It is definitely possible, and actually quite common, to experience a "mix" of traits from different age, no matter what age you regress to.

Like @age-regressor-culture-is said here:

[...] you've already experienced those ages so of course you wouldn't experience it fully linearly like a bio kid

Even when regressed, your brain has (in most cases) still developed since you were that age chronologically, so it's normal for your brain to consciously or unconsciously draw on those experiences, or to mix traits from different ages. As an example, be a toddler regressor with an advanced vocabulary, or like you say, be a middle regressor and be nonverbal and like bottles. It is also possible to regress to multiple ages at once.

i was inspired by my papa and his post of what to do if ur cg is sad (LDR) so i did my own twist on it :3

• send cute memes

receiving cute memes always makes me happy and most likely makes other littles very happy

• play a calming game together or any multi player game

my personal favorite is minecraft but i also love playing roblox!! (whats your favorite game to play?)

• send a cute care package!!

this can include whatever your little might like!! i love stuffies, candy, maybe a hoodie of theirs🥺, or a personal scent of theirs, maybe a toy or paci for a little to get comfort from, and some coloring books or sheets!! (with crayons of course :3)

• watch a show, cartoon, or movie together!!

I know some apps or places you can do a watch party and watch something together with someone!! however this might only work if you have that platform. you can also try to screenshare on call or ft!

some of my other ideas included of calling or ft and just talking to your lil. sometimes having them ramble gets their emotions out but other times having the cg ramble helps distract them. ive also seen cute app widgets for ldr but i don’t remember the names >_<

so yeah! those are some nice ideas and feel free to leave more for me to add !!
