If this is for the question list you forgot to put down a character for #13 (Unpopular opinion about XXX character) but for 9, (Most disliked characters) without a specific series to pick from that one's really hard to answer.

I said in the last ask I got that I really dislike Raye Penber from Death Note (Naomi deserves better).

In jojos there's a lot of characters I don't like but mostly because they're intentionally written to be disliked like characters who are creepy towards children or bigoted. Yellow Temperance, Steven Steel, Midler, Yuya Fungami, Polpo, Thunder McQueen, Sports Maxx, and the Boom Boom family all kinda suck though.

Genshin (which I know i really never talk about on here but whatever) I dislike Yoimiya (her quest bit where you help make fireworks or whatever took so damn long because she just kept talking to random people I will never forgive her), Nahida (though I haven't finished the Sumeru quests yet so maybe my opinion will change), Kirara, Baizhu, and Rosaria.

In HxH I hate Hisoka and probably some other people that I don’t remember. In JJK I hate Toji. In ROTTMNT I hate Todd. In Saiki K I hate that purple guy. And uh yeah.

Someone asks me of who is kaguya and said sister. Well I’m gladly to tell some of Kirara deceased mother and aunt.

Kaguya and Kagura are twin sisters. They are each other opposites as they are rivals. Kaguya died from an illness that’s originated from the empyrean when her daughter is 4 years old as her aunt took her “under her wing” before the adoption to Toshiko (Kiri’s adopted sister). Kagura is a arrogant, deadbeat aunt who’s envious towards her twin having her happiness, being doted to some people in hidden city, and everything she has. After Kaguyas death, she triumphly took her place under the authority meeting by the high sorceress Tamamo, which the start of the ruthless and power-tyranny to the house of the Shigitsune clan. Kagura is ruthless towards anyone who she believes they’re powerless and is merciless to mostly cat yokai after the truce was broken which was formed by Kaguya. She enjoys the misery she inflicted the rival yokai. Now owned most of wealth, good fortune, jewelry, authority and business to the shapeshifting kitsune.

After years later, Kirara (formerly named Kimiko) is place as royal heir to the all clan, things changed slightly by nine tailed Lady Kagura but the rules must be that most of yokai goods must associate 70% to the house of Shigitsune before meeting with her boyfriend Leo

The sisters is based on the traditional ancient fox yokai the white tailed fox and he nogitsune.

Kirara

(non-binary girl, omnisexual)

Kirara/ri is a fox yokai at her middle teens.

Battle nexus, heiress of the Kitsune Clan, daughter of former head Kaguya and battle nexus champion, Masaru. Kira has two sides; normal and chaotic. She has a neutral with cats. Little by little, she passed her life through trauma and depressed times bullied by her cousins, Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi, and Susanoo, but they gave her supportive advices as they were very strict and verbal abused by their arrogant mother

In the future, she’s a medical alchemist and martial artist volunteer. in addition she has earned her four tail as she mastered the ways of good virtues and her intelligence increased, arranged married to Leo for the sake of greater for her clan (what her arrogant aunt Kagura says). In the dark future, she cures for the injured veterans. Even though, Kira has her turtle/fox pups with him 

She did mature throughout the years but she still has her very smart, scary yet sly/cunning personality on the inside her heart

Toshiko

(demi-girl, pansexual)

Toshiko Miyagi is a young fox yokai and she's the adoptive sister to Kirara when her parents also died, her age and appearance can mistaken anyone either if Toshi is a kit or a teen. Toshi works as a housekeeper to the Hamato Family. Toshiko is what she's as a runt with two sides of personality: a sadistic side of chaotic, mischievous, cunning, extremely smart, goofy but has a soft side with well, caring, fluffy oriented good side by the turtles and Kira; she goes a explosive breakdown when some stuff was broken. Like most kitsunes, Toshiko has a huge hatred for cats (even though she has a admirer neko yokai boy named Kotaro (nicknamed Felix) who likes her so much) as she doesn't want the cat cooties outside from the lair

She has a notable relationship with Leo as she gives a sly smile at him as she brags she's his future brother in law, however she won't shut up about it

In the future,s she grows into a gal with Hanabi vibes. And is the adoptable aunt to Leo and Kira’s kids.

She still has hidden shenenigans with her closed very hysterical and goofy.

Yukino

(demisexual panromantic)

Yukino is a yuki-onna teen raised by her noble clan ruled by female yokai only, and the great-great granddaughter of Otakemaru, a powerful oni. Her family surname is unknown, as which is what important, either Fuyujio, Setsugekka, or Kazahana? She is Kirara’s best friend and one of Leo’s love interests. In her youth, she was trained by a professional battle nexus yokai the arts of three jutsu. Yuki is very well-good sided, hospitable, and caring, but she has the inner yokai terrifying demeaor.

Dark future: strong warrior and a stay at mom of two kids, Hokusai, a ninja in trainee, and Elisabetta, the future daiyokai

Light future: a mystic teacher and married to Leo, still has two kids with him

Might have some angst headcanons for New Light and Krang Future AU

For Kirari

Kirari's future when she became a med alchemist/ronin, she still opposed with her aunt Kagura, the leader of the Kitsune clan, of following her steps so that one of the two (or three) children, her youngest one, a daughter, to be either the heiress to her or the Hamato clan. This made Kira so stressed of everything; her marriage with Leo is just an arranged, competing against a cat yokai and Kira overpowered her winning the fight, even though he's wedded with Yukino and Twyla, her two kids nagging of why is their dad not with them, back in the day Splinter offers her if she would stay in the clan for the sake of her future 30% turtle/60% fox yokai pups (even tho they act like cats real life foxes have cat-like similarities), but she declined prefer not to change homes. She is hurt of hating herself and her past about her father and mother's death, the previous Battle nexus and the previous leader, also Kagura's five-tailed twin sister, and every time she was being teased by birth name Kumiko (from what Kirara hated her brith name from her deceased mother) which made her unleash kitsune beast within. And she was glad that she changed to Kirari.

As for her adoptive sister Toshiko and friend Tamamo-no-Mae for supporting her.

She is willingly letting Leonardo see his and her two children, only for training and free time. He and Kirara were arguing in their marriage was just only for 7 main reasons, however they still have one-sided feelings for each other, and all the sly shenenigans back in the days Leo trying to court her and Kira got him back, defeating him, including sometimes with Yukino/Yuki, since Kirari is the smartest and slyly a trickster/prankster. Kira doesn't the marriage of Yukino and Leo's.

Kirara's design might be conflictive to other ocs of rottmnt. And her future outfit is inspired by Sakura Uchiha, the turtle logo and fox symbol located in the back. (also, i might need help)
