WIP ask game

Well the main wip i'm working on right now is with @wakkoroni Tim is getting kidnapped in this fic. There's torture <3

I don't think there is anything frustrating with the fic, really.

It's just the stuff outside the fic that's keeping me (and Vibey) from writing. I got a shitton of assignments to wade through. Cuz my family decided to go on a vacation and I had to miss a week and a half of school. And you'd be surprised how much workload you will have if you miss even a week of high school senior years.

So yeah, just things keeping me from writing anything at the moment. I'm posting though! I like posting fics. The whole tagging and html process and stuff? Love it.

yesss thanks, I have two beautiful black cats (not brothers), which I love all year but I love them especially in October because they make the season extra spooky!

They are named Blade and Spike 🖤🖤 🧛 🧛 🖤🖤 (from the fictional vampires).

Besided being black they're not really spooky tough, Blade is a goofball who falls off chairs and Spike is a meowing machine who loves to be groomed 😊

this is in my top fanfics ever. one of my favorite lines from it is, “[H]is magic hummed through him, steady and almost happy, the way it always did when he used it for Arthur.” LIKE AHh beautiful it literally reads like an actual novel

“The mare I use. You know I call her Daisy? I never told you that." Merlin explained. Arthur stared for a few moments. He could see the flicker of emotions pass easily over him. Anger, annoyance, exasperation, indignance, and finally acceptance...AKA the Five Stages of Grief (Pendragon Edition).

"You talk to the horse.” He pointed out. Merlin narrowed his eyes.

“I whisper to the horse.”

"...am I supposed to not hear it?” Arthur asked. Merlin wondered how likely it would be that he also heard him whispering magical spells if he heard him murmuring to the bloody horse. “Also, only you would choose such a ridiculous name.” He muttered. Merlin swallowed. This wasn't a problem at all, right? Right.

Merlin knows Arthur well. Better than he knew himself apparently. What he hadn't expected was for Arthur to know his servant just as well... This causes problems. (also known as "The Time Merlin Had a Mental Breakdown Over Arthur Being a Normal Human")

I honestly read this a long time ago so can’t recall the finer details, but big “two halves of a whole” energy in this one. love it :)

words can’t describe this fic & honestly anyone who ships Arthur & Merlin h a s to read this at some point. I don’t usually read long fics (this was the last long fic I read, and that was last year..) but I blew through this in two days. i literally fucked up my grades because I neglected school so much & it took like two weeks to get back to normal & I don’t regret it bahaha

apologies this is so long bahahah, but I hope it’s satisfactory! author’s like TheCourtSorcerer (who’s lovely blog is @tcs-main!), seapotato, & platonic_boner are brilliant author’s so you can really just page through their works for more stuff to read! (that isn’t to say the other listed author’s don’t have more lovely content, I just haven’t looked yet!)

Hi friend! Hope this is fun to read! It's sad, but idk. There's some beauty in sorrow.

The first person she writes from her exile is Merlin. She doesn’t sign it as herself, only as “your friend.” Merlin will know who it is. He takes a long time to write back. He tells her about the state of Camelot, how terrible Arthur is, even though he’s hiding it. He tells her about Lancelot’s suicide, and his suspicion that Lancelot wasn’t Lancelot. He tells her that he loves her, that she is his best friend, and he will always love her, no matter what. That the only thing that kept him from following her was knowing how angry she’d be if he did.

And that makes her smile. Because she would have been so very angry if Merlin had suddenly been accompanying her in exile. She’s glad that he stayed. Glad that someone is there to look out for Arthur.

She misses him so much. Every part of her misses him. She prays for him in the darkness, asks the old gods her mother used to praise to help him through this time. She offers up anything they may wish to take from her, if only she may have him back.

She writes another letter. This one she never intends to send. This one, she seals only with a kiss and tucks deep into a box. This one, is addressed “my love” and this one is signed, “yours” and details all the love she has for a man who she knows as well as she knows herself. A man she loved unconditionally and unfailingly except for one moment she let herself be swept up by something she hadn’t understood. Still didn’t understand.

She loves him, and she tells him so, and she puts the letter away, never to be sent or seen.

She thinks of the letter late and night, and wonders how it might be received. If Arthur would accept her apologies, and have her back, or even just have her as a friend again. He’d be within his rights not to. She survived on the hope that he would.

Send me a character an an object and I’ll write you a little thing.

I was obsessed with this style that I called "two ponys" (and spelt it that way), I was also obsessed with clips and styling my hair. Now I just have the one hairstyle: a ponytail. Also, recently cut my hair for 2024 ✌🏽 Was a bookworm, still a bookworm but now I also write the stories. Was way happier as a kid, still am cheery now most of the time, but I have seen The World, so. mental health. I do still wear glasses but forget them most of the time XD

1. Is writing cathartic or stressful for you?

Ahhh, a bit of both honestly. I know for fests, it can definitely be a stressful time, especially with a deadline. But I also know that there are a ton of fics I've posted that have also been very much cathartic to write so it really depends on the situation!

15. Which fic that you've written relates to you and your personal life the most?

Oh wow, really going for the personal I see ahahh. Ahh, I think that Worried About You is probably the most personal just because I relate to a lot of the insecurities Arthur had.
