Ok, I had this idea. What if we assigned every Life-series winner a Greek god/godess:

Pearl: Artemis, Godess of the hunt, wilderness, animals, the Moon and young girls.

This seems to me a very logical decision. She went a bit crazy in Double-life and hunted others down with her Wolf (The hunt, Animals). And ofcourse, She is PearlesentMoon.

Grian: Hermes, God of boundaries, travel, trade, communication, language, writing, cunning and thieves.

Ok so, Grian has that thing with going outside the border (boundaries). He also kills most people with his traps and sets up the whole life series (cunning, communication)

Scott: Athena, Goddess of reason, wisdom, intelligence, skill, peace, warfare, battle strategy, and handicrafts.

We all know Scott is rediculously good at this game (skill, intelligence, wisdom, warfare, battle strategy). But he will try to make it a fair game, like in double life and now limited life (reason)

Martyn: Cronus, God of harvests and personification of destructive time, father of the olympians. (?)

Not sure about this one, but I coudn't find anything better. I do lik the thing of destructive time, with limited life and him destroying his allies and enemies at the end there
