butlerfamupdates I actually applaud People Magazine for this. All day magazine’s have posted Austin’s cutest moments with Luci and talked about what a wonderful Dad he is - which no one would ever doubt to think he is - but Luci’s mom is very much present as well and deserves love too. Luci loves both her parents. It’s normal for a kid to have favorites, it doesn’t make the other parent ‘bad.’

muse preference ( fluff, angst, smut ): I generally like to lean more into light-hearted & comedic stuff, esp when first interacting but cus it’s fun! Once I get comfy with my rp buds tho i do loooooove to get into the meat n potatoes— the drama, the action, THE DRAMA!!! <- but a nice balance is important to me!

if everything is doom n’ gloom all the time without either a break, some sort of bitter-sweetness, and/or light at the end of the tunnel— then The Dread™ starts to feel too much for me :0 that being said … horror is … so much fun too <3

plot or memes: memes are a life savior esp when it comes to breaking the ice— i wouldn’t be cookin’ up like. any of the delectable plots i got brewing in the dms without em >:0

long or short replies: BOTH! i tend to naturally lean towards longer replies, moreso because i always have A Lot To Say™️ but i love goofing around with shorter stuff <3

best time to write: if i had my way it’d be an hour or two after i wake up in the morning and made myself my fancy energy drink + did my n.eopets dailies 💕 i try to make sure i get one day off like this each weekend it’s so lovely. Otherwise, i try not to stress about it too much and do what i can. i want my rp buds to know i genuinely dont mind waiting for replies or anything and i think it starts with how you hold yourself to that same degree too

are you like your muse?: ooooo aren’t we all in some way? it’s important to sprinkle some part or facet of YOU into them, especially ocs!

Mayhem didn't escape with the ooze vial successfully (obviously)

Mayhem DOES get injured after getting captured by those weird fucks with the dogs + the turtles

If the reader finds them similar to how April found him in the show, They/He might find the turtles too, the weirdos with the dogs took the vial and the turtles were supposed to 'dispose' of Mayhem

Of course, Mayhem bolts and ends up finding you

Since the turtles find you with Mayhem, they try to attack you, Only for Mayhem to teleport y'all to the opposite side of the city for safety

You adopt Mayhem as your little Dog-thingy, they love being around you and get skittish if they detect Yokai or Mutants around you

They do love being around you because they're ALWAYS near you so you can be safely teleported away in case the turtles find you again

They've already seen you, it's dangerous for you to be alone without an escape plan!

Mayhem ends up leading you to the Mutants that are more Friendly, like Repo

Since Mayhem has been in your life, you've been happier, you've found friends who genuinely enjoy your presence (The friendly Mutants)

However, all good things come to an end

The Turtles find you.

They've been stalking you whenever they can

Oddly enough they're smitten, however, they still need to get that mutt of an animal

but they're starting to lose interest in that

If you're under The Friendly Mutants protection, Mayhem might be more relaxed with being around you, the Turtles use this to their advantage and attempt to kidnap you

Depending on who's around you, It could be successful or a bust

Meat Sweats or Repo and His cat around you? Absolute bust

Warren or Repo WITHOUT his cat, you're now surprise adopted.

Mayhem freaks the fuck out the minute they find out you're with the Turtles and Instantly teleports to you after tracking your general area through scent

Mayhem does end up freeing you, but at a cost, The turtles severely wound them and Mayhem has to teleport multiple times away from them due to Leo's Sword.

Since Mayhem is a Yokai, you can't bring them to a normal Vet, so the only way for them to get safely cared for is you going back into the maw of death

The turtles make a trade with you, They have since gave fuck-all about Mayhem and are more interested in YOU

So, You surrender, as long as they help Mayhem get care in the Hidden city

As much as I can slander the Dark! AU turtles, They do keep their word.

Donnie puts a tracker in you so that now, If you decide to back out when Mayhem feels better, he can find you

The Dark! AU turtles are direct, possessive and Obsessive, getting their attention is hard, but DAMN is it harder to make them no longer pay attention to you

They churr as Leo takes Mayhem to an Animal Yokai Vet(?)

After that you're kinda forced into a cuddle pile with them, there isn't much escape after that, you dug and nailed your own coffin

shsjshs idek where to start with Dola ;w; thank u for giving me an outlet for talking about her LND incarnation omg I hope you know what you’re getting into when you asked this…

so like!! in general she’s my OC that I use everywhere bc I just like her too much to even care about making other OCs because to me she’s like… the ultimate cool doll >.> she tends to retain a lot of her traits each time + I try to keep as much of her original conflicted artist background as possible while still making it make sense with the lore of the universe I’m putting her in

So in LND as MC, she still has Caleb + Josephine, is a Hunter, and ofc has the aether core in her heart but strays from canon in that:

Art has a huge place in her life because her parents were renowned artists and she was primed to follow in their footsteps. She ends up dropping it sometime after she was orphaned though, and only picks it up around high school age and in secret

Gets dreams of fragments of her past lives with Rafayel, but she can never recall the face of the man that’s always in her dreams once she wakes up. Trying to sketch out the man’s face is her main reason for getting into art again, and it snowballs into her making art inspired by her dreams in general

She knows a lot about Lemurian myth and history because she dreams about the place + this one Lemurian so much that she had to look into it, and by extension is fascinated by the sea

Which also means that she did actually attend Rafayel’s lectures at her university when he became a visiting professor there. They kind of only have one proper conversation throughout that entire year though.

Her heart issues affect her more than they affect MC in canon, so the UNICORNS treat her a little differently to work around it. Largely that means she doesn’t go on as many missions as MC seems to? And is often deployed a support/the human radar bc of her Evol rather than a frontline fighter.

Doesn’t feel that strongly about being a Hunter once she actually is one? Tbh I think she kinda hates a majority of the work and commitment that comes with it but feels she can’t just quit after spending so much time working towards becoming one. Xavier and their training sessions together are kind of the main things keeping her there (+ she has fun killing Wanderers)

She’s not as bubbly or cheerful or bratty as the canon MC is. Her personality is a lot more reserved and introverted and she LOVES studying + learning, but there’s still a bit of playfulness there. There’s actually so many parts of the main story, Tender Moments, and Bond/Memoria that I’m changing or outright excluding because they just don’t work out for her the same way they do with canon MC sigh >.>;;

LOVES plants and flowers. In every iteration I have of her she’s at least half covered in floral tattoos and her home is always full of them! Very into flower language to an extent that I’m not ahdjsjs she makes me research a lot of things…

Kind of obsessed with death (mostly because she believes herself to be on a short timer) and is a little fucked up? Will join Rafayel in his quest for vengeance and will believe his murders are all justified if she finds out about them tbh.

very funny to me that there are literally no canon ships in yugioh. takahashi was like "ok i'm gonna set up the barebones for some ships" and then he just. never came back to them ever. the peachshipping scene in duelist kingdom is so cute and then it just never happens again. iconic. in my mind puzzle is canon tho so i'll go w/ that <3

What makes me sad about them:

komaeda's attitude change post-final dead room is really both funny and very sad to play. one day he's your insane bestie who loves you so much and the next day he's like actually i hate you, you are a worthless little worm with no talent and i can't fucking stand being in the same room with you. :((((((((( bestie don't say that

Things done in fanfic that annoys me:

you can't make komaeda normal. please god you cannot do that to him. i'm so utterly obsessed with everything that's wrong with him that if you try to fix him, i will simply not read it

i really like it when fic writers are able to turn the funny repeated voice lines like "THAT'S WRONG!!!!" or "I AGREE WITH THAT!" into plot-relevant and emotionally affecting moments

My happily ever after for them:

i guess they cure komaeda's cancer and get him to a more functional but still insane mental state and then they hang out and bother each other forever. they get married someday and komaeda still says the usual komaeda shit about "wow i'm so happy right now, i wonder who's going to die because of this :)"

😭 bestie omg I just woke up and I dreamed that I was reading a story written by you and ran to check if it was here omg. It was like modern day tc with some adjustments

It was this kinda weird Yandere! Real estate agent jk and financially struggling (they were fake rich or sth, but jk saw through it) yn and her toxic family. Jk noticed yn there and then and develops his lil obsession and he gets this sick plan. And then yns family surprisingly get the house for a price lot cheaper than listed but when they start living in it they always feel off like sths watching them. And weirdly enough the house “doesn’t have” a basement or attic. Then basically one day when yns unpacking she accidentally falls into the basement but instead of falling on a hard dusty floor she fell straight into JKs arms (purr he was waiting for her, there was a trap or sth) and found that it was this luxurious ass underground palace and jk technically kidnapped her in her own home. Yns family finds out that yn went missing and instead of trying to find her they were so scared bc the “noises” in the basement were getting louder now and just moved out and jk used this to show yn that they didn’t care abt her. And then after yns family had only cared about getting their money back but found that JKs website, contact info, and person disappeared without a trace like he never existed and then they just gave up. The jk in the story had a real sick idea that him doing this would “save” yn from the toxic treatment she got w her family and that yn should be thankful (kinda like tc jk tbh) and yn is so confused but caves in eventually.
