The gusts of autumn's wind drop red, yellow, and orange leaves along the path, and we encounter

"The First Signs Of Fall".

I took advantage of the beautiful fall weather and found some local inspiration from nature on the trail near my house.

I finished it!!

I wish my five year old self could see these, because she'd be so excited!

Firstly, every color in these I had to mix, except the metallic gold.

Second, these were a lot more complicated than expected, but it helped grow my skills and I have zero regrets.

Third, there's an insane amount of fine glitter on those dresses, but it doesn't show well in the pictures

Lastly, these will be up for sale on Mercari very soon! I am creating a second set just for myself, so I need these as references in the meantime, but they will be sold as a set together, I can't bear to separate them!

"Birds of Childhood" - 4 painting series from 2020. acrylics on stretched canvas. This series was inspired by the birds I was watching at my grandparents's place. They had a birdfeeder put up and from autumn til spring they fed the birds every morning. These four species were the most common that showed up.
