You rested your back against the prop closet, giggling as Eddie caged you in with his arms, tilting your head up to look at him as you continued talking about your day. "And then Andi Frick sprained her ankle at lunch practice, like clean snapped it during a full-out, so that means Chrissy is going to cover her tumbling for the rest of the season."

Eddie frowned. "Is that Andi with the ten puppies, or the Andi with the boyfriend who looks like a fish?" he asked, and you slapped his chest. "What! I'm not wrong. He looks like a fish person, and not in the hot mermaid kinda way."

You huffed, blowing a hank of hair out of your eyes. He rescued you, tucking the hair behind one ear, stopping as he caught your gaze. Your pretty, pretty boyfriend was staring at you as though you'd hung up the stars, and you reached up on your toes to plant a sweet kiss at the corner of his mouth.

"What was that for, princess?" Eddie murmured, wrapping a finger around your chin to tilt your head slightly, returning the soft kiss. His other hand snuck around your torso, making the hem of your cheer uniform rise. You dropped your pom poms to wrap your arms around his neck.

You shrugged, sighing as his mouth made its way down your throat. "Just sayin' thank you," you mumbled, voice catching when he nicked you gently with his teeth. "You treat me so good."

"Damn straight," Eddy agreed. "Nothing but the best for my best girl."

He shoved you into the closet.

"I-- Eddie?!" you squawked, trying to open the door. He'd slammed his back against it, and was shouting loudly to the members of Hellfire trouping down the stairs, and you hissed a soft oh fuck, resting your head against the closet slats. You could see your pom poms on the floor, and you hissed, praying no one would see them.

"Gentlemen!" Eddie called, letting the kids file into the room. "I hope you're ready to get your shit absolutely rocked by Strahd," he said, moving away from the closet. "But, uh. Maybe a short one today, bold adventurers. I've got, uh, laundry."

There was a curious silence. "...Laundry," the dark haired one repeated in a flat voice. "Sure. Okay. We'll buy that, won't we, guys?"

A young voice, even younger than Eddie's usual Hellfire crowd, chirped out. "Can we please get started," she complained, and you pressed closer to the door to see what the hell Eddie was doing with a middle schooler. "Mom's making pot roast for dinner."

"Is she?" asked the one you recognised from the basketball team. "Aw, hell yeah!"

The campaign started. You watched as Eddie whirled around them like a cyclone, pacing up and down the table as he spun the story of the travellers being stuck in Valakhi. You smiled fondly, recognising the bits of dialogue as ones he'd been testing on you the night before, attempting to nail his lines perfect for today's session. Your stupid boy.

When the session wrapped up, your knees sore from being tucked into position for so long, you heard everyone head up the steps to the door. Just as you were about to creak the closet open, a voice stopped you.

"Laundry my ass," said the girl. Lady Applejack.

"Huh?" you heard your boyfriend say, his figure stopping where he was taking down his Dungeon Master screens. "What do you mean?"

Applejack sighed. "Boys are so stupid," she said to the air, before huffing. "Nice pom poms, jackass. Tell your girlfriend to join in, next time."

Nina sighed as she leaned back against the mall bench, the bustling noises of shoppers filtering past. It was nice to get a break from walking around now and again. 

“Ninaaaaa, when will Cheren, Eddie, and Pierre get back?” Zach asked. “I wanna go back up and down the escalator a few more times!”

“Um, maybe a few more minutes?” Nina shrugged. “Mall bathroom sinks aren’t that big, it might take a while for them to clean off all that goo.”

“I can’t believe Pierre managed to get hot sauce all over his fur!” Laila shivered. “So gross…”

“Well that’s what he gets for not controlling himself at the food court,” Leif huffed, flicking his tail back and forth. “With any luck it won’t leave a stain, but I hope he remembers it for a long time.”

“I’m glad I don’t have any fur,” said Tyrus, waving his metallic arms. “It sounds like such a hassle!”

“UwU!” Andy chirped from Nina’s lap. Mimi giggled.

“Andy’s right, fur can feel quite nice when it’s all clean and brushed,” she remarked. Nina smiled. 

“You want another cookie, Andy?” She asked, reaching for her bag. Andy perked up, squeaking happily. 

As Nina rifled around for the little box of treats, her hand brushed against something hard. The case containing the Dark Stone.

“Ah…”

“OwO??” Andy bumped Nina’s other hand curiously. She smiled shakily at him. 

“It’s…it’s nothing. Here you go.”

Andy started nibbling the cookie cheerfully, and Nina exhaled slowly as she allowed the conversation of her and Cheren’s pokemon to flow around her.

Trying to keep her thoughts off of what had happened in Icirrus was harder than she thought. And the dreams she kept having…

“ARCEUS ABOVE!”

“Huh?” Nina looked up to see a young woman with dark hair and a purple jacket staring at Andy with wide eyes. She ran up to Nina, clasping her hands together imploringly.

“Hi! Oh my gosh, your Galvantula is just the cutest! Can I pet him?”

“Oh! Uh, sure, if it’s okay with him,” Nina blinked. “Andy?”

The girl held her hand out and Andy chirruped happily, bumping into it and letting her stroke the fur on the top of his head.

“Hi buddy! Ohh, you’re such a good boy!” The girl cooed, scratching behind Andy’s front legs. He squeaked in delight, nuzzling her wrists with little sparks of electricity appearing. “Awww, you like that, don’t you?”

Nina felt the tension in her chest relax just slightly, and she smiled. “Yeah, he’s super cute, huh?”

“No kidding,” the girl laughed and stepped back with one last pat to Andy’s head. “Well, I’ll be off then. Bye bye little guy!”

Andy chirped and waved goodbye with his front legs, and the girl gasped, putting a hand to her heart.

“So. Cute!”

She dashed off, and Nina found herself smiling after her.

“Not every day you meet someone who wants to pet a bug type,” she chuckled.

He brought it up to friends and they were all very supportive!!

“I thought you were already married,” Victor signs. “You two act like a married couple it’s about time then.”

Edgar teases Andrew about it but assures him that you won’t turn him down

Even though his friends assured him that it would go well he’s still a little nervous

But nonetheless, he begins to make plans

During one of those matches you sneak up from behind and scare him

He looks to Luca, but the inventor has disappeared from his side and is now shooting him a thumbs up from behind a tree along with Victor and Edgar

Andrew was hoping he’d ask you about marriage over dinner but it seems that destiny doesn’t wait

“Take a deep breath.”

You take his hands in yours and he lets out a shaky sigh

Andrew lowers his gaze and hides his face behind his hands

You’re stunned and he holds his breath

Greetings. I have returned, with more Blacksmith bois. Because last time I was so nervous I forgot half of what I wanted to say. OwO" I… Don’t know if I’m allowed to do this, but I wanted to explain Andy’s character more. And I don’t have a Tumblr account so this is the only excuse I have.

Yeah, I’m not any less nervous than last time, if not I’m even more nervous because you’re such a good artist. ;w; Alright! Enough bull honkey.

Last time, I completely forgot to say that Andy is the tallest and the strongest Villager in his Village(and quite possibly the most muscular Breeder Villager in a thousand mile radius), and the only WeaponSmith. His scars(not including the bite marks, ignore those) are from when his home Village was raided by Illagers. He tried his best to fight back, despite being only a ToolSmith at the time, but he was over powered, beaten, then left to die. Until he was found by a Wandering Trader the next day and taken to another Village, where he now lives. His iron sword is enchanted with Mending and Sharpness II, and he is the only Villager who has managed to successfully forge an Iron Golem. He often leaves the Village to make sure there are no Illager Patrols nearby(he has been captured more than once, but escaped every time) and he fights off any threats to his Village. Be it Illager, Monster, or a Corrupted Player. The Cleric in the background is his jealous boyfriend, Carter(he’s an Alpha, which are generally protective of their mates).

Also! I completely blanked last time and forgot the say that Breeders are just males, but with only female genitalia. They have wider hips and thinner waists, and are usually smaller than Alphas.

Anyways! I really hope you don’t mind me explaining my character more, I just felt like I needed to. I… Don’t actually know what a himbo is, so I don’t know if it’s a good thing. I had a genuinely good time making this, and I plan on making more little gifts for you. I want to draw your retired Witch with my ex-Pillager, if you don’t mind. ^w^“

john lennon's song imagine reminds me SO much of Murdoc. every time it comes on i just picture him sitting on the corner of his bed in the dark when he can't sleep and kind of lightly plucking his bass. and if someone where to pass his room they would hear him very gently singing in his gravely voice about all things he wishes weren't and i just-

Interesting take!! I honestly can see a lot John Lennon in Murdoc, though I don’t know if Imagine is the song I would ascribe to him. Imagine is John at his most dreamy and peaceful, and some of his rejection of materialism and hope for humanity feels a little too saccharine for Murdoc.

“Imagine no possessions/I wonder if you can/No need for greed or hunger/A brotherhood of man” feels just too…gentle for Murdoc, who takes great pride in his materialism and consumerism, who runs a band that funds itself by marketing overpriced stuff (Levis/G-Shock watches to name the most recent). Murdoc came from absolutely nothing, and now that he has the means to amass vast quantities of STUFF, that’s what he’s going to do! He’s gonna drown himself in STUFF in a way that feels much more Andy Warhol than John Lennon to me. A sort of perversion of capitalism that’s simultaneously critical of it and yet also immersed in the modern experience of it. I also just generally see Murdoc as being more cynical than the Lennon who wrote Imagine. GRANTED he wrote We’ve Got the Power, but Murdoc generally seems to preach a more “dog eat dog” than “love thy neighbor” kind of world to me, especially in the context of him being the top dog.

But lines like “Imagine there’s no countries/It isn’t hard to do/Nothing to kill or die for/And no religion too?” YOU GOT ME. Murdoc vibes with that philosophy pretty hard. Does he strum away at his bass sometimes, wondering what the hell we’d do with ourselves if we found peace on earth? Look at the discography of music he’s written and the answer is a hard yes. Some of the lyrics of Plastic Beach especially…Murdoc is a man not only preoccupied with peace and violence on earth, but what mankind is capable of, if we’re capable of more than just killing ourselves and our planet.

Also, I tend to prefer Lennon at his grungiest, so please consider Cold Turkey and Cleanup Time as EXCELLENT anthems for when Murdoc was addicted to speed before Gorillaz officially formed, and then when he’s trying to be a better person post prison release in Phase 5, respectively.

Murdoc has absolutely moaned and panted along on several bad trips, wailing with Lennon’s own voice and loving the FUCK out of that proto-metal sound!!

But oh my god same at literally everything ahhhh daklsjda THEY LET HIM SAY THE WORDS “I’M GAY” I’M STILL SHOOK. I’m so glad that Andi Mack and Josh are able to be the ones to bring to the screen this iconic moment in Disney history, especially after everything else they’ve done. I still only half believe it. Wow.

Also like 90% of my wardrobe is black with like 5% red or blue, so I only wore some green accessories ;w; rip. I tried.

If I’m being honest, I never shipped Jyrus but that doesn’t mean I don’t freakin love platonic Jyrus with all my heart. I’m so glad that with Jonah and Cyrus there’s this comfortable and open friendship between guys that’s depicted so well and instead of two guys always trying to act all cool and tough towards each other, it shows it’s fine and honestly beautiful to have two close guy friends care and be so supportive towards one another. Even though Cyrus is gay, that doesn’t change the fact that Jonah will still be a kind and supportive friend and vice versa it’s just a fact that had to be said, and his reaction to it was just AHHH. And same with Cyrus supporting Jonah through his panic attacks, he didn’t lie and say “of course they’ll get easier eventually” because it’s not necessarily true that they ever get better, even if that’s what Jonah wanted him to say,; yet he still did reassure him with “that’s what you need to remember: that they end” to help him out and remind him that it’s survivable. Platonic Jyrus gets all my uwus it’s just so beautiful and AHSKJADHKS

Tyrus has overtaken me as well oh my god that moment was so soft and Luke’s doing freakin AMAZING at making TJ so very soft especially with the “of course I came” line I seriously adore the entire cast so much they’re so talented. Andi and Buffy’s shared look is me with my friends around their crushes all the time or when we’re like owo what’s this?? So that PLUS the texts between them got me over the edge ohmygod

CECE AND ANDI OH MY GOD THAT MADE ME WANT TO CRY. It made me appreciate my grandma even more than ever honestly to remember she’s still here and is always so helpful and supportive and even though she’s not the most fluent in English does her best and tries to get involved and know what’s going on with my life and Ima cry. The recent episodes have been doing really really well with the interactions between Andi and her family and I just adore them so much. 

Buffy and Andi conflict was like “Buffy I get what you feel but Andi I get what you feel too please communicate yall are more understanding of each other but shady is no bueno ;-;” I’m glad though that Buffy did eventually tell both her and Cyrus, but oh my gosh her FACE of defeat when she finally did like “I know what you guys are about to think but please be chill for once in your lives.” Good to see that both Andi and Cyrus are still the biggest Muffy shippers. Everyone’s talking ‘bout Andi’s teasing Buffy about it but did you hear Cyrus’s squeaky “what???” That was the sound of containing yourself when your friend is talking to someone you ship them with don’t change my mind because that’s me with my friends.

I so want all of them to meet (Marty and Walker and TJ) and I’m sad Walker got written off before he and Marty or he and TJ ever got the chance to interact. It would have been interesting to see how Marty and Walker react to each other similar to how we got to see Walker and Jonah interact, and I’m genuinely curious about how Walker would have reacted to TJ and if the others would tell him about old TJ or just leave the past in the past. Honestly I just love the friendships in this show, the GHC + Jonah + Walker + Amber + Marty + TJ + Libby would be the dream. But just from last ep GHC + Jonah was beautiful and even though the moment was inherently romantic the friendship connotations of Tyrus last episode (TJ being there for Cyrus when he needed his friends to support him through the loss in general) was so sweet too. 

TL:DR; I love so much of that episode!!! It’s in a heated battle between Bash Mitzfah as my favorite ep primarily because Bash Mitzfah was so fun and had more time to do more things without having to rush. I need to rewatch it so I can decide but ahhhh it was SO GOOD MY HEART

As for the personal questions, I’ve never heard of Blue Pacific... is it a newer or older show? Oh my Inception is a mind fk LOL, and my brother read the Guardians (I think I’m thinking of the right one, the one with the owls?) awhile back but I never really tried it or got into it I think. How many books is it? :o And ooo a warm color liker, amber’s a nice shade! And lol I like how you see yourself as a pastel while others see you as a neon because they’re so starkly different LMAOO

1. ok, so I assume they had more of a budget this season because they’re using more well-known songs, which means I GET TO HAVE MY BRAIN OVERWRITTEN BY HARD ROCK! WHEEEEEE

2. Really fun episode, plot that wasn’t super super depressing(which I’ve seriously missed), I liked good twin and evil twin, it wasn’t even that cheesy, and I really like the fact that it worked on Dean but not Sam, I thought that was Nifty

3. CONNECTIONS! RECURRING CHARACTERS!! FINALLY!! THE ROADHOUSE, ASH, ELLEN, JO AND DEAN’S THING?(I get I’m supposed to ship it, but it’s cute and fun rn, i like them as friends at least) AND ANDY?? YAY

4. the brothers arguing about Sam being a killer was like...it got repetitive after a while. Dean getting really excited/nerding with Andy was really sweet tho, I really liked that

honestly, it was just nice to feel a little bit happy/laugh a bit. I needed this episode to be the way it was.

Sunday, last day, is very slow. Watching the table and trying not to fall asleep.

I wish I had managed to save more money but alas. Mad at the skytrain and badge fiasco. But at the very least this con has been getting ROASTED for their poor management and money hungry ways.

I still feel really bad about not supporting the one day artists. But I really had no idea they were there. They were also put in a bad spot at the faaaar end of the alley. I don't want to go over there unable to commission them. I could collect buisiness cards to commission them online later, but there's already a ton of artists like that already.

Soon. Lmao.

We close at 5 today. So it won't be as long. I'm not looking forward to the drive back lmao. I am looking forward to being able to sleep in my own bed and not someplace noisy and dark though. I also really want to finally start scanning art again. Hope my scanner wasn't broken that one time it toppled over in the night.

I had that damn two and a half day computer task running while we were away and I really hope that it finished and something stupid didn't happen again like the power going out. One fear.

After that's over I don't really have any more really CPU intensive computer things to do. Then I can just play HoD and Minecraft and not have to worry. If you guys are wondering what I'm doing I'm backing up things. I have way too many files and every once in a while I reorganize some stuff. I technically have four (six if you count ones that I assume were given to me but don't actually know) more working hard disk drives to work with, but I'll leave that until after I've sorted my electronics tote. That's my last thing I need to sort before everything with the move is completely over. My next tech project will probably be salvaging what I can from my 90s scrap computer which has been lying in pieces for like two years. I want to keep the case for it but the metal bottom part is so badly rusted and I need to try some more aggressive rust removal techniques. I thought how neat it'd be if I built my brand new computer in that 90s case but it's not in the best shape.

I've sorta become designated tech guy, responsible for disposing of everybody else's electronic waste and hey, if it means I might finally get enough laptop ram ot of it sure. My issue is I don't know how to access the ram compartment in my current temporary laptop. Otherwise I'd have fixed the abysmally low amount by now. Maybe I'll be able to build something out of everybody else's old junk lmao. I have a pile of really old dingy flash memory sticks and I'm debating just throwing the poor things away. They're unreliable now, but I still feel bad. There's no good use for unreliable flash memory. It's a liability. I wanna get a small brand new flash drive that's just for having reference images on it. I technically already have one but it's so big it seems like a waste. These things have gotten so big in the past few years. We're talking ones that are terobytes of storage. At that point why not just get a solid state? I guess price? But it's so weird to me.

Now that there's no more cons and I'm no longer living off frozen food and unable to go outside I can finally recover from the move. Both physically and financially and I finally start saving up money again for my new computer.

I also need to buy a new USB charging port card for my phone. I can't check right now because no internet to see how much they sell for but it's probably not too bad.

Checked in on the artist. My commission is coming along really well. Andy is in a super actiony pose. Somewhat canonical too. Don't know if it was intentional:

Turns out the reason why this con sucks and the reason why a con I used to really like started to suck is because it got bought out by a company called InformiCan. They buy Canadian conventions and then ruin them.

Ugh.

There's like four hours left and I'm surviving. No Andy cosplay because at this point it's be just too much work and my toe is still bad. If you guys want I could provide a photo but it's gross. The brusing and swelling have gone down a lot but it's still in pretty sore shape.

There's a stage on the other side of the artist alley and for the entire con they've been blaring really loud bad singing. I guess they received complaints because now it's just fandomy music that's still being blared very loud, but no off key pop songs and people yelling offbeat really loud that is apparently supposed to be rap.

Got the digital Andy. Or saw it. Don't have the file yet because no internet. He looks awesome.

One hour left of the con. I'm so excited to be going home lmao. I want to drown in drawings of Andy and eat junk food. I remember that I have popcicles in the freezer back home owo

Thirty minutes left and your table neighbors have gotten McDonald's. I can smell it and want to die. "I could eat a horse!" is in my head on loop.

Aaaaand it's 5. Time to pack up. Sad it's over because it's the end of an era but I really want some alone time once we get home... After over 8 hours... OOF

I hugged Sam goodbye because it'll probably be the last time I see them for a while because we won't be coming back to cons here. I managed not to cry until I was back at my table. My friend says that we'll probably go to cons here eventually again someday. It just hurts my heart to not see friends for a while.

I wish people aren't just freaking rude for no reason. For a while this con this person just kept fricking glaring and I don't even know why. It's like the guy who got physically confrontational to check badges. You're expending more energy just to be unkind.

Got internet at the McDonald's. Kinda had a mental breakdown and I'm embarrassed by it.

Will probably not have substancial internet until I get back home.

Apparently my package is missing. I'm scared. Hope it comes on Monday.
