November was bad for us, I have deadlines. Moishe has his spring fabrics arriving. Shirley's cousin Yetta is coming for a visit. I don't know what your mother's doing, but it was bad for her too.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel EP 4.01
IF #Susie from "Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" gets her own show, should we follow the character through the 60s or should it be a #BetterCallSaul style prequel? @MaiselTV

✨️EMMY SERIES - DAY 9✨️ I’ve been following The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel since Season 1 came out (TMMM from here on out 'cause I can’t type out this whole title constantly). Safe to say I am attached to this show but I had to fairly rate season 4 slightly lower, which has been nominated this year. TMMM has previously bagged lots of Emmy noms and well-deserved wins for its previous seasons as well. TMMM is a very colorful, bright, entertaining show, which is based in the late 1950s to 1960s (costumes, makeup, and sets are done very, very well). Rachel Broshanan’s Midge Maisel and Alex Borstein’s Susie are continuously stealing the show with their amazing performances – they shine individually and with their hilarious, quirky, and almost perfect on-screen dynamic. Alex Borstein is the teacher from the Lizzie Mcguire movie – I don’t know why I’m adding this here, but this is what occurred to me when she showed up in the show’s first episode. Tony Shalhoub (Monk and Minion from Spy Kids) is cast as Mrs. Maisel’s father; and I love every scene he is in. He never fails to make me laugh – to be fair its not just him, its pretty much the rest of the cast too - but he is a personal favorite of mine. :’) The whole cast is very talented and does an excellent job of interacting with each other smoothly, especially with the high-quality comedic scenes that are being delivered constantly. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel may be a prime example of comedy done very well. I'm low-key bummed to hear that the next season will be the last. #emmyawards #emmy #themarvelousmrsmaisel #mrsmaisel #zelda #rachelbrosnahan #marinhinkle #tonyshalhoub #alexborstein @amazonstudios @maiseltv #midgelennyedit #midgelenny #lukekirby #midgemaisel #lennybruce #comedy #comedyseries https://www.instagram.com/p/CiTAhglOQJz/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
what killed me hurted me most was seeing lenny’s hint of a cry after the whole speech he gave midge at the end of the episode. “….you will break my fucking heart” will be a mantra in my mind. i will never forget it, just like the final exchange at 3x05. he thinks she’s so good and is so determined to see her thrive it’s RIDICULOUS to think she would sabotage it herself. he’s looking out for her in ways we don’t even know.
