At 4 o'clock this morning, there was a car accident occurred in De La Salle Lipa, resulting in power interruption in some areas within La Salle Lipa and surrounding places.
The electricians are hands on in doing everything they can in order to restore power in Tambo and La Salle area.
As for the shops, that include my small coffee shop, I'm afraid they're closed for the day.

Esguerra Farms: Unraveling the secrets of Kurobuta - The Wagyu of Pork
Esguerra Farms is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Lipa, Batangas, where the magic of Kurobuta pork comes to life. Owned by the visionary businessman, Herminio “Hermie” Esguerra, this farm which lies in the shadow of Mount Malarayat is not your ordinary agricultural paradise. This former horse-breeding farm has expanded its operations quite considerably over the years. Aside from champion…

Batangas Lakelands: Thrilling Adventure Getaway to the South
A safe and secure atmosphere is offered by #BatangasLakelands, an outdoor adventure, sports, leisure, and entertainment park. #themepark #travel #getaway #nextfeatureph
We all need a brief getaway from the stress and strain in our lives. It’s fortunate that an adventure is only 60 minutes away from Manila. Quick beach vacations have traditionally been associated with the land of “ala eh.” But Batangas Lakelands changed my perception that this place is more than just beaches, kapeng barako, and lomi. Because of the province’s immense size, it is frequently…

For Your Indianero Plans...
If your biggest problem is that you’re feeling discouraged and unmotivated...  Maybe all this planning is exhausting, and the fatigue is catching up to you, and the two of you could take a few days to just hang out together, doing something fun, rather than obsessing over every detail of the logistics. It could also be that you’re feeling overwhelmed from other stress in your life, and if you’re able to take it easy for a bit, you’ll feel more like your old self again. You could even build in a week or so of rest before your hike, so you can replenish before undertaking a new big thing.
You should know that pre-adventure hesitation is very real, and sometimes it’s wisest to trust your past self - the self who put the whole plan in motion - and move forward. A lot of trips feel most daunting right before they happen, when pressure is highest and you’re hyper-aware of everything that might go wrong. Sure, some people enjoy planning, but for many others it’s a long slog that they need to push through to get to the real thing. If that’s you, you may find that once you start moving and you’re actually on the trail, doing what you once dreamed about, you’ll remember why you wanted to do it in the first place. That’s when the good stuff - the joy and the meaning - kick in...
I still think that if you go on the trip, you might surprise yourself and enjoy the adventure - or, even if you don’t enjoy it per se, find it worthwhile. Getting to the starting line is often the hardest part of a race, and in this case, you’re almost there. But if you’re not going, make sure that you take as much responsibility as possible for the ways that your friend is relying on you, both on and off the trail. Even if he doesnt plan trips again with you in the future, he should know that you care about him when it counts.

📍The Outlets at Lipa 🥅
The Outlets at Lipa is well situated near the LIMA Technology Center entrance along the national route in Lipa City. The city is easily reachable by a vast network of highways that extend all the way to Makati in Metro Manila and serves as the entry point to the Southern Tagalog Region. Furthermore, more than 500,000 of the 2.7 million residents of Batangueno live within 10 kilometres of The Outlets at Lipa.
Another aspect of the Batangas province's economy is its rapid economic expansion. And the people who live there are eager to enjoy life to the fullest and reap the benefits of their labour, which they will undoubtedly do at The Outlets at Lipa
We had a great time when my buddies and I went because of how lovely their outdoor mall was. There are numerous things to do, such as visiting one of the area's beautiful locations, which is a race car that many kids wish to drive in a toy race. When you ride here, it feels like you're in Baguio. Another area we visited was a soccer field, where you can watch people play soccer and even take photos.
Window shopping is the best option for you here because there are stores you won't typically find in Philippine malls. Since there are already outlets, you can visit Nike stores without travelling to Manila or Alabang. The outlets Lipa is one of my top suggested outdoor malls for you to visit because of the ideal atmosphere and the beautiful areas they constructed there, so for that reason it's worthwhile to go there.
