FOR THE THE OLD GUARD REVERSE BANG 2022! Decades after meeting him for the first time, Nile’s still unsure about how she feels about Booker. It’s not like she hasn't noticed the way he looks at her, but … there’s just so many buts. Then, in one awful moment, they’re torn apart. And Nile swears that she’ll do whatever it takes to get him back, even if it takes her years and years — even if it means having to cross the vast gulf between the stars — one day at a time.

I did not actually plan to write a story for the @theoldguardevents Reversebang. But when I saw @artgroves​ beautiful prompt, it hit me right in the feels and on all my kinks, and I knew I couldn't resist. I'm so happy I got to write this story and so excited to share it with you!
