1. when did you first watch/discover good omens, and how did you find out about it?

I knew about it because I was relatively familiar with Neil Gaiman's work (not yet obsessed, but an old friend had been convinced (like 15-18 years ago) that I'd love it… He lent me Mr. Punch, gifted me Mirrormask on a birthday… (he was absolutely right, but it was too early for me yet). After that, I watched Coraline and read Stardust, and was absolutely sold. I must have read about the series on Twitter, and decided to read the book before the series premiered… And fell in love with it: the characters, the humor, the shenanigans… I read it thrice before the premiere.

11. what is (if you read) your favorite type of human au for good omens? (ex. coffee shop au, surgeons au, plant store au)

I read A LOT of human AUs. Crowley and Aziraphale, being divine beings, become the perfect "blorbos to put in situations" when you have their personalities but remove their powers. I adore them being teachers, but I've also loved them being musicians, doctors, tumblrinas, a librarian and a writer…

14. what is your favorite good omens-coded song?

I have a bunch of playlists that could answer this, and I still feel that "Francesca" by Hozier is my absolute favorite. For angsty fanfic writing reasons, "You want it darker" by Leonard Cohen feels very "Metatron came with an offer" coded to me.

17. what is your favorite husband-y moment between aziracrow?

In season 1 and the book, the whole thing with Anathema and the bicycle. In season 2, the moment when they are talking with Muriel-as-Inspector-Constable.

23. what's a good omens headcanon that you considered canon?

Two about Crowley: he is as nearsighted as a snake would be, and he lives with chronic pain. One about Aziraphale: he ADORES receiving massages.

(1) when did you first watch/discover good omens, and how did you find out about it?

Around 2005 / 2006 I heard the name Neil Gaiman and that he was a fantasy author I might like. So I read a couple of books by him, liked them, and then read the rest. Among the rest was a book he'd written together with Terry Pratchett, who back then I knew by name only, called "Good Omens - The Nice & Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch". I really liked it, but it wasn't exactly my favourite, even though I absolutely adored the characters of the angel and the demon and the crazy psychic witch. After that I heard about the possibility that it might be adapted as a movie, but nothing ever came of it, until finally there was the announcement of the show. And then David Tennant, one of my favourite actors, was announced to play Crowley. I was really looking forward to it, but I was still unprepared for how much I would fall in love with the show when it was finally released. And the rest is pretty much history. 🙃

(7) what is your favorite underappreciated quote?

Book:

"Crowley had got a commendation for the Spanish Inquisition. He had been in Spain then, mainly hanging around cantinas in the nicer parts, and hadn’t even known about it until the commendation arrived. He’d gone to have a look, and had come back and got drunk for a week."

That just always summed up Crowley and what I loved about him so perfectly.

That's basically the same for Aziraphale.

(12) has your interaction with the good omens fandom been overall good or bad?

I have seen and been in many fandoms, and they all have their own personalities, with weird little pockets of insanity and peculiarities. It's what makes them special, even if it can be annoying sometimes. And in a few sad cases, make you run for the hills. But what makes the Good Omens fandom special is the overwhelming kindness and acceptance everywhere. (So overall good. ☺️)

(18) what is your favorite moment through history, and why?

Ok now I feel shallow but it's Golgotha, 33AD because Crowley looks so hot in that outfit 🙈 (There is something I love in all of them, though.)

(24) what's a theory for season 3 that you NEED to be included?

At this point we have taken apart so many apparent but improbable "continuity errors" in season 2 that now I really need there to be some master plan and a revelation that stuff happened while we were looking but couldn't see. Be it re-writing history with the Book of Life, timeloops, or unreliable narrators. I still take the Final Fifteen at face value, but the rest... something must have been going on. I need to see the reveal of a magic trick. Or of a heist.

1. when did you first watch/discover good omens, and how did you find out about it?

i actually first heard about it after the first or second trailer for s1 dropped! idk how and when exactly that was (it's been a while) but i remember thinking 'oh i gotta watch this, it looks funny and has david tennant in it'. guess what. i didn't watch it until s2 came out and the entire internet was screaming about it. so i finally caved, asked for my friends amazon account (bc she had a prime account) and gave it a shot – the rest is history.

3. have you created any fanart or fanfiction, or really any content for the fandom?

9. have you seen any other work by david tennant and/or michael sheen?

oh yeah LOADS. i've been a fan of DT since i first watched doctor who back in 2011? or 2012? and i've seen the twilight saga films lots of times (aro was always a fave).

now, After-GO, i've seen/listened to a lot of davids stuff (like idk, 50 or 60%? which is a lot bc he has done soo much things) and i'm currently "working on" michaels filmography :) 'm watching masters of sex atm and i just bought tickets for the cinema run of Nye, since i wasn't able to see it in person when i was in london 2 weeks ago, sadly.

i adored almost every human au i've read so far!! but the two i'm obsessed with are that one actors au everyone and their mother knows and read (Slow Show on ao3, don't have a link rn sorryy) and the formula 1 au (idk how that happened, i don't even watch f1, it's just so good) i'm currently reading.

16. do you know anyone irl who has also watched good omens?

UHM YEAH but that's because i made them watch it lmao. a few of my close friends, that is. but besides them... nope.

19. have you ever read the crowley therapy fic (the most-read fic in the fandom)?

yep! i took me a while bc it was... A Lot but i finished it a few weeks ago. let's say it fucking destroyed me yup yup ✌🏻

23. what's a good omens headcanon that you considered canon?

idk if this is considered a headcanon but... they kissed in 1941. 100%.

24. what's a theory for season 3 that you NEED to be included?

hmm i'm not sure. like, i really like all those theories going around, but i'm traumatised by bbc sherlock so i'm trying not to get my hopes up lmao. again idk if that's considered a headcanon or theory, but i think we're likely gonna see (parts of) crowleys fall and i think it will also play a part in the plot. also: book of life shenanigans. and bamf aziraphale dismantling heaven (and hell). OH and a part 3 of 1941. (maybe a kiss...? 👉🏻👈🏻). yeah.

there are so many i love! but if i have to choose, it's a tie between them getting drunk together in the bookshop in s1 and them eating together at the ritz at the end of s1

I HAVE, and it's actually my favourite fic of all time

22. what is your favorite crowley hairstyle through the ages?

so hard to choose, but i have a soft spot for crowley's ginger hair in modern day in s1, both mid-length and short

23. what's a good omens headcanon that you considered canon?

i have many, but one i think about often is that aziraphale and crowley listened together to 'a nightingale sang in berkeley square' when it first came out in the 40s, they both regarded it as their song perhaps without telling the other, and perhaps they even danced together to it. it could still become canon though! the fact that aziraphale understood crowley's reference in the final fifteen makes me think they both know the song and it's important to them

I first watched it in 2021, but I only properly watched it in 2022, if that makes any sense. I found out about it randomly on tumblr because of some Supernatural blogs, I believe

Oh! My favorite is spy/secret agent/mafia aus. My favorite fanfic is a mafia au and one of my favorite fanfics is a human au in 1941 where Crowley is a MI5 agent. It's absolutely amazing! I eat those for breakfast!

18. what is your favorite moment through history, and why?

I wouldn't say it's my favorite moment, but the World War II is one of my special interests ever since I know myself as someone. The fact that we canonically have a 1941 Nazi killer Crowley is honestly a blessing

24. what's a theory for season 3 that you NEED to be included?

I'm not sure, but this new final 15 bullet theory is driving me absolutely insane! I don't know if I want it to be real, but it really is messing with my mind. I'm obcessed with it at the moment

1. When did you first watch/discover Good Omens, and how did you find out about it? Back in 2019, Tumblr was suddenly flooded with Good Omens S1 gifs, and everyone was talking about it being queer, so I got curious and watched it. I loved it instantly

11. What is (if you read) your favorite type of human au for Good Omens? (ex. coffee shop au, surgeons au, plant store au) I don't usually go for human AUs/versions of fantasy characters/monsters, but I won't say no to a fic with a good enough premise (and/or smut), so I've read a few The specific one I love atm is the streamer AU 'And They Were Streamers' by ghostrat. I was obsessed with Twitch for a while about a year ago, so this is like a mix of two of my most recent fixations But for a more general type of AU... I don't really have a fave, as long as you make at least one of them trans I'm cool with almost any human AU (except high school or college related AUs, or any with fankids)

14. What is your favorite Good Omens-coded song? Oh god that's difficult, there's so many I'll say 'Origin Of Love' by MIKA bc that was one of the first songs I added to my old GO playlist in 2019 (and it's the first song on my current one) and in it he compares their love to (and says it's better than) Adam and Eve Oh and calls the devil a slut

16. Do you know anyone irl who has also watched Good Omens? Ofc, I forced everyone around me to watch it /hj. My parents, my brother, and my aunt and her girlfriend. They all loved it and immediately asked when will we get S3 Oh also a random girl at work. I told her after she told me that she had watched it that I had dressed up as Crowley and she was... confused? Weirded out? Unimpressed? Not sure, she just stared at me lmao

23. What's a Good Omens headcanon that you consider canon? I'll say a few: - Aziraphale hooking up with Oscar Wilde. Crowley being friends with Freddie Mercury - Crowley accidentally influencing artists to write songs/stories about him and Aziraphale - Aziraphale fucks and is a soft dom - Aziraphale having a lot of drawings of Crowley hidden in the bookshop And I swear I have more, but I can't think of any rn

this is the Obvious answer but I was working on my eden fic when hozier released the acoustic version of be so you know. "be like the love that discovered the sin / be the hope when eden was lost" seems particularly fitting

yes I do. they're exclusively hozier and the velvet underground <3

back in the day I was a big fan of the headcanon that crowley never eats and aziraphale never sleeps. I still think aziraphale doesn't sleep if he can help it (as in, if he's not coaxed into it by crowley)

Overall good I'd say! Every fandom's got its bad apples especially the bigger it is, but this place is relatively chill from the parts I've been in. That being said I mainly just interact with fanworks and meta every here and there ^^

17. What is your favorite husband-y moment between Aziracrow?

VERY HARD TO CHOOSE JUST ONE but probably the moment in Season Two where Aziraphale is inviting the shopkeepers to the meeting and Crowley is just GLUED to him aka "CAN I WATCH". The fact he teases him the entire time for the book and the French. Crowley messing around in people's shops the entire time. Aziraphale knowing good and damn well somewhere in his brain what he's doing this all for. The Whicker Street group chat has gotta be CRAZY about whatever these two got going on I'm telling you. S2 in general just has that married people vibe it's insane to me. (Honorable mention though to "Oh lord heal this bike" in s1)

18. What is your favorite moment through history, and why?

REALLY TOUGH QUESTION but probably Land of Uz. It's got it all. Moral dilemmas. Animal transformations. "You can stop grinning" "I'm not grinning :]" "DOESN'T MEAN WE'RE ON THE SAME SIDE... temporarily not on different sides". Ox ribs. Their goofy ass plans in the nick of time. Bildad the Shuhite. (Also the loneliness conversation really did alter my brain chemistry). Genuinely such a good minisode that I feel really captures the essence of the show and was just generally fun to watch while still feeling really earnest, but S2 really outdid itself with its minisodes in general.

23. What's a Good Omens headcanon that you consider canon?

ANOTHER ONE OF THESE I HAVE UMMM when Crowley yawns it's in that weird ass way that snakes do and it freaks most people out. He's a bit strange <3

1: when did you first watch/discover good omens, and how did you find out about it? I heard about it when s1 came out, but didn't watch it. Only saw a gif of the tarmack scene before satan shows up and went "oh hey its david tennant." at the beginning of august, right after s2 came out, my partner @novelcain said we should watch it (and mentioned it very causally cuz they knew i was neck deep in lego monkie kid brainrot). We watched it all in 2 days and I've never had a fixation grab me by the throat so fast 😂 (novel also saw spoilers for the kiss and a few other things but specifically kept it to themself and acted surprised so i would get the full effect <3)

3: have you created any fanart or fanfiction, or really any content for the fandom? yep! I've made fanart and fics for the series and for au's. If im awake, theres a 70% chance I'm thinking of some kind of fic idea. no, thats not an exaggeration

11: what is (if you read) your favorite type of human au for good omens? (ex. coffee shop au, surgeons au, plant store au) i honestly dont read many human au's cuz I like the angel demon stuff from canon, but all of @mrghostrat's human aus are my favs. If i had to pick one of his, I'd probably say streamer au :3 (bnf is a very very close second tho)

24: what's a theory for season 3 that you NEED to be included? 1941 PART 3!!! I so so badly want there to be a part 3. SOMETHING happened and I need to know what. There's also the south downs cottage, but we all assume thats the official endgame since neil and terry said it years prior. but since we technically dont know, i guess it still counts as a theory. so south downs would def be my number one (i also very very VERY much want to see them hold hands ;w;)

Like, they caught up in a kiss and soon the books start levitating, the plants are sprouting red roses, and the Bentley's car alarm is disturbing half the neighborhood lmao 24. what's a theory for season 3 that you NEED to be included?

Oohh, there are so many theories at this point in the hiatus. I'm really curious about whether Crowley's mentioning of the body swap to Gabriel will have positive or negative consequences next season. Will Gabriel and Beelzebub keep this info safe and be allies to A/C? Or will the truth be used against A/C in the best angstiest way possible?
