Okay so I finally tired out Ikevil and I just wanna say....

I'm in love with William. I have known him for no longer than an hour but I'll commit war crimes for him. Wtf how can someone be so lovely??? How can someone be so captivating that other people become this obsessed with them?

I can't even begin to fathom what I'm feeling right now.

I'm so confused and intrigued because usually, the recommend suitor tends to be really cold or the route turns out to be boring. Basically they tend to be the golden cow.

But William is an anomaly. He's not cold or rude or harsh or as morally gray as others.

He seems quite level headed, polite and morally good.

At least from my impression of him so far.

Also Harrison is so 😍😫😩🙌🙏😫😭💀🤔🤤😓😬🤒🤗😘😚😡🤬😤🤯🧐😳🙄😳😳😳😍 🙇‍♀️🤰💃💃🏃‍♀️👀👁👁👀👁👁💦🔥💦😻😫😖

But I still didn't pick his route for now. I'll probably go for him after William.

Strangely enough, Liam doesn't interest me in the slightest bit in the romantic aspect. But I do want to be his friend, if that's even possible, cause he seems to be suffering.

Idk what to feel about Roger. What's even more unsettling is the uncanny resemblance with Tray from Twisted Wonderland. I associate Tray always with good things but Roger gives off none of that and that clash makes me feel unnerved and queasy.

Victor... I don't know what to feel about him. His carefree and easy going nature makes me even more weary of him.

I don't like Alfons. Period.

He just radiates toxicity. He looks like he's an avid player of mind games and I do not wish to participate.

Yeah... That's about all of them for now.

So tell me what exactly about this picture confirms bkdk as canon, espicially since shoto is also there? Dont tell me, its because izuku and bakugou are standig side by side or because you are one of these idiots who believes izuku pulling bakugou by his tie to make him look into "the camera" like he and shoto do means he has romantic feelings for him?!🤦‍♀️🤣🤣🤣

So and even if izuku pulls bakugou by his tie (by literally trying to make him look into the camera izuku EVEN IS POINTING TO), do you want to know some great news in return? That both bakugou and izuku debunked any kind of romantic bkdk a long time before this cover even came out, in one of the light novels which are canon.

In said light novel todoroki asks bakugou why he and izuku dont get along despite knowing each other for so long and bakugou replies with: "just because you know someone for a long time, doesnt mean you get along" and right afterwards he compares his relationship with izuku with the one between shoto and HIS ABUSIVE FATHER!!!! Duuuuhhhhhh!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

And izuku replies with that he cant even call bakugou a "childhood friend" since bakugou always treated him like shit!!! Do you SERIOUSLY believe that horikoshi will let his main character end up with the guy who abused him for 12 YEARS in a manga directed at 9-13 year old boys?! In a country that sees homosexuality still as something shameful and dirty and whos government keeps a strict eye on everything related to it?! At this point thats just wishful thinking and even the bkdk shippers in japan (who are for the most part adult woman this manga isnt even directed to) know it has no chance for ending up canon 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

And here is an other nice fact: two years or so ago there was a bkdk fanart contest with a lot of fanarts who showed bakugou and izuku in a romantic light and do you want to know how horikoshi reacted to that? While he praised the talents of the artists he made clear that THIS is NOT what bakugous and izukus relationship is like (romantic)! Man, it must really suck if even the author debunks your disgusting toxic ass ship and makes clear how problematic their whole relationship is!

And how mature of you, calling a person you dont even know a "bitch" just because that person doesnt like your ship which has ZERO chance of ending up canon anyway! Get a life, touch some grass and maybe stop fantasize about two teenagers fucking each other!

FreshDeath: Fresh finds Reaper all along & sees that he is suffering. Reaper is miserable because of the loss of his brother, his partners Life!Toriel, who died & and Geno, who turned to Error and doesn't remember him. Not to mention the burden with being the Grim Reaper/God of Death. Reaper doesn't want to feel anymore, so Freah comes up to him taking advantage of the situation to trick him into letting him possess him. Fresh finally conquers Death, finding his forever host. The main plot of this ship is mostly about trickery & loneliness. It would be interesting 🤔

The fact that fresh is terrified about dying adds such a good layer to this idea. Like maybe he was 100% out of options and had to resort to possessing Reaper-who was too tired to fight it. And now neither are sure fresh can leave without getting instakilled in the process of climbing back out without a godly soul to feed on. And eventually neither of them are sure they even want to be separated, very much giving codependent toxicity vibes

Well, he is the only character with whom I ship with Namor, I feel that their relationship was somewhat toxic so to speak, well, both were and more Reed was a couple with Sue and well, Namor is in love with her, so I feel that it would be a somewhat relationship hahaha toxic

I'm kidding, lol.

I first want to state that Namor/Sue were never in a relationship in 616 comics, but either way I do not ship Namor/Sue, at all. I really hate that ship.

I do ship Namor/Reed in the Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes animated show. I think they have a fun dynamic. I sometimes ship Namor/Reed in the comics both romantically and platonically.

But mostly I ship Namor getting into fights with Reed because they get under each other's skin. lol. It's just really fun when they fight and I love when they are catty with each other.

I think Doom/Reed have a much more toxic relationship than Namor/Reed, because Namor does respect Reed in the comics.

Reed & Namor have a complicated acquaintance, and I find their dynamic interesting and if Marvel left out the love triangle of Namor/Sue/Reed then maybe they could explore some more between these two as characters, not saying they would ever be a couple in the comics but just saying it would be interesting to see them interact more away from that old love triangle drama.

I have some Namor/Reed and Namor & Reed fanfics that I may finish someday when I have more free time and energy to write again because I love exploring different interactions that the comics won't give me.

However I ship Doom/Namor very much and they do have a much more toxic relationship than Namor/Reed. I honestly ship Namor with a lot of characters.

Would love to hear all your thoughts about Yukari and George as a couple, and how you feel about the anime’s ending ??🤔

I used to think my opinion was unpopular but I've come to learn that about half the fandom feels as I do and it's that George and Caroline/Yukari did not belong together.

Y'all know I love a toxic ship just as much as the next mentally ill girl but I think it's an issue when I'm stuck wondering if you even like your girl. Not just romantically but as like...a human being 😭 there were just too many moments when I was looking at George like

Because the way he'd talk to her and treat her sometimes had me wondering why he was even with her and while I understood his mindset especially when discussing the comparisons between his mom and Caroline, I didn't agree with it. His mom was a grown ass woman while Caroline was a 17 year old girl. It's normal for 17 year old girls to be confused and make mistakes and be a little all over the place. He was expecting her to be the pinnacle of maturity and have a set life goal/path and maybe it's a cultural thing but I really didn't think she was doing a lot and she had so much time to rectify her mistakes and improve. He was projecting BAD and treating her like this impudent child is already bad enough bc y'all the same damn age but then she's literally your girlfriend so it just makes the situation even wilder

I don't have a problem with that...

But...most people put the blame on Rooster. Just because he said "The one who flies with u is a deadman" or something similar to that, they accuse Rooster to be the quitter of the headcanoned said past relationship.

While they have little proof that Rooster would quit anything in general, they overlook how 3D of a character he is in the original material. This pure soul didn't even go harsh on Mav who supposedly killed his father in his eyes.

This fandom is a big one, but apparently they don't have another fandom experience much. They don't know enough toxic ships so they create unnecessary drama for Hangster.

Now let's go on more personally.....

I really like the "soulmates" idea, if i were not dragged to the bottom by the haters, i would begin with Hangman and Rooster's first words and bring them to today sooooo it'd be a journey from A to Z like that of IceMav's case:

They were born.

They met and exchanged names.

Events unfolded...

That's my personal preference: development. Gimme the ship with its background. I don't like to imagine their past. I like every step they take, progressively. I value what the screenwriter writes, maybe too much.

Post on my dash making me think that maybe the reason I prefer my ships to be healthy and happy is because my childhood and a big chunk of my adolescence was spent with abusive people, including one toxic romantic couple who stayed together even though it made no sense and made everyone else around them (read: me) miserable too 🤔

WHY they married each other i do not understand #but like you don't know hell until you're living in a house w/ ur abusive biomom #your toxic older sister & her abusive baby daddy & their out of control toddlers #& you are 13 & trying to explain to your sister #who btw is 21 or 22 #that her baby daddy's lips have lipstick smeared all over them #and are not chapped bc he was ''hiding in the woods from the cops all night''#and so she should kick his ass to the curb #and she's like ''but i need him!!'' but also she goes on several hour rants abt how she is SO DONE #and he leaves to go do coke at 2am and she's pissed at him for that bc CPS could take their kids #that she DOES NOT take care of and YOU aged 13 are most responsible #and also there is NO FOOD bc your abusive biomom spent all the money on makeup and other bullshit #there WAS a packet of ramen but the ants infested that #and when you told your sister you want to leave to live w/ your dad she convinced you #that your biomom's relatives would murder him if you did that so you'd stay there with her #Hell!!!! The anon that said Austin and Kaia just keep their names in the gossip cycle was right. And that is 100% a pr tactic. They aren’t on and off. They are a pr couple. They could totally be seeing other people while still dating (or “dating”) each other. Some pr couples only do the public stuff others do it for publicity but still have feelings for each other. So who knows but It’s crazy how pr stares y’all dead in the face every day and y’all can’t point it out but if 2 actors genuinely like each other it’s pr this pr that.

Kaia gets papped a LOT. Even without Austin... So she's always going to be a draw with the paps. Idk if it's because she's calling them, or if it's just because of who her famous parents are. My guess is the latter?

Either way, I honestly don't think they are PR. They actually seem to be in love. Not only that, but they don't seem to be trying to flaunt their rlshp to the public either. They're actually pretty low-key imo. In fact, over the past few months, it seems they've even been trying to lessen the rlshp chatter and even hide a little bit lol.

That doesn't seem like a "PR" rlshp to me.

No offense, but I feel like fans who claim that EVERY rlshp in Hollywood is "PR" sound like antis to me. 👀

It's okay to not really like who your fave is dating, or to not really particularly care for a certain rlshp or couple in Hollywood (for whatever reason), but we don't have to lie about it lol. 😂

I may not particularly care for them being together, but I'm not an anti. I respect the fact that they are dating each other, I'm not denying that they are an item that's actually dating each other, I don't go on blogs and make claims that they've broken up lol, I don't claim that they are "fake" or just "PR", and I don't ship Austin with other women. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Unlike antis, I respect the fact that he and Kaia are in a rlshp right now, and that's his choice. Just cuz I'm not all excited about it doesn't mean that I have to make up lies lol. I can just look at them and tell that they are in love with each other lol.

Whether it will last another year, or they will get married one day, I have no clue lol 😅

But in the meantime, as a fan, it doesn't have to be either or. Imo, you can be a fan of someone and not really care for who they're dating right now, but at the SAME time, respect their rlshp, acknowledge that it does exist (and isn't fake or "pr"), and still just hope the best for them without resorting to being a toxic anti lol. 😄

But at the same time, it doesn't make you a "bad fan" just cuz you don't really like or support your fave's current rlshp atm. You don't have to be gung ho for EVERYONE your fave dates, or ship them with whoever they attach themselves to imo lol.

I didn't like Z with JE at all 🤮, but I still respected the fact that he was who she was with at that time, and I didn't go on Jacdaya blogs dissing them or spreading lies that they were fake or whatever. I do think that she was rebounding (big time), but rebounding isn't a "fake" rlshp.

This dissertation isn't necessarily directed to you Anon, but mainly to those who are antis in certain popular fandoms (esp the Tomdaya fandom) who can't seem to wrap their heads around the fact that not all rlshps that you don't like in Hollywood are "PR". 🙄 Some relationships are actually REAL, but it's okay to say that you don't really care for them being together, but still wish your fave the best. 😊

Now if I'm wrong about Austin and Kaia, then I will certainly have to eat my words lol and you all have permission to go at me haha 😅 But based on what I've observed, they seem to be real and genuinely love each other. 🤷🏾‍♀️

1 I read but not really interested or liking romance ( it alien to me)

2 I’ve read tumblr posts explaining what their opinion on the ship or explain so far relationship and the thing I understand so far is , yes they love each other obviously 🙄, but the way they sorta treat each other uhh 🤔 I think it not in right nor best and I actually love how AidaIro is able hide it behind the cheery fun tones ( the picture perfect arc is a good example ) there other moments too but the point is I think they need to work on themselves with what other issues they have then maybe have a chance working on the relationship if that even make sense. Even that art of hanako with the yellow tulips gives hints about it because from what people search yellow tulips can symbolize a one sided love ( is it hanako, nene?) possibly both some how. I have trouble explaining my own thoughts yet still more I want to talk about but for now I’ll leave it at that. If you’re reading this than thank you.

I'm glad there are more people who don't like this couple. These two shouldn't be together. Yashiro doesn't deserve Amane. I used to rooting for them, but that was a mistake. She treats him really bad and I don't like how it continues in later chapters "they both treat each other badly", only Amane doesn't treat her like she treats him. And honestly, she's the most problematic here. He gives 100%, and she not,she makes him apologize, she blames him for HER mistakes, she doesn't apologize. She is aggressive only towards him, with others she behaves differently, defenseless and She not giving too much positivity in this relationship, just more negativity. I woke up in p.p arc as she started bullying him knowing what she had done and then she didn't apologize like nothing happened, he asked her out on a date. FTW. She doesn't learn from her mistakes at all. The only thing she got out of the other's wish was that she "has to think"… bravo.

She defended him a few times, but that's not enough. She personally treats him much worse!

I gave her a chance but after chapter 86 I said "end" and chapter 91 only helped me understand that my decision was the right one.

As for Yashiro, the fact that AidaIro perfectly hide her offensive behavior by showing it as a joke or in a funny way.

Amane is a smart boy, he would understand his mistakes in the relationship, but her? Has she ever apologized to him? No.. she keeps blaming him and doesn't apologize. She is aggressive, she beats him. They literally should have isolated her from him because he didn't deserve a girlfriend like that.

When it comes to tulips, I think Kou? Although it could be Amane and Nene or even Teru… after all, he likes Aoi and Aoi loves Akane. It's really hard to tell.

As for romances, I'm not a big fan either, but I like them too… it depends on the story and the characters.

I will answer the questions… don't worry. It just takes me more time but if you ask a question I will answer 100%

P.s:

(Okay,I was slightly wrong, in pp arc she said"i'm sorry" but then she started acting aggressive again and at the end it looked like she didn't apologize to him because she beat him at the end of the arc and then went on in other chapters. she went ahead and wanted to punch him 71 then she started punching him 86 and she was ready to attack again and gave the order to "apologise" in 91 What is this?! She doesn't see anything wrong with what she's doing, she's only sorry for a moment, and then she behaves as usual and is aggressive towards him),it doesn't scare him for beating him, and that's violence. She is the abuser and Amane is her victim. Just because she has a cute face doesn't mean she's okay, her disgusting cuteness stopped working on me a long time ago and this ship is toxic and they shouldn't be together. I hope there's a way to save her life because it means they won't be together.

Seeing what's going on in this manga, I doubt it's going to change. I talk about her all the time because she doesn't understand anything, as if what happened before and how she behaves towards him doesn't matter to her and she doesn't see anything wrong with how she treats him, it's a pity that she behaves like a defenseless mouse when she's with the others and she's not so brave anymore (I know I repeated here,I wanted to express my point of view more clearly. I hope you don't mind)

Regarding sadistic beauty bl side story... Why is it so toxic? 🤔 I somewhat can understand 90/mid-2000 even like bl stories ten years ago that skip over repercussions of rape and glorify toxic, abusive relationships... But this author was aware of these, hell since she has twitter she was definitely made aware through feedback... It's 2022 and yet again and again I see this trope in the story, where main character despite awareness of abuse they go through still ends up with abuser and it's presented either as somewhat happy ending or, like in Minho case, as inevitable, which might be worse... Like, why is it so normalised in bl stories? Authors main Sadistic Beauty ending presented similarly, but it's through abuser pov (Duna), not abused (they are in bdsm relationship, but honestly Duna more than once goes over boundaries)... and that ending wasn't depressing and in a light "at least I'm not lonely" :/ Not to mention since when WK became Minho's fifth most important person? He shouldn't even be in top 1000 after what he did... Sick story. I blame patriarchy x) But seriously... wtf

so... i agree BL has some romanticized, or at the very least normalized dish of abuse that wouldn't extend to other stories.

My personal opinion on all this? I think the writer can't be made to willingly write m/m stories. That is no way mean to shame her; it is well and valid for an author to only want to write stories centered around women, which translates to f/m and f/f ships only. Sadistic Beauty (the main comic) did this, and it worked great for the plot, that is not just separate smut scenes that were hot (SB BL had this too!), but a sense of where the story is going as though some overall plan has been laid out. Unfortunately, BL sells way more than f/f or f/m (and boy do we need good f/m with some decent female leads and away from the male gaze), and the Sadistic Beauty spinoff was in my opinion because of two possibilities: 1) the writer tried to milk the bl popularity (unlikely) and 2) the writer really wanted to close up the plot-threads for the remaining characters of the Duna-harem, but she overestimated how much her heart was into writing m/m, realized it half-way in, and defaulted to generic bl tropes for each chapter. That is to say, the plot of SB BL became a piece of paper pulled out of a hat as to what generic abuse WK will pull on Minho this chapter. Don't get me wrong, I think the spinoff had some moments or insights (I really loved how the visuals portraying Minho's depression and suicidal tension, and I think the writer does have hot sex scenes, which by themselves can be quite good--Minho taking the lead and WK being assigned to bottom for once, right before Minho decided to attempt suicide.), but overall those are few and far in between, and the overall plot was left hanging: won't WK have no money now that mom cut him off? will the cues about Minho loving writing over Duna lead nowhere, that is won't we see any hint of Minho going back to writing and having self-realization that extends beyond being with WK? will WK learn shit from this story (no he wont', he got Minho in the end after throwing a fit, and he didn't have to change a thing. Because he also wanted to get rid of his mom, and he cut ties, so Minho was only cinder in a fire that already existed to push him to do so)? I was reading some other "unhealthy" BLs as I was reading this spinoff and the spinoff gave me flashback to many of the same scenes even I had seen in those mangas: chain to bed, kill him if he leaves, uke somewhat never makes the smart decision of getting out when he can... etc etc...

So in short, my take with the spinoff is not how healthy or unhealthy it was, but lack of direction, where the twists or scenes felt copy-cat but done with better art or sensibility, but nothing that kept me wanting to re-read like the main Sadistic Beauty. I think maybe the writer eventually realized where her passion lies, so who knows, she may not write any m/m in the future because she always want a woman in the mix. In a way, I respect that, and that also provides an answer to everyone that complained by SB had all men available to Duna and no proper m/m relationships, as in strictly gay: it is because the manga was meant for women, and it pandered to women (boo hoo, deal with it, pandering to women for once), so similarly to how in anything pandering to men all women are straight or bi, but never lesbian because the man needs to insert himself, all men were bi or straight in SB, and all women were bi or lesbian, so Duna, and in that way, the female reader, could insert herself in any situation. I don't think the writer is under any obligation to give us strictly male gay couples; don't like, don't read. I did wish the BL spinoff tied more ends though, not so much that I care about m/m, but because WK was my favorite male character from the original, and I highkey wanted him to be tamed by Duna and end up as her sub. It's funny, isn't it? How some of the BS they come up with in an effort to tear down certain ships ends up being an argument in our favor?

Not that half the stuff they say is even valid but if that's really how they want to play it, it's so easy to prove why their remarks would benefit an Elucien or Gwynriel ship.

Gwyn's a "maid" they say? (ridiculous on so many levels) But..... there's no one that would see her value despite being a "maid" more than the son of a female who was mistreated as a servant. The fact that they say this stuff shows they pay no attention to what's actually been written about Az. It would be like a Lucien / Vassa shipper claiming that he prefers someone like Vassa over Elain because Vassa is royalty (which means they'd conveniently forgotten how Jesminda was a lesser Fae and Lucien loved her madly regardless). 🤦.

I enjoy debating the series and trying to come up with proof supporting Elucien or debunking other Elain ships. And obviously I'm a super huge Elucien fan. But I'll never understand being so obsessed over a fictional ship that I actually resort to threatening a real person for not agreeing with me.

However, as concerning as some fans can be and as toxic as things get, I'm still extremely thankful for the amazing people I've had the chance to "meet" in this fandom. Especially ones like you ❤️

1. Why do you like or dislike this character?

Mikoto: Mikoto is just a guy. His design is cute, he's so silly, so clueless. Someone help him. As of now, it seems as though he really didn't have anything to do with his murder, so maybe he really is the only normal prisoner in milgram.

Kaiser: ...What do I even say about him. I think I have a thing for flamboyant blondes with a superiority complex. That was the archetype for my first anime crush haha 😀 His tattoo is great. His hair? Not so much. Especially his original haircut before Ness changed it. Also. Um. His method of thinking of a way to beat Isagi was...🧍🏻Man is not okay. I can't wait to see his tragic backstory.

Sae:🧍🏻🧍🏻🧍🏻 I like how in Rin's flashbacks, Sae isn't so outwardly affectionate or doting. Like, you can see his cold and aloof personality but still understand his love for Rin. He shows it in the little things! I don't care much for the sibling dynamics where the older sibling is so loud in their loving, so Sae was an older brother that I can relate to more. 😀 Also, his bangs when he was younger are oddly cute. His bad luck is so funny too. I'd like to see his relationship with Rin improve tho. Come on man, its not that hard.

Azul: I've said before that I don't actually like canon Azul that much. I can admire his tenacity, and his dramatic tendencies are funny in small doses. His relationship with the tweels is so... Why can't they show affection normally? 🥲 But hey, at least they're having fun. Azul's way of talking does sound to me like a sleazy salesman trying to scam you. But its okay, his Halloween card makes up for everything.

Aki: I only watched the anime and exposed myself to some manga spoilers about major events, so I don't have much to go off on. But! ...He's so malewife. Get me a man like him. His backstory was um. The part where his parents prioritized his brother and told him to entertain himself because he's the older brother got to me. Yeah, his little brother was sick, that's fair. But ahhh the elder sibling trauma is- Okay, now let's talk about his topknot. No. I hate it. Why does his hair stand up like that. He's so hot, why is his hair like that? 😭😭

2. Favorite canon thing about this character?

Mikoto: His ghost drawing in minigram was super cute

Kaiser: The clear collar he wears in his manga cover 🤔🤔

Mikoto: The milgram shipping pool is so small hdsjkjsdksjs. 0909 compels me tho 👀 Whether platonic or romantic, its so angsty and complicated. They literally cannot communicate. Orekoto just wants to protect Bokukoto. He's trying his best and it isn't helping.

Kaiser: Kainess. Another toxic doomed yaoi ship, I'm quite predictable. I'm hoping that Kaiser will either start to treat Ness better or Ness will just up and leave Kaiser. Either way, I win. Or not, because Kaiser seems to be more likely to kill himself first.

Sae: Ryusae. Any ship with Ryusei in it will have chemistry because of his bombastic personality. Sae has been seen interacting with a grand total of 3 people during his time in the bl manga, and 1 of them is his brother. So my options here are literally just Aiku and Ryusei.

Azul: The octotrio hnggggg

Aki: I don't have any romantic ships for him. :0 The found family he had with Denji and Power was cute.
