Imagine your city is fucking gone. Really sit with that thought. Let it germinate within your mind. It's no longer there. The streets you lived in, where you played with your friends as a kid, where you fell in love. Gone. It's a pile of smoking rubble. It's not there. You can't go back there. It's not there. It no longer exists. This is what russia did to Avdiivka. This is what they did to Bakhmut earlier, and to many other cities and towns. All because Western aid is being stalled. Because a lunatic religious fanatic is the Speaker of the House, and his party is full of self-serving traitors to the country. Because Polish farmers are blocking transit of important military aid at our border. Because all of you drank up russian psy-ops like thirsty wanderers in the desert. Because we gave away the weapons that could've prevented this to the perpetrator of this, in exchange for a deal to "guarantee our sovereignty" which one of the signatories broke and the other two are afraid to fulfill.
So sit with that thought now, and draw conclusions, and be better, and do whatever is in your power to prevent it from happening in the future, because if they aren't stopped in Ukraine, they won't stop with Ukraine. Do everything you can, so that the thought is a hypothetical, not a premonition.

INTENSE BATTLES AS RUSSIAN FORCES BREAK THROUGH UKRAINIAN DEFENSES NEAR ROBOTINO IN ZAPOROZHYE
📹 Ukrainian footage showing the breakthrough of Russian Forces of Ukraine's defensive belt near the village of Robotino in the Zaporozhye sector.
Russian Forces from the Southern Military District and Airborne Forces launch a powerful attack on the Ukrainian defensive belt, pushing more than 2km into Ukrainian-held territory, won through great sacrifice during last year's Ukrainian offensive in the Zaporozhye direction.
In the footage, Ukrainian forces destroy several pieces of Russian equipment and systems, though it does little to slow the Russian advance, with one tank being hit directly, only to storm forward mostly undamaged.
Russian landing forces then disembark from armored vehicles under BMP suppressive fire and secure several enemy positions.
Russian Forces manage to breakthrough into the village of Robotino, capturing positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and capturing or killing many Ukrainian militants.
In another operation, Russian Forces also announced the capture of the village of Pobeda, south of the recently captured city of Marinka in the South Donetsk direction.
“In the Donetsk direction, units of the Southern Group of Forces liberated the village of Pobeda,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said.
According to the Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian forces in the South Donetsk direction lost over 410 servicemembers, one tank, three armored vehicles, five military vehicles, one Polish-made Krab and one Bogdan self-propelled artillery systems, one D-20 howitzer, and a self-propelled Gvozdika artillery system.

Russia formally expanding ambitions in Ukraine
The deputy chairman of the Security Council and former Russian president, Dmitry Medvedev, presented a “new” map of Eastern Europe, which showed parts of present-day Ukraine within other nations, according to Russian media.
Tumblr media
Vinnytsia Oblast could become part of Romania, Uzhhorod could go to Hungary, Poland would get Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zhytomyr, while the rest of the regions would join Russia, according to Medvedev’s map.
Transnistria, a part of Moldova that recently asked Russia for “protection”, would also be counted as part of Russia, the map suggested. According to Medvedev, Ukraine would retain only a small territory with its centre in Kyiv.
“Russia needs to follow its current path. The historical parts of the country [Ukraine] should return home.”

Today, a rather predictable statement came from Russia – a statement that they are finally canceling the grain export initiative. But in fact, this is not the decision they made today.
Russia began deliberately aggravating the food crisis back in September, when it blocked the movement of ships with our food. From September to today, 176 vessels have already accumulated in the grain corridor, which cannot follow their route. Some grain carriers have been waiting for more than three weeks. Algeria, Egypt, Yemen, Bangladesh, Vietnam, others countries – very different countries, from different parts of the world... But they can all be equally destabilized by this Russian decision to block exports.
Why a handful of people somewhere in the Kremlin can decide whether people in Egypt or Bangladesh will have food on their tables? A strong international response is needed now. Both at the UN level and at other levels. In particular, at the level of the G20.
Ukraine has been and can continue to be one of the guarantors of global food security. Russian terror and blackmail must lose. Humanity must win. I thank everyone who is fighting with us to restore peace and stability to international relations!

W 2015 r. porwał mężczyznę i postrzelił go w nogi.
Russian neo-Nazi "Uragan" was killed in Ukraine.
Russian neo-Nazi from Voronezh and former member of the ultra-right Format 18 gang, Artem "Uragan" Krasnolucki, who fought on the side of Ukraine, was killed during combat operations. Russian sources reported this on April 20, and this information was later confirmed by far-right blogger Vladislav Pozdnyakov. Uragan's channel has not been updated since March 11.
Artem Krasnolutsky is a known neo-Nazi from the gang of Maksim "Tesak" Martsinkevich, previously a member of NSO-Triglav Voronezh, who was tried twice in Russia. In 2011, he was sentenced to six months in a penal colony for stabbing him several times in a disco in Kalach. In 2015, he kidnapped a man and shot him in the legs. In this case, in 2018, he was sentenced to 8 years in a high-security colony, but "Uragan" escaped from the court and ended up in the "Wagner" Group. The first to get there was his brother Władysław, who went to Syria and died there a year earlier. Shortly before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Kransolyotsky fled Russia. Another famous Russian neo-Nazi, Sergei "Botsman" Korotkich, reportedly helped him move to Ukraine. However, once the war began, relations between Uragan and Botsman soured to the point that Uragan threatened to kill his former comrade in arms. After the war began, "Uragan" was probably recruited by the SBU.

After seeing Westerners bully a 14-year old boy from Odesa for not wanting to potentially interact with people who are committing genocide of his people on twitter, I felt compelled to return to that hellsite for a while to write a thread to explain why we might feel that way. Here it is, I feel it might be useful for those who don't understand why we're like this when it's "not all russians":

Tkachuk explains how Russia is continuing to prevent grain from leaving Ukraine. The July deal established a so-called “humanitarian corridor” in the Black Sea for the shipment of grain — with ships searched in Istanbul by Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, and UN inspectors. The point of inspections is, apparently, to search for “unauthorised cargoes and personnel on board vessels inbound to or outbound from the Ukrainian ports”.
From the outset, Ukraine has complained about Russian inspections of their ships: often ships are waiting “for over a month”, according to the Ukrainian Information Ministry in December. Tkachuk says this is deliberate. “The ports are working; the grain is going on to the ships; we are ready to work. But there are more than 90 grain ships waiting in line in the Bosporus. Four months ago, I was Deputy Head of the port in Chornomorsk [south of Odesa]. I know how this works. They are acting as a break to sabotage the grain deliveries.”
He continues: “The Russians are saying that there are mines in the water — but there are no mines in this corridor. Also, under the terms of the deal, they have the right to inspect a ship before it goes. And they are doing this incredibly slowly. The Turkish inspectors can inspect a ship in three hours — it takes the Russians three days for some reason.”
He is not alone in this view. A few days later, I meet with Oleksiy Goncharenko, MP for the Northwest Odesa region. “The Russians are doing the inspection slowly,” he tells me. “They need a rest, they need to smoke, then a coffee. Then they are ill, and a million other excuses to delay the process. Generally, we have three or four ships going through inspections per day, but during the two days in which Russia wasn’t in the deal, that number was 20 ships.”
Goncharenko believes this contains a vital lesson for the international community. “It was clear from the first day that Russia would do everything it could to kill the deal; it was looking for any excuse. From the beginning, the Russians never wanted it. They want chaos and inflation; they want the Black Sea to remain closed. So when we attacked their fleet in Sevastopol, they obviously jumped at the opportunity to back out. But it was interesting because it didn’t work. They made a huge song and dance about leaving; [Turkish President] Erdogan said, ‘fine then’ and they came back in just over 48 hours.” He concludes. “This is really important because it shows the world how to deal with Russia.”

THE WAR IN UKRAINE IS STILL GOING ON!!!!! READ BELOW
Tumblr media
Hundred of tons of food supplies are still blocked in ukrainian ports.
Russian gas still brings billiards to russian economy.
Ukranian people are still dying from russian shelings and bombings.
____________________________________
If you are european - this all should still mater to you. The winter will come, the price on gas will rise or russia could block it all together.
If you are not from Europe - its still matters to you, especialy because Ukraine is one of the world largest food exporter. War in Ukraine means millions of people around the world will be affected by shortage of food supplies.
____________________________________
If you are european - talk about this on any level you can:
-Now is the best time to join eco activists and demand urgent development for using alternative energy sources. Fossil fuel from Russia brings only death to ukrainians, fossil fuel from Saudi Arabia will bring only death (read about war in Yemen). Any fossil fuel will bring death. It is time to change it.
-Talk to your representatives, to your governments - demand help for Ukraine. Clearly, we need weapons to win, any other case - Third World War in Europe.
-If you are not fan of military aid - solidarize with Ukrainians, with refuges, with victims, with different social groups in Ukraine. Talk about the war, talk about Ukraine, talk about russian imperialism. If your political views prevent you to stand with NATO and EU position on Ukraine - I understand, than criticize russian warmongering, educate yourself and others on russian imperialism and despotism of putin.
