Fluffcember #20 (SOLDIER boys + Reno x reader)

Owning a cat headcannons

♡Sephiroth♡

-Takes a little while (think 4-5 months) for him to learn to tolerate the cat, and nearly double that time for him to accept it as part of his life, which is understandable, considering that he's practically a cat himself.

-He'll let you pick the first name, but he chooses the surname (yes, your cat has a surname), and it's something remarkably humanoid. Imagine explaining to the vet that your cat's name is Sparklepaws Pembleton-Clark.

-Once he gets used to the feline, he'll start seeing it as his sibling. He will have full on conversations with the cat, ones that are very serious and not at all baby talk. When the cat wants to eat, a conversation like this might take place:

"Good morning/afternoon/evening, Pembleton-Clark, what would you prefer for your meal today?"

"Meow."

"Ah, cat food, a fine choice. Please be seated and I shall deliver your food presently."

"Meow."

"You're very welcome. Have you read the paper, by the way? I heard there was a sale on feline litter at the local supermarket."

-Will play with the cat and tickle it; occasionally can be spotted on the couch with the fluffy fur-baby in his lap, stroking and petting it while watching TV or reading.

-Basically, the pet is family, once he gets used to it.

◇Genesis◇

-Loves the cat the minute you bring it home. He'll pick it up and carry it around, cooing at it like it's a baby.

"Awwwww, who's a good little fluffy snookums? You are! Yes, you are! My pretty little puffy fluffle--awww so cute. Soooo cute."

-INSISTS upon naming it; your cat is officially called Her Divine Majesty Emperess Gen-Gen II, and there is nothing you can do to change that.

-Pampers the cat, giving it baths every month and grooming it as well as keeping its claws trimmed and it's fur nice and shiny.

-Sometimes he even ties it's fur up into little pigtails and decorates it with hairclips before taking pictures of it and sending them to you.

-Coddles the cat, spoiling and playing with it whenever he can. He sees your pet as an extension of himself, and therefore treats it the way he wants to be treated. (Lavishly)

-Adores the cat and always will, just as he adores you.

♧Angeal♧

-Angeal is the embodiment of the dad who says "We're not getting a cat" and then proceeds to adore and spoil the cat like a young child. He was against getting a pet, but then saw the fluffy little thing you pointed to and just caved.

-Lets you name it because he doesn't care what it's called. Unless you named it after yourself. Then he can't even look at it without tearing up.

-Is a true tsundere towards that cat, always giving it the side eye; regarding it with cold professionalism. But deep down, he loves that furry thing and will definitely let it sleep on the bed with him.

-Buys it toys and those little tree jungle gym things, as well as treats. As stated before, he keeps a cold front but truly adores that kitty.

-Will let it sit in his lap while he does paperwork, and sometimes even brings it to Shinra with him. (everyone gets jealous and always wants to pet it)

-All in all, loves that furry cutie, even when it scratches up the furniture and tears up his socks.

☆Reno ☆

-He and the cat eyed each other at the pet shop for 10 full minutes before he agreed to taking it home. Reno has had experience with cats, having owned one himself before, and knows exactly what kind of trouble they are.

-Very suspicious of the cat for the first several weeks but soon eases into its company, once he's sure it won't tear up his stuff. He soon goes from uncomfortable and jittery to relaxed and loving.

-He'll pet the cat, feed the cat, play with the cat, and even eat with the cat. He'll literally have a cat food bowl and a highchair set up so the cat can eat at the table like a human. It's the most adorable thing ever.

-Once he and the cat have bonded enough, he decides to make it his partner in crime. He'll try to train it by giving it treats whenever it knocks over a specific object, except the cat gets the wrong idea and thinks it'll get a treat whenever it knocks stuff over, so Reno has essentially turned your cat into a furry wrecking ball.

-Has decided to name your cat Sir-Smashes-A-Lot in light of this behavior. A cute name for a cute (but mischevious) cat.

-Sometimes he'll use a pet-friendly fur dye and dye Sir-Smashes-A-Lot's fur to match his. You might come home to find both your boyfriend and pet sporting bright green locks of fur/hair.

Eddie whimpers against his hand, eyes sliding closed, legs tight around Steve's hips.

Eddie's nodding against his hand, whimpering, he's mumbling something and Steve pulls his hand away just far enough to hear.

Eddie’s laughing from where he’s buried under the blankets.

Steve wasn't sure where to look. Eyes darting between watching Eddie playing with Mr. Meowgi and watching their girl watch Eddie.

He could almost see the hearts in her eyes and floating around her, his chest constricting and his heart pounds painfully. He clears his throat, both pairs of eyes find his.

"You okay, Stevie?" Her voice makes him shudder, he could listen to her talk forever, a soft angel choir singing to him.

"Yeah-" his voice breaks, "Yeah I'm okay, I just- I just love you both. So damn much."

Her answering smile is blinding.

"Always" Eddie adds, smiling soft.

Eddie has nightmares, they both do, but Eddie's makes his heart break.

The first night she's with them and Eddie has one, Steve's worried she'll be scared off but she just, holds Eddie as sobs tear from his throat. Holds them both and gently soothes them through it.

She doesn't ask questions, accepting them for who they are.

On bad nights, she sings softly to him as she presses Eddie between her body and Steve's. Eddie clings to them, trying to forget, and he lets her voice wash over him - chasing away his demons.

It's their girl who brings it up, they're laying together, limbs tangled and basking.

"We should, I don't know, maybe get a house?" Shes speaking so quietly, like she's scared they'll reject the idea.

Eddie is pushing himself up, leaning on his elbow and staring at her from the other side of Steve.

"Yeah?" He breathes, "You wanna move in with us?"

"I mean, we practically live together now, but yeah - why not? I love you both and I wanna just." She stops and takes a breath, "I wanna wake up with you two every day and make you breakfast and get a mortgage with you and argue over who's turn it is to do the dishes and -"

Steve cuts her off with a deep kiss.

"I want that too" He says into her mouth.

"Me too" Eddie adds, "You've thought about it, haven't you? Tell us about our home"

"Our home will be big, but not too big, one with a fenced in yard that our baby can run around. We'll have a big kitchen so I can cook for you and take care of you, and I'll have a garden out the front that'll bloom the prettiest flowers. And the basement can be like, a room we can gather in - so you can play Sweetheart and we can have games nights once a month with everyone"

Steve's never felt so giddy, his head floating with it. He could picture it, their home. Eddie is beaming at his side and he reaches over, entwining their fingers.

"We'll have a big living room that we can put music on and dance around" She continues, "we could - one day, talk about kids and grow our little family"

The longing in her voice made him tear up, Eddie hiccuped and let out a watery, 'yeah'.

He's never felt so full, so happy and wanted, safe.

John watched, amused. "Easy there, Soapy. Give Ghost some space," he advised, though his words fell on deaf ears as Shadow continued her playful assault.

As John relaxed on the couch, Soapy decided it was the perfect time to showcase her hunting prowess. With a startling leap, she pounced towards John, aiming for his feet. Quick on her feet, Soapy darted away, hiding behind the couch with only her tail sticking out.

Ghost joined the fray, attempting a sneak attack from the other side. John played along, feigning terror at their ambush. "Oh no, you got me! Almost had a heartattack" he exclaimed dramatically, falling back against the cushions.

John Price

"Hello hello my little boy, did you miss me?" Price's britishvoice softer now that he got home after a long deployment outside of the country. Gaz meowed in response, a sound so filled with affection it tugged at the strings of Price's heart he'd long thought frayed and worn.

Sitting down beside Gaz, Price allowed himself a moment of vulnerability. "It's just you and me, mate," he whispered, stroking Gaz's fur gently. "But I reckon it's time we expanded our little squad."

The next day, Price's mission was different from any he had undertaken. He found himself in a local shelter, his gaze meeting that of a small, timid kitten with ash-grey cat. "Ash," he named her on the spot, a fitting companion to Gaz.

Bringing Ash home, Price introduced her to Gaz, watching carefully as the two cats sniffed each other, a silent conversation passing between them. In time, a cautious friendship blossomed, one that Price observed with a sense of pride.

Each night, as Price lay in bed, Gaz took his usual spot at the foot of the bed, while Ash curled up beside Price's head. It was during these quiet hours that the trauma of war came, shaking him from sleep with memories of gunfire and cries of the fallen soldiers he couldn’t save.

"Hey buddy" Kyle murmured, bending down to scoop Mario into his arms. The cat nuzzled his face, seeking comfort in his owner's familiar scent.

That night, as Kyle lay on his couch, Mario curled up on his chest, a thought struck him. "You need a comrade of your own, don't you, little soldier? It must be soo boring without me here, right? Yeah… You need company.." he whispered, his decision already forming.

Kyle set out on a mission unlike any he had faced before: Operation Mario Rescue. His target was a local shelter, where he hoped to find a company for Mario.

As he walked through the rows of cages, his eyes landed on a timid kitten, its fur a mirror image of Mario's but with a playful spark in its eyes. "Luigi," Kyle whispered, the name coming to him as naturally as if the kitten had introduced itself. It was perfect. Mario and Luigi.

Bringing Luigi home, Kyle introduced him to Mario and within hours the house was filled with the sound of paws chasing and meows.

Kyle found himself laughing, genuinely amused by the antics of his two cats. He'd set up cardboard boxes as makeshift forts, watching as Mario and Luigi darted in and out, their playful battles a stark contrast to the memories Kyle held from the field.

"Alright, Luigi, let's see if you can take on the veteran," Kyle chuckled, dangling a toy mouse before them. The two cats leaped, their movements synchronized in the hunt. "Ah, teamwork. See, this is the kind of backup I've been talking about."

Or at least, very very little of it. The opposite of the very popular LTP (long term pining).

This post in response to a question posed by the most excellent @luuhecia who asked: Soooo here's my plea: do you have any recommendations of shows where the people involved have no previous history?

In other words we get to watch them meet and fall in love with no prior history on either side. So I eliminated those were there was a made crush even if only recently (e.g. Light on Me, Takara & Amagi).

1. Seven Days

They know of each other but just in a normal high school way. No pining. The story is basically about the 7 days it takes them to fall in love.

2. Color Rush

They are destined for each other but they have never met before.

3. Semantic Error

In fact, part of the premise is a “hunt for the unknown boy who made him fail to graduate.”

4. To My Star

They have a couple of meet cutes, accidentally shack up together.

There are actually a TON from Korea.

5. Addicted

The new kid in high school. They have a family connection (it turns out) but they didn’t know each other.

6. Restart After Come Back Home

We see them meet for the first time and then go on from there.

this is kind of a cheat but i've read the original novel for My Stand In (Professional Body Double by Shui Qian Cheng) and i can confirm Joe/Zhou Xiang is the sweetest soul, most precious, unluckiest gay ever (Ming, you are on sight, watch it sir or imma steal Joe away). i'm super excited for My Stand In because i hope i get to fall in love with Joe once again the way i fell super hard, head over heels for him when i finished this danmei novel within less than 24 hours. Hey CJ, you mentioned that you disagree with a lot of your old TWDG opinions, any that stand out you wanna share? Also i agree with what you said about wanting to play the series for the first time again with no prior knowledge - i would love to meet louis character for the first time again.

Yeah, some opinions have changed with time and moving on from being a hardcore, active fan in the fandom. I'm pretty sure I've talked about some of them more recently, like how I used to not like Jane but now I've become something of a "Jane apologist," if you will.

I was also super vocal about hating the Clementine comics when the 12-page comic dropped, and I'm pretty sure I was shitty about Tillie Walden... which I look back on now and feel embarrassed. In fact, I specifically remember calling attention to the fact that Skybound turned off comments on the first book trailer and on their instagram, twitter, etc. and being like, "look at these COWARDS! they know we hate the comic and that Tillie's a bad artist, they're trying to shut us up!" ........but then I heard they turned them off because Tillie was getting threats, and it caused me to dig around and see the vile shit fans were saying.... It gave me pause to think things through and I feel very differently about it all now.

I've also changed my mind on Minerva. Like Jane, there was a loooong period of time where I didn't like her, but now? I think she's great. A real tragedy.

In fact, real talk, I think my perspective on most of the female characters in TWDG has shifted dramatically. I've done a lot of thinking on this just in general; I'm much harder on female characters than male characters. I can pretend like noooooo I was always soooo fair... but no, not always. I'm sure it's from some deep-rooted, internalized misogyny I have that I'm working on, but I also think the games sometimes neglect those characters, too. Which makes it easier to brush them off as just "poorly-written" and "bad characters" if I don't like them when that's not always the case.

Or let's be real, we all know how this goes; the games give us a flawed male character and fans are like "he's my blorbo, here's a 50k essay about why he deserved better and a list of my headcanons and the twenty AUs I've written for them-" but then a female character's just as flawed and fans are like "lol she's poorly written, here's an essay on why-"

Don't look at me like that. I know I'm guilty of this. I know y'all remember Mitch. Back in the day, Mitch was my boy and I used to write about him all the time but like... god forbid I put that much effort into writing about Violet or Minerva, right?

Or even look at Kate, for example. Past CJ would've talked about how much she doesn't like Kate and she hates the forced romance with Javi, she's just there as a way to make David and Javi fight, etc. But you ask me about Kate now and I'm like, "Girl, ANF did you so dirty, you didn't deserve this."

Or how about Bonnie in S2? We all love to hate on Bonnie, but like... she's such an interesting character?? She's a recovering drug addict so desperate for a place, and you can see Carver's manipulation at play in the way she talks about him to Clementine. It takes seeing him physically beat Kenny within an inch of his life before she's like "Yeah no, fuck this, we're leaving tonight." And we give her shit about Luke's death and being mean to Clementine but frankly? Yeah, she's mean to Clementine and that's fine.

What, it's okay for Kenny to lash out and call her a stupid kid when Sarita dies because he's your poor meow meow and it makes his character soooo morally gray and complex? But Bonnie lashes out about Luke's death and suddenly she's just a massive piece of shit? No complexities or anything? There's no grey morality? No underlying motive or emotions behind the choice to abandon the group with Mike and Arvo?? She's just a bitch??

And do I even need to talk about Sarah? Hmm? We all know how Sarah was received and how fans still talk about her. Again, Sarah has a complete meltdown over losing her father and people get hurt, and fans wish death upon her... but Kenny has a meltdown and brutally beats up Arvo or threatens to smack Clementine or a number of things.... "that's fine, he's just really upset, he lost his family, y'know? everyone keeps trying to GASLIGHT me that he's bad but if you really think about it, Arvo totally deserved to be abused and it's actually Clementine's fault Kenny hit her because she tried to stop him-"

I just... the lengths we go to justify and defend this violent, toxic character but then act like Jane is the worst, I can't-

It's so funny to me whenever I see someone in the fandom complain about wanting more morally grey, flawed female characters because like... y'all couldn't even handle Jane. Or Lilly. Or Sarah. Or Bonnie. Rebecca. Eleanor. Christa. Minerva and Violet, in a lot of cases. So like... what do you actually want?

Note that I'm guilty of this, too, and I've asked myself that question... haven't fully worked out the answer yet.

That's the major thing that comes to mind about opinions I had that I've changed my mind about. I think a big factor in that is letting twdg go and getting invested in other fandoms, doing a lot more reading, getting back into writing, etc. Obviously I've really gotten into the Dragon Age fandom and that's what triggered this "journey of self-reflection~" when it comes to how I perceive female characters. Like, you want flawed, morally-grey ladies? That's your series... assuming you can actually handle it.

But I also recently finished a playthrough of Fallout New Vegas and remembered my love for Veronica Santangelo, like... I don't care that the game doesn't technically have romance, that's my girlfriend, I love her. Then the other night I finished my first playthrough of Life is Strange True Colors [I know, where the fuck have I been, right?] and I spent 40% of the time looking at flowers, 10% being sad about Gabe, and the other 50% trying to figure out who I liked more, Steph or Ryan.

I've also been reading a lot of wlw novels which is just..... THAT'S a whole mess I won't get into because this is already long enough and you didn't ask. Just know that's also another factor in this reflection.

And to answer the other part of your ask: I miss Louis. I would love to play TFS again for the first time again, that was a fun time.

"Türkisch für Anfänger" (teen soap about a German-Turkish patchwork family, it's silly and hilarious and soooo dramatic)

"Schloss Einstein" (still running today show about kids at a German boarding school, literally has the best intro in the world)

"Die Pfefferkörner" (has also been running for generations, it's about a gang of children detectives investigating im Hamburg, also has the best intro in the whole world)

"Doctor's Diary" (Grey's Anatomy but far worse. It's a trainwreck, if you liked desperate housewives you’re gonna love this one)

"Berlin Berlin" (never watched that one personally, but it's about a young woman living in Berlin in her 20s trying to figure out her life)

"Die Wilden Hühner" movies (my personal faves growing up though i prefrr the books; about a group of teen girls who have an old trailer as a group headquarter and chicken in the garden, literally what more do you want 😌)

"Französisch für Anfänger" (i remember so little from this movie but that it's about a boy who cant speak a whim French going on a France exchange to get with a girl. very stupid, very funny, hell of a music track)

"Die Vampirschwestern" movies (literally what it says on the tin, half-vampire sisters trying to figure out teen life, find friends and occasionally fight evil forces. normal stuff, you know)

"Hanni & Nanni" movies (a set of twin girls who get send to boarding school and being very pissed about it until... well, they're not anymore :) there is also an anime, as far as I know it's on youtube, it's so sweet!)

"Heidi" (show out of all shows, isao takahata and hayao miyasaki we're both part in creating it, fuck yeah. story about an orphaned girl who is brought to the alps to live with her grandfather and i dont know how to describe it any further? it's a beautiful heartwearming story with gorgeously animated landscapes. also baby goats.)

I hope some of these work for you and feel free to ask for other shows. I actually don't know if all of them are accessible outside of Germany, but I'm just hoping for the best 🥲

TOL Rewatch Week One

Just rewatched episode one with beloved mutual @magicaldreamfox1 and AAAAAAAA this show really does so many things to me

I have like a million and one thoughts but two main ones-

I am still so fucking pissed about Khai being made into a genuine asshole for drama reasons in the show instead of just being a dumb slut (affectionate) who thought his feelings for Third were Extra Special Friendship Feelings as if all friends dream about building a life with their bestie and get anxiety over the idea of said bestie not being by their side always.... yeah Khai is so much gayer in the novel y'all don't understand I will never shut up about this particular change. Never ever. HE SHOULD'VE BEEN A SIMP FROM THE GET GO. I get that the drama was important to fill up eps but like they did Khai a grave injustice by erasing so many of the scenes that showed his good side, his scared side, his confused side, his deeply in love with Third side. I will never forgive them for making the show Third biased when the story is supposed to be about Khai's journey.

What would've happened if Two had never intervened. Like I've already written a fic about Third giving up on Khai after overhearing him in That Scene but even then he'd at least tried and like his crush had been acknowledged by people other than him. But what if Two had never found him that night he decided to give up. What if neither Two nor Bone had tried to intervene during that time and Third had pulled away from Khai???? WHY AM I MAKING MYSELF SAD THEY'RE MY FAVOURITE SHIP But like imagine KhaiThird having a friendship break-up imagine Khai losing his fucking mind bc Third was his everything and he just didn't realise it until he'd already lost him imagine them remeeting a few years after they've graduated and Khai desperately trying to get back in Third's good books and Third being his meanest self trying to hide how much he still loves Khai AAAAAAAAA someone write the fic pls i am on my knees begging

Other notable thoughts I had while watching the episode

We should talk more about the fact that Khai went and got his ass beat defending Milk's honour AFTER he found out she was messing with him. Like he just did that huh. And he had no reason to think it would help him get her back or anything he just did it bc he felt like it. My poor lil meow meow my favourite puppy boy I love him.

Two and Bone BOTH knew Third liked Khai in ep1. Two definitely noticed Third in the scene where they wrap up filming, tho he's obviously been eyeing him a while. And Bone absolutely Knew when Third walked away while they were teasing Khai about Milk. He literally frowned at Third walking off and then turned pensively to Khai. Maybe this is when he decided to confront Khai about Third's crush?

Fake Protagonist is still undefeated as best bl ost I said what I said.

Two and Bone are the best friends ever. This friend group is perfection like no other BL has executed a friend group this well, where everyone gets appropriate screentime and no one exists just for comic relief or to further the plot, they all have their story arcs, their own motivations and flaws and endearments, and they don't go off on their own after the show ends. And they ALL actually get along well. Not Me could've had this if the writers weren't Black antis.

It will be so fucking hard to watch one episode of tol per week literally itching to go watch more as I type AAAAAAAAA

Abby is a major side character (Halcyon's boyfriend) in Roche Limit and the main character in a bunch of other things. He looks like the world's saddest little sewer rat and has the fashion sense that's a cross of goblincore and the pathetic love interest in every 90s/00s romance movie, as in all his clothes are brown and he Will wear ten million layers in any weather. Also he's really tall. He's trans and bisexual and full of trauma and mental illnesses (specifically BPD and probably depression). His parents are Bulgarian (his first name obviously isn't but his birth name is English and he kept his nickname as his name) and he grew up with his mother, who sucks but I do love her. The only person keeping him in check is his childhood best friend Sybil (although their friendship turns really codependent !!!!! They remedy this by . Well Abby impulsively going on a hitchhiking adventure across Europe and almost dying and then moving out of Sybil's flat). Absolute PUNCHING BAG of a man and by that I mean that everyone hates him sooooo much at different points of knowing him and also I dump sooo much trauma on him, including my own issues. And of course. Of course he has brown hair and big pathetic brown eyes. All his relationship are intense and catastrophic for him and everyone involved !!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bit on said relationships: he dates Sybil for a while but I don't know the details. Then meets a girl named Elise and they do a bunch of really romantic and reckless things together aka they go on trips to museums art galleries libraries etc and don't talk to any of their friends on account of incredibly intense devotion and obsession. It ends horribly and he has breakdowns every time he thinks about her <3 THEN he meets a sweet boy named Lucien who's drowning in toxic masculinity and internalised homophobia and becomes his gay awakening but shit goes down and Lucien chooses having a family over having Abby. This happens at the same time as Sybil getting sick and tired of constantly taking care of Abby. So the hitchhiking adventure that I mentioned happens because he has an existential crisis because of people abandoning him and him realising he isn't everyone's first priority. He passes out in the middle of a road while it's raining really hard and that's how he meets *Halcyon* (my baby boy. babyboyyyyyy) and he kind of crashes Halcyon and his then-bf's vacation by staying with them in their hotel rooms 👍 he becomes friends with Halcyon and is his trans awakening. Abby's mental health improves and his relationship with Halcyon is his one (1) functional relationship (except in the beginning of Roche Limit but taht's okay). Halcyon is a punk and full of rage and also a silly artistic boy. And very autism and ADHD. I love him.

ALSO ALSO I have a story with him where he gets cursed by a demon to be forgotten by everyone and it's quite gorey and very sad and existential. The demon can turn into a cat with three silver eyes. There's a scene where he stumbles into a diner soaked in blood and rain and befriends a guy who has prophetic visions. Tis a fun story.

Literally Abby means SOOOO MUCH to me and he makes me feel sick to my stomach <3 I love bullying him and everything I write with him makes me sob soo much. He's so . Pathetic and full of love and gentle and kind but also sooo unstable and distressed 99% of the time.

Soooo….with my love of KinnPorsche slowly dragging me down into watch Thai BL, I decided after watching Ingredients for Jeff Satur, I’m going to watch My Engineer for Perth! I saw the first episode of the RamKing Retrospective Perth did, and I was like, without checking anything out about the show, I’m going to watch and finish My Engineer.

And that was an experience, let me tell you.

KinnPorsche spoiled me a little too much

First episode, I had no knowledge of what I was getting into and it was a dumpster fire of confusion. But I’m a man on a mission, and I keep pushing through because I saw the first episode of the RamKing retrospective, I know deep down, there is a light at the end of that tunnel.

And on some level, I was right because every time Perth was in a scene everything brightened up, and like jesus, his visual acting is so incredible and that it’s like he is just completely blowing every other couple out of the water with a single expression. He’s my best boy and I was here for him and King and I stayed that way.

The main couple kind of melted my brain, but I did really enjoy their friend groups though! They were fun and added humor and made me enjoy a lot of parts and kept me somewhat invested in things that weren’t RamKing and it’s because of them I finished the show.

-RamKing: 100/10, they are the golden couple making it all worth it, the reward amidst the drama, the reason I keep going, this a Jane Austen Shakespearean type romance of communication and heartfelt vulnerability and intimacy amidst their dumpster fire friends, the actors have incredible chemistry and were carrying this show on their backs

-BossMek: Definitely cheesy but I’m a sucker for pining and being in love with your best friend and the whole selfless sacrifice of love trope and the totally no married couple, so I had fun with them. Also Mek looked like a sobbing wet poor little meow meow of a kicked puppy like 95% of the time and I loved that

-BohnDuen: It’s 3:00 am, I’ve lost control of my life and I just want to feel something again so I’ve turned to this

-FrongThara: Burn it from my brain, I didn’t see it, it does not exist, somehow both blander than boiled chicken??? Didn’t think that was possible. The type of thing I read one paragraph and immediately exit out of and try and get some bleach for my mind because a few sentences turned me off a theoretically fun story that much. I don’t man but every time they are on screen I was like I will even take more BohnDuen, please just end my suffering

Overall though:

- I am a raccoon so I always have some fun with trashy media, so I spent a good amount of time cackling at things

-“Duen is my wife!”/“Bohn is the bottom!” My brothers in Christ neither of you are getting laid in the first place

-Me every time Ram was shown: There he is! There’s my favorite boy!!

-Seriously every single on Ram’s expressions and actions mean everything to me, they are *chef’s kiss* perfection

-By episode 9, I decided I no longer had time for all this and my brain was starting to fizzle out, but I refused to give up because I was already invested in a.) finding out how the fuck this show is going to end with it’s buckwild plot b.) I wanted to know what’s going to happen with RamKing and BossMek and I wanted to know the context for them, and every single Ram and King individual scene so I refused to give up

-So what I’d do is put the episodes on 2x speed and then when Ram or King showed up, I’d put in back on normal speed so I could enjoy them properly. If it was BossMek or the friend groups, I’d have on 1.5x-1.25x speed depending on my investment level

-This show was trippy experience from beginning to end and kind of a complete train wreck at times and the camping subplot was the weirdest thing and I still don’t fully know why they had it and there were far too many times where I had no fucking clue what was going on or what the point of this subplot was but I definitely had some fun watching it and got a good amount of enjoyment

-The one couple that kept me going, the only reason I was here and I pushed through everything for, didn’t officially get together!

-RamKing had a tent kiss, they shared a bed, I finally thought everything was coming together for this beautiful slowburn strangers to friends to lovers relationship of intimacy and vulnerability and kindness! I had won, I had totally won!

-And then King wanted to pretend it never happened, put me through the five stages of grief in the course of like 5 minutes, Ram thankfully didn’t forget but King left to go to his grandma’s house with no communication or indication of what’s going to happen moving forward.

-It’s fine we’re fine I’m not dying on the inside

-It’s not like they said they were doing a season 2 and then there’s been no word about season 2and I desperately want to know what happens with RamKing

-Well at least I can console myself with Perth’s RamKing retrospective!

-I was really way too spoiled with KinnPorsche, huh?
