It's been years since i've played this game and I started crying when I figured out you can't play it anymore then started crying again when someone told me where to get s1 and s2 for free so that has sparked determination in me.

So, I have come to tell you I will finally contribute to this fandom. I am writing a season 3, where Romeo is still an admin. It's an au where Romeo made a deal with Jesse after realizing he might actually not win. The deal was that he would give Xara back her admin abilities and not kill anyone (and/)or destroy people's homes and he would get to keep his abilities. Jesse has the golden gauntlet in case he goes rogue.

There will be two versions, one with male Jesse and one with female Jesse, they have very different personalities. I'm using my own versions that I used. Each chapter will be 15k or 20k words, still haven't decided. I want to make them longer than my usual works.

Fem Jesse went with Petra after the Romeo situation was fixed, enough, and put Radar in charge. Male Jesse stayed in charge. You can probably guess why. (Fem Jesse is with Petra, male Jesse is with Lukas)

It is mostly centered around Xara, Romeo, and Radar but everyone else will have their moments too. It goes more in-depth on the other worlds through the portal network too, and Otto and Emily as well as the old builders world will be there a few times. So will the Sky City people and their new cities. The underground might be in there too.

I saw a post on here about shipping Nell and Xara and honestly became obsessed so...Xara is with Nell. Romeo will be with Radar after getting over Fred because Radar is my favorite and who doesn't want to start dating the emotionally constipated god that almost killed you, your friends, your townspeople, the world, locked a bunch of people under bedrock and started anew, killed their husband out of rage and confusion, locked up their best friend also out of rage and confusion, and hated you for about three months? It's fine tho he made challenges for them. Because he feels bad. And helped rebuild. Because he feels bad.

And there's FUCKING SOREN and his DUMBASS BOOKS as a treat. And Isor.

Multi’s Minecraft Story Mode Au Masterpost

Administrative Amnesia - X

Romeo has his powers and memories buried and is found by Jesse and the others pre-Witherstorm, he ends up joining the gang and is along for the Witherstorm and portal hallway arc.

Brand New Bed Au - X

Xara escapes from the sunshine institute but instead of getting to the Underneath, she ends up on the surface and she is not happy about it. Injured from her escape, Jesse and the others find and take her in, she slowly learns to trust again.

Ender Pig Au - X

When the order used the command block on the Ender Dragon, they didn't so much 'blink it out of existence' as they did send it to the overworld where it ended up becoming a pig. Jean becomes Jesse's pig along with Reuben.

Guardian Vos Au - X

Vos survives the sea temple but ends up getting trapped within it. The long term exposure to admin magic and game rules being broken turns him into a guardian like monster.

Mcsm Swapped Au - X

Your classic new order swaps with the old order au. Ivor is the main character in Jesse's place with his companion — a copper construct — where Jesse is the main antagonist of the witherstorm — or Dragonstorm — arc.

Scattered Feathers Au - X

A combination of the aus Minecraft Flying Mode (X) — an in depth wing au that uses the mobs from Minecraft — and Scattered Pages (X) — a self indulgent rewrite that delves into how various powerful/mysterious artefacts came to be, how the admins gained their power and Soren's involvement in many different places.

Silly little AU kinda

SrGrSo I know I usually post MCSM here but like, I LOVE Ark, it’s one of the many games I play and its definitely my favourite in terms of survival aside from minecraft. I love playing with mods and so on. Anyways I wanted to show off my most favourite tames and I guess ‘tame’ I have.

Rudy and Ech0! They’ve been with me for a few months at this rate, I’ve been playing a huge mix of mods and I was lucky to get them. 

Rock Drakes are my FAVOURITE dino on the game, they’re so fun to glide around with and are just so cool, anyways onto the AU thing. Would you call it an AU? Meh. Anyways, I started thinking about a possible Ark AU with MCSM a while ago, when in doubt use the portal network for your weird AUs and make it a new adventure. I love the portal network and its sad we only saw so much, but anyways the whole gist of the story is they get caught in the portal network and end up in a world with dinosaurs and all these funky creatures, cool right, not too special. Anyways, the portal leading OUT of the world is actually right beside them when they step through, but it is horribly disfigured and needs to be repaired. The entire worlds is inhabited by survivors and tribes who’d already long since made their claim on the world, one of these tribes attacks Jesse’s gang because well new people.       They’re rescued by this other tribe that takes them back to base on this floating rock in the sky. They’re given a run down on what’s going on with the world, all of them came from the portal network to be faced with a destroyed portal. The tribe they’re in has a pink flint and steel thats grown damaged in the years they’ve been there.      They’re told that the only way to possibly figuring out how to get home is to find all these artifacts and fight the one that basically made the realm. The world’s admin if you will, I imagined her as a dragon or one of the main boses.   They stay in the tribe’s camp for a couple days/weeks, learning how to make stuff, new crafting recipes, how to tame the dinosaurs and so on.       Kind of a list of what creatures the order mostly use. This is all really off the top of my head since I never really made a solid list. Lukas; Sabertooth Jesse/Jessie; Argentavis (?) Or Wyvern? Petra; Griffin (?) Axel; Maybe a large apex? Like allo, or Carchar, Dire Bear? Olivia; Deinonychus/Raptor Radar; Rock Drake, but def wanted a dire wolf Characters that might NOT be in the AU but could be? Jack;  Def smth that can passanger carry for Nurm (Shadowmane? He seems badass enough to successfully tame one) Romeo; Rock Drake too? Kind of had an idea that he and Radar were the ones to fall into the abberant area together. Minus the deadly radiation LOLL Xara; Also seems like a Shadowmane, or a snow owl. Ivor; Griffin maybe, he and Petra can having matching LOL (Gimme your ideas of what you think they’d have, this was just a sudden choice with not too much thought put into) Anyways, I was thinking of making this into a fanfic which could be fun, would that be an interest to read. Ark and MCSM are some of my biggest hyperfixations and I would LOVE to make content of the two games combined in this fun little AU.

Hey... so, I had... a thought...

What if... mcsm was a game- and this is an odd idea- to the Admins?

I mean, they're gods.

They made the (main) world, maybe even all the worlds, they can change time, spawn things, create items and blocks and entire buildings out of nothing.

I mean, it's kinda far fetched, but most of my ideas and aus are. But still, I couldn't stop thinking about it- the Admins are gods, so what if they acted like it?

I'm not entirely sure just where I'm getting the idea of gods (and other powerful beings) treating everything like a game from, my mind can be a bit of a jumbled mess, but I just cannot stop thinking about it.

Like, imagine-

This time Xara decides to not attack Romeo, instead she crouches behind the stalls with Jesse and their friends, and she watches as he blows up Champion City.

Wow. Romeo just blew up a city. With people in it. Perhaps she should feel bad, but its just so entertaining. So... different.

... like?? The Admins, older than everything else, more powerful than anyone could even begin to comprehend... treating everything like a game.

Literally no one would know. How could they? They reset everything, everyone, at the end of every 'game'.

I mean, it does make sense, the way they are and how they treat everything. Immortality does that, it strips you slowly -you have all the time in the world now, why would anything be rushed?- of everything. Morals, sanity, fears, etc.

At first they probably cared, probably were still 'human'. But then the world ended- like all things (except them)- and they were left with only each other (and Waffles of course, Fred is quite attached to his companion). So they... restart.

And then again.

And again and again and again-

Soon enough they start playing around. In their first life they'd all had insecurities and fears- Romeo feared abandonment and being alone, Xara being trapped and never seeing her friends again, and Fred? He fears he'll loose control and hurt his friends- but not anymore.

They are old. Old and bored. So they try something new.

Romeo 'kills' Fred and traps Xara- really, it's just her physical form, they had mastered separating their souls/spirits from their bodies centuries ago- and bedrocks over the old world. He feels a twinge of guilt, but he'd already seen them all die multiple times anyway, what difference would this time make?

They do this a few more times, doing different things- just to see what would happen. After a while they visit the other worlds. Maybe even play human. Or anything really, they have got all the time in the world, literally.

Whats your Romeo blog's story? Is there one?

Well, I made it because I disliked how Romeo's redemption canonically turned out. His heel-face turn felt rushed, I guess? My response to that was the blog, an AU where the Admin gets worse: Romeo defeated the good guys and retained most of his Admin powers, but lost the one that let him create life during his fight versus Jesse, whom he killed at last – her death leaving him with guilt despite himself.

Romeo couldn't create new people, so he was forced to visit other realities in search for worthy friends champions. Enter earth: he continued his search there, and put many people to the test (RIP the "losers"), but no dice. People still rejected him. Plus, he couldn't take the easy way out like he used to by creating new people as a way of starting fresh. He couldn't discard existing individuals this time. As a result, Romeo became the planet's emperor in a desperate and violent attempt to make people like him.

But he still couldn't obtain friends. His repeated failures at making genuine friends took their toll on his mental health, unhinging him further into self-denial. Unlike his canon self, my Romeo came to realize how awful he was without losing his Admin powers, thanks to his time on earth, but couldn't deal with that. Self-improvement is hard, especially for a manchild like him. Thus, he used his powers to keep himself in denial, ignoring his blatant flaws time and time again.

A rebel pretending to be Romeo's friend killed him. Fortunately for the former emperor, anons resurrected him. Only a handful of his powers remained now. Thankfully, he lost the one that let him suppress the emotions he didn't want to confront.

Romeo's redemption arc truly commenced here and was a work in progress. He didn't cease being a jerk just because he acknowledged his flaws. He wasn't sorry about everything. It took a while for him to admit Sammy's death (she's an official character who canonically died because of him) WAS his fault.

Also, I introduced a character that contributed to my Romeo's redemption arc: Other Admin, a future-version of Romeo from a reality where the rebel didn't kill him. Other Admin became much, much worse than my Romeo. He was like, "Forget about everyone else! They can all drop dead. Who needs them when I have myself?"

And so, Other Admin forced my Romeo into an abusive "friendship." This really made Romeo's own flaws more obvious to him.

The rest of my blog's RP-posts revolve around Romeo's redemption arc and Other Admin's deteriorating mental health. Romeo has gotten better as a person.

I love your writing for mcsm!!! I binge read all of the posts. If you are still doing it, can you do Champion Lukas AU headcannons and what would happen if that's okay??? I would love to see what you come up with :D

Aw, well thank you! I’m glad my older stuff is still enjoyable! I don’t really write drabbles for MCSM anymore because I kind of got burned out on it, but it’s been a while and I can still write headcanons. Plus, people have been making so much cool fanart for ancient-bird-demon’s AU, so I’ve got some ideas!

Alright, let’s get this angst train going. 

Instead of kidnapping either Petra or Jack to be his champion, Romeo’s too angry at all of them for cheating, so he sends Jesse, Petra, and Jack to the Sunshine Institute. 

Since he’s still throwing a tantrum, Romeo wants to hit Jesse where it hurts so he decides to grab someone else close to Jesse. His options are either Lukas or Radar since they’re close by. Romeo still thinks Radar is too much of a weakling to be useful, and Lukas is the first one to run back inside to the ice tower after hearing his friends screaming. 

When Lukas runs back inside, he comes face to face with the Admin and demands to know what he’s done with his friends. That’s when Romeo’s just like, “Yep. You’ll do.” He places the gauntlet on Lukas and teleports him away. When Radar and Lluna rush back in, he sends them to the Sunshine Institute.

Lukas is taken to this pocket dimension created by Romeo. It’s a floating island in the middle of some strange void. The only things on this island are a tiny cabin, a pond, and a battle arena. Romeo gleefully tells Lukas that this is his home now and he’s the new champion. Now of course, Lukas is like, “NOPE. Absolutely not.” But Romeo is, well, Romeo and tells him that he doesn’t have a choice.

Now, unlike Jack and Petra, Lukas isn’t the toughest combatant. That’s not to say he can’t fight, he’s a really good archer and decently skilled with a sword, but he’s been putting aside the adventurer life for his quiet writer life for a few years now, so his combat is a bit rusty. For this reason, Lukas questions Romeo as to why he picked him. Romeo tells him that it’s because he sees Lukas as a challenge. He wants to shape someone who’s not “champion material” into the perfect champion. So it’s almost like a game for Romeo. Plus, he mentions, he wants to see Jesse's face when they see Lukas as the champion instead of them. In Romeo's words, “Jesse will get so jealous and be begging to be my champion!”

Lukas points out the obvious, “No you jerk, Jesse doesn’t want to be your champion. Do you...KNOW Jesse at all?” Annnd that’s the first time Romeo uses the gauntlet to shock Lukas. Poor Lukas.

Over the next few days, Romeo tests Lukas by summoning monsters for him to fight in the arena. When that gets boring, he gives Lukas crazy puzzles and obstacle courses for him to solve. If he doesn’t cooperate, he gets shocked. These challenges go on for what feels like hours, and Lukas nearly collapses when Romeo finally lets him go back to the cabin to rest.

Eventually, Lukas puts his foot down and refuses to do anything Romeo says. Even after getting shocked, Lukas still refuses. So Romeo decides he needs to change his strategy. The next day, he summons Lukas back to the arena. But instead of monsters or a puzzle waiting for him, it’s...Jesse?! Now of course, it’s not the real Jesse, it’s a fake made by Romeo, but Lukas doesn’t find out until after he’s nearly killed by the fake Jesse.

From then on, every single challenge Romeo gives Lukas is fighting a fake Jesse. He mixes it up too. Sometimes he'll make the arena look like areas from their past adventures. For example, one day he makes it look like the building contest, another day it’s the White Pumpkin Mansion, another day it’s PAMA’s core, so on and on. Romeo kicks it up a notch by making fake copies of Lukas' other friends, like Petra, Axel, Olivia, Radar, or one time he even uses the former Ocelots, to watch the fights between Lukas and “Jesse” and taunt him.

As you can imagine, these “challenges” take a mental toll on Lukas. He knows that the Jesse he fights everyday and the friends cheering it on are fakes made by Romeo. He knows. But they feel so real, it hurts. So his coping method when he fights fake Jesse is to repeatedly mutter to himself, “It's not real, it’s not real, it’s not real...” He does this for the next few challenges, telling himself at night that the real Jesse is on their way to save him. Because of course they are, it’s Jesse. And Jesse has never let him down before, this time won’t be different...right?

In episode 3, if Petra is the champion, she mentions that Romeo took her to some weird dimension where time doesn’t move normally. So that applies here too. Time in the pocket dimension moves a lot slower than it does in the real world. So while it’s only been a few days for Jesse and company, for poor Lukas, it’s been weeks. And his hope of the real Jesse coming to save him is dwindling...

Then comes the fateful day. Lukas is summoned to a new arena. Strange, it doesn’t look like anywhere he’s been before. It looks like a prison. And there’s another fake Jesse in front of him, only they’re wearing an outfit that Lukas doesn’t recognize. And this fake is different. This fake looks more...scared. They're not attacking him like the fake Jesses usually do. And the fake versions of Radar, Petra, Jack, and Nurm keep shouting at him to stop. Weird. Very weird...

Soooo you’ve probably guessed it by now, Lukas is fighting the REAL Jesse this time and doesn’t know it. Despite how much Jesse keeps shouting at him to stop and that it’s really them, Lukas doesn’t listen. He’s convinced that it’s just another fake that Romeo's using to mess with him. Eventually, however, Jesse decides there’s only way to prove it to him. They toss aside their sword, run at Lukas, and hug him tightly. Lukas fights against the hug, but Jesse refuses to let go, and they softly tell him, “It's okay Lukas, it’s alright. It’s me. I’m here. I’m here.”

Then it finally clicks, it IS the real Jesse. Lukas drops his sword and hugs them back, apologizing profusely. It’s finally over. But of course, Romeo is MAD. So he does what he does normally in episode 3, he leaves them all to rot in the Sunshine Institute, transforms into Jesse, and leaves for Beacontown.

When Romeo's gone, Lukas collapses to the ground and breaks down crying. Jesse, Radar, and Petra rush over to him and hug him close, because THIS POOR GUY REALLY NEEDS A HUG, OKAY? They let him cry it all out for a while before they head to Prisoner X’s cell.

The rest of the adventure pretty much goes how it does in the normal game, save for a few details. For one thing, Lukas is EXTREMELY wary of Xara, because he doesn’t trust Admins after what he’s been through. Another thing is that Lukas sticks by Jesse's side for most of the adventure. He doesn’t want to be left behind out of fear that Romeo will snatch him up again and send him back to the pocket dimension. Jesse is understanding, but eventually they have to sit him down when they’re at Fred's Keep and talk about it with him.

After episode 5, with everything over and Romeo either gone or heading off for redemption, Lukas decides to move back into Beacontown with Jesse. Jesse gives him a while to relax and recuperate, and they eventually give Lukas a new notebook to write down his thoughts in.

SO steve n alex do factor in to my mcsm au but they weren’t the first humans (or humans at all for that matter but. thats another post)- those would indeed be the old builders (tho i also like to call them ‘moderators/mods’ bc, ha ha admins and mods... n i kind of like the idea of referring to them collectively as the moderation bc none of them have ANY impulse control except maybe soren and otto once every century or so.)

i think the admins took on (at the very least) three “proteges” among them and we meet most in game. i’ll be naming the groups by the time-honoured convention of ‘shared flawed mindset that bites them in the tushie’.

“WHO NEEDS HEALTHY COPING MECHANISMS WHEN YOU HAVE GODLIKE POWERS? IF I’M HAVING FUN EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD BE TOO!”: mevia, hadrian, cassie rose, with romeo’s favourite probably being hadrian. all obsessed with being extra, getting what they want, and being generally choleric. i mean you couldn’t just sit down and talk things out like a reasonable adult, you had to build a death mansion murder mystery complete with scooby doo style killersona? you couldn’t just keep your games fun and balanced, you HAD to turn it into a minecraft hunger games where no one is there by choice just so you can be amused by the struggles of people you dont see as people? you couldn’t just offer a good enough reward to entice jesse to come to your icy palace of doom willingly, you had to trash their town and then threaten their entire world?? guys, please go to therapy. please.

(at least, canon doesn’t- i have som hcs about why soren wouldn’t want to draw the admin’s attention to himself, n using a flint and steel would definitely do that- so in this case it was probably ivor’s crowbrain going “ooo, shiny artifact! might as well steal that too for when i’m done with this whole command block stuff.”)

FOR SCIENCE!!!”: harper, isa, (yeah i dont really know who could be the third one in canon- idt ellegaard was an old builder- so this ones a big ole ???), with harper being xara’s favourite. admittedly i’m not sure about isa, she’s only really here because of the eversource- but considering the only others who mention those are the old builders, well... wrt isa’s lack of old builder powers, i think that xara’s old builders liked to try doing things that had never been done before (or any visionary-aligned individuals, really,, hence the name ghklfdhglkd). for harper that was building pokemon red in minecraft pama, and for isa that was renouncing her old builder powers so as to live amongst her people like one of them (tho this was more of a social experiment).

finally, the purpose of the old builders (DELVING STRAIGHT INTO HC TERRITORY HERE)- in addition to having beings to interact with other than the villagers- were to be sort of microcosms of what romeo is/was to the mcsm universe as operator/op, but for individual worlds (bc the admins aren’t going to be in all of them at once, even if they can inhabit multiple bodies). the role of the operator is to be the creator and catalyst, to keep the universe/server running, to introduce new factors into it so that it can grow and become something better than it was before. (this also means that romeo literally cannot die/be killed, bc the universe is dependent on his existence.)

it’s not that worlds can’t take care of themselves, but in the event of potentially catastrophic threats emerging, it’d be good to have someone with admin powers lite to step in and stop things before things escalated n potentially spread to other worlds- tho only as a very very very last resort, bc otherwise how are u gonna farm champions?

MSCM PERSONAL AU LIST

Yeah so...I decided (for whatever reason) to just write out all my AU ideas for MCSM here, so I can refer to it and stuff. I’ll slowly be writing headcanons for all of these (some already have some but I’ll write more) - If you want to see a specific one sooner let me know.

Also only a few of these have actual names, so if you have name ideas please let me know XD

Speaker for the Dead: Jesse can talk to ghosts, and Fred keeps showing up to help him. All the ghosts freaking love Jesse, and would re-die to protect him.

No-Name: Jesse is an undercover cop, who works for an organization led by Xara (who, yes, is still in jail) and is sent to investigate the Beacontown Murderer.

Twisted Timelines: Reverse AU - Jesse as Ivor, Ivor as Jesse, Harper as Lukas, Gabriel as Petra, and so on. ((https://www.fanfiction.net/s/12757286/1/Twisted-Timelines)) A Pirate’s Life for Me: Every MCSM villain as the main people in a crew of Pirates. Jesse is their adopted child and they would ransack the queen’s castle if Jesse asked them to.

Needs a new name: ((previous name was Into the Forests)) Silentpaw(Jesse) is just trying to fit in with the rest of her(their) clan, but is afraid to tell even the cats that like her(them) her(their) secret. Worst of all, the leader keeps giving her those awful looks, and she’s(they’re) pretty sure the medicine cat is evil.

What Makes a Crown?: Jesse is the son of Gabriel, King of the Pridelands. But when his father dies, and Jesse is told that he is the reason why, the young prince flees the land. When he comes across a strange trio who live out in the jungle, will Jesse learn just what it means to be a prince?

Blood of the Gods: Everyone thinks that Jesse lives alone in the woods with their pig. What they don’t know, is that Jesse’s dad lives with them. But they never see his dad. Mainly because his dad is mostly on the run from his brother. Who’s Jesse’s dad? Didn’t I say? His name is Herobrine.

The Forgotten: Jesse is the god/admin of animals and life. She can shapeshift, and is also thought to be a demon by humans because Romeo cursed her and the other admins that weren’t him, Xara, or Fred.

Scattered Feathers Au - The World's Layers

So in Mcsm, there are only two 'layers' of the world that we know of - the current Overworld and the Underneath. In my Au, I've expanded on that idea and added details to not only to the layers we know of, but also to the layers below the Underneath.

So, first up:

The Overworld - The Top/Third Layer

The most recent world to be made and the home of Jesse and her friends.

This layer is missing a lot of the features present in current Minecraft, only having features up to the World of Colour update. This includes the world generation side of things as well, no extravagant caves or mountains or what have you.

This is because Romeo was the one to sculpt this world instead of Fred, the Nether admin wasn't able to capture the same environments Fred could and since Romeo was doing things alone, a lot of things found in the underneath weren't carried over to the surface.

Another interesting thing about this layer is it hasn't been around for all that long, only a few decades at most, though the memories of the older folk who live up there think otherwise. The truth is Romeo took a lot of people from the underneath to populate his new world, then messed with their memories so they'd think this was always their home (and so they'd forget the admins as well).

Aside from Romeo, only one person living on the top layer remembers what's below the bedrock...

The Underneath - The Middle/Second Layer

The world the admins built together, though Fred mostly handled this one while Romeo and Xara took care of the end and the nether respectively.

It's the most current version of Minecraft, meaning it has the caves and cliffs world generation, the cherry and mangrove trees/biomes, mobs like phantoms, bees, goats, allays, etc... With a few exceptions.

It doesn't have access to the deep dark, and a few biomes (particularly cave related ones) aren't there either. This also, of course, includes the sculk and warden, which are only found in the next layer down.

The Deep Dark - The Lowest/First Layer

The only thing that remains of the ancient world (in the overworld at least). The deep dark has a few safe caverns, a few dripstone caves or the rare lush cave, but most of the caverns have been consumed by sculk.

What was once a safe haven from the dangers above the bedrock (long gone by the time the admins were sent out to rebuild the world) has long since become a death trap, only one of the settlements hold life - and even then it's only three people that currently live there - The Ancient City. It too has been consumed by sculk that fed on its inhabitants, but those who remain know how to be quiet and muffle any sounds.

Very few things survived what pushed people to hide underground, to retreat and build a protective layer of bedrock, but that world had held many removed or never added features in Minecraft. From mobs like the glare, the rascal, the moobloom and more to the mechanics like gears instead of redstone and potions brewed from cauldrons. A few mobs that were remade for the above worlds were different in this world as well.

The Void - Beneath The First Layer of Bedrock

Ever-present across any dimension, ever-lasting and impossible to destroy or move, ever hungry for whatever falls below its threshold. The only place where there is truly nothing, where only entities can enter.

Blocks refuse to be placed in it, pistons will not push past it, even liquids spread as if on a solid surface rather than enter it. Only a dragon can (and does) survive its embrace.

When close enough to the void, its presence can be felt and it isn't a good feeling or easy to become accustomed to. It can even affect vision, creating what could be described as a 'void fog'. It is possible to get used to the feeling, but only really for those who grow up near it.

Minecraft Story Mode July AU Countdown

Minecraft Story Mode has multiple AUs, and this is a month-long countdown dedicated to celebrating it! Some AUs are fandom specific, some are just fun general concepts for AUs, and each one will be a blast to see explored. Art, writing, cosplay, other creative measures- anything goes!

July 1: Modern AU

AU wherein Mcsm characters exist in a more modern world and/or with more modern/advanced technology and means of living than shown in the series.

July 2: Actor AU

Mcsm characters are actually just actors who are filming a choose-your-own-adventure style movie where there are different scenes depending on the audience’s choices. The actors have their own lives and may get along well / have their own bonds regardless of character relationships. Many shenanigans ensue both on and off set.

July 3: Hogwarts AU

The characters are wizards in a magical world, potentially learning at Hogwarts or enjoying the broader world beyond it.

July 4: Order Swap AU

Ivor, Ellegaard, and Magnus are all excited for the upcoming Endercon competition, where they could win a chance to see Petra the Warrior in person. However, it doesn’t take long for things to go wrong due the surprise appearance of someone named Jesse, who’s got a bit of a grudge and a command block... (The two Orders are reversed in roles and stories. Other characters may likewise be moved or swapped.)

July 5: Hybrids AU

In a world where full humans see themselves as “more normal” and superior to the animalistic hybrids around them, it’s up to a bunch of scrappy hybrids to save the day. (AU created by @warning-heckmouth. Jesse and the rest of the new Order are all hybrids, part human and part animal, with Lukas hiding his traits and Soren having wiped the old Order of theirs in an effort to seem normal.)

July 6: Sky AU

While uniting the floating islands, Isa comes across an abandoned baby. This baby is Jesse, and Isa takes Jesse in as her own. Many years later, while Jesse lives as the Founder’s child, the Blaze Rods and Order of the Stone arrive at Sky City, and neither Jesse or Isa’s life will ever be quite the same. (Created by @jesseoftheorder. Lukas is part of the Order at this point, Axel and Olivia arrive at Sky City with Ivor, Petra, and Lukas, and the Order stopped the Witherstorm without Jesse.)

July 7 (Saturday): Off Day

July 8: Order Villains AU

What if the Order was more like how Aiden described them to Isa? What if they were just as vile and dangerous and wasteful as warned? (The new Order of the Stone are villains intent on misusing the Eversource while the Blaze Rods are genuinely trying to help Sky City from suffering the same fate as their own world.)

July 9: Demigods AU

The new Order of the Stone (and/or potentially other characters) are partly the children of powerful gods, each having powers based on the abilities of their godly parent.

July 10: Witherstorm Connection AU

Everyone was more than happy to believe any traces of the Witherstorm died with it. However, it turns out an unexpected side effect of nearly being used up as energy is a never before experienced sharing of emotions and more through a benevolent but confusing hive mind. (Those captured/influenced by the Witherstorm have the ability to hear the thoughts of others who were also affected.)

July 11: Benders AU

Mcsm characters exist in a world akin to Avatar the Last Airbender and/or are able to bend and use certain elements at will.

July 12: Withersickness AU

Despite the fact that Jesse, and possibly others, had more exposure to the Witherstorm’s beams, Petra/Gabriel seems to be the only one who suffers from the withersickness. At least at first... (Jesse [and/or another member of the group] ends up with withersickness.)

July 13: Supernatural AU

It might be hard to think the world of Minecraft could get much more magical, but nothing is as it seems. (Various characters are supernatural entities and/or exist in a world filled with such entities and properties.)

July 14 (Saturday): Off Day

July 15: Fairy Tale AU

Mcsm characters exist in a fairy tale world and/or are living out the roles of characters in fairy tales.

July 16: Role Swap AU

The Order members may all be the same, but in this AU, the Order members don’t quite fill the same roles. Axel happens to be a redstone engineer while Olivia’s a griefer bent on causing some form of mayhem, for example. (AU where the roles of various characters are switched.)

July 17: Super Hero AU

For various reasons, some people in the mcsm universe are born with and/or later gain incredible abilities that they use to protect and help people.

July 18: Hadrian’s Deal AU

Jesse, in yet another moment of misguided heroism, decides not to tell the other about their deal with Hadrian and throws the games so they can go free. Surprisingly Hadrian keeps end of the bargain leaving Jesse in the mines and the rest of the new order in the portals with no way of getting home.

July 19: Western AU

The good, the bad, the ugly, all of it from mcsm but adapted to a much more western frontier style setting.

July 20: Reuben Lives AU

The title says it all. AU where everything is pretty much the same except Reuben is alive after episode 4.

July 21 (Saturday): Off Day

July 22: Admin AU

One or more mcsm characters find themselves with admin powers, or have always been admins, for any number of possible reasons. How they use their powers and what for can be just as varied and uncertain.

July 23: Mythical Creatures AU

Various characters are mythical animals or creatures.

July 24: Command Block Pocket Dimension AU

Ivor’s too big of a risk for Soren to just let him go. Soren’s already got experience with removing obstacles using the Command Block, and since there happens to be a nice little pocket dimension inside where everything it removes is kept, it can be like Ivor never left them. Not that Soren will tell the others where Ivor really went, of course. (Created by @gateaugrimoire. Ivor and the Enderdragon fuse to create an odd hybrid creature determined to save the other members from Soren.)

July 25: Apocalypse AU

Jesse’s world was already interesting before it all decided to end, and now it’s a battle to survive what seems like brutal Armageddon with the people met along the way.

July 26:  Children AU

The New Order gang are children rather than adults in the witherstorm timeline trying to navigate what might be the literal apocalypse in the from and the Old Order are adults who are all, including Ivor, very conflicted about having a group so young tag along on the quest to stop the end of the world as they know it. (Created by @nyanshadowforce and @jesseoftheorder.)

July 27: Gem/Fusion AU

Various (if not all) characters are gems in the style of Steven Universe or are otherwise able to fuse.

July 28 (Saturday): Off Day

July 29: Ghost Hunters AU

Mcsm characters are a part of a team of paranormal investigators exploring haunted places, similar to Ghost Adventures or Unsolved: Supernatural and other similar shows.

July 30: Youtuber AU

Instead of saving worlds from terrifying monsters and eccentric criminals, the new Order and other Mcsm characters are helping people through a variety of diverse but fun videos and youtube shenanigans.

July 31: Free Day

AU Idea

MCSM Season 2 spoilers under the cut/Long Au talk

So basically, the big question would be what if The Admin wasn’t going to kill Jesse at the end of the first episode? And instead, wanted to capture them. While the others escape through the waterfall, Jesse gets stuck behind and subjected to the cages Vos was trapped in. Petra, knowing that Jack would not go back to the temple so easily, would have to gather the gang back in order to rescue Jesse. 

Meanwhile, two things could possibly happen to Jesse. One could be the gauntlet is slowly turning Jesse to stone, because it could play to how the Sea Temple’s Guardians are actually past heroes. The Admin wants to add Jesse to his ‘immortal’ collection and he will be successful unless The New Order defeats him. 

OR, we can have Jesse be slowly corrupted by the whispers coming from the gauntlet. Their gauntlet is slowly saying more and more things to Jesse while stuck in the cage, and it could lead into The Admin wanting a new hero that he would have full control over. 

I also think this would be a cool idea because I want to see how The New Order act around each other without Jesse. Without Jesse, who is basically the glue, there would be a lot of arguing, fights, and just misunderstandings within the group. And, they would have to overcome those problems and just become a better team while getting their ‘leader’ back. 

I’m really excited about the next episode and hopefully we can get more answers to the ending of the first episode.

Administrative Amnesia Au

A Mcsm Au where an amnesiac Romeo joins Jesse’s friend group before season 1. Here’s some more info:

While things were still rocky between the admins, Romeo never got to the point of killing Fred or stealing Xara’s powers. Instead he just felt lonely and distanced from them

The one who did go crazy? It was a regular human, but one with a command block in their possession

They wanted this power all to themselves, so they killed Fred, stole Xara’s powers (giving them to themselves) and attempted to steal Romeo’s powers as well, but something went wrong

One person can’t hold two admins powers, not even an admin can, so when they tried to wield Romeo’s on top of Xara’s, the powers instead rebounded back to Romeo, whic triggered three things:

1) Romeo’s powers were sealed away within himself, so he still had them but had no access to them

2) It messed with his mind, causing him to forget most things, including the fact that he had powers to begin with

And 3) he blipped out of existence, only to reappear on the new surface years later

And where did he appear you may ask? Not too far away from a particular tree house

Jesse and her friends were walking home from another failed building competition when they found him passed out and covered in burns (from his powers reentering him) and decided to take him in

yours is,,, muCh nicer to look at n wonderfully detailed but if you have any interest in reading through what are, admittedly, almost entirely headcanons i have some Thots (under cut bc of length whOOPS)

HUNGER GAMES: used to serve as a hub for all the old builders, who, as proteges of the admins, were expected to eventually settle down in another world and “take care of” it. once most of the others had done that, hadrian and mevia claimed the hub for themselves. otto stayed to try and balance out their... eccentricities, but when two admins disappeared and the only one remaining just sorta looked at what they were doing and was like “yeah, that seems reasonable, good work keep it up!” he couldn’t really do much. like literally enabled by god. what are you gonna do.

MANSION: this is actually a multiplayer world. it is the only multiplayer world and it is VERY VERY VERY firmly locked, because ouch oof gonna end up stepping on a piece of the broken fourth wall. this one got closed up pretty quick, but cassie rose was trapped inside and had been trying to get out to no avail until jesse & co entered the portal and "started the server" back up. i have more thots on this one but they nose-dive straight into wild au territory so for the sake of keeping this post moRE or less straightforward ill leave it there ghlfdhgHGKLFH

CROWN MESA: xara’s builders tended to stray away from using their abilities as freely as romeo’s, often preferring to do things the “survival” way. harper was one of the first to find the world that would come to be her home and i love her with all of my heart and i love PAMA thanks for coMING TO MY TEDTALK

SKY CITY: isa was proving... indecisive, so the admins decided to surprise her with a world that seemingly had no land or portal (little did she know future isa was going to get punk’d big time). after building the base of the city from grass, she asked to have her creative powers taken away- she wanted to live amongst the people, as a normal person n not some godlike ruler they saw as a distant authority figure (F). this request was granted, but before leaving the admins gave her an egg; isa hatched it and a friendship for the ages was born.

HOME: created before all the other worlds i just mentioned. not the first world made by an admin, but the first one all three admins made together and from scratch. once fred died and xara was out of commission, the underneath was sealed up and after making a small layer for the sunshine institute romeo got so lost in the sauce of making a new world that he didn’t notice the one old builder who’d witnessed the scene and was now deeply traumatized + trying his best to hide. once the world was mostly done he made a portal to try and seek help from his friend isa, but lighting it caught the admin’s eye and he was forced to hide again. years and years later when the portal to the hallway was finally open, soren ran.

THE END: the end. this one is the one most up in the air atm, and pretty much all i have for it is hc stuff so,,,, it’s the end babey ghkldfgHGLKDF

TERMINAL SPACE: basically an interdimensional storage area like discussed in this vid but like, x 100000. this is also where the cabin (now a treehouse for sin of matic pair of lels) is in my au- romeo’s very first house from his very first world, copy-pasted into a space where no one but an admin (or an invited) could ever get to. the safest place in all the worlds.
