I also like that during the day, I can see if someone gets close enough to my window however, they cannot see me at all. I would highly recommend this, for anyone, seeking a little bit of privacy without blocking the sun. The film is thick, yet easy to apply to the window. It definitely helps with insulating the window. My plants appreciate that. My suggestions are to measure an error on the side of two bathing too small it’s easy to cut it down. Also, I recommend water with a little bit of dish soap and be generous when applying and to make sure that you clean the windows prior. It would not hurt to invest in an install kit I did it was under $10 but it came with a X-Acto knife squeegee spay bottle etc and everything you need.
