🖊️ BALLPOINT PEN — does your oc have any tattoos? do they want any (more) tattoos?

Nak does have tattoos! She has Sak Yant Tattoos on her back and shoulder; she got them (Naga's choice) when she was 16, right before she joined the LPAF for protection since both her and Naga are superstitous. I don't think she'll want to get anymore tattoos though, since it hurt alot, she cried.

💤 SLEEPING SIGN — is your oc a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper? how are their sleeping habits?

On the field, Nak is an extremely light sleeper, she can't relax, that's just how she grew up since Naga's "occupation" means danger is always lurking. One little sound could wake her up and have her be alert.

Off the field however, She sleeps like she's making up for lost time, lots of naps sprinkled throughout the day if the housework is done.

🤍 WHITE HEART — what are three of your oc's neutral/questionable traits?

-Dry texter, it's not like she doesn't care, she just doesn't know how to respond- so she prefers voice messages, phone calls, or video calls

-5 second rule doesn't really exist to her?? She'll eat off the floor if she thinks its worth it.

-Slight addiction to shopping, technically being a former rich kid (Naga) she often buys herself things when she's bored, (often little trinkets or stuff she doesn't need)

🤔 THINKING FACE — what are some of your oc's quirks/mannerisms?

- chews the inside of her mouth, bad habit, she does it without thinking

- parrots noises or phrases when she's focused on something tedious

-Terrible hand writing; She thinks so fast her hands can't keep up to write, Krueger has to ask her to type their grocery list out if she writes it down

Thanks for the ask! We only keep our count for active/non-dormant members, which is currently 19 according to Simply Plural. Our total count is kept on PluralKit, which is at 189.

Our main fronters are me (Alfred), England, China, Japan, Italy and Romano. This has been pretty consistent through our system history, any deviations likely being when the rest of the main family used to front more.

Our collective pronouns are he/they, with he/him preferred when speaking to our singletsona, and they/them when referring to us as a system, but we like both either way!

“Do you have a bucket-list planet you want to visit?” Olli blurted.

Hokka barely missed a beat before he gave his answer, like he’d thought about it for a while and had it ready to go. “San Trevira,” he said, a near manic smile spreading across his face. “The fallen planet. Think about it,” he grinned, “that red dust everywhere, the howling winds. It’s a whole rocky desert, but there’s the biomes with the undying lights! There’s the cave holes from some ancient species too, and no-one knows if it was them or the first humans who built the bio domes. Some of the domes even lead into the cave holes. No-one even knows what the domes are even for. They could be for early terraforming, or for supporting early colonists during the terraforming years, like what happened with Mars. Or they might once have belonged to San Trevira’s old indigenous people, and so have nothing to do with humans at all. We just don’t know!”

🏅: What is something you recently felt proud of in regard to your writing (finished a fic, actually planned for once, etc).

chapter 16 was written in one day. i haven’t written more than 3k in a day since last february and i haven’t written more than 1.5k a day since this february

🖊 for Riven and G'raha. I know there's been some awkwardness in the Rivenverse, but I'm not sure how it all fits.

Awkwardness is actually a pretty good descriptor. And to preface, @erickgage jokes that I pretty much deal in self-indulgent fantasy in the fact that I take the chances I can to drag this man up and over the coals for the bullshit he pulled. Which I feel is completely valid because as far as I know so far, there's not a lot of stuff in the fandom that actually has him dealing with the consequences of his actions. However I do try to be as unbiased I can in terms of lore and story. Try being the key word.

Anyhoo. G'raha does not really endear himself to Riven the first time they met, first because of the stunts he pulls while she's getting the reagents needed to break the Tower's security, and second because of the hero worship. Hero worship 100% creeps Riven the fuck out.

(CT stuff is also in that weird gray area of stuff I'm ironing out due to the overhaul. Suffice to say, Riven did settle into a working relationship with G'raha, she does respect him as a scholar and fighter, and she was upset when he did seal himself away.)

And then we have post Stormblood. The Scions are dropping like flies, Riven's having panic flashbacks of the bloody banquet and how long it took to get her friends back, for all she knows Augustine and the others are on the chopping block next, and then mid fight with Elidibus of all people, her spirit gets yanked to a border crossing where this stranger is telling her not to fight the Empire, that she needs to cross to another world and ah don't worry you're still alive! Suffice to say, the moment the Exarch closed the doors in the Crystal Tower after Riven's proper arrival to the First, she read him the riot act. And because he was on her shit list at the time, the fact that he rapidly deflected her request of 'okay, can you bring the rest of my friends over' immediately made her suspicious, as was the explanation for the crossing spell.

And in all honestly, she had every right to be. The situation in the First was pretty fucking grim, and G'raha--rather Crystal Exarch, came from an even worse scenario. I have the feeling that he tried multiple things to get rid of the Light, they didn't work, and finally was forced to go 'well shit, this is the only thing I have and even then it's going to be bad.' I like to think that he didn't want to play fast and loose with the Warrior of Light's life, but at the same time it seemed as if he had no choice. Crystal Exarch comes off to me at certain times in the game as being ruthless, and you know what? You can't blame him. It was that same ruthlessness Riven was picking up on, because the Exarch didn't want to bring Augustine and the others over. He knew if he did, the plan would definitely be in peril. The Scions could be placated, Riven would certainly throw herself body and soul into trying to save the First--he was banking on her heart and empathy--and well...

One or four big brothers getting sus vibes and possibly acting on them would ruin the whole thing. So the Exarch placated Riven by saying he'd see what he would do while she met up with Alphy and Allisae, banking that the sheer 'what the FUCK' horror of current world events would sway Riven enough that she would believe him when he said he couldn't bring Augustine and the others over.

This did not work out well. Following Holminster Switch, Riven approached him again. The Exarch would hem and haw about the magic going off kilter and he wasn't able to get a lock on them. The next thing he then saw was Riven's back as she went through the portal.

Which then resulted in this.

Fortunately for the Exarch, he then caught a break, as Urianger's predictions...while not completely on the money (Sebastian becoming a gunbreaker was the outlier) did come true. He started to feel guilt for what he was doing, but it was too late to turn back. Especially when he and Riven had a much better working relationship than their first outing (though probably being much older and not as hero-worshippy had a lot to do with it).

And then Mt. Gulg happened. And if there's one thing Riven is very good at, it's choosing what's more important to deal with. She was hurt, she certainly felt betrayed, but if she gave into those feelings, she'd turn into the Norvrandt Lightwarden for certain. So she set them to the side, and set about breaking the Light's hold on the First--and defeating Emet-Selch. She kept the Exarch at a distance, and this continued up until shortly before the first Eden outing. Riven was back from the Source with the others--minus Reinhardt, who was still fighting his curse. They were meeting with the Exarch, something was said--they don't remember now--but it resulted in a blowout fight between the Exarch and Riven.

(which is in progress, here is a snippet)

TLDR: Exarch flung at Riven that it was her fault her friends were turning into Lightwardens due to bringing them to the First--to which Riven responded that yes, she knew it was her fault and she'd live with the guilt of harming them for the rest of her days but really did he have any right to talk after what he'd pulled, and again--the hero-worship/putting her on a pedestal. Which did make the Exarch check--because yep, he was guilty of it. And he'd used it in manipulating Riven's own feelings.

Elidibus then happened.

Suffice to say, while the fight did help clear the air--things were now officially awkward. Riven kept distance from the Exarch, though she did honor his wishes and helped revitalize him in the Source. The awkward generally continued though Endwalker, though by the time of Ultima Thule, the two of them were somewhat on more of an even keel--as working adventurers and scholars. So there's progress being made. They may never be truly close, but mutual respect works just fine.

The entire affair however, was the death knell for Riven being...agreeable when it came to her role as the Warrior of Light in any grand schemes or plans. Being sweet and accommodating was no longer an option, especially if her good nature was being used as a weapon against her.

misfortune is one of the progenitors/stewards/antecedents/etc. all that means is that he was handmade by ringleader and is unkillable for the most part

it ALSO means that, like the rest of the antecedents, he has a very specific job in upholding the balance of the universe. unfortunately for him, that means causing. mostly pain and misery. if he paid any more attention to it he’d be really really upset about it but. he’s decided. to just not think about it. he figures that’s the adult thing to do

he keeps building kids and he loves them so dearly. they’re the light of his life and he would do anything for them. UNFORTUNATELY there is a bit of a CURSELIKE SITUATION with his BLOODLINE. and they keep. dying tragically. and he really really does not think about that either.

sometimes (a lot of times) it’s just. too much? and he unloads on the encyclepidopterist, who is his closest friend (as much as the ecl has friends. which is to say. not very much. but misfortune is his favorite guy to vivisect). which mostly involves him yelling A Lot or crying or both. the ecl is like. fine w it. it was surprising the first few times but after that it was par for the course

(him and the ecl have like. A Thing. don’t worry about it)

he also has 1) a pet lobster that is. as immortal as lobsters always are. because he is tired of everything dying all the time. and 2) an affinity for popular fashion! he usually gets the decade and intended gender wrong but it’s not like anyone he interacts with gives a shit (or even knows in most cases).

he is afraid of very few things. time is at the top of the list though. he still feels guilty about The Canine Situation (even though time has. well. she’s moved on as much as anyone could i suppose. she’s lived a hundred lifetimes between then and now and doesn’t blame him anymore).

really i think that, among the progenitors, he’s the one that Wants to Be a Father the most. if he had his way he’d just settle down in a big house with all his kids. but. yknow. :o/

I have a few fics that are just for me, in my own head. One is for Sherlock Holmes and the other is Star Wars. I once tried to write the Star Wars one and actually stopped myself after posting a chapter, because I just wasn't ready to share it yet.

He threw up his hand.  Brunnhilde swooped down fast as lightning as the Jólakötturinn surged.  Their primal screams crashed against his ears.

She wrapped her hand, stronger than Thor’s it seemed, in the moment, around Loki’s wrist.  His feet lifted from the ground.

The climb back into the sky slammed his stomach against his ribs.  The steed’s wings whipped the air.  Loki held tightly to Brunnhilde’s waist, casting a final look at the creatures below.  He considered spitting on them, but his mouth was dry from the rushing wind.

A tunnel formed around them, thrumming with energy, vibrant with a rainbow of colors, but it was not the Bifrost.  This was Valkyrie Magic.  It was the Protection of the Norns, given so that they could travel to and from Vanhalla—travel anywhere, actually.  Lok had never witnessed it before.  No one alive had.

The piece of silk around his neck was loosely tied, almost as if his only intention was to invite her closer, and she bit the bait, wrapping his tie with her hands. She adjusted it, making it tighter, before raising her eyes to meet him.

"Lovely colour," she complimented in a low voice with a smug grin. He chuckled, so soft she could barely hear him.

"Believe me, It looks way better on you."

She was sure she shouldn't be that turned on in a church, especially when the object of her wild thoughts was him.

Ah yes, the old autocorrect, this new technology is not a fan of my Celtic inspired names sometimes. Thank you so much for asking about her though! I don't think there's a specific limit to the facts I can list so I'll just go until I feel done.

Her birthday is the 37th Day of Summer, coincidentally is also the day she enters Elsava (Rosen's Capital and where a lot of her story takes place in the beginning) So she turns 13 right at the start of Stray

She was named by her brother, who was already 12 when she was born

She is panromantic and asexual (unfortunately this doesn't get explored much in the narrative because she's so busy just trying to keep the people she cares about alive)

Her favorite element to cast is fire, she identifies with its intensity and light, she finds it the most "alive" of the elements and it's her go to casting on instinct

Her most common daydream is to think on what her life would have been like if her parents had never died, if Grosev had never attacked Elsava, if Drumcondra had never taken her to travel with him

She dreams most nights of people that aren't her, but feel like her, and she's convinced that her dreams are memories of herself from past lives

She believes in the deity Destiny, but does not ascribe to all the rules of worship the people of Rosen force on her

She has a special ability, and even she's not sure how she does it, but she can basically "turn off" the spores around her, so that anyone looking for her with SporeSense would sense only empty air in the place she is, making her effectively invisible (as long as she's also hidden visually)

She looks like she's got it all together on the outside, but on the inside she's a constant ball of anxiety, always watching for threats. She's especially set off by large crowds where it's difficult to keep tabs on all the people, because she doesn't trust any of them. This stems from her upbringing in which she and her grandfather would consistently be ambushed or betrayed by people looking for him

OH GEEZ, this is gonna take a minute! 

Put behind cut because holy crap is this long!

  😐 What embarrasses you most about your own writing? 

Ok, I’m gonna let you and everyone in on a secret. One of the reasons that my stories, despite being supposedly based in the wrestling world, have next to no wrestling in them is that I feel I can’t write action for BOLLOCKS. No really, emotion? I can do that. Dialogue? Pretty good at that actually. Romance? Getting there. 

Action? I SUCK ASS. 

So really, trying to write action sequences leave me so embarrassed because I feel they are my biggest weakness in my writing as a whole and, yeah, that’s why there’s so few of them or why most of the action sequences happen off screen. 

👀 Do you have any WIPs that you would never let see the light of day? If yes, what are they about?    Oh MY god, you have no idea! 

So, I’ve shared some of these ideas elsewhere but for every one dream story I do publish there’s at least ten which have never, and will never see the light of day. Most of them are absolute garbage but some are decent. Something all of them have in common though is there is a line which got crossed somewhere in the creation process. 

This is also why Into The Horizon will never be finished, btw. Wrote myself into an AWFUL moral dilemma there, so nope, that’s staying with me. 

For some basic ideas of ones that were actually completed but will never be published... 

“I Know Who I Am” - Death Incarnate is carving a bloody path across all of my favorite celebs in an (ultimately successful) effort to lead me to him so I can take his place as the Grim Reaper. 

“Champion of The Faerie Queen” - After the UK and connected commonwealth nations invade the US while Trump is president, all of the US’s ruling rich are taken prisoner. Marissa McMahon, who is actually a Faerie Queen, enlists me to help rescue her family from captivity and win the war. 

“Penny and Kicks vs The World” - In a world where I am the daughter of the WWE COO, Vince decides to plow through the Coronavirus leading to the death of several wrestlers. It causes a huge public scandal and my father is given the blame. This leads to a huge rift in the company... something that threatens to separate me from Shane (who is my BFF in the story). NOTE: The name “Penny” comes from my addiction to pressed coins while “Kicks” refers to Shane’s Jordans collection. Also, this one isn’t fully completed, but I’m listing it here anyway. 

The rest of “That’s What Friends Are For” - The story actually has six parts to it but it will never be shown past part 1 because nobody needs to read my self-indulgence therapy fic. 

“Once Upon A Dream” - Shane and I end up in a shared dreamscape where he’s dreaming it as a teenager and I’m dreaming it as a 30 something. Also, in the dream, I’m appearing as a middle-aged black woman, which leads to the dream taking a dark turn regarding a bunch of racist, corrupt cops. This one actually had a really dark climax, but a happy ending. 

“A Little Fall of Acid Rain” - A localized apocalypse has hit New York City. Take a wild friggin guess who is involved in this one. 

And finally, since they can’t all be about Shane 

“El Generico Amor” - Sami has left the WWE... without Kevin. Meanwhile, I’m having the worst week of my life. The two of us end up in a chance meeting where we hit it off and, in a way, end up rescuing each other from the world.

Kevin was bleeding. 

There was blood running from his nose and mouth as the American Wolves continued their onslaught, smashing the chairs against his body and head while he hung limply from the ropes. 

Why isn’t anyone stopping them? Sami thought angrily.  More importantly, why can’t I move. 

From his place outside the ring, standing amidst the ruins of a table, Sami Zayn was struggling to get to his partner, to save him. All he had to do was extract himself from the mess and he would be there, saving Kevin like he was supposed to. That’s what partners did, they saved each other. 

But for some reason, he couldn’t free himself. 

*Crack* Another joint chair shot slammed against Kevin’s head. 

Sami pulled at his leg. Why couldn’t he get free? 

*Thud* Davey jammed the edge of his chair into Kevin’s ribcage. 

Through the eyeholes of a mask that Sami swore he shouldn’t be wearing, he looked down at his captured leg. As he did, he was shocked. 

The shards of the table were piercing his calf like a bear trap, locking him in place. For a moment, he stared at the leg, twisting it slightly and watching as the dark blood soaked through his tights. It was confusing – he should be in pain, so much pain, why didn’t it hurt? 

It wasn’t important.

🤔 What is the hardest part of writing fic? 

Like I said, the hardest part for me is the action. Also, finding balance. I tend to get on rolls for things and just bleed my emotions onto the page and it comes off as unbalanced in tone or style. I have to usually edit things a billion times before they’re even marginally acceptable although I will admit I’m getting better as I go along. 

👩‍🏭 If one of your fics was going to get you arrested, which one and why? 

  “I Know Who I Am” which is exactly why it isn’t posted, my god would I end up on a watch list for that one.

The library is a lot busier than usual.

Finals season has officially began and it left zero to no space for you, Jimin, and Taehyung to study. 

“We could go back to our place.. The guys actually study when it’s finals..” Jimin suggests. “Plus, ___ can sort of cook. Let’s see if she’d make a good house wife!”

To that, you roll your eyes while at the same time, find yourself amused by the idea. Taehyung scoffs, asking, “who’d wanna marry you?”

You ignore his comment and simply agree to your new study destination. Excitedly, your two friends bring you to their shared home. 

“Whose this?”

“My wife.”

“Shit, where was my invite to the wedding?”

The only familiar voice that rings is Taehyung’s. Jimin had briefly excused himself to gather his textbooks from his room, leaving you alone in an unfamiliar living space. Taehyung shortly enters with another person, roughly around your age. 

“Is she the said wife?”

“Depends. We’re gonna test her house wife skills later by making her cook us dinner!” Taehyung jokes, arms crossed with a cocky look on his face. 

You glare at him, standing up from the couch. 

“Hi, I’m ___... Coming over was a bit unexpected,” you laugh a little shyly. “I’m so sorry, but which of the other five roommates are you?”

Cockily, he smiles before answering you. With his head tilt, he bites his bottom lip and flirts, “the one that would have objected at the wedding.”

A moment passes and you refrain from reacting.

“Ah,” you extend your hand to him. Politely, he shakes it. “You’re Jungkook?”

He scoffs, “that obvious?”

“They told me you were—pardon my language—a sly little piece of shit.”

“That I am,” Jungkook admits. “Rough start.. I wanted to make a better first impression.”

You offer him an intrigued look as everyone settles and takes a seat on the couch. Jungkook sets himself rather close to you. Taehyung watches you and Jungkook’s exchanges, quickly picking up the flirty and progressing sexual tension between you two. 

He feels conflicted. 

Maybe he could feel a bit of jealousy arising, but something about the way you two were beginning to lose yourselves in your own world told him this wouldn’t be the last time. 

He watches as Jungkook leans over, whispering something into your ear. You pull away, with laugher escaping your lips. You playfully hit his shoulder, before leaning towards him again. 

Have you ever done that to him? Would you? 

Could you?

Your eyes light up more and more as time goes by. Taehyung is convinced they’d fall off any second. It’s like you won’t blink, too afraid to miss a second spent with Jungkook. 

“Do you have a boyfriend, ___?” Jungkook asks suddenly. 

“She has a husband,” Taehyung lifts his eyebrows, interrupting you two. You stick your tongue out at him in response. 

“Definitely no husband,” you laugh. “No boyfriend either.. But what’s it to you?”

Jungkook feels intrigued with the way you choose your words. You carry a confidence he hasn’t seen in others.. Ever. You’re already so precious to him.

“Nothing.. Just wanted to see who I’d have to convince you to break up with.” 

Before you can even register Jungkook’s remark, Jimin returns. 

Taehyung is thankful. 

Jungkook is annoyed. 

Groaning and suddenly falling into the couch, Jimin occupies the space between you and Jungkook. He shoves his textbooks to Jungkook’s cheat and spreads his arms in front of you. Jimin lowers his gaze, sending Jungkook a dirty look.

“Stop hitting on ___,” Jimin warns. “She’s off limits, you fuckboy.”

💭 What is a headcanon you have about your own work?

I have a lot of headcanons for my aus, but i don’t think I could fit them all here and I’m gonna be honest idk if I could make a concise list of them

But maybe I could make just one giant post of all of my au headcanons that I can’t talk about in a normal way since they don’t affect the aus at all…

👀 Do you have any WIPs that you would never let see the light of day? If yes, what are they about?

I have a lot of half-assed au ideas that I jot down in my notes app and then don’t think too much about. A lot of them have no consistency, like the ages don’t make sense, the worldbuilding doesn’t make sense, just overall there isn’t a lot that stays the same because I don’t have a solid idea what to do with it. When/if I ever do get an idea on what to do with it, I post it here. But a lot of the time those aus only exist to distract me from boring classes.

👀 Do you have any WIPs that you would never let see the light of day? If yes, what are they about?

Hmmm "never let" seems a bit strong, but I do have a variety that I'll never finish. One of them, crazily enough, was a Mandalorian AU crossed over with TMFU from when I was really into making weird crossovers that were interesting to approximately ten people. I have like, wow, 4k words written? The setup was kind of fun, but I'm pretty sure I'll never get back to it. Or who knows, maybe some future season of Mando will inspire me.

He can see Illya step up behind him in the mirror, his gaze directed downward as he loosens the lacing at the back of the top piece. Then his hands drop to the ridiculous leather pants, finding the hidden zip in the back and easing it down. Napoleon expects him to move away, then—he’ll be able to struggle out of the rest from here, and blissfully return to normal clothing—but instead Illya takes a step closer. One of his hands slips under the now-loose waistband of Napoleon’s pants to grip his hip while the other splays across Napoleon’s exposed belly. Then, not meeting Napoleon’s eyes in the mirror in front of him, he dips his head to press a series of kisses along the side of Napoleon’s neck.
