Soooooo I’ve been thinking, correct me if I’m wrong, we’ve never had a bank hostage situation in 911 or 911 LS with a member of the team trapped inside, have we? I’m thinking about how Castle had Castle and his mom trapped inside. The pairing isn’t always romantic, like in Psych with Gus being inside and Shawn outside. But you get what I mean, there’s always one person inside. There was the dispatch hostage thing, but besides Maddie did we really care about the other hostages?

If it was on LS, then Owen would probably be the one inside and it would be a whole hero thing and it would be ugh. But if they did it on 911, that could provide some really good Buddie moments either platonic or romantic.

i got a lot of stuff done, with basically all of the upper body armour properly moved/shaped/re-arranged to fit the human model. i am terribly afraid that the pauldrons will get screwed up during the rigging process buuuut hopefully i can fix this. reason being that the model of Thrall that i exported (which was the only one i could get with the armour i wanted) DIDN'T HAVE HIM T-POSING. but the sims 4 male model IS doing a kinda-t-pose which means that...the pauldrons may not be positioned correctly because when the sims guy puts his arms DOWN during the testing of the rigging the pauldrons are probably gonna go with them and become warped lmfaooo. ALSO BECAUSE THRALL WASN'T T-POSING THE FUCKING VERTICES OF THE MESH WERE CLIPPING INTO EACH OTHER AND I HAD TO PERFORM A GODDAMN SURGERY TO REMOVE THE PIECES FROM EACH OTHER AND PUT THEM AS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT MESHES SO I COULD JUST MOVE THEM AWAY FROM EACH OTHER. ARRRRRRGHHHH 👹👹👹 i hate what i have made myself do but. also i am learning skills in blender and whatnot so i guess that's somethig. AND IF YOU'RE MAKING MODELS MAKE YOUR FUCKING MODELS T-POSE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! THE CLIPPING ISN'T WORTH IT

Its still awesome that you have ocs with different fav foods! I give all my ocs fav foods because it gives a lil bit of extra life to a character! Plus its fun to see what fits!

Gosh i love seeing all those fun and cool monster designs!! They are so lovely and fun and I adore the shapes and how ypu draw the weight on the different styles of anatomy each monster form has!! (I adore big monsters, like i love it when they are gruff and intimidating but they look so soft and cuddly!! Im also a lil bit a fan of body horror monsters...but my top two are werewolves and harpies, harpies that arent just basic human body with wings but like Sophie's dream from howls moving castle like monsters and giant bird body with clawed thumbs on the end of the wings. I have my own werewolf oc and harpy ocs and they just make me v happy.)

Yeah, I procrastinate HARD when I have to write information for my characters even though I LOVE sharing stuff about them with my friends.

I don't know why that's the case? Like my brain completely forgets what I had of them. And there's also the fear of not getting to every character/every version of a character.

Plus there's the fact that I don't really have a concrete story about them because I have so many AUs I've come with them!! 😭😭

Yeah, I really love those type of details because it really does bring so much out of a character and it makes them feel real.

I love to give my characters small facts, like Darnell is good at playing the trumpet, Roslyn [and also Darnell] is good at singing, Roslyn was the one that got Darnell to be affectionate because in the beginning of their relationship, he wasn't really a touching type, he was more of action, but now he loves to hug and kiss his girlfriend and being extra sappy!!

Things like that is what I get too attached to with my characters!!! 😭😭💕💕💕💕

My type of aesthetic is more of time period. Mostly things from 50s-80s. Those type of stuff are very pleasing because the style and color, they're just so fun looking and there's so much you can do with a setting that takes place there.

Like I made a Rockabilly AU about monsters vs Greasers and I had so much fun writing that with my friends and I should really get back to that.

I also love the Western aesthetic too. It's that Texan in me, I can not help it... plus you can do so much with that concept... for adding fucking monsters in it, bapy, WWWOOOOO--

For some reason these screenshots are coming out a lot blurrier than intended it seems?

ANYWAY ark ascended is good. my beast of a pc cant run it on any higher than medium-high settings and I still get random FPS drops but in order to run it properly I think I'd need to shell out like 2k for new computer shit

And either way, medium-high still looks very good compared to ASE. I do think the sound design could do some work UI wise tho.

It's also SUCH a hassle to get anything started because they improved the pathing of the AI so much so you cant fucking stand on a rock anymore and shoot shit with tranqs and have them charge you mindlessly. I managed to get a ptera at some point in order to tame an argy (look at that health stat!!) and am only now getting anything else significant.

Which, funnily enough, is exactly how my first playthrough of ark went.

The island is damn near unrecognizable so even though I spent 800 (!!!) hours on this map I can't fucking tell where I am 90% of the time. It's amazing. It's SO different. The wild babies are a super nice add too. OH and they also added some new shit? Ruins and stuff? Which I'm building my base in. It's very nice. One of them has 2 conveniently dino gate shaped doorways. I see what you did WC.

I don't know where the tek dinos went tho lol. Disappeart. And I miss my S+ :( otherwise solid 10
