Fighting with Hisoka

(another Hisoka post because fuck you <3 )You and Hisoka had a fight. It started out a petty babble about him staying around more often, or at least telling you when he would be gone for months at a time. He was as aloof about it as always and when he didn’t take you seriously you knocked over his card tower. That got his attention. He stood up for the first time and you yelled. His voice didn’t get louder than a normal conversation. You wanted him to yell back, to be passionate about the talk but he didn’t. He stayed stoic, except for the occasional joke/insult at you.

Then you made a big mistake.

“Stop fucking around! If you’re going to keep leaving for months at a time- don’t bother coming back!”

When you said that Hisoka’s demeanour changed drastically. Any trace of playful behaviour was gone, he was completely serious. His loose hands curled into fists- you knew you had messed up. You wanted him to say something but he didn't. He just closed his eyes and left.

He was the worst when you were fighting. He ignored your existence entirely. Which was annoying considering you live together. When you entered a room he was in he’d either ignore you entirely or just leave.

It would take a long time for him to talk to you again (He could ignore you forever if he wanted) and you’d have to initiate it. Even when you weren’t at fault you’d have to apologise if you wanted to move on with your life.

So when you finally gave in he was sulking in the corner, shuffling his cards. Last time you touched him when he was like this he grabbed your hand and threw it off of him so you knew better than to touch him. Instead you sat next to him.

“Do you want to cuddle and watch a movie?” You’d ask.

He didn’t even look at you. “Wouldn’t I leave halfway through?”

“Hiso, please?”

“I’m not in the mood.” You knew this was a lie.

“I’ll let you play with my hair.”

“...” Hisoka glanced over at you, examining. “...Fine”

It never mattered if he was actually upset or if he was just faking it. He always got his way.
