На Рязанском НПЗ вспыхнул пожар после атаки БПЛА

В ночь на 1 мая, по данным Минобороны РФ, дежурные средства ПВО перехватили и уничтожили над российскими регионами шесть беспилотников ВСУ: три над Воронежской областью, по одному — над Рязанской, Белгородской и Курской областями.

«Ночью на территории региона было обнаружено и сбито три беспилотных летательных аппарата, в том числе один — в пригороде Воронежа. Пострадавших нет. В результате падения обломков одного БПЛА повреждения получили три частных домовладения: в них посечены окна, фасады, заборы, двери», — сообщил губернатор региона Александр Гусев.

Глава Курской области Роман Старовойт уточнил, что дрон ВСУ удалось сбить в Медвенском районе. О последствиях не сообщалось.

В Рязанской области целью атаки вражеского беспилотника был нефтеперерабатывающий завод. Как сообщает телеграм-канал Baza, в результате атаки вспыхнул пожар на предприятии.

По словам очевидцев, около трех часов утра, сначала был слышен гул, а потом произошли два взрыва.

По информации канала, на заводе работают сотрудники оперативных служб.

«Рязанская область подверглась атаке беспилотного летательного аппарата. По предварительной информации пострадавших нет, проводится проверка», — написал рано утром губернатор Рязанской области Павел Малко.

Официальная информация об атаке на НПЗ отсутствует.

Несмотря на запрет США наносить удары по российским НПЗ, президент Владимир Зеленский заявил, что в нынешних условиях нехватки средств противовоздушной обороны (ПВО) у Украины единственный вариант остановить российские удары по энергетике — это «заставить Россию заплатить такую же цену». В СБУ утверждают, что совершили по меньшей мере 13 «успешных» атак на российские НПЗ.

What’s your version of Mikhail Arkadin like?

He's a former student of Martin Stein who helped developed the original Firestorm Matrix, specifically the one Ronnie bonded to and that eventually corrupted into Deathstorm. Miki's outlook on metahuman powers were more influence by mysticism than the purely scientific Stein, drawing from legends of Pan-Slavic Fire Gods like Svarog and Dazhbog, as well as Svarog's "son" Svarozhich, a fire elemental that Miki directly communed with and drew power from as Pozhar.

Martin didn't believe in divinity as such, but still used the relationship between gods and adherents as a model for the Firestorm Matrix as a way for living beings to tap directly into the primordial generative forces of the universe. As Miki would say, Martin had invented a shortcut to "becoming Angels" that anyone could use, though as Firestorm proliferation exploded into Firehawks, Brimstones, Atomic Skulls, Double X's, Volcana and Deathstorm, he began to look at it more as "becoming Dragons" particular as groups like the 2000 Committee and the Thorul Society began to corrupt the purity of their work.

He took the loss of Martin to Deathstorm's control incredibly hard, agreeing to take command of both the People's Heroes and the Red Shadows (Russia's Task Force X, maintaining its Soviet Era designation) purely as tools against the horrors of the universe-consuming power he had helped create.

His niece Serafina is also a metahuman under the name "Firebird" though her natural powerset is psionic in nature. Embedding her with a Firestorm Protocol (likely a Firehawk) has entered the conversation, but Pozhar's been talking to gods and the Great Dazhbog may have his own plans for the Red Sky Days to come...

This is something that he wouldn’t say because Mikhail was created in the 80s to be a part of a comparison between citizens of the USSR and the USA in the Cold War period and show that they have more similarities than differences. He’s introduced as someone with out of control powers who the Russian government manipulates into attacking Firestorm (because Firestorm are threatening to get rid of the world’s nuclear weapons) and ends up becoming half of Firestorm whilst still based in the ussr in order to show the similarities between the way he is treated by the USSR government and the way the Ronnie Raymond is treated by the US government (both as an ordinary citizen and as part of firestorm). In Firestorm Volume 2 Annual 5 he says “[My government] have told me to destroy you but I do not wish to do this […] I am thinking it is maybe the intention of both our governments that we should both die here.”Turning him into someone who blindly follows the orders of the government/military is making him part of what he is supposed to be criticising!!! They don’t even get the character design right…

I posted Zas’s new reaper glamour last night in anticipation of level 90. Had some blocks of time this morning between things that weren’t *quite* long enough to start on anything important, so I jumped into game and did some Endwalker fates and hunts and pushed her on to 90 (my second combat level 90!) I’ve been saving up armor for a couple of months and filled in with some moonward pieces from the hunt vendor. And damn, I’m...really tempted not to glamour over the lovely purple :D.

Except the hat. It’s not part of the Moonward gear and looks out of place.

I dunno, those shoulder spikes may annoy me too much once I start running around in it. But I’m definitely keeping the scythe.

Also, I swear whoever designs the chocobos loves parrots because when I switched over to group pose, Pozhar abruptly walked INTO the picture. Have a Chocobo photobomb...

Every parrot I know would have done exactly that, btw. Or tried to steal the camera...

So...time to go redye the hair to have purple highlights, lol. That lasted less than 24 hours. And a hat.

Here's a new shotgun that I made, inspired by the VST-37 Pozhar from 'Cyberpunk 2077', only to realize after I was done that it's basically just a Riot Shotgun with lower ammo capacity... 🫤

UPDATE: I think the more rounded carry handle unifies the aesthetic much better than the sharp, angular one, as does leaving it "in the white" instead of darkening it to match the receiver.
