Hi Lilah! There hasn't been any canon content for my otp recently. I'm afraid my fandom is slowing down.

That can happen with fandoms if there hasn't been canon updates in a while. Fandoms go through lull periods, it's natural. Even fandoms that have had constant canon fodder for a number of years can experience a lull or a change in fandom engagement. It's simply one of those things that happens in life, change happens to everything eventually.

The great thing about fandom is that you can revisit your favourite parts of it! Revisit your favorite era by rereading old fics, reblogging your favourite posts, leave another comment thanking the creators for their work (I can guarantee they'll appreciate it when they see it).

Fandom will always be there for you to enjoy in any capacity you need it. You can rewatch your faves, then open fandom and search for your faves too. Nothing is stopping you from doing that any time you want.

A lull in new fandon content doesn't mean you have to cease in fandom activity or stop engaging with it. I'm sure the creators still making content would love to hear from you.

Perhaps you'd like to make some new content too? Maybe it will inspire other creators as well!

I've seen fandoms of Rarepair ships consist of 1 writer and 1 eager reader. Sometimes that's all you need to enjoy yourselves in fandom!

And older fandoms who haven't had canon content in years or decades still thrive and create, despite slowing down or having lull periods. I've seen them receive a boost again with any new reboot of canon, so there's always that too.

So don't despair, Nonnie, fandoms will carry on! All they need is a few dedicated fans. Fandom will always be there for you. ❣

Lilah's pregnancy flew by and before she knew it, she was in the hospital getting ready to give birth. She wasn't exactly thrilled with all the pain and complications, but it was all worth it in the end. And it turned out her feelings about twins were right!

Land of Piety and Chains

You are the Mage of Hope and you have recently arrived in the Land of Piety and Chains (LOPAC)

Outside of your home, the world seems both dim and bright in the way only candlelit spaces are. In other words, it's a perfect night to appear-ify away from a crash landing metior. You quickly alchemise some relevant gear and make your way into the dim.

You find your way to a consort village relatively rapidly and seek shelter for the remainder of the night. The first home which you check is more than pleased to host you for the night, as sleep was rather distant to begin with. You share what little food you have with each other (gently inquiring about the chains encircling their torso, binding them to the small home) as your consorts begin to tell you of the plight of the land.

LOPAC was once a place of grand frivolity, and pleasant meaninglessness before the fated arrival of the Denizen who through its vast magyks, chained each consort to their home, leaving them to contemplation. Since then, the consorts have taken solace in the legend of the Mage of Hope, the one who would in some manner end the tyranny of the Denizen. Why if the Mage of Hope (whoever they may be) were to ensure the freedom of the consorts, those consorts might just erect monuments and or cathedrals in honor of this valiant deity!

Whether or not you are motivated by such things, you resolve to free your somewhat clueless consorts from their chains. You begin your journey to find this mysterious (or not ) Denizen. While on your travels, you find a strange yellowbeige slab. Too exhausted by your journey to care as to its comfort levels, you collapse upon your questbed, when you suddenly feel chains crushing you into the stone slab and your life flowing from your body until you suddenly wake up. You're on the relevant moons (Prospit/Derse), and for the recently deceased, you have never felt better. Optimism tempered by realism, power balanced by understanding of its use, you begin your flight back to LOPAC. You will face your Denizen and make the Choice for the future of your consorts

The Mage of Hope has arisen.
