okay, listen… i know stickmintober has basically ended, but ive only JUST started. prepare for me to post stickmintober during the month of november. anyway have day 1 and day 2!!

choice explanations under the cut!!

for day 1 i didnt choose triple threat as my fav ending only because i just find special brovert ops more genuined ig?? idk how to explain it, but its the fact charles didnt have to get the pickup sanctioned by the general + henry wasnt expected to help, AND he was officially enlisted at the end too!! in triple threat henry and ellie have to help bc of the pickup, and at the end they dont officially enlist, theyre just there just in case. however, i do absolutely ADORE the triple threat/polythreat dynamic, don’t get me wrong. tldr: i prefer that in special brovert ops henry isnt pressured/expected to help as payment for getting picked up, unlike in triple threat. Other than that, triple threat is only second to this ending.

for day 2, i chose toppat civil warfare as my least favourite bc henrys lowkey a major asshole in this one?? like he just comes waltzing into the airship acting like a leader knowing he left ellie behind, and then he gets mad shes upset with him?? and that the toppat clan dont want him as their leader anymore?? like dude cmon have a lil self reflection here. also the toppats siding with him?? get outta here. i was a bit disappointed dave was on henrys side but then i realized he technically doesnt know WHY henry got denounced, he just knows henry got him out of his cell and out of the airship so hes probably just thankful for that. anyway tldr: i dont like it when one of my fav characters is protrayed as an asshole and i also dont like it when theres conflict between two or more of my fav characters, so thats why topoat civil warfare is my least fav ending.

Copperright or stickvin?

The short answer: Copperight wins every time.

The long answer: Copperight has been my OTP since I was in the fandom (around September 2020). It’s been a head canon for so long I think I only have about two or three aus where they aren’t dating or married out of my like… 50 (I don’t post about a lot of them.)

However this doesn’t mean I don’t have other ships involving the two.

Crossing into extreme headcanon territory, in my canon timeline Dr. Vinschpinsilstien and Reginald dated back when they were about 19? They both took the same cybernetic corse when they were younger and were both VERY in denial about being gay. (ahaha)

Meanwhile I head canon that Terrence had a MASSIVE crush on RHM. The two were real close friends back in their twenties before any leadership drama started with Ter. Unfortunately RHM did not reciprocate… at all. So that never goes anywhere for poor Terry.

Moving onto Stickvin, I 100% see the appeal but in my characterisations, Charles could never love Henry the same way Henry loves them because they lack the context of every other timeline.. But there’s a connection between the two. Something less than romantic but more than friends. I like to keep their relationship fluid. Charles fluctuates from timeline to timeline how they feel about Henry. In one timeline, they hate each other, in the next they’re best buddies, in the next they don’t even interact. This applies to AUs too. There’s love, just 100% not romantic. Something I can’t put into words.

I do like your Alex & hope you show xem & xeir lovers off more. But Nav and their story is just something that honestly needs a hard reboot. The Toppats have never been shown to be abusive ( the most evil Toppat shown was TRNK ) & portraying Reginald & RHM as OOC evil torturous bastards for your uwu Stickvin makes a lot of people uncomfortable. Just hope a certain popular ceo of Copperright doesn't find this lore because you won't recover from that.

TL:DR If you or others are uncomfortable with reading my work, then I politely ask you not to read it.

Now for a longer explanation.

While I do understand that you dislike some aspects of my story for Nav, it is my story. I didn't want the toppats to be all nice in my AU, so I have them harsh and darker. They're criminals in a clan after all. Nav himself is not ' uwu ' either. While he is a wholesome man, he is still healing from his trauma. Charles too! They just found joy in eachother, and they heal together after the events of Feather Falling.

The toppats may not have had glaringly obvious examples of the usual examples of abuse, but I point your attention to Dave. Dave has been stuck in the brig, in a tiny room, for god knows how long in that airship. You could argue since you don't see a bed, sink, or bathroom drawn in that scene within the games, you could argue the toppats are very clearly placing him in an extreme form of solitary confinement. Which is considered torture. (One source linked, you can look up more resources on your own.)

And it's an AU! Characters CAN be ooc because it's not cannon! That's the beauty of it! Do you remember RHM:G ? That was a great change to the usual formula, and it was DELIGHTFULLY dark. I love dark AUs and when done right, it can really be an interesting read. and a "certain popular ceo of copperright" ? Why would I be afraid of anyone finding my lore? Not everything has to be sunshine and rainbows. If someone that got the name ceo of copperright, and they saw my work, I'd ask what they thought of it and how to improve.

While I DO want to rewrite Feather Falling one day so it's better quality, I'm not changing my lore. If you or others are uncomfortable with reading my work, then I politely ask you not to read it.

Valentine’s Day (Stickvin)

A/N: It's been 84 years since I wrote Stickvin. I wanted to do some Valentine's Day one-shots since it's coming up.

Henry was cleaning his hoodie when he heard the front door, he smiled when he heard Charles whistling. Charles put up his coat and went to the kitchen where Henry was at.

Henry blushed when Charles kissed him on the cheek, Henry smiled at him as Charles sat down at the kitchen table. "Hey, Chaz," Henry said happily as he dried his hoodie.

"Hey, Hen," Charles replied.

"Did you have fun hanging out with Rupert?" Henry asked.

"Sure did," Charles responded happily.

Henry finished cleaning his hoodie as Charles stood up to check the calendar,  he saw checked the dates to see if there were any important events. His eyes widen when he saw a circle drawn around the date 14th and he saw what month they are in. February 14th.  Oh no. There were a couple of days left till Valentine's Day and he completely forgot about it till now. What's he going to do? Charles glanced at Henry who was washing dishes, he was panicking.

"Oh shit! What am I going to do!?" he thought as he heard Henry humming, "God, I am such an idiot!"

Later that night, Henry and Charles were watching one of those cliche love story movies. Henry was munching on popcorn while Charles was cuddling him, however, Charles wasn't paying attention to the movie. He was still thinking about what to give to Henry for Valentine's Day. He could give Henry chocolates, flowers, or a stuffed animal. He was thinking hard when he heard a tiny snore, he looked down to see Henry has fallen asleep. He turns off the movie and he picked up Henry bridle style. He headed toward their bedroom and put Henry to bed. He got ready for bed and he went to sleep.

The next day, Charles and Henry were hanging out with Ellie and Rupert. The gang was hanging out in the town, Ellie and Rupert were arguing about something while Charles and Henry were behind them, giggling at them. They walked past a jewelry store and Charles took a peek at the window and so did Henry, albeit for different reasons. Henry was staring at the jewelry in awe and his eyes said "Gimme!" Charles was staring at a piece of necklace that would be perfect for Henry.

The necklace has a silver chain with a heart-shaped pendant, and the heart-shaped pendant has a sapphire jewel in the pendant. Charles smiled at the necklace, the necklace would be a perfect gift for Henry for Valentine's Day.  He made a mental note to buy it later when he was alone as he pulled Henry away from the jewelry store, they catch up to Ellie and Rupert.

Charles was humming happily as he made pancakes for Henry, today is Valentine's Day, and he is making breakfast in bed for Henry. Henry was still asleep when Charles was done making the pancakes, Charles put the pancakes on a tray and went to the bedroom. Henry shifted when he smelled something delicious, he open his eyes as Charles came over to him with a smile on his face.

"Good morning, Hen," Charles said happily as he set down the tray on Henry who sat up and rubbed his eyes, "Happy Valentine's Day."

Henry chuckled as he looked down at the tray, he saw blueberry pancakes topped with syrup, he saw a vase with a red rose, and he saw a black medium-sized box. He blinked in confusion as Charles sat down next to him,  "Well, eat up, Hen," Charles said, beaming.

Henry ate the pancakes as Charles grabbed the box and put it on his lap. Henry finished eating the pancakes and he glanced at Charles who was gyrating like a kid who ate too many sweets. "Okay, Charles," Henry said with a smile, "What is it? What got you so excited?"

"Close your eyes," Charles responded with a cheeky grin, "And you'll see."

Henry shook his head as he laughed then he closed his eyes, Charles open the box and took out the same necklace he saw at the jewelry store. He checked to see if Henry's eyes were still closed and they were, Charles then put the necklace around Henry's neck. Henry felt Charles putting something around his neck, he wanted to open his eyes but can't.

"Okay, you can open your eyes now," Charles said excitedly.

Henry open his eyes and looked down, he gasped as he stared at the beautiful piece of jewelry around his neck. The sapphire pendant gleamed as Henry looked up at Charles who was red as a tomato, "Do you like it?" Charles asked tentatively.

Without warning, Henry hugged Charles tightly.

"I love it," Henry responded happily, "Thank you, Charles."

Charles chuckled, "You're welcome, Hen,"

They hugged for a little bit then they kissed, and after they kissed, they rubbed their noses in an Eskimo kiss.

"I love you, Henry."

"And I love you too, Charles."

Henry then gave Charles his Valentine's Day gift, it was a cookbook filled with pancake recipes. Charles thanked Henry and they spend the rest of the day enjoying each other's company.
