4:50 pm - tamaki amajiki

Being with a pro hero was hard. It was full of worry filled nights and many hard months apart. But even so, you wouldn’t trade being with Tamaki Amajiki for the whole world.

No matter what trip he was on, or how much time he had to spend away from you, he never once made you feel forgotten or unloved. And one way he made sure you were both connected, no matter the distance, was watching the sunset together.

You eagerly made your way upstairs, with your hot chocolate and laptop in hand and carefully opened the glass doors to make your way out onto your flora filled balcony, with your cat, Riceball, close behind.

You settled yourself at the small table on the balcony. Opening your laptop, you sipped your hot chocolate and bundled yourself in a fleecy blanket as protection from the chilly November air, and waited for the seconds to tick by.

As soon as the clock hit 4:50, you video called your boyfriend who, as always, picks up on the first ring, and his silvery voice rings through the quiet atmosphere in the most pleasant way.

“Good evening butterfly, you’re right on time, as always”

“Of course I’m on time, I could never miss watching the sunset with you”

You two begin to talk about nothing and everything. Updating Tamaki on the status of your plants, how much Riceball missed him, and how you missed him even more. He told you about the people he had met and how his hero work out of the country had been going. Before you knew it, the sun began to set and melt into a palette of orange and pink.

You and Tamaki sat in a comfortable silence, and as you admired the sunset in front of you, Tamaki admired the slight smile you wore, with the sky shimmering back in your eyes.

He admired how dazzling you looked against the backdrop of a tranquil, pink sky.

“You’re the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.”

You turned back to the screen to meet his indigo eyes.

“Hey, you’re supposed to be watching the sunset, not me.” you said with a slight smile hidden in your tone.

“Well, the sunset is pretty, but it doesn’t hold a candle to you.”

You buried your face into the blanket wrapped around you and groaned. “you know I can’t handle compliments, stop it!”

He laughed at your flustered figure, “But its so fun. You know, its not often that I’m not the embarrassed one.”

You peeked above your blanket and saw him glance at the time, and the sun beginning to rise on his side of the screen.

“As much as I don’t want to, I should probably go. I have a long day ahead of me.”

You sighed, but gave him an affectionate smile.

“Alright, I’ll see you at 4:50 tomorrow?”

“I wouldn’t miss it for the world, butterfly”

a/n: hello! i’ve been wanting to write this for a long time, and with nearly 500 words, it’s finally here! i honestly had a lot of fun writing it (even if my brain is melted now) and i’m proud of how it came out. this is heavily inspired by ‘The Sun.’ by Strawberry Launch, i highly recommend giving it a listen. i apologize if tamaki is ooc in this, it was very self indulgent lmao.

Basics.

Prometheus Productions has announced its first ever dare event titled “Your Choice,” where all dares are submitted by the public for contracts to follow through on. What all characters are unaware of (and are anxious to find out) are the dares themselves! None of them will be revealed to them until the moment they are dared to do them, where they will be left with a choice to complete it and earn points or decline it and lose points.

However!

You (as a player) will know these dares in advance!

As stated previously, the severity of the dares are listed within 4 levels. As a player, if you would like to participate, you must fill out this form (located here) with the highest level you as a mun feel comfortable playing with your character. In character, the dares are “randomly” selected, meaning they will have no control over what dare is given to them. Of course, Cora or others may hand-select certain dares for certain contracts or even behind the scenes members. You are more than welcome to have your character speculate.

When signing up for a level, you also inherit all dares from the levels beneath it. For example, if you choose level 3, you will not see any dares from level 4 but all those from Levels 1-3 will be at your disposal.

The Set Up.

There will be groups of three (2 contracts and 1 BTS character) participating in the event. The BTS character is referred to as the Sponsor. The job of the Sponsor is to read out the dare, choose which contract it belongs to, and then determine whether or not the contracts have completed their dares.

Each group will be put into an escape room setup. When the groups have been announced, you (as players) may choose one of seven escape room settings to have your characters trapped in (this detail will be released later). Like all escape rooms, the main objective is to escape from it, as it is the only way the dares will stop appearing in the room.

Dares cannot be ignored. If the Sponsor is incapable of doing their job properly, there will be repercussions before the Sponsor is replaced by Ms. Samson herself. This is something all of your characters will be warned about.

Each dare is worth a set amount of points. If the dare is completed, your character gains those points. If they decline it or fail, your character loses those points. Mathematically, it is possible for your character to be cancelled within the game.

If your character declines a dare, their opponent (the fellow contract in the room) is allowed to steal it from them for the chance to earn the points. Declining will not make them lose the points, but failing to complete the dare once it is accepted will. Choose carefully.

All characters are aware that the Sponsor has the option of completing ONE dare for a contract at their sole discretion. If the Sponsor is successful, the contract still gains the points, but if they fail, the contract will still lose the points.

Details.

Because of Cora’s spiritual beliefs, all dares are inspired and also delivered by means of the Major Arcana cards. This is to say that each dare is printed on the back of one of the cards from the Major Arcana deck. How they enter the escape room is up to you. If you are interested in seeing the exact deck that your characters will be exposed to, you’re more than welcome to see them here.

All groups will be televised live and be available for viewing on Prometheus’ streaming app. Viewership will be keenly watched, which is an important factor for the main reason that if there is a decline in ratings, Prometheus will throw in various twists to excite the audience. (You may read about potential twists below, but you are more than welcome to add your own.) When the groups are announced, you will also see at what time slot they are given (i.e. 5pm, 10am, etc.)

When writing your event thread, there is no minimum or maximum requirement in terms of post length or amount of posts to be eligible for your points. Go at your own pace.

Shoot your competition (whether the gun is in a Russian roulette style or fully loaded is up to you) | 400 points | The Wheel of Fortune

Come close to succeeding in suicide. If you cross over, everyone in the room dies with you. | 450 points | Death

Perform a cancellation (the room will reveal a contract with 0 points that has been waiting for their cancellation) | 500 points | Death

Get as close to a running saw blade as possible. | 300 points | Strength

“Drink me.” Everyone in the room is knocked out by a drink. They are aware that it will make them pass out. When they awake, all participants notice that there are little cuts in their forearms and they’re tasked with finding something within one of them (not necessarily meaning in their own body, willing them to cut into the competition.) It is a 50/50 chance the answer is purely metaphorical or if there is physically something planted in their arm. Your choice. | 400 points | The Wheel of Fortune

!!!All Levels are subject to one wild card named The Hierophant. The card is intentionally blank. The Sponsor creates the dare and the points amount up to 300 points.!!!

Twists.

As stated before, Prometheus will manipulate the escape room to drive more viewers in if they find it is needed. The following twists are possible:

Fire being started

Shaking of the set like an earthquake or a nuclear explosion

Gas filling the space

Loud music

Total blackness

Heat

Cold

Flies/Bees/Insects

Rain

Wind

A person touches something and it breaks immediately (small explosions from the special effects dept.)

A timer is randomly set off, counting down, but counting down to what? Something innocuous like a pre-recorded video message of Cora saying that fate only has the best intentions for them.

Danganronpa v3 Alternative Mastermind Au

Disclaimer: this is alternative Mastermind AU, and I don’t own anything Danganronpa. Also this is a fanfiction so there will be OOCness, and backstories will play out differently then how it did in the main game. There will be spoilers that related to the main game, try and figure out which. The prologue is mostly the same. Chapter 1 is where it switches up a bit. This was taken from a generator were character were put into it and the results of the killers, victims, survivors, and mastermind, and had the result randomly generated. So this is a fanfiction based on those results. The results are on 4 chan /drg/ (2/14/17) thread if you want to know the results.

Prologue under cut

It was cold and dark. I couldn’t see anything. I tried to move my hands and found it meet cold metal. I cautiously felt my way around the space I was in and found that I was suck in a metal box. I tried to push in all directions to see if there was a way out. As I pushed I felt one section give a little. I decided to keep pushing, and started to kick the section to loosen it up. After one more big mighty kick the section flew out and I found my self staring at a classroom. It took a while for my eyes to adjust to the new room, and looked behind me to find that I had been stuffed in a locker. My name is Kaede Akamatsu, and I had been put into an unreasonable situation. I stepped down from the locker and looked around the room some more. Then I heard a clanging sound behind me. I turned around and saw the locker that was next to mine shake violently. Then with a loud crash a boy around my age fell out. I let out a shriek, and then so did he. We just stared at each other for a while. After my pulse began to slow down, I asked him.

Kaede: Where are we?

Mysterious boy: I don’t know I just woke up and found myself here.

Kaede: So your in the same situation too? That's a bit of a relief.

Mysterious boy: Why do you say that? Isn’t that supposed to be a bad thing?

Kaede: I guess, but it’s nice to know that I’m not the only one in this situation.

Mysterious boy: That’s one way to look at it.

Kaede: Ah! I guess I should introduce myself. My name Kaede Akamatsu, the SHSL Pianist, its nice to meet you!

Mysterious boy: N-nice to meet you too, my name is Shuichi Saihara the SHSL Detective is what people call me.

Kaede: Detective, huh? That sounds like a great talent, I’m sure you can find a reason to our situation.

Shuichi: If you say so, but we should look around this area first.

After he said that we looked around the classroom. We found nothing really suspicious except for the red vine like wires around the windows of the classroom. Everything else in the room had a green glow thanks to the LCD screen in the front, and the projection monitor right next to it. After checking the room one more time we set outside, where we ended up in a large hall. Just a few seconds after we got out we heard a loud machine like sound. As we turned around we were greeted with a large Mech that was heading right toward us. They kept on chasing us until we ended up in a gymnasium and found us greeted with 14 other people. After we all gave out introductions it was reviled that ever one else was in the same situation. We had all been kidnaped here and were chased into this gymnasium. Each of us had some haziness as to what had happened, but there was one that was most mysterious. That person was named Rantarou Amami, and he was the only one who didn’t know his talent. Everyone else was colorful and unique, while it seemed like Rantarou, Shuichi, and I were the only ones that seemed normal. When we were all together still talking about our situation we heard a voice. No, voices.

Strange voices: Glad you could all make it! We are the Monokumars!

With that out popped five small creatures that looked like stuffed animals. No, wait if I looked closer it they looked like miniature monokumas.

Kaede: Monokumas?

Red one: No! We are the Monokumars! Everyone! Roll Call!

Red one: Monotarou!

Blue one: Hell ya! Monokid!

Pink one: Monofunny here!

Yellow one: Monosuke here with these fools.

Green one: … M-o-n-o-d-a-m.

Monokid: Get it together you bucked of bolts!

Monosuke: Why do you keep playing with me? You know he’s broken.

Monofunny: How mean!

Monotarou: Now, now settle down and listen to your oldest-

Rantarou: What are these rip off Monokumas?

Kaito (Momota the SHSL Astronaut) : Hey are the punks who locked us in here!? If you don’t answer I’m going to punch you!

Monosuke: My, my what a hot headed person.

Monotarou: Looks like we have to teach these people some manners.

After he said that we were surrounded by the Mechs that were chasing us earlier. We had not get the chance to look at it closely, but at this distance we had a real good look at what was facing us. It looked like an armored attack vessel. A large metal plate in front, bipeds for feet and legs, machinegun arms, a cockpit, and a long thick whip-like tale. One wrong move and it would be the end of anyone of us.

Monotarou: Now do you see?

Monokid: Defy us and you’ll be swish cheese!

Monosuke: In other words you’ll be shot full of holes, or crushed.

Monofunny: H-how cruel of you to say!

Monodam:…

Tenko (Chabashira SHSL Akido practitioner): N-no way that's not fair!

Gonta (Gekogahara SHSL Entomologist): Come out of those machines and fight!

Kokichi (Ouma SHSL Leader): Nishishi~ Looks like something interesting is about to happen!

Kiibo (SHSL Robot): This is no time to be laughing!

Angie (SHSL Artist): A fight is happening? Fighto, fighto, fighto!

Himiko (Yumeno SHSL Magician): Is it okay for me to curse you with my deadly magic?

Kirumi (Toujou SHSL Maid): If you need my assistance, I will do what ever I can to help.

Maki (Harukawa SHSL Caregiver): You people are all idots.

Ryoma (Hoshi SHSL Tennis player): Goodness, this doesn’t look too good.

Korekiyo (Shinguji SHSL Anthropoligist): Kukuku~ This is a splendid show of humanity! I wonder what the outcome will be?

Tsumugi (Shirogane SHSL Cosplayer): S-stop! Now is the not time for that!

Mui (Iruma SHSL Inventor): Kekek! I’ll show you what it means to mess with the SHSL Inventor! Bow before my great Genius!

Kaito: But you haven’t done anything yet! And what can you do at this moment?

Mui: D-don’t yell at me! Jeeze why do you have to be such a brute?

Shuichi: This isn’t going to end well.

Kaede: Everyone call down, now is not the time to be rash! We just-

As I was about to say something a new, but familiar voice was heard. Monokuma

Monokuma: Quite! I had it with you kids! You’re all so noisy! Shut it! But your all my cute children too, so let me give you some kisses. (Monokuma licks all the Monokumas and throws them off to the sidelines.) Now since that is over with! On to the main event!

Rantarou: The main event? … No, it can’t be.

Kaito: He what are you saying? Do you know something we don’t!?

Monokuma: Shut up! Now it's the moment you’ve all been waiting for! It is the School Killing Game! You need to kill someone if you want to escape this Prison School!

At that phrase all our blood ran cold. While I felt my heart beating faster the blood in my veins felt like ice. I couldn’t understand. Killing Game? What was that? We were going to kill each other? There’s no way right? I kept repeating to my self over and over. But some where in the deepest pit of my stomach I knew that it wasn’t impossible, I mean we hardly knew each other. No, no don’t think that, we can get out some how there has to be a way!

Prologue End

I’ll be working on Chapter 1 in different parts. Please look forward to it. Also this is my first fanfic, so I am open to constructive criticism.
