Em toda a nossa musculatura esquelética existem pontos que se tornam dolorosos quando ativados durante uma lesão muscular, estresse físico ou emocional, sapatos desgastados, fadiga muscular e fatores nutricionais (deficiência de vitamina). Após o trauma haverá formação de um nódulo, que se tornará ativo ou quente ao toque. Estas áreas de hipersensibilidade dentro dos músculos são denominadas de trigger points ou pontos gatilhos. A nível fisiológico haverá diminuição da circulação sanguínea que promoverá redução da nutrição celular e remoção dos resíduos provenientes do metabolismo celular, além de acúmulo de ácido lático que ocasionará inflamação e algia na área acometida. Estes estão cheios de toxinas, o que ocasiona dor ao toque. Tais pontos poderão ser doloridos apenas ao toque, sem ocorrência de processo álgico quando estimulados de outras formas, quando isso ocorre são denominados de “latente”. O local mais dolorido da lesão é denominado “hot spots” e o menos dolorido é denominado de “satélite”. Os trigger points manifestam-se através de sinais clássicos que incluem algias que podem ou não irradiar para outras áreas, fraqueza muscular, e perda da amplitude de movimento. A perda da ADM e o encurtamento muscular podem vir acompanhados de dor ou áreas de dormência. Os principais músculos afetados são os do pescoço, cintura escapular, lombar e cintura pélvica. O tratamento objetiva: ▪️Melhorar a elasticidade do músculo, utilizando técnicas de alongamento logo após o tratamento. RECTUS ABDOMINIS MUSCLE AND FASCIA ABDOMINALIS [FASCIAL ADHESIONS] Fascial adhesions can “adhese” two otherwise gliding interfaces, resulting in loss of motion between them, and therefore less joint range of motion and less flexibility of the body. In the videos, we see fibrous fascial collagen fibers accumulating between the fascia abdominalis and the underlying rectus abdominis muscle (Video 1) as well as between the external abdominal oblique and internal abdominal oblique (Video 2), which can lead to less range of motion and less flexibility in the fascia abdominalis. The fascia abdominalis is connected in cranial direction with the fascia pectoralis and in caudal direction with the fascia lata. That’s why these restrictions can lead to problems in core, spine or extremities! This amazing cadaver demonstration by @DrJoeMuscolino explains how important it is to release adhesions between those structures! Cadaver labs are the best way to learn the architecture of the body, for muscles and fasciae, to learn the attachments. If we know muscle and fascia attachments, we can figure out muscle/fascia actions, and from there, figure out all muscle/fascia function and dysfunction. A tight or shorten rectus abdominis can lead to muscle imbalances and therefore to lower back problems! Rectus abdominis muscle trigger points can lead to referred pain in stomach, thigh and lower back as you can see on the red marked zones in picture 5. 美のカリスマが辿り着いた究極の美、バレエ。
取材の際にポワントで立っていらっしゃる藤原さんの投稿を先日インスタグラムで見つけ、シェアしました。
あぁ。。美しいなぁ、、
と思う方は大体バレエをされていることが多いように感じます。
そんな藤原さんですが、ご本人曰くの実は子どもの頃から「超」がつくほど身体が硬かったんだそう。
が、しかし!
こんなにも柔軟で、しなやかに・・

私自身も朝日を浴びながらフォームローラーで全身ゆっくりとほぐすことから一日がスタートします。
今朝も朝9時のレッスン前に自宅でほぐしてから出かけましたよ。
