Miss Universe Philippines Eastern Samar 2023 National Costume: An Bulawanon nga Katbari ha Sinirangan.

The costume represents the harmony of the agricultural practices with the region, and features symbols of each of the municipalities of Eastern Samar. The costume is made mostly of natural fibers and materials, and was made with the participation of local students.

This was the winner of the 2023 Miss Universe Philippines Costume contest.
