Session 39 started with Jax telling Violet that her girlfriend's name was Yuza and that they met at a party. Violet was relieved she wasn't talking about Yuza St. Cloud and Jax had to clarify that yes she actually was. Violet freaked out a bit before Jax showed her her new tattoo and gauntlets and the two of them geeked out over tech for a bit.
Meanwhile Cael had attempted to ask Brutus some questions and sow some disinformation for the mole, but instead got roped into telling the celebrating Fireflies stories about her previous missions as a Rose. Jax came down and joined them after a while and they continued to party well into the night. Eventually Cael broke away and tried to find Alistair, but instead found his right hand lady and they talked to him together. Cael asked about Loki and tried to sow more disinformation before she found Elton and went to sleep. Jax passed out against the tree not too long after.
The next morning Cael and Elton found Jarnathan and questioned him about what happened at the Last Drop. He said that they were guarding some supplies when they were attacked by a big mechanical creature that made a sound like a metal bear. He said it had something shiny on its head and when it headbutted one of the others it turned her face into a U. He then got hit on the head and didn't really remember much after that.
Jax then joined them and Mythros informed them that Cynn had already left and was at the address Krumer had supplied. Mythros tried to hitch a ride on Elton, but after some cat dangling and interrogation by Cael, Jax let them ride on her shoulders and they all headed out, Jax promising to try and bring back a ghost for Violet to study.

31 and 46 for the writing asks, please? Thank you!
Do you start with the characters or the plot when writing?
Honestly it entierly depends on what it is that I am writing, the current fic I am OBSESSED with working on is insane to say the least and started with a small plot-bunny and grew from there into the monstrosity that it has become.
But two of my original writing things started with character creation over the plot.
--
How would you describe your style? (Character/emotion/action-driven, ect.)
Well this is going to require me to actually lay out the basics of a few things I have been working on, either with a partner or on my own compleatly, because I don't usually pay attention to my style?
Black Rose: Original story, a possibly orphaned young woman learning that the killer is still alive and discovered that they had not compleatly eradicated this family.
Cantara Chaos: Orignal story, Deities in the flesh join guilds and basically cause chaos in the world while trying to keep the fact that they are Deities and their special abilities definatly are normal like their fellow guild members.
Ride or Die: Orignal story, full of dark tones and a /lot/ of smut. A woman in an abusive relationship with another woman is rescued by a guy that is a member of the local motorcycle gang, there is some awkwardness between them at first, but they happy together for a while before the ex hires a friend thats in a less-than-legal profession to kidnap the one they lost and theres more dark tones before she is saved again.
Shadow and Fire: Fanfic, one Hell of a fanfic, let me just take D.Gray-man and smash it together with My Hero Academia and sprinkle a heavy amount of Irish Mythros. Lugh and Morrigan are reborn into twins, their parents know but do not want their children in danger despite the fact that the reason they were born was to face off against the reborn Balor, the search for the Spear of Luin and the sword Fragarach lead them to join those of The Black Order and learning to wield their abilities and their respective weapons before a devistating fight between the twins forcing them apart for a while, one being rescued by the Clan of Noah and nursed back to health[I know how it sounds shhh] while the other nurses their own wounds thinking that their twin hates them, they end up looking for their other half and find them in Japan attending UA….
Inheritance: Fanfic, Voltron but Mythological creatures. Galrans are Merpeople and Alteans are Harpies. The rest are various other types of Mythological creatures.
The rest of the things I am unsure if I am allowed to share yet as my writing buddy is the head on those <3 I… hope this answers those questions o^o

So, as I’ve said before, I have friends who know me both in game and on here. And I talk to them about what comes across here a lot. It helps to get perspective.
As for this ‘Mortylstryke’ business, he messaged me, trying to convince me it’s all false, it’s all allegations, sob stories, and I was telling a buddy about it, reading things off directly in voice chat.
And friendo pops off with ‘oh, Bea Mythros has a tag on r34.’
So, I’m more inclined to believe it’s probably all true.

Caring for each other while ill: Waltz and Mythros?
Pairing: Waltz x Mythros
Summary: After so many years not knowing kindness, Waltz reminds Mythros of what it's like.
Word count: ~700
Acts of Intimacy Prompts
..........
Mythros groaned as he turned in bed for what felt like the thousandth time that day. Even with the palace's finest silk sheets and softest down pillows, he couldn't get comfortable whatsoever. His head pounded like a slow and heavy drum, somehow dull and strong at the same time. His throat felt like it was filled with sandpaper. He felt dizzy and heavy, even as he was bed ridden. It was less like a cold and more like a curse on his body.
A fit of coughs started up, aggravating Mythros' throat further and draining him of what little energy he had.
"Not feeling any better from this morning?"
Standing in the now open door to the room was Waltz. He walked in, guiding a floating tray after him with magic.
"Of course not." Mythros did his best to glare but it made his headache worse. "Shouldn't you be—" He was interrupted by more coughing. "Doing some official palace business or playing with children?"
Waltz blinked at Mythros owlishly before his expression turned into... something. It was a gentle face but Mythros couldn't place the emotion behind it. Waltz sat down in a chair he'd left by the bed earlier and set the floating tray down on the nightstand. There was a tea set and a brown bag with what looked like a prescription note attached.
"Why would I be anywhere else when you need me the most right now?" Waltz asked, a smile coming to his face. He opened a jar and with a flick of his wrist, a sphere of honey rose from it and moved into the mug. "You're too stubborn to let anyone else take care of you." He then poured the contents of the teapot into the mug by hand.
"Nonsense." Mythros tried to push himself up. "I'm not letting you help me."
"I think even sick you could zap any truly unwanted guests." Waltz leaned over and helped Mythros into a sitting position, even lifting a pillow so Mythros wouldn't have to lean against the hard headboard. "So yes, you are letting me."
The mug of tea was offered. Mythros accepted it with a curt nod. He took a sip and immediately recognized the flavor.
"The last time we shared tea was over ten years ago." Mythros looked suspiciously at Waltz. "How do you remember my favorite?"
"I make a habit of remembering the likes of the people I care for," Waltz answered plainly.
Mythros grunted before taking another sip. That's unfair. I can't recall Waltz's favorite tea. In spite of his irritation, he closed his eyes and enjoyed the drink. The flavor was nostalgic and with the warmth and honey, his throat was feeling better.
"Well next time I get sick, bring me some chamomile tea and we'll call it even."
Mythros choked on his tea for a moment. If coughing with a sore throat was bad, hacking from choking on tea with the same sore throat was torture. Mythros scrunched up his nose, even feeling the pain there.
"Ah! My bad, my bad!" Waltz rubbed Mythros' back. "I just could tell—!"
"You always— *cough* —have been— *cough cough cough* —too kind!" Mythros managed to get out.
"Uh... Thank you?"
Mythros straightened up. He gave Waltz a passive-aggressive smile. He feared even reaching to give Waltz a shake would lead him to falling out of bed and he didn't need to embarrass himself before his former peer any further.
They remained in silence for the next while. Mythros swallowed the bitter medicine provided by Waltz's doctor friend and washed the taste away with another round of tea. Waltz didn't push Mythros to converse, not just to spare the other man's throat but because he understood.
It was polite of Waltz. It was kind of Waltz. And the words Waltz said before "remembering the likes of the people I care for" rang a little closer to Mythros' heart.
Mythros held out his empty mug. Waltz took it and set it aside without question.
"Need me to leave you alone to rest?" Waltz asked.
"No." Mythros let himself slide down and sink into his bed. "I'd prefer it if you stayed." He smiled.
Waltz smiled back. He leaned over Mythros and brushed his lips against Mythros' forehead.
"Not too close or you'll get sick too," Mythros muttered before closing his eyes.
It was hard to think before but it was days like this that Mythros believed more and more that Waltz truly loved him.

and last but certainly not the least, is Mythros !
fun fact: black dahlias aren't actually black. they're typically red dahlias with petals much darker than the usual variant, that leads to the eye mistaking it for black
with that, the final charm has been revealed ! I'll be making one more post (right after this one) with more details on the pre-order, so please go to it here if you're interested in the charms!
check out the other cast reveals here!

Inklings of a “What if” Mythros route
I really do like Mythros’ character. Each of the love interests in Cinderella Phenomenon manage to be quite different from each other once you get to know them in their routes. If Mythros had been one of them, he too could’ve added an excellent layer. It would have been much more than the “everything goes wrong route” it would probably be the “dark lucette route.”
The only way a romance between her and Mythros is likely would be if Lucette was never saved and remained her mother’s “daughter.”
It would start with Lucette’s choices of thinking that she could break the curse by herself. As a result she wouldn’t trust or believe those in the Marchen.
She would realize they’re trying to keep her from leaving on her own and would slip out. One of Mythros’ agents would find her and sense the magic from her glamour disguising her and calmly convince her that someone at the palace wishes to see her.
It would take a couple days of living in decent comfort in palace quarters without realizing why, before Mythros would reveal himself to her. Those days were how long it took for him to break through the glamour placed upon her to find out her identiy. He would immediately reveal to her the truth that he was a witch, and that her mother was the most powerful witch, the Tenebrarum bearer.
While telling her the truth he would also spin convenient lies like Hildyr once did.
He would tell the story of how the curse began, how Hildyr felt the death of every witch as her own and crafted the curse to punish the humans for killing her brethren over mere fantasies they loved so much. For justice over lives lost she made the punishment to fit the crime. If they kill over fairytales then let them suffer via the fairytales. An eye for an eye.
He would tell Lucette that the reason she has no memory of this is that the traitors who killed her also wiped her memory, to make it easier to manipulate her. He would express vicious outrage that the traitors dare use Hildyr’s fairytale curse against her own flesh and blood.
He would tell how the traitors had infiltrated the palace to take her from Hildyr and Hildyr was killed rather than lose her to them. Because they killed her mother in front of her, they wiped her memory, not just of the events but of her being a witch at all.
Lucette would hang on his every word, crying tears for her mother, and make some connections “so that’s why the townspeople hated us. mother was punishing them for their crimes.” “exactly.”
Mythros would even go so far as to tell Lucette that as her daughter, she would become the next bearer but not til her 18th birthday because she is only halfblood. She would ask for his help with her curse which he tells her will also be broken on her birthday regardless, BUT how he can’t bear to see her suffer its effects while she waits he and her mother’s coven will do all they can to help her break the curse before then.
***
In this route, Lucette would become privy to plans Mythros makes with Alcastor, and know the true motives, while he lies to Alcastor. Mythros spins the lie that they’re relatives and that’s why she’s permitted to stay at the palace. She gets to know Varg as well whom Mythros instructs to attend to her every need. She doesn’t trust Varg and gets annoyed by him.
She confides everything to Mythros who meets with her daily to keep up the front for Alcastor, but during those times as he teaches her about magic and they share fond stories of her mother they become closer. Varg purposely tries to come between them which also annoys Lucette. Mythros tells her he knows why because Varg is actually a cursed Fritz. Even she had to admit that it was clear Fritz was attached to her, so even as Varg those affections were clearly playing out. She’s surprised that any form of Fritz is a willing agent to conspire against the king, but since the king never behaved as her father she felt nothing about it.
Lucette gets concerned for Mythros’ safety as Alcastor’s plot progresses and wants to help any way she can. She tries to snoop around for extra info but ends up needing saving by Mythros. He risks almost revealing his true intentions in order to save her from Alcastor discovering her eavesdropping.
Lucette always asks him “how much longer?” and he always says “soon.”
The one secret still kept from Lucette is how Mythros and the other witches intend to resurrect the secretly slumbering Hildyr.
After Alcastor is done away with when Mythros gains the king’s favor by saving him, he finally reveals to Lucette Hildyr’s sleeping form in the crystal. Lucette cries but is also angry that this was kept from her. Mythros tells another truth with some lies. He tells Lucette that on her birthday she will have the power to bring her mother back. Lucette notices that Mythros’ smiles do not reach his eyes when he tells her how things can go back to how they were. It almost sounds too good to be true.
Because it is.
They share their first kiss in front of her crystallized mother.
Lucette would not manage three good deeds by her birthday in this route. Those at the Marchen would try to infiltrate the palace but Lucette was fully sided with Mythros and he was always at her side.
***
The two endings for Mythros’ route would be whether or not he chooses Lucette or Hildyr.
If you give all the right answers, in the end chapter, Mythros starts the process as the coven wants, to resurrect Hildyr with Lucette sacrificing herself to do so, but he can’t let her go through with it and stabs the crystal, telling her that bringing her mother back will kill her. He’s sorry he didn’t tell the whole truth but he wanted to see Hildyr again so badly. He wishes they could both be alive but he can’t lose Lucette now. Lucette misses her mother but doesn’t want to die.
The coven is furious that Mythros has stopped the process and he must protect Lucette from their attacks. Thankfully, Mythros had spent so much time instructing Lucette on magic despite lacking the ability to practically apply it, she’s able to form shields at least, allowing Mythros to be more offensive in his attacks. She uses his first kill to fuel the crystal and empower her connection to it, to boost his powers. Mythros calls her “A natural” amidst the battle.
They come out triumphant and with the curse broken Lucette reclaims her title. She does not wish to rule the kingdom right now and permits her father to do so. It seems tedious. She will act as the new bearer though, and Lucette’s first plan is exact revenge on those responsible for taking her mother from her in the first place. Parfait, Waltz and Delora are her new targets and she has many witches at her disposal with Mythros by her side as her partner.
***
if you don’t choose enough right answers the bad end results in Mythros letting Lucette sacrifice herself to resurrect her mother. He never tells her the truth that the process is killing her and convinces her to power through. Her mother will be back soon. When the ritual is complete Lucette collapses, faint with shallow breathing. Mythros cradles her in his arms and he laments that he couldn’t have them both. Lucette dies in his arms and Hildyr stands beside him with a hand on his shoulder.

This session was the council meeting!
The Law master basically reiterated that the Leon emissaries had no involment and were not under any suspicion. The party was questioned. Fisk seemed upset that Jax was alive, but after Jax impluing they made a mistake and Cael coming to bad for her with a raw ass line, he volunteered that Black Iron Industries have a full audit. Cynn and Marius almost started fighting , but then Fisk suggested that recall the Patriarch aka Mordai Uthall aka the motherfucker who ran point on the first and second burnings aka the fucking boogeyman, back to the city. Everyone had opinions on this and the meeting was adjourned so they could discuss (argue) and vote on it.
We headed back to the embassy with Ally, but Cynn was very agitated and left to go see Mathias as soon as we got to the door. Jax tried to stop her, but was tazed by Cael while Char went after her. Carestia was caught up on what happened and offered to do what she could to bureaucratically slow things down. Jax left to catch up to the two elves and Cael recieved a letter from the Roses to keep on standby. When Jax did catch up Cynn told her she was going to her brothers house first. Jax tried to stop her, but eventually Mithros stepped in and put Cynn in time out for a bit. Jax and Char got her in a taxi to the embassy before Jax dipped to catch up with Elton and Cael. They all gound Mathias and brougut him back to the embassy. Upon arriving Elton was told he had a visitor in the training yard and Jax went with him leaving Cael and Mathias yo go see Cynn. Mythros released Cynn and Mathias gave her some tough love while Cael offered to get a message to her brother and then they all headed to the training yard. While that was happening Elton and Jax discovered that Tulip was there waiting to give Elton barbarian lessons which ended up being part therapy part beating each other up. Cynn, Cael, and Mathias arrive and Cynn gets her own tough love training with Mathias and we ended the session.

He didn’t need a gift; a smile was all that mattered.
My Secret Santa gift to Verona-mira. I hope you like it! The prompt was redeemed Myth getting roped into a Marchen Christmas Celebration. It’s about 1k words and Myth/Lucette!
Myth was a lot of things, but never had he considered himself extroverted in the least.
Sure, he’d been in the royal court, attended the odd ball or two - but even then he’s always left as soon as he could. Myth much rathered the company of a few close friends compared to a large gathering.
Which was why he was, understandably, reluctant at the invitation of a party - as well as the task of helping set it up.
He’s never even celebrated Christmas on his own before! What made them think he’d be suited to plan and decorate the event space?
Just as he was about to give Delora his answer, she raised a palm toward him, stopping the words. “Before you say no, there’s a reason why I’m asking you, out of all people.”
Myth raised a brow. “And what might that be?”
Sharp, magenta eyes met his. “It’s for Lucette.”
At that, a small smirk tugged at his lips. “What about the Princess?”
“You already know,” Delora straightened, words linked with fond exasperation. “It’s her first Christmas with the Marchen, and we want her to feel comfortable. Parfait figured that you’d know how to set things up, with all your time in the castle.”
“You’re worried that things won’t be to her taste.”
“I’m worried that you might mess things up, with what we had in mind.” She quipped. “We’ve agreed to enchant the decorations around the building, but the lot of us with magic will be off running other errands; you were our next best option.”
“I’ll do it,” Myth finally said. “That is, if you’re not too worried about my inability?”
Delora huffed, throwing an annoyed glance toward him before she walked away. “It’s a good thing that you’ve redeemed yourself, Myth.”
Deep down, he’s also glad of that. A large part of it was actually due to the Princess snapping him to his senses; so he supposed that he owed her for his better life, among other things.
-
It was the day of the celebration, and Myth couldn’t have been more relieved of being done with his preparations.
The witch spent hours arranging decorations and testing enchantments - he’d even been roped into testing dishes by Annice, who’d wanted to make sure that the food was befitting a Christmas dinner.
Frankly, Myth thought that food tasted the same wherever one went; but he’d kept that sentiment unspoken, for the girl’s sake.
“Myth?” A voice called. “Are you going to the Marchen as well?”
He turned to see Lucette; she was dressed in a simple, elegant manner, with hair tied to the side as she’d always favoured.
It’d taken Myth a moment to form a reply, but he does so smoothly enough. “It’s good to see you, Princess. And yes - I was invited, by some miracle.”
They fell into step beside each other. “I’m sure they don’t view you as harshly as you think.”
“You’re too kind,” Myth smiled at her. “But I think I’ve still got a ways to go.”
Lucette fixed him with her golden gaze - It’s slightly paralyzing, but not in a threatening way. “Stop that. Even if you’re unconvinced, I know for certain that you’ve changed.”
“Well, it’s mostly because of you that I was able to.”
“In that case,” She jested, “I suppose the hero of the story is Delora, for cursing me.”
Myth faced her exasperatedly. “You’re shifting the praise to her, now?”
Lucette shrugged, a smile on her face. “You started it.”
He shook his head, letting out a small laugh. “I guess I did.”
-
A short time later, they’ve arrived at Marchen. The warmth from the various spells he’d cast spreads throughout the building. Even steps away from the entrance the pair had been able to feel it.
“Before we go in, I think I should tell you something that I’d forgotten to mention earlier.”
Lucette lent him a curious look. “Okay…”
“You look even more beautiful than usual today, and I apologise for saying this so late in our encounter.” It was true, and he’d kick himself for it later on.
A light blush crept its way onto her face, and before Lucette was able to respond, the door flies open to reveal Annice. The younger girl beckoned them in hurriedly. “Oh my- I hope you two haven’t been out too long! It can get chilly after a while.”
“It’s no worry,” Myth assured her.
He glanced at Lucette, trying to gauge her reaction towards the room. Lights were strewn around the windows, floating and twinkling like pixies. In the corner was a modestly-sized tree with presents underneath. The room also held other smaller elements, like paper-cut reindeer he’d enchanted to trot along the tables, and birds made of holly that would fly around and rest on the tree’s branches.
Speaking of which…
Myth placed a hand behind his back, silently casting a spell. One of the birds took on a light green glow; it flew towards them. As it did, a lily formed in its beak, which was offered to Princess as the creature stood on his outstretched palm.
“It isn’t the most extravagant present,” Myth started. “But I hope you like it.”
Lucette took the lily, studying it’s translucent petals. “You wove this together with snow?”
“It’s winter captured into a flower.” He spoke with a hint of pride. “The lily doesn’t melt either, unless you will it to.”
“I love it,” Lucette smiled softly. “Thank you.”
Her eyes sparkled as she’d spoken. It made him happy to see her like that.
As the celebration went on, Myth was surprised to find himself without an urge to leave. It was a new sensation, but he can’t say that it wasn’t a welcomed one.
Eventually, it came to a conversation with Delora. The purple-haired witch took a glance at the flower in the princess’ hands, and let out a smile. “You know, Princess. It was Myth who set this up.”
Lucette looked at him curiously. “So this is where you were yesterday.”
“Delora asked me, of all people. How could I refuse?” Myth said.
“Please, it took a while before he agreed.” Delora rolled her eyes. “I had to mention you before he’d said yes.”
That prompted a bit of redness from her cheeks, to which Delora suppressed a laugh.
“No need to be embarrassed, Princess.” Myth smiled fondly. “I’d do a lot for you - even if it’s something as tedious as this.”
