have your way with me until you go (zoyalai)
Nikolai and Zoya's morning routines are like clockwork. She wakes him with a drop of stimulant. He makes a witty quip. Neither of them acknowledge what's between them.
So when Zoya shows up late, it's reasonable to assume that nothing else will go as planned.
@grishaverseonline mission 06: free for all
a/n: it’s literally just 2k of pining, pls take it, it’s all i have to offer. meant to be a parallel to the carriage scene at the beginning of kos but it got a bit out of hand 😔 big thanks to @storm-dog-pirate and @mareshes for helping me beta!

---
When Nikolai woke, it was less surfacing gently from the sea of sleep than being abruptly spat out onto dry land by a monster. He inhaled sharply, his mind instantly assaulted with his surroundings. He was on his bed at the Grand Palace. Chains were once again fastened around his wrists. And an unfairly lovely face was hovering above his, her dark curls brushing his bare chest.
“Zoya,” he greeted with a groan, “how kind of you to grace me with your delightful presence this fine morning. I feel healthier already.”
She barely spared him a glance as she leaned over him to unlock the shackle on his right wrist. He caught a whiff of her hair, the same strangely familiar wildflower scent as always.
“Getting a head start on the flattery, are we?” Her voice was rough, strained. He could see a near imperceptible tremor in her hands as she fitted her key into the lock. It took her multiple tries to get the stubborn thing to turn. Odd, when she’d practically perfected the technique of unchaining a king from his bed months ago.
He shifted to get a closer look at her. Dark shadows bloomed under her eyes, her brows furrowed as she attempted to unlock the last shackle. Her hair was in sore need of brushing. Saints, had she really emerged from her rooms looking like that? Perhaps she was human like the rest of them after all.
“Late night?” he attempted. “Fun night?”
“Only you would think of fun while facing war on six fronts, my king.” She moved away as soon as the shackle sprang open as if she didn’t want to be near him for any longer than necessary.
He sat up and watched her retreat into the sitting room, rubbing at his sore wrists. Had he done something to offend her recently? Besides daring to breathe the same air as her, naturally. He pondered the question as he washed and dressed mechanically.
When he emerged from his room, he found Zoya hovering in front of a gilded mirror with a ribbon in her hands. As he watched, she attempted to pull her hair into something more manageable than its current frazzled state, but each time she’d miss a strand or the knot would become undone as soon as she dropped her hands. His eyes met hers in the mirror. The dark smudges under her eyes only seemed to make them bluer than ever. An untold secret seemed to lurk behind their depths, but she’d probably sooner jump out the window than confide in him.
“You’re a mess, Zoya.”
“Says the man who was just chained to his bed.” There wasn’t nearly enough venom in her voice to reassure him of his general’s wellbeing. He crossed the room and plucked the ribbon from her hands. She made no move to stop him.
“You know, I once had a promising future as a hairdresser,” he remarked idly as he took a strand of her hair in his hands after a moment’s hesitation. It was impossibly silky, and if he’d been wearing his gloves, he was sure it would have slipped right out of his hands. The dark scars on his fingers were hidden among the loose curls, and for just a moment, he could pretend he was just another man. But Zoya would never be just another woman to him, would she? He used his fingers to carefully comb out the worst of the tangles.
“Is that so?” The words were a challenge, or perhaps an invitation. He could never quite tell with her.
“Girls would line up at the door when they heard I was in town just to get the newest styles done by me,” he boasted. It was true, to an extent. By “girls,” he’d meant Dominik’s two little sisters, Faina and Polina who had adored their brother’s mysterious friend. They’d forced him to arrange their hair just like the ladies at court, and because he never did anything only halfway, he’d bribed one of his mother’s servants to teach him just so he’d have something to delight them with. For a moment, he could hear Dominik’s warm laughter as his sisters eagerly showed off their pretty braids.
Some prince you are, he’d said with a grin as the two of them tore into his mother’s sweet pastries. All you’re good for is making the ladies happy.
Not just the ladies, Nikolai had wanted to say, but Dominik had already turned to yell at his sisters for playing too close to the river.
But now Dominik was gone, and all he had left was the broken country that had failed him. And Zoya, always Zoya.
His fingers skimmed the warm skin at her neck as he pulled back another strand of hair. Zoya was barely moving, only letting out the occasional hiss when he accidentally pulled too hard. As he plaited her hair, his eyes wandered down to the collar of her kefta. It was slung unusually low this morning, and from his vantage point, he could see the tip of one of her scars, the paler strip of skin just visible beneath the fur collar. He couldn’t help thinking about how easy it’d be to lean forward and press a kiss to the back of her neck. Would she pull away? He swallowed and averted his eyes. Saints, this had to be some game of hers, didn’t it? Sometimes he wondered if the little things she did- sending looks his way that from anyone else, would have been a reason for scandal, or letting her fingers linger on his as she handed him something- were on purpose. But he'd heard the stories of the people she’d toyed with when she was younger and crueler. She played for the sake of the game, not the prize, and if the stories were true, she had yet to lose. He was never quite sure if she was playing the same game with him, but if she was, her winning streak wasn't going to be broken. He blinked and focused on Zoya’s reflection again.
“Zoya.”
“What?”
“What’s wrong?”
As expected, she crossed her arms and scowled into the mirror. “Nothing. Hurry up so we can be on our way, or people will talk.”
“People already talk. Why do you look like you stayed out drinking with Genya and didn’t get a wink of sleep?” He pressed the issue, not sure if she would tell him anything at all. Even after three years of rebuilding a country together, there were still some lines Zoya refused to cross.
“Maybe I did go out drinking with Genya.” Her voice was curt, clipped. He didn’t believe her for an instant.
“Without inviting me? How treasonous.”
“You were unwanted.”
At least her poisonous tongue was back. He supposed it was better than nothing. His braid finished, he tied it off with a neat bow. “There,” he said softly, admiring his handiwork. He let his hands linger in her hair for a moment longer before pulling them back. “Now you look a fraction more presentable.”
In the mirror, Zoya’s lips quirked upwards. “What an excellent valet you make.”
He was instantly reminded of that night in the carriage, Zoya snug in his arms as they played the role of sated lovers. She’d seen him at his worst, and yet she was still here every morning to wake him and face the country together. He supposed he ought to have returned the favor somehow, but what did he have left to give? Somehow, Zoya didn’t seem like someone who’d have use for his eternal gratitude or respect.
“Your buttons are done wrong,” he muttered as he caught sight of her kefta in the mirror. Either she’d had a very good night, or a very bad night, but he couldn’t decide which was worse. He spun her by the shoulders and hesitated for a moment before kneeling. Vasily’s voice echoed in his head as he refastened the first of the pearl buttons. A king never kneels, brother. But his brother had never met Zoya Nazyalensky.
He glanced up at her, but her gaze was faraway, her arms crossed over her chest as she worried at her bottom lip.
“A king’s kneeling in front of you, shouldn’t you be a bit more excited?” he quipped, somewhat desperate to get a normal reaction from her.
She raised a brow. “I’ve had plenty of men kneel before me in the past. Why would a king be any different unless he offers me a country as well?”
He moved on to the buttons over her stomach. “If I recall correctly, I already did. You weren’t thrilled.”
She stiffened. He rose to his feet again as he finished the buttons over her chest. The pearls gleamed in a neat line down the front of her kefta, nestled in the whorls of silver embroidery. He could spend hours tracing the patterns with his eyes, and he often did during particularly trying Triumvirate meetings. He resisted the urge to trace one of the spirals with a finger. Finally, he got to the buttons at her neck.
"Do take care next time to not look like..." His voice trailed off as his eyes left the saints forsaken buttons for a moment to find Zoya's exquisite face entirely too close to his. Even exhausted, her features still spoke of regality and poise, her blue eyes bright and defiant as they stared right back at him. Nikolai's eyes tried to return to the task at hand, but they met a distraction on the way, namely, her lips. Saints, her lips. He swallowed hard and tried to force his fingers to move.
"Like what?" she demanded.
"Like..."
A girl in need of kissing.
"...a toddler who tried to dress herself," he finished weakly. Then, as if his hand had a mind of its own, it drifted upwards and swept an errant lock of Zoya’s hair back behind her ear. His palm brushed her cheek and hovered there. He could scarcely breathe as if her closeness had sucked all the air from the room.
Zoya peered up at him from under her lashes, her gaze inscrutable. Then she sighed and let her cheek rest against his palm for the briefest heartbeat. Her warmth had barely registered before she was stepping back again, her general’s mask firmly back in place as if nothing had happened. Nikolai tried not to let it sting too much as he tucked his hands into his coat pockets.
“Anything else for me to fix? A broken shoe? A lonely heart?”
The last one was a jest, but Zoya’s lips pursed as if he’d caused a problem she’d have to fix later. “No. Let’s go. The Triumvirate has been waiting long enough.”
She turned to go, then paused halfway to the door. A foolish seed of hope took root in Nikolai’s heart, only to be trampled with her next words.
“Don’t forget your gloves.”
She swept out of the room without another backwards glance, the scent of wildflowers and thunderstorms left in her wake.
He would play her game, he decided as he found his gloves and slipped them on. Having his heart broken by Zoya Nazyalensky was still preferable to the impossibility of staying away from her.

Russian Names
Russian names are honestly so interesting, and Russian naming culture is very different from the rest of the world. So here we are today to break it down:
The Full Name
Russian names are styled similarly to American names, in the sense that they both have a first-middle-last structure. Russian names are styled as: Given Name – Patronymic – Family Name. Now, first let’s break down each of these names before getting into how to call one another.
 Given Name
Common Male Names - Mikhail, Dmitri, Daniil, Kiriil, Andrei, Egor, Nikita, Alexei, Ilya, Roman, Yaroslav, Vladimir, Sergei, Nikolai, Petyr, Ivan
Common Female Names - Alexandra, Alina, Alisa, Alyona, Anastasia, Anna, Vera, Veronika, Viktoria, Daria, Evgenia, Ekaterina, Elizaveta, Elena, Inna, Ksenia, Lidia, Lyubov, Maria, Maya, Olga, Polina, Sofia, Svetlana, Tatiana, Yulia
Given names are usually reduced to diminutives. Diminutives are shorter “nicknames” given affectionately. Common ones include: Anastasia --> Nastya, Maria --> Masha, Alexander/dra --> Sasha, Dmitri --> Dima. Can’t see much of a pattern? Well that’s because there kind of isn’t one. A loosely applied rule says to add -sha to the first syllable of a name (Ma[ria] --> Masha, Da[ria] --> Dasha, Mi[khail] --> Misha, Pa[vel] --> Pasha). Some add -a or -ya to a certain part of the name (Vic[toria] --> Vika, Pyot[r]--> Petya). Some names don’t even have diminutives (Vera, Nikita, Maxim). Usually there is a chain of names given to a certain given name, here is an example:
Alexander - Sasha - Sashura - Shura
Here is a list of common names and their diminutives:
- Alexander/Alexandra - Sasha
- Anastasia - Nastasia, Nastya
- Anna - Anya
- Veronika - Nika
- Viktoria - Vika
- Daria - Dasha
- Dmitri - Dima
- Evgenia/Evgeni - Zhenya
- Ekaterina - Katya
- Elizaveta - Liza
- Elena - Lena, Lenok
- Ksenia - Ksusha
- Maria - Masha
- Mikhail - Misha
- Petyr - Petya
- Polina - Polya
- Sofia - Sonya
There are even more affectionate names, given usually by friends or loved ones. For example, Maria could become Mashenka and Nikolai becomes Nikolushka or Nikolenka. These forms are generally derived by adding one of these varrious suffixes - -ochk-, -echk-, -onyk-, -enyk-, -ushk-, -yushk-, -yush-, -yash-, -ul-, -ush-, -un-, -us-, -k-, -ik (etc) - to the given name of diminutive.
Other Notes: Alena and Alyona can be the same name (see: Alena Kostornaia/Alyona Kostornaya), if Alena is spelled Alëna in the cryllic. Alena is the way of spelling in English, but the correct pronunciation is A-li-o-na. I and Y can sometimes be interchangeable. For example, Sonya can also be spelled as Sonia.
Patronymic
Patronymics are sort of like the “middle names” used in America, however, they are derived from the father’s given name. For example in these names – Avdotia Romanovna, Rodion Romanovich - the second name (Romanovna, Romanovich) is the patronymic. Siblings would share a patronymic (with variations between male and female) as they have the same father.
Females add -ovna, -evna or -ichna to their father’s given name and males add -ovich, -evich or -ich to their father’s given name. For the examples shown above, the father’s name is Roman, and the female (Avdotia) adds -ovna making Romanovna, and the male (Rodion) adds -ovich making Romanovich. For a name like Dmitri, the female would be Dmitrievna, and the male would be Dmitrievich. For masculine names ending in a vowel, such as Ilya or Foma, when they are used as a base for patronymic, the corresponding endings are -ich (for men) and -inichna (for women). Patronymics can be further shortened like Andreich instead of Andreevich or Kirilych instead of Kiriilovich. These are typically seen in informal speech.
If the father’s name is not known, then the mother can create the patronymic she wishes to give.
Family Name
Common suffixes for Russian names are -ov, -yev, -sky, and -ko, -uk, -ych, -in.
Family names can differ by gender. Females usually add -a to their family name (Karenin à Karenina, Pavlov à Pavlova) or -aya (Oblonsky à Oblonskaya, Shcherbatsky à Shcherbatskaya). Only family names with neutral grammatical gender stay the same (such as -ko, Elizaveta Shilenko). Once married, females usually adopt the family name of their husband. (Anna Oblonskaya becomes Anna Karenina once marrying Karenin).
Common last names in Russia are: Ivanov, Smirnov, Kuznetsov, Popov, Vasiliev, Petrov, Dmitriev, Kuzmin, Alexandrov. As seen, commonly, last names in Russian end in -ov.
Forms of Address
The three-name format is typically only used in legal documents. If the three-name is spoken aloud, typically the family name comes first (Raskolnikov Rodion Romanovich).
The formal format is the Given Name - Patronymic format. This is used by students to teachers and is the official way to communicate. Using this form may convey the speaker’s respect for the recipient. Teachers may call their students by just their family name, though otherwise, it is used very rarely.
In informal communication, typically only the first name, and/or diminutive is used. In rural areas, people may use just the patronymic amongst themselves.
Notes: In competition and when referring to them in other parts of the world, typically we only acknowledge the given name and family name. (Alina Zagitova, no care for the patronymic [Ilnazovna]).
Citations - Wikipedia (Eastern Slavic naming customs, Russian given name), War and Peace (translated by Pevear and Volokhonsky) introduction of principal characters. Crime and Punishment (Signet Classics) Translator’s Note Goldenskate forums. (No this is not a joke, these are my actual citations)

if you want: (bad) sci-fi comedy with drama / lots of boring characters but cute waifus / weird and overcomplicated plot
Watching the anime from the top of the Seasonal pile is always a gamble. Somehow an anime about horse girls (x) that I assumed to be fanservice-galore ended up being one of my favourites and then a sci-fi mystery which I was quite looking forward to ended up being a fucking trainwreck.
“Kanata no Astra” is, to put it plainly, a plot twist factory. We have like 3 episodes of the characters just doing stuff then every fucking episode ends on a cliffhanger and ups and ups and ups the story to where it goes from shocking to “you can NOT be serious”.
But lets roll it back a bit, to the very first episode. After an overdrawn sequence introducing us to Aries and Kanata, we finally meet the rest of the characters. The year is 2063, and apparently they have camps now where they just drop off a bunch of students on another planet to survive for a week and this is normal. Cool. Immediately, you know the personality of each main character as they’re as cookie-cutter as it gets and we’ve seen it a 1000 times. The clumsy one, the one with the hero complex, the cool and smart one, the tsundere, the brooding one, the shy one, the charming one and the always cheery one. There’s also a 10-year-old with them, who’s cute. Of course, all of them also have their random skills that will make them useful for the trip. Which of course goes as well as you would expect. Like 2 minutes after landing on McPa, their camping planet, a random ass sphere appears and sucks each of the characters in, who find themselves in deep space. Somehow, all of them managed to put their helmets back on so now their main problem is that they’re floating in the middle of nowhere! But do not worry, dear viewer, as a old ship is for some reason floating very close to them and after a bit of dramatic struggling they all manage to board it. Then comes the shocking reveal! They somehow ended up 5,000 lightyears away from their home planet! There isn’t enough food or water for a full trip. Oh no! But do not worry, dear viewer, as somehow there are 5 habitable planets just on their way back home where they can restock (and at this point the possibility of food and water shortage is immediately forgotten). What a coincidence! And this is where we start our story, a group of teens, lost in space, against the elements, having to visit dangerous planets and the mystery as to how this all happened. Sounds interesting enough, right? Well, prepare for all that potential to be squandered.
This is where the spoilers start as I need to talk about all the nonesense I’ve been subjected to.
<spoilers start>
First of the planets they visit all blend together. There is only one thing that’s a threat and it’s always the fucking plants. There is one time an animal is a threat to one of them but that’s solved in a few minutes. It doesn’t matter anyway, as it’s quite obvious that none of them are going to die. This anime tries to blend lighthearted humour with drama and it really doesn’t work. The humour always comes out of nowhere at the worst moments possible, always undercutting the seriousness of any situation. The characters also get their backstories revealed, usually in boring flashbacks, and I could basically see the “Plot Armour Unlocked” achievement pop up in my peripheral vision whenever that happened. Then these characters get thrown into the background and are relegated to random remarks so we don’t forget that they still exist as we move forward with the story. These backstory reveals are supposed to make us really feel for these characters which would be carrying the emotional weight of the upcoming dramatic moments but it doesn’t change the fact that all of them have 1 personality trait. The anime was basically asking me to care for characters with the personality of a pebble. I didn’t. And that’s bad because everyone is always CRYING! Speech? Crying. Reconcaliation? Crying. Dramatic backstory? Crying. Danger? Crying. Anything? Crying! I was rolling my eyes so often I almost gave myself a migraine.
Then the main story. First, the “smart one” (Zack) and the” hero complex turned captain” (Kanata) find out that there’s a traitor among them who was the cause behind the sphere. Then they do the logical thing and keep it to themselves and observe everyone with a close e- OF COURSE THEY DON’T DO THAT. They immediately tell everyone on the ship about it! There’s an uproar that lasts about 30 seconds then they all settle on the fact that they’re all companions and friends now UWU and they shouldn’t worry about it. Anyway, anyone with half a brain could narrow the potential suspect down to 3 characters. Luca, the DIY master and cheery one, Ulgar, the always brooding and mysterious one and Charce, the charming chef who doesn’t seem to have anything bad about him. Well, Luca and Ulgar have a show off on like the second or third planet where their backstories get unlocked and they can be crossed out from the list. Meaning, that you knew who the traitor was halfway through, making their reveal pretty lackluster.
But this all would’ve been fine, has it not been for the plot surrounding their “attempted murder”. Through everyone’s stories one thing becomes clear: they all had shitty parents (except for Aries). If I had known what the actual reason ends up being I’d have been screaming “NO this is good, this is an interesting concept!!!”. As we get a few scenes with the parents back home, this could’ve been so interesting. Maybe, they sent their kids they didn’t love to die and then someone regrets it and threatens to report it and then they have to stop them! THAT would’ve been great. The actual reason though, not only is ridiculous but comes from complete speculation. The 10-year-old with them, Funi is another member’s adopted little sister, the tsundere Quitterie’s. The 2 look literally the same. Same skin colour, hair colour, eye colour but somehow this didn’t peak Quitterie’s curiosity in the slightest as when Zack does a DNA test she is like “omg what if we’re actually related wow”. Except, Zack finds something else: the 2′s DNA are a complete match. So he reveals to them that they’re “the same person”. Interesting. Then he jumps about 1km forward and arrives to the conclusion that they are, in fact, ALL clones of their parents and as a law was passed tha made cloning illegal, it was the reason for wanting to kill them in deep space. Wha...
Ok...ok. Now we’re going into a weird territory but I can deal with this. Not a bad concept. Aight.
Except it doesn’t stop here. On their last planet, they find an astronaut who’s been in stasis after her ship broke down. When the team finds her and unfreezes her she is like “OMG I can finally go back to Earth!!!” and they’re like “...what’s Earth?”. Now this storyline was what completely broke me. They apparently live on a planet that looks very much like Earth, called Astra. Which is fun cause they named their ship Astra...and they acted like they didn’t know what it was? There was a plaque with the quote “Per aspera, ad Astra” in the ship (which I’m quite familiar with as it’s one of my favourite quotes). Then Kanata is like “Astra....I like that.” ISN’T THAT YOUR PLANET’S NAME??? Imagine naming your ship “Earth”, like????????
Khm, anyway, Polina, the astronaut, explains to them that an asteroid was supposed to crash into Earth and this is why they were looking for another planet to migrate to. Jump a little forward and we get the info that the sphere is actually a warp gate humanity used to move over to Astra, however there was war and crime and shit over land and they deactivated them. Then humanity was so ashamed that they “rolled back history” 100 years and erased that part from human history......and this somehow worked.....oh and they also abolished all countries and unified the whole planet and made everyone speak the same language. Oh, and they also banned guns...
Anyway, all this is kept secret by the only place they allowed to keep the Monarchy system which is where Charce is from and is how he knows all this. Then he goes and completely KO’s me with his final revelation that Aries is the clone of the daughter of the king??? And was being raised by one of her handmaidens??
Let me also finish this complain-fest off with the stupidest moment in the whole anime. Charce, after realising that he does actually want to be with his friends, activates the warp gate to commit suicide. Kanata jumps to him and he....he.....puts his arm out toward the warp gate and shouts “Stay back!” at it. Then when that OBVIOUSLY doesn’t work and his forearm gets sucked in Charce panicks and deactivates the gate, ripping Kanata’s right forearm off. This is all pretty hilarious in itself but then Kanata dramatically says to Charce “You promised to be my right hand man” as we get a shot of his bloody amputated right arm. [Key Smash]. I laughed for almost 5 minutes at that.
<spoilers end>
If you skipped all that here’s a short summary: can’t balance the drama and the humour, the humour is pretty bad, the characters all have 1 personality trait, the emotional moments don’t carry any weight, incredibly stupid and overcomplicated story with a lot of plot holes, predictable outcomes.
But for some reason people do like this anime. I’m guessing half of them are there for the cute waifus and the other half hasn’t seen actually good sci-fi comedy with drama (cough Cowboy Bebop cough) but whatever. Watch it, don’t watch it, this was more of me complaining than an actual review.

Recommend: HELL Yeah! | Yes | Eh??? | Nope | This anime killed my parents

Nove sankcije obuhvataju pojedince, uključujući milijardera naftnog tajkuna Eugenea Shvidlera, osnivača Tinkoff banke Olega Tinkova, Hermana Grefa i Polinu Kovalevu, pastorku ministra vanjskih poslova Lavrova.

Masha as M Sotskova, not Evgenia. So I really loved libertango too and I think the sd is not at its final version (looked empty and brian said that in general the choreo needs to develop). I was most impressed by polina and liza, their jumping technique is just wow. I would love for liza to work with a choreographer able to capitalize on her physicality and power more. I feel like she's choreographed as a type of skater she's not. That's why I was using ko, gabby's carmen and wakaba as exemples
Oh LOL, you wrote Masha and I read Zhenya for some reason... Totally with you about Polina and Tuktamysheva (we need a nickname for her - any suggestions? :) ) - they are both improved with great jumps (much better than Med and Zag). I will say that Tuktamysheva tend to go with the same style of programs and they don’t score well. I think someone like Jeff Buttle can do wonders for her like he did with KO. Gabby’s programs are not my favorite but I do usually love Wakaba’s.

(1 of 2) With high-level skaters it can def be a risk to 'fix' jumps. Depends on skater. Also some have perfect technique but then suffer head-game issues. In earlier eras 'big air' jumpers, almost XGames style, were more common as focus was less on triples/quads. Google John Misha Petkevich or Dorothy Hamill 'Delayed Axel.' Today, ability to triple-or-quad rotate consistently PLUS big air is tough and rare. KO and Hicks CAN grab air but timing must be perfect to rotate and lift simultaneously.
(2 of 2) Skaters such as Ashley Wagner and Gracie Gold have nice combination of consistent rotation and just enough air in jumps to create a classic style. What we're seeing now particularly w many of the tiniest Russian and Asian girls is kids starting triples so young they're barely in the air at all. And their jumps remain that way, if they can maintain them. Not all can as bodies develop. Many cases of this. Rare and great to see fully grown skaters w massive height, speed and rotation.
It does seem that the “older” skaters are much more reliable when it comes to jumps because their bodies aren’t constantly changing. I’m familiar with Dorothy Hamill but that is an interesting comparison, her side by side with skaters now. They style overall has definitely changed a lot.
I would be curious whether or not skaters like KO or Courtney do struggle from head game or if it’s something else that’s holding them back. Seems like that is up in the air.
The young Russians rotate in and out as their bodies change, which is interesting. I’m wondering if body changes it part of why Polina has been “injured” all season or if she’s actually been hurt.

Final results and medalists from the the 2018 IMMAF-WMMAA Unified World Championships
Here are the medallists and results from the finals of the 2018 IMMAF-WMMAA Unified World Championships which concluded yesterday at the Khalifa Sports City Arena in Manama Bahrain.

All finals matches were live streamed at IMMAF.TV. Videos on demand will be available of all championships matches within the next 7 days, with the delay caused by technical issues due to rare storms and flooding in Manama last week.
