantly know what was wrong now, "You thinking about Luz?"

King gave a nod, and Eda sighed, "Yeah, me too. It's hard not to miss her.. silly face." King looked into the fire, "What if she doesn't come back? Or- what if she does and she gets turned into a puppet?" He didn't know which sounded worse. Never seeing his sister again or only seeing her as a lifeless doll.

Eda sighed and began to scratch Kings belly gently, earning a few tiny giggles out of him. It was nice to hear his laugh, so she continued. Her touch was gentle, not wanting to overdo it in his current emotional state.

He squirmed around happily in her lap, still giving giggles as she tickled his belly softly. She kissed his skull, chuckling as he grabbed onto her wrist but didn't stop her. After a while, she could see he was getting exhausted.

She stopped her movements and hugged him, kissing his skull once more before setting him down, "Go back to bed, kiddo." King nodded and began to walk away before stopping,

"Mom?"

"Yes?"

"I love you."

Eda stared, trying not to be overwhelmed by tears of fear and love for her kid.

"I love you, too."

And with that, King went back to his bed, feeling a little lighter than before.
