Hi my name is Chevalier François-Marie Arouet de Volatire Gentilhomme de Chambre du Roi. I'm also a poet, and I write for the Comédie-Française which should really be called the Theâtre-Française where my plays are the most famous (I wrote my first one when I was nineteen). I'm basically nobility (in case you couldn't tell) and I wear a lot of lace and wig powder. All of my clothes are retro because it's cooler. For example today I was wearing a long pink and gold waistcoat, grey stockings, a blue silk coat with matching trousers and long lace cuffs reaching to my fingertips, a powdered wig, and my red Louis 14 shoes. I was walking outside Sanssouci. It was cloudy and I was freezing. Maupertuis stared at me and I put my middle finger up at him.

i've been playing forspoken for the past few days and tbh i really like it. it's not perfect (for example, the map is way too fucking big, if each region was half its current size it'd do wonders), but the magic parkour gameplay rly hits the spot, esp after powering through the first region, killing the first big boss and getting her magic, which unlocks a new parkour move. zipping and zapping around the place fucking SLAPS.

also don't trust anyone who moans about waaaah the protagonist is so cringe waaaaah she's written so cringe waaaaah. no she's not. she is written exactly as the genre of "modern world girl gets thrown into a fantasy land" dictates. if a single cheesy one-liner from the trailer or an occasional "EAT SHIT" towards the enemy are enough to make you declare the whole thing as impossible to enjoy...... idk what to tell u, cringe website user. i mean, cmon. every day we resort to unfunny and stale memes, cut a viddy game girl some slack.
