Eventually, learning about their late son’s family, they tracked Christina and Isko and found them living in Mindoro. They kept in contact and supported Isko. Since Isko is an American citizen as his birth was reported by his parents to the US Embassy right after, Isko’s father’s family suggested that he come live in the US. Isko refused whenever the subject was brought up but made a deal with his grandparents that he’d come to the US after he finishes college in the Philippines. He didn’t want to leave his mother on her own. Isko’s father’s family at this point were doing well financially but bad investments caused them to lose many of their fortunes that by the time Isko came to the US to live with them, they were struggling themselves.

KIDAPAWAN, COTABATO -- A suspected local police officer in Kidapawan City caught on amateur video from a disclosed concern citizen, after he was beaten and almost pointing a gun with a live-in partner because of total jealousy. The suspect, identified as P/Cpl. Louie Jay Garido Lumancas, 28 y/o assigned to Magpet Municipal Police Station (MMPS) and a resident of Brgy. Gubatan, Magpet, the said city was charged with physical violence, while he was currently off-duty Sunday night (April 9th, 2023 -- Cotabato local time), immediately followed his arrested suspect early Monday morning at 12mn in Kanapia Subdivision, Barangay Poblacion, Kidapawan, Cotabato.

In an exclusive radio report from DXND-AM 747khz's Radyo Bida: Kidapawan, a cheating boyfriend heated violent altercation before the victim went to a friend's party the same night.
Although, the video went viral on social media from the amateur video footage of the incident and reported to the nearest police station. Shaira is currently in the hospital, while Lumancas immediately relieved of duty in an instant.
Philippine National Police - Women and Children Protection Center (PNP-WCPC)'s P/Col. Portia Manalad told DWNS-TV 10's GMA Regional TV: Olongapo, Lumancas is currently subject for an administrative case such as grave misconduct, regardless of physical violence and abuse of the relationship: "Her live in partner took her, beat her outside her friend's house and that's where the viral video that we see spreading on the internet happened", Manalad said in Tagalog dialect.
It is also said that it is possible to increase the administrative case of the police because of the fact that they pulled out a gun when the victim was totally injured: “There are other cases that can be included in his current case. We covered the abuse that was done even though he did not pull out a gun, we saw it to prosecute him”, Manalad added.
Lumancas was extremely charged with a violation of Republic Act #9262: Section 3a or Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 (VAWC). He is now sentenced to 6 months in prison with a possible fine between PHP100,000 to PHP300,000 (U$D1,806.70 to U$D5,420.05) and was locked up in the Kidapawan City PNP detention cell.

The final chapter in my college life and as a iskolar ng bayan.
If you asked my freshmen self back then if I wanted to be here in PUP, I’d always tell my regretful story of an almost thomasian Rome. That’s now a lifetime of a story and something long gone without any regret or sorrow.
From the entitled and privileged promdi college student, arose this passionate campus journalist and iskolar ng bayan. As someone who always thought that the universe revolved around them, I’ve learned of collective struggle and the power of the people and masses. PUP albeit it’s flaws and problems as a whole, opened my eyes and taught me of a greater purpose; to serve the people and the country. To witness a community filled with the brightest minds and compassionate people, is something I’ll treasure for this lifetime.
Never in my life did I imagine myself taking part of this memorable moment, of being a part of a lightning rally. Still, there’s a lot of things I never imagined that I could’ve done. Truly it’s a privilege to be a part of this community and for the title of iskolar ng bayan.
This isn’t the end, but the start of a more complex and colorful journey.

//I wanted to erase that “WIP” word on the first one (2019), but too lazy to open back the file.//
Between up and down, look at those contrast. 2019 and 2020. :0
Also, 2019 one became sticker design; got to sell on one or two at two conventions last year! //no 2020 conventions this covid ofc, and gotta stay indoors avoid going to post office if wanna deliver orders (I closed my Storenvy shop until further notice.) Locals can post stuff locally, but if from local to international, it’s restricted for now. Saddest 2020 ever.//
Back then I was so enthusiastic to draw Final Fantasy XV; like, I’m an artist who rarely draw fanarts of any series UNLESS I genuinely enjoy them. I know some series and characters, but the most genuinely made me attached are Underworld Capital Incident (Gokutojihen), Voltron, Zelda, and the latest till now is Final Fantasy XV (subject to add if any!). BUTTT back then on 2019 was my final year degree so I was unable to draw full illust like I used to; except chibi version of shippy ships. Here they are! I wanna continue part 3 (Fleurentia, IgNyx, AraLuna, CindyLuna, ArdynVerstael, IgCor, ArdynRavus, RavusAranea), but the enthusiasm is not there anymore. :”) Someday I continue them.
But what I’m happy now is, these 2 eventually became my commission art samples, and so far few clients came by wanting me to draw the same thing for them with their partners or other ships (thank you)! I’ll post commission info here sooner or later. Gotta find the gigs and moneys in this dying times, digitally.
