I have mentioned the general rather loose least to most favorite order a few times already, and another that makes it even looser is I still occasionally have little mini themed blocks, so it's possible the films therein might've otherwise held slightly different positions overall in the marathon. That said, when I do so, they are usually approximately in the correct general place. In this case, the next few are classics from the 40s/early 50s that aren't really so well-known/talked about as other classics of the era. 🌲 Blu Christmas Holiday Movie Asplosion 2022! ⛄ Chapter 6: Holiday Affair 🦌 First of these less well remembered classics is Holiday Affair, a 1949 film with Janet Leigh and Robert Mitchum. This holiday romantic comedy has known stars of the time, as well as elements seen in some other romantic comedies & holiday films of the era, and it is a pretty well made and enjoyable example of what it is. Perhaps though some of the other films of the sort may've more successfully/memorably achieved these things (which further probably accounts for its comparative lack of success at the box office). helloo. love ur blog & how it's all things free! hehe. are you like well-versed in the free timeline? I'm trying to piece it together in my head when each of the characters met. so in the characters' elementary school years: haru, makoto, nagisa, ikuya, asahi, kisumi,and rin all knew each other right?and asahi briefly met rei too. then rin moved for (middle school? high school? and when did he meet sousuke again..) BASICALLY sorry to be annoying but do you have the friendship timeline straight?

Nagisa went to Elementary school with Makoto and Haru, and Rin joined in the middle of their final year.

Before that, Rin, Sousuke and Kisumi went to Sano Elementary, so that's how they know each other. I believe Rin and Sousuke knew each bc their dad's were friends? I think anyway i could be making that up.

Ikuya and Asahi didn't know Makoto and Haru until middle school, Kisumi had only heard of MH from Rin and Sousuke until they met in middle school too.

Rin left for Australia before middle school started, so he didn't meet anyone else until much later. Rei, ofc he met in high school. Ikuya and Asahi (and Hiyori) don't meet Rin (and Sousuke) until Road to the World, so after the events of s3, and Kisumi introduces both sets of friends to each other, as he's the mutual friend.

Yeah, Asahi met Rei in middle school and then again at uni.

Nagisa doesn't really "meet" anyone else but near the end of s3 they all kinda hang out after Haru comes 3rd, so that's his connection.

How many movies I’ve seen them in - 77

How I feel about their acting - I adore her acting, I think she was so skilled at what she did, every movement was thought out and fit her character as well as always making sure her image fit with whatever character she was playing.

How I feel about them as a person - I think she was a strong character who didn’t let people walk all over her but she was also very kind and caring for animals and the people in her life.

My favorite role they played - There are so many that I love it’s hard to choose! I think I’ll say her role in Now Voyager because I love Charlotte so much.

My least favorite role they played - The Bad Sister, it was her first movie and she’s almost unrecognizable in the way she looks and moves, the character she plays is terrible and the whole film is a mess.

The guy whose not the smartest but has a good heart and the strong confident sharp tounged girl, this was also the description of my favorite ship on Riverdale (Varchie) before the writers ruined them :(
