[Missing] [Bruce Springsteen] [1996] [EP]

It's hard to understand: Just because the album "Born in the U.S.A"(an album which, by the way, is anything but patriotic) is one of the best-selling rock albums of all time, a great many self-proclaimed music connoisseurs avoid Bruce Springsteen as much as the devil avoids holy water.

.

But anyone who seriously studies "The Boss" will soon realise that he is not just a "stadium rock musician", but a great, highly talented artist with a very broad horizon. An artist who has worked with Patti Smith, worships David Bowie or bows to Alan Vega must be great. I say that even though I am not the biggest fan of Bruce Springsteen, and yet some of his works are unique!

One of many examples of his artistic greatness is the song "Missing" from the brilliant 1995 drama "The crossing Guard" .

Woke up this morning, was a chill in the air

Went into the kitchen, my cigarettes were lying there
